Hinata and Sasuke sat there, their bodies still glistening with sweat, staring at each other with a mixture of emotions. Uncertainty, nervousness, and a tinge of guilt hung in the air.
Hinata bit her lip, her fingers fidgeting nervously as she spoke up. "It's okay, right? I mean, one time won't hurt anything, right?"
Sasuke ran his hand through his hair, a deep furrow between his brows. "It was a lot, Hinata," he said, his voice heavy with concern.
Hinata's blush deepened at his words, and she averted her gaze, feeling a knot form in her stomach. "Well, it was going to happen sooner or later," she said, trying to lighten the mood.
Sasuke looked at her, his expression softening. He knew that what they had done couldn't be undone, but he couldn't bring himself to be angry or upset with Hinata. He had wanted her just as much as she had wanted him.
"I know," he said finally, taking her hand in his.
Sakura and Ino decided to grab dinner after spending the day shopping with Hinata. They had invited her, but Hinata declined, saying that she had promised her boyfriend they would have dinner together. The girls sat across from each other, slurping their ramen as they chatted.
"I'm dreading tomorrow," Sakura groaned.
Ino chuckled and teased, "But isn't seeing Sasuke-sensei worth it?"
Sakura scowled at her friend. "Well, Mr. Uchiha rejected me, so seeing him just makes me sad right now," she said, letting out a heavy sigh and resting her head on her hand. "Don't you ever wonder who has captured his heart?" she added, looking up at Ino.
Ino considered her friend's question for a moment before shrugging. "Kind of, but I don't really care that much. I don't see him that way," she replied.
Sakura let out a dramatic sigh. "I just need to find out," she said, her determination clear in her voice.
Ino shook her head. "You know, it's not healthy to obsess over someone like that," Ino said, her tone gentle. "Especially someone who has already rejected you."
Sakura frowned, feeling a bit defensive. "I'm not obsessed, I just want closure," she insisted.
Ino raised an eyebrow. "Closure? You're not in a relationship with him, Sakura. What kind of closure are you looking for?"
Sakura didn't have an answer for that. She knew that Ino was right - she was still hung up on Sasuke, even though he had made it clear that he wasn't interested. She sighed again and took a sip of her ramen, feeling a bit defeated.
"You're right, Ino. I guess I just need to move on," she said finally.
Ino smiled at her friend. "That's the spirit," she said, patting Sakura's hand. "There are plenty of other fish in the sea. Like…Kakashi-Sensei." She teased.
Sakura rolled her eyes but couldn't help but laugh at Ino's suggestion. "I think I'll pass on that one," she said with a smirk.
Sasuke was typing away on his computer looking up other options when he suddenly spoke up, "Uh, there's a morning-after pill if you're worried about getting pregnant." Hinata looked at him with concern, sensing that something else was bothering him.
"Sasuke, you seem more worried about it than I am," she said in a gentle voice.
Sasuke let out a deep sigh, his eyes fixed on the computer screen. "I am worried, Hinata," he admitted. "You're still a college student, and I don't want you to suffer because of our actions. Your education is important."
Hinata reached out and took Sasuke's hand in hers. "I appreciate your concern, Sasuke. But we've been careful, and I might not even get pregnant," she said reassuringly.
Sasuke nodded, but the worry in his eyes didn't dissipate entirely. "I know, but accidents happen," he said. "I just don't want you to have to give up your dreams because of something that we did."
Hinata smiled at him. "I won't have to give up anything, Sasuke. We'll figure it out together," she said, squeezing his hand. "I love you."
Sasuke returned her smile, the concern in his eyes melting away. "I love you too, Hinata," he said softly.
Hinata leaned in closer to him, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "You know, if we do end up having a baby, we'd be giving your parents what they've always wanted," she teased.
Sasuke rolled his eyes, but a small smirk played at the corners of his lips. "I suppose so," he replied, playing along.
Hinata chuckled, "I can already hear your father saying, 'Finally, my son has carried on the Uchiha name.'"
Sasuke groaned, "Don't remind me," he said, shaking his head. "But at least I'd have a little version of you running around," he added, teasingly.
Hinata grinned, "And I'd have a little version of you with your grumpy face," she teased back.
Sasuke laughed, "Hey, I don't have a grumpy face," he protested.
Hinata raised an eyebrow, "Really? You're always scowling," she said, mockingly.
Sasuke chuckled, "I'm just a serious person," he defended himself.
Hinata leaned in and kissed him lightly on the lips. "I know," she said, smiling at him. "And that's why I love you."
Kin gazed at the imposing building of her new college, feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. With a smile, she took a photo and quickly sent it to her friend Karin, the physics teacher she had grown close to in her old school.
"I can't wait to see you, Karin!" Kin typed eagerly, hoping to catch up with her friend soon. But her excitement was short-lived as she received a message from Karin soon after. "I'm transferring schools..." the message read, and Kin's heart sank.
As she rode the elevator to her floor, Kin felt a sense of disappointment wash over her. "I came to this school just for you!" she messaged back, her sadness evident in her words.
Karin's response came a few moments later, "I'm sorry Kin, it was a sudden decision. But don't worry, we'll still keep in touch." Kin smiled weakly at the message, appreciating her friend's attempt to reassure her.
As she stepped out of the elevator and made her way to her dorm, Kin couldn't shake the feeling of loneliness that settled over her. She had been looking forward to having Karin as a mentor and friend in this new environment, and now she felt lost without her.
But as Kin began to unpack her things, she made a decision. She would make the most of this new school, meet new people, and make new connections. It wouldn't be the same without Karin, but it didn't mean she couldn't still have a great experience.
As Kin stepped into her first class on Monday, her eyes widened as if they had stumbled upon a treasure beyond reach. There he was, the embodiment of beauty and allure, a man who ignited a longing within her that burned like an unquenchable flame. Her heart fluttered with anticipation as he approached, his mere presence casting a spell upon her.
"You must be the new student," Mr. Uchiha's voice resonated through the air, each word carrying an enchanting power that sent a rush of excitement coursing through Kin's veins. She could feel her cheeks flush with a rosy hue as she nodded in response, her timidity and nervousness apparent in her trembling form.
"I'm Kin," she managed to utter, her voice barely above a whisper, as if afraid her words might shatter the fragile enchantment surrounding them.
"Welcome, Kin," he replied, his voice like velvet, wrapping around her senses, leaving her breathless and lightheaded. The way he said her name, as if it held a special meaning known only to them, sent waves of delight and longing crashing through her being. It was a moment she wished could stretch into eternity.
"Thank you for having me," Kin stammered, her voice betraying her inner turmoil of excitement and desire. In that instant, she couldn't help but yearn for something more, something beyond the boundaries of a simple student-teacher relationship. Though she knew deep down that Mr. Uchiha's regard was purely academic, the flame of longing within her burned brighter, a forbidden desire she couldn't extinguish.
