Here we go, Chapter 2

I'm hoping to have this fic become Jandy, Surrera was my favourite but I do love a bit of Jandy.

Also, not sure how I'm going about this fic I'm making it up as i go along. So please any ideas let me know.

Andy's POV

I'm shaking, my throat hurts and I can't move.

The last thing I remember was him. Him all over me.

He left after he was finished with me. Ran like a coward.

His last words to me where "See you soon Princess" It made me shiver, what if he comes back for me. I can't move. My body hurts.

I feel cold. I can feel the cold crisp air hitting my body. My breathing is erratic, and I can't control it. I begin wishing that he had killed me, so I dont have to feel this way, and so I don't face the consequences of what he did to me.

Suddenly, a familiar voice comes. Sounds like Theo and maybe Travis.

I start crying as loud as I can.

"Help" I whisper. "Please, Theo?" I call out

Theo's POV

Me and Travis walk out of Joe's bar. I can barely see straight. This man can drink

We're waiting for an uber back to his place, it's not safe enough to drive.

"Hey is that Andy's car" Travis asks me

"Oh yeah, the whole team was here for celebration drinks earlier. She must've gotten a cab home" I reply

"Celebration drinks. You guys pretty much all just got fired until reassignments?" Travis says

"We were celebrating the Station and its legacy. I mean Aquino was a damn good captain and its ashamed we got shut down, but it was Andy's idea" I say, until i start hearing a muffled sound

"Hey Trav, you hear that?" I question, the voice sounds familiar.

"What man?" Travis asks, he cant hear it.

"Sounds like someone crying out for help" I say, and I start investigating the area for where the sound is coming from.

"Man, your a firefighter. Maybe your hearing things" Travis says, but my gut is telling me someone is hear.

The muffled cries become louder and that's when Travis starts helping me look. Concerned.

We start moving towards the back of the parking lot, and that's when we find the cry's.

The crys that belong to Andy.

Travis POV
"Oh my god. Andy! What happened" I ask, she's one of my closest friends. She's covered in her own blood, and only has a jacket covering her up.

Andy doesn't respond. But I start realising that she had been sexually assaulted.

Her breathing seems shallow, she's struggling.

"Hey Theo. Call an ambulance, and the police, I think she's been raped" I whisper slightly, with an agreeing nod Theo stepped away for a moment to call it in.

"Hey hey, Andy I'm hear your safe. Now listen, I know its hard to breathe right now, but It's okay I got you. I'm not going anywhere." I say, I know I can't touch her. I can't without damning any evidence.

"Dispatch said about 2-5 minutes. 19 is the only station they can send." Theo says

"Man did you tell them its one of their family. It can't be 19. Its against protocol" I say.

"I told them. But there's a fire somewhere and the other stations are held down. It had to be 19." Theo replies. Fuck. 19 are far to close to Andy to deal with this.

About 2 minutes later, the ambulance pulls up. I meet them and begin explaining

"Travis? What are you doing here" Robert questions, as he grabs the gear with Maya in tow.

"You guys shouldn't be on this. It's Andy" I tell them

Robert ran towards Theo, and froze at the sight of his Ex Wife. Maya ran too, almost not believing me and she too froze.

The police pulled up shortly after, and Theo began explaining what had happened from his perspective. I stayed with Andy and stood by my promise.

Roberts POV

We had started getting to work on Andy as soon as the shock wore off. I had never thought we would ever have to do this. We tried to radio in another station, however they were all busy and we were told to work around our feelings and do what we could.

Upon seeing Andy, she was in respiratory distress. I grabbed the oxygen tank and gently placed it on her face. She was pretty much unconscious and we worried about internal injuries. While getting her mobilised, Beckett showed up to take over with Vic. Dispatch had decided to swap out me and Maya considering our closeness and personal relationships. Knowing Vic and Beckett were better at keeping their personal feelings to one side while on calls, it was a better idea.

Maya and I stepped back, and allowed Vic and Beckett to take over. They too looked just as shocked as Maya and I.

I knew she was in safe hands now. I joined Travis and Theo with the cops, and began talking to them about Andy. They had sent a team inside to get cctv footage on the carpark. I just hope they find whatever monster did this to her.

Vic's POV

Dispatch had called us out. Giving details over the radio, they had asked for me and Beckett to take over. Andy is one of my close friends, but I know its better for me and Beckett to deal with this than for Robert and Maya.

Andy's vitals aren't stable enough for use to move her onto the aid car yet. So we begin giving her the correct medication she needs, and patched up her head wound. Beckett had taken a foil blanket from the aid car and we gently wrapped it around Andy's unconscious body.

Once she became stable, that's when we started moving her onto the aid car.

Beckett jumped into the drivers seat, and i stayed in the back with Andy.

"Hold on Hughes, I'm gonna get her there as fast as I can" Beckett says to me, he didn't know Andy well. Well I know him and Andy had slept together months ago, but still

I nodded in his direction, and we set off. One of my best friends had been attacked tonight. And I just hoped the police catch the creep that have done this to her.

End of POVs

Beckett managed to get Andy to Grey-Sloan within 5 minutes.

After giving their statements, Theo Travis Maya and Robert all met the Aid Car at the hospital.

Andy had soon been in a trauma room. Her doctors were Carina and Meredith. Carina was involved to take a rape kit sample, as evidence and Meredith began treating Andy's trauma injuries.

"This head wound looks superficial. Doesn't need stitches" Meredith says. "Seems as though she was deprived of oxygen for a while, maybe a possible strangulation looking at some of these bruises" She added

"She's my wife's best friend. My head cant fathom why anyone would do this to any person" Carina says, as she seals up the last of the evidence she collects.

"I have no words. I've worked with Andy a few times. She once bought a patient into the hospital with her hand inside, saving the abdominal artery." Meredith says "I'm done hear now, if you need me page me" Meredith adds, as she leaves the trauma room to find Andy's family.

By the time Meredith had stepped out. The entire of Station 19 was at the hospital. Jack was pacing the waiting area. Bailey had joined Ben, and was waiting on the chairs. Vic was staring out the window, as Maya and Robert were sitting next to her. Roberts leg was nervously bouncing up and down, as Maya had her head in her hands. Travis and Theo were standing against the wall, seeing their friend that way had sobered them up quickly.

Beckett had stepped away and grabbed the team, coffee and water to hydrate them.

As Meredith walked close, the team all shot up.

"Unfortunately, I cannot disclose the full extend of Andy's injuries to all of you. I can say she is stable, and you will be able to see her once she is awake and Dr Deluca has finished her examinations."

"We're the only family she has, can we not be told anything" Maya questions.

"Unfortunately, her files have her next of kin listed as a Jack Gibson and Pruitt Herrera. I know Jack is here, and i will take him into the family room to discuss with him about Andy. Im sorry guys, but given what has happened tonight we cannot state anything." Meredith replies. "Jack if you follow me" She added, and guided Jack towards the family room.

"Now, Andy has dealt with a significant trauma tonight. Her injuries were fairly minor considering." Meredith started. "You have to tell me if this starts to get difficult, I know you and Andy are close and hearing this might be hard" She added

"No, no. Erm. I just can't understand what happened. Theo said they were drinking as a team, but no one knows what happened. No one but Andy." Jack replies

"Well Jack. From the way Andy was found, and the trauma wounds on her body. We can tell you she has been raped. She was in respiratory distress when the paramedics found her, due to strangulation. The other scrapes, and wounds are superficial and she won't require surgery. Right now, she is sedated to keep her as comfortable while we get her oxygen sats up." Meredith tells him. "We do have police around the hospital, and around Andy's room. Due to the nature of Andy's injuries they fear this was attempted murder, along with rape. So they'll be keeping an eye for any suspicious activity while other police officers looks for the man that did this" She adds.

Jack was shocked, he couldn't speak.

"Um, can i. Can I see her?" He asked

"Sure, but we do ask it is only family. Since Andy only has you listed as her next of kin, it would only be you allowed at this time. Only until Andy is concious and able to allow others to see her." Meredith replies, and she guides Jack towards Andy's room.

That's the end of chapter 2. It made sense for me to have Jack listed as Andy's next of kin as they seem closer than Andy does with any other character.
