Deep within the confines of Universe 7, the God of Destruction, Beerus, lay in a deep slumber that had lasted for a million years. Throughout his long repose, countless events and major upheavals transpired within the universe, unbeknownst to the sleeping deity.

One fateful day, Whis, the divine attendant of Beerus, received a mysterious message from the Grand Zeno himself. The message revealed that a monumental event was about to take place - the Tournament of Power. In this epic competition, the twelve universes would pit their strongest fighters against one another in a battle royale to determine the fate of their very existence. Alarmed by the news and the gravity of the situation, Whis hurriedly awoke Beerus from his slumber.

Beerus, upon hearing the news, began to panic. He was well aware that as the God of Destruction, he had to assemble a formidable team to represent Universe 7 in the tournament. In his desperation, he commanded Whis to summon the most powerful fighter in the universe. With Goku having left the universe with Shenron, that title now belonged to Vegeta.

Whis departed for Earth, where he found Vegeta in the midst of an intense training session. The Saiyan Prince, normally an exceedingly perceptive individual, did not immediately recognize the divine beings standing before him. Despite his ignorance, however, he could not ignore the overwhelming presence that filled the air.

"Who are you, and why have you come to my planet?" Vegeta damended.

"Greetings, Vegeta. I am Whis, the attendant of Lord Beerus, the God of Destruction. We have come in search of your assistance." Whis answers.

Vegeta, while still somewhat perplexed, quickly realized the significance of the situation. He knew that these beings did not approach him without a dire purpose. Curious, he inquired further. Also in the back of Vegeta mind her remembers the name Beerus.'Beerus that name sounds familiar to me. Why do I have a feeling my father mention that name before.' Vegeta thought

"What do you need my help for?" Vegeta ask

Whis replies "There will soon be a contest known as the Tournament of Power, which will decide the fate of all twelve universes. Lord Beerus has requested your participation in this event."

"Universes?" Vegeta said.

"Yes there resides multiple universes and the universe you reside in is known as universe 7." Whis explains to Vegeta.

"We will want to ask you if you want to be apart of this team.."

Vegeta, ever the competitive warrior, eagerly accepted the challenge. He relished the opportunity to test his strength against the universe's most powerful fighters. In his trademark cocky manner, he assured Beerus and Whis that they had made the right choice in selecting him.

Vegeta answers."Very well. I'll participate in this tournament and show the other universes the true might of a Saiyan Prince!"

With Vegeta on board, Beerus proceeded to inquire about the most dangerous foes Vegeta had encountered during his time on Earth. "Hey Saiyan what is the most dangerous foes you have in countered in the past." Beerus ask.

As the Saiyan Prince recounted the tales of his battles against the Cold family and Majin Buu, Beerus sat in awe, impressed by the strength and determination of the mortals who had managed to defeat such powerful enemies.

"Frieza, who once ruled the universe with an iron fist, was ultimately defeated by Goku. As for Majin Buu, he too was bested by Goku and his allies. He has since been reincarnated as a more benevolent being named Uub." Vegeta said.

"What your trying to tell me a Saiyan named Goku defeated Frieza and Majin Buu."

"Yes" Vegeta said.

"You Saiyans has these super saiyan transformations than I want all saiyans on the team that can transform into Super Saiyans. Also this Cell he's pretty powerful I want him on the team to.

Armed with this knowledge, Beerus understood that they would need more than just Vegeta to ensure their victory in the Tournament of Power. He decided it was time for Vegeta to take on the responsibility of assembling the rest of their team.

"Vegeta, I command you to gather the nine strongest fighters in the universe. We must be prepared for the challenges that lie ahead."

Vegeta nodded his head in acknowledgment, fully understanding the gravity of the situation. As he set out on his mission to gather the most powerful warriors in Universe 7, he knew the fate of their universe rested on their shoulders. With the Tournament of Power looming on the horizon, there was no time for hesitation or doubt. The battle for survival was about to begin, and Vegeta was determined to lead Universe 7 to victory.

As the capsule spaceship touched down on Earth, Vegeta couldn't help but notice the peculiar calmness that enveloped the planet. He had left Earth several years earlier to complete some unfinished business, and now that he had returned, something felt amiss. His instincts told him that the warriors he had once respected might have been slacking off in his absence.

"First things first I need to visit Gohan's house." Vegeta decided to pay a visit to Gohan's residence first, as he was once one of Earth's fiercest defenders. Approaching the mansion, he knocked on the door, only to be greeted by an unexpected sight – Gohan, standing in the kitchen, wearing a pink apron and stirring a pot of soup.

"Gohan, what has happened to you? Have you abandoned your training and your duty to protect the Earth?" Vegeta said surprising Gohan

"Vegeta, it's been a while! Life has changed a lot since you left. With no major threats around, I've focused more on my family and career." Gohan said Vegeta listened with a mixture of concern and disbelief as Gohan explained how the other warriors had also taken a more relaxed approach to their training, feeling secure in the absence of danger.

"Everyone has focused more on there families. My mom is now living here with us since dad left she doesn't want to be alone so she lives with us now. Goten has his own apartment and is working to get money for college, Trunks is busy being the CEO of Capsule Coperation, I have lost touch with Uub over the years after we said Goodbye to my dad, Killin had have a serious disease that killed him and 18 have been devastated that krilin died."

After hearing all of this Vegeta was at first angry at all that was mentioned but when it came to krillin he felt saddened since there's no dragon balls to bring him back to live.

Realizing that there was no time to waste, Vegeta shared the urgent news with Gohan about the upcoming Tournament of Power

"Look here Gohan there will be a colossal contest where each universe would send their ten strongest fighters to participate in a battle royale. The stakes were unimaginably high, as the losing universes would be erased from existence."

"Wait wait Vegeta. Your telling me that there's a bunch of universes and we're going to have to enter a battle royal and if we're losing we will be erased." Gohan said skeptical about all of this.

"Yes"

"Who told you all of this?" Gohan ask

"I only this might sound unbelievable but a destroyer God named Lord Beerus who destroys planets and his Angel Whis"

"Yeah and you just believed it all" Gohan said.

"You just have to trust me Gohan" Vegeta touch the bridge of his knows.

"It just this could all be a trap of some kind. Look I need to meet these gods in person to believe all of this." Gohan said.

"How about this just help me with my task and you will see for yourself. All right" Vegeta said frustratedly. The two stared into each other eyes.

"Gohan we have no other choice. The fate of our universe is in our hands, and we must do everything in our power to triumph. We have only three days to prepare."

Gohan nodded in agreement that he will help him with this only to find out if this is the truth.

The two fighters engaged in a long conversation, discussing their concerns and strategies for the upcoming tournament. Gohan expressed his doubts, given their current state of training, but Vegeta remained resolute in his determination to assemble a formidable team of fighters for the Tournament of Power.

"Vegeta, I need to know – have you been training since you left Earth? Are you ready for this challenge?"

"Of course, Gohan. I have never stopped training, and I am more powerful than ever before. But we cannot rely on my strength alone – we must gather the remaining warriors and prepare them for battle."

Gohan acknowledged Vegeta's resolve and asked a crucial question that had been on his mind.

"Gohan, what about Goten and Trunks? Have they been training? Where can we find them?" Vegeta ask

Gohan hesitated for a moment, and then admitted that he was unsure about the current state of Goten and Trunks' training. They would need to locate them as soon as possible and assess their readiness to participate in the tournament.

Before they set out to gather the other warriors, Vegeta inquired about Gohan's own training.

"And what about you, Gohan? Have you been training at all since I left?"

Gohan

"Yes, Vegeta. Although I've been focusing on my family and career, I've continued to train whenever I can. I'm not as strong as I once was, but I'm ready to fight for our universe."

Reassured by Gohan's determination, Vegeta embarked on his mission to gather Earth's mightiest warriors and prepare them for the battle that would decide the fate of their universe. With only three days to hone their skills and muster their strength, the stakes had never been higher – and neither had the resolve of these valiant fighters.
