Once Marinette had arrived at Platinum Games, a secretary had taken her to Leon's office which was on the highest floors.
"Sir, your sister is here," said the secretary while opening the door.
"What?" asked Leon as he looked up from some papers scared on his desk.
"Sorry for stopping by so suddenly, I just realized that I have not heard from you in a while and wanted to check up on you," said Marinette who walked in, the secretary leaving after Marinette had done so.
"I'm fine, M," said Leon while going back to his papers.
"Just a lot of work still to do for that new game," he said, papers shuffling around as he looked from one to another for something.
"Well if there's anything I can do just ask, I'll do my best to help," said Marinette.
"No offense, M, but I doubt there's anything you can do to help with this," said Leon without looking up from the papers.
"You never know if…," said Marinette before Leon slammed his hands down on the desk while standing.
"I thank you for offering a hand, M, but I don't need it," said Leon.
"And I would appreciate you leaving, now," he said.
"Okay, I just wanted you to know that you can always ask for help because it doesn't hurt to do so," said a shocked Marinette before she left. Leon leaned back in his seat after Marinette had left and he let out a sigh of frustration.
"She just does not understand," said Leon as he rubbed the bridge of his nose. An Akuma then flew into the room through a vent.
"Stressout, I am Hawkmoth," said the villain after the Akuma landed on a ring he was wearing. Meanwhile, Marinette had made it outside the building and was crossing the street to a bus stop.
"I've never seen Leon like that before," said Marientte to Tikki.
"He's a big time boss who is facing a deadline, it makes sense that he would be stressed over something like that so don't take it to heart, Mari," said Tikki.
"Yeah, but he could share some of his problems with someone else otherwise that stress may be the death of him someday," said Marinette. Any further conversation was cut off by an explosion from the building.
