Part 1 - Surprises

After the war with the Dark Lord was over, Lucius had lost Narcissa long time ago, and most didn't know that he was re-married and Draco had no problems with her being his new mother, for he loved her more than Narcissa who had been cold and distant with him all his life.

Who was this woman, well her name was Isabella Maria Malfoy nee Swan, and came from US, she and Lucius met during the years after first war was over with, and fell in love, and it was also around this time his previous wife died in an accident or something like it, and shortly after that Lucius and Isabella married and Draco had been very happy indeed for the two.

He even got blood-adopted to become Isabella's son. And the two went also to have 3 more children, siblings for Draco. And He loved them all very much so too.

Now that the war was over with, and the so-called dark lord was gone for good this time, with some casulaties on both sides, as the Death Eaters were inprisoned or taken to the Veil of Death for their crimes was so heinous, that nothing but death would perfect, and when Lucius got arrested and taken to the trial room, Isabella flung the doors open and said

"Stop, my Husband is not a Death Eater, never been one, He may have spoken as such to keep his head of any of those real death eaters that you have taken care of or will in few. If you roll his sleeves, you find NO mark on either of them."

"And who are you, and who is your husband then?" Kingsley said in harsh tone, while Lucius looked at her in small shock but most of all pure love for his wife, and she said

"I am Mrs Isabella Maria Malfoy, nee Swan, and I am wife of Lucius Abraxus Malfoy. I am NO deatheather either. So mote it Be! Expecto Patronum!"

And with that she was cleared as his wife, despite many were in shock of hearing this, and Lucius was freed aswell after his arms were checked over, and Bella all but ran into his arms, and gave him a deep, loving kiss infront of everyone, and most looked away of this shocking scene. Draco was next, and Isabella said

"My son is NO deatheater, despite whoever told you so, for they are idiots of brainwashing of believing every Slytherin is deatheaters in the making. But my son IS NOT one of them."

And with that his arms were checked, and Harry, Hermione and Ronald stood in the back of the room, and were shocked of everything was said, and Isabella said

"My son, husband and our other 3 children is NO deatheaters and never been ones, and whoever said that to you, are bunch of idiots and needs to learn what is real and not real, and also let go of childish dreams or whatever feud is between the Malfoys and whoever claimed that we are deatheaters or to become ones. We were actually hiding in America, where I came from originally."

Many were in shocked of her tale, and that she and Lucius had not Draco, but three more children, and Kingsley in softer tone;

"What is your other children's names and ages, and will they be at Hogwarts?" Bella gave a small smile, and said

"Like their big brother, Draco, they will be at Hogwarts from now on. Ayla is second oldest of ours, and she is 14, will be in 4th year, her younger brother, Phoenix will be in his 2nd year and their youngest sister Nova will be in her 1st year. And all three of them will be sorted into their houses."

And with that they walked out of the court room together, and Draco gave an angry glare and sneer at the golden trio, who all gapped at them walking out of there free of all charges that was not true at all.

Later that same day, Lucius and Isabella who had been secretly members of the Order all this time, also came to the Headquarters of the Order, at Grimmauld Place, and their 4 children came with them this time.

And as soon they walked into the room, most were in shock, while Minerva, Severus, Albus (Who faked his death all this time.) and Kingsley who knew them being members all this time, were smiling, and Severus went up to them, and gave Isabella a hug and kiss on her cheek, and he also man-hugged Lucius, and then hugged his 4 god-children each one time.

Ronald said in harsh tone;

"What the bloody hell are they doing here?!" Molly was also wondering, while Hermione looked scared for some reason and Harry only had anger at Draco, who ignored it and him for now, and Albus said

"They are part of the Order, and they are here for our meeting, Ronald Weasley. Good to see you all well tonight, my dear."

Bella smiled, and said

"It is good to see you too, Albus. Minerva, Kingsley, Severus aswell." At that they all smiled and nodded, while those three looked on with fear, anger and disbelief of this, and Albus siad

"And these must be the siblings of Draco's?" Lucius said proudly;

"Ah, yes, meet Ayla our second oldest, and these two are Phoenix and Nova. Ayla, Nix, Nova, meet your headmaster, Potions Teacher and Transfiguration teacher at Hogwarts; Albus, Minerva and Severus. And the others around this room are; The Weasley's, the Potter boy, Lupins, and few others I do not know by name."

Many of them nodded politely, and Draco held Ayla's hand, as she had hardest time of meeting new peoples, and she laid her head onto his chest, and he just smiled and held her there. Isabella and Lucius just smiled at this sight, and Harry said

"You part of the Order, how can that be, deatheater?" Many gasped of his rudeness, and Lucius said standing at his tall height

"I am NO deatheater, Potter. Never was in first place. I am part of it, after Narcissa died in that accident, and she was the deatheater not myself, do your history correct, Boy. Isabella and I meet years after that, and married in love and now we have happily 3 more children together, with Draco as the Eldest."

Draco nodded with a smile and he looked over to his mama, who gave him a smile of her own. Isabella just had a warm smile on her lips for now, and she didn't even look at that Potter boy or his two friends who had only glares on their faces and sneers of hearing this. Lucius then said

"SO what is this meeting about, Kingsley?" Kingsley gave a smile and said

"Few things to go over, first is that every student from 11-18 will be at Hogwarts as it is mandatory to do all 7 years there before any jobs can happen, for we all in the ministry agree that you need to have the grades and the aptitude to do the jobs you wish to have at the Ministy, Hogwarts or St Mungos. I also have spoken to the different Quidditch teams around the world, and as of now and years onward, they are not in need of new players or members of their teams, so no scoats will be sent out to see you play this year. So I suggest you who wanted to be a Quidditch Player after Hogwarts to look for another kind of work, for time is changing, and even women are to work, so the pay in the households will be even out. Second is Marriage Law."

Many now began to yell of how unfair or how can you do that to us and whatever else, and Isabella having enough, pulled her hand and wand up in the air, and a loud bang and her yell "ENOUGH" was heard now, and Kingsley nodded and said

"Thank you, Isabella. And we can for our numbers both from first war and now second war has dwindle, and we need more peoples, and therefore this marriage law is happening to you all, who are not married as of today. No engagement or promised engagement will save you from it, therefore all of you who are between the ages of 16-24 are now under this law. And few of the law is simple; You do not get to choose who your partner in marriage is to be, but most likely it will be muggleborn/pureblood or halfblood/muggleborn, no pureblood and halfblood related by bloodlines or for you think you are right for each other will NOT happen. The partner will be someone we choose for you. So these here, are letters to take you who are not married, to St Mungos for extensive check up on you and your body."

Draco nodded as he was not against or afraid of this, and he took his own letter willingly, and gave his parents a smile, who smiled back and nodded at him, how proud they were off him. Ayla, Nix and Nova also gave their big brother a smile as he was taken away by the Portkey on the letter.

The others while against it or not willing to do it on their own free will, were trusted onto the letter and whoosh they were taken to the St Mungos. Molly was absolutely mess about it all, and was cursing Kingsley up and down, who had enough, and told her in angry, cold tone now;

"MOLLY, your children is no children, they are off age or near off-age therefore not your responsibilities to take care of anymore, your sons and daugther will learn that quickly today by who they are chosen to be wed to. And there is no chance to change to whoever they want it to be nor divorce, as they are to be legally bound and married to their chosen partners, and you will accept it weither you want to or not. But it is out of all our hands to stop it from happening. It is necessary means for families to grow in side and our numbers to grow back in numbers. The other rules of said marriages will talked about when they all are back from St Mungos, so for now, lets eat our lunch shall we?"

And with that houseelves that Hermione most likely would not like to be working so joyous for them, showed up and everyone sat down to eat the lunch for now, and the children of the said marriage law would eat when they arrived back. But Ronald would learn another lesson in the food, he only would get what a boy in his age and size should be eating not like before.
