Part 5 - Ayla's Story and Reactions
Next morning, they all sat around the breakfast table, and Bella noticed Ayla was still looking rather tired and not well at all, so she glanced at Lucius who too had noticed her looks, and he was worried for their daugther, and when they looked to their eldest son, he had worry on his own face and also wonder, what was going on with his little sister.
So after the breakfast was done, Bella said
"Ayla, can your father and I talk to you in private of Lucius' office, sweetheart?"
She nodded tiredly and like she wanted to speak with them, and Draco nodded and went with Nix and Nova to help them out with some homework they had taken with them, from school this summer.
Ayla with their parents went to Lucius' office, and as soon they had sat down, they saw her flinch as she sat down on one of the chairs, and the parents' shared a worried look of seeing this, and Bella took then her daugther's hand in hers, and said
"Baby, whats going on?"
At that Ayla just burst into tears, and held herself the way only Bella knew of, and she had shock but also anger and worry for her little girl, and pulled her daugther into her arms, and only gave a look to Lucius, that he understood and knew from herself, and he went pissed and slammed his hand down onto his desk, making the two jump and Ayla wept harder in her mother's arms.
Bella said
"Lucius, easy my love. Oh Ayla, why not tell us what that boy did to you?!" Ayla sniffed and looked up from her shoulder and said
"I w-was so scared and so hurt." Lucius now went to his knees, and said while stroking his daugther's cheek gently;
"Oh baby, what did he do to you my little one?" Ayla sniffled, then said in low voice
"He r-raped me!"
At that the two gasped, before Bella pulled her daugther back into her arms, and just held her there, while Lucius then took control of contacting the Ministry of Magic, as the said boy was of this world afterall. As Ayla cried in her mother's arms, now relieved of finally telling them what was going on with her.
"Oh sweetheart."
Bella just said as she held crying Ayla in her arms, and Lucius came back after getting hold of Kingsley and one of his best head-aurors, to come over for an issue had come up with his daugther. Lucius then also held his daugther, who just held onto his shirt, as she kept on crying in his arms. Bella stood and sat down, feeling all those feelings from her own rape coming back to her, and she now knew her daugther would suffer from flashbacks and so on.
Lucius then took her too into his arms, as the fire flared up, and out came 4 people, one of whom was Kingsley, and Head Auror Proudfoot. The other two they didn't know who they were, but Proudfoot said
"Mr and Mrs Malfoy, I heard only what Minister Schacklebolt had told me from what you told him, Mr Malfoy."
Lucius nodded as he stepped away from the two crying witches in his arms, and he said while holding Ayla's shoulder gently, and Bella's hand in his other one;
"My daugther wants to report a rape." At those words they all gasped and Kingsley looked from Bella to Ayla, their daugther, and he said
"Ms Malfoy, who was the prepartor and when and where did this happen to you?" Ayla looked up and said in monotone voice now while crying still;
"It happened 2 weeks ago, on Hogwarts' grounds, the boy is Alex Waters, and he had been my best friend since childhood, and we were there for he wanted to show me something, if I only kn-knew it would lead to him raping me and taking m-my innocence from me, I wouldn't followed him there."
Bella just held her waist gently, as Kingsley nodded and said
"Have you showered since the incident?" Ayla shook her head, said
"No I used a spell make it look like I have, but-" She stopped and waved her wand and everyone got to see the real her, and she was dirty and bloody, and both her parents gasped of these looks on their daugther, and Kingsley said
"I have contacted Madam Pomfrey, and she will perform the rape-kit, then we need to get a copy of your memories of what happened, and how old is this Alex Waters?"
Bella said in harsh tone;
"Ayla is just 14, but the said boy is 18. I told him before they were allowed to begin their friendship, that it was only to be a friendship as a young man he is, and his age, I told him that he is NOT allowed to let it become more than so, if he felt that started to go to more than friendship, he was to tell us and we would then tell him to leave and never come back, as because of my own rape story, I was scared of the age difference, and Ayla knew all along about my story and what the boundaries were, and to say NO if he did something that was not her own comfort zone. So he is an adult, and he took my daugther's virginty against her own free will, for he is a horndog."
She was harshly breathing at the last sentence, and Kingsley nodded as he said
"Mason, Davids, you are to go the Waters' mansion and arrest Mr Alexander Waters Jr for rape and assault of a minor. If he or his parents does anything to keep you from arresting him, you are to use force as I give permission of doing so if necessary."
And with the two other aurors that was unknown to the Malfoy's family until now, nodded and went off to the Waters' mansion. And just as they had left, the fire flared up and out came Madam Pomfrey, who was shocked of who she saw, before she composed herself, and said
"What happened, as I got your message, Minister?" Kingsley said
"First call me Kingsley, Poppy. I want you to perform a rape-kit story on young Ms Ayla Malfoy please."
At that she gasped but nodded and Bella went with them, as Ayla wanted her to be there with her. Lucius now lost his composure and said
"You will make sure that boy gets the punishment for what he did to my daugther."
"Oh believe us now the rules has been re-set and re-newed, we will make sure of that he will, Lord Malfoy. Your daugther will get justice for sure."
Lucius nodded and as they waited on Bella, Ayla and Poppy to come back, they went over the game plan on what to do next from here, the door opened and in came Draco, and he said
"Papa, is everything ok, why is the Minister and Head Auror here? Did something happen?" Lucius sighed then montioned for his son to come in more and sit down. He did, and said
"Papa? Whats going on?" Lucius sighed again, drew a hand through his hair, and then he said
"Draco, Ayla will need us more than ever from now on."
"What happened to her?!" Lucius sighed, before Proudfoot took over as he could see the strain and pain on Lucius' face; he said
"Your sister just gave her statement on what caused her not to be able to sleep, and my Aurors are now on their way to arrest Mr Alexander Waters Jr."
"What, for what, Papa? What did that boy do to my sister?!" Lucius took a deep breath, then said
"Draco, Ayla was raped by Alexander for 2 weeks ago." He then closed his eyes and waited on his son's outburst, as he then stood up abruptly, and yelled
"HE DID WHAT NOW TO MY SISTER?!" A timid, abit scared voice from the door, said
"He did, big brother."
And he turned to see his sister and mother in the doorway and behind her was Madam Pomfrey, who had a severe, stiff look on her own face, and Bella was holding back tears in her eyes, and Lucius noticed, and Ayla herself had tears down her cheeks, and Draco went to her and pulled her gently into his arms, and she just cried in them.
Madam Pomfrey said to Kingsley and Proudfoot or Tim as his first name was;
"I found evidence of a rape had happened, as her hymen was broken through and she had also bruises on her inner thighs aswell on her throat, from him trying to strangle her to be quiet as she was screaming for help before he silenced her so she wouldn't be heard by anyone around Hogwarts' grounds or anywhere else. I also found semen inside of her vagina, and I tested it positive for a Mr Alexander Waters Jr. I gave her also a few potions; Pain Potion, Anti-Pregnancy and an Antibiotic potion due to some of the wounds was inflamed and infected by dirt and other things. I also will get in contact with a friend of mine, who is a Mind-Healer at St Mungo's so Ms Malfoy can talk about what has happened and so forth. I also have given her some dream-less potions to use when she feels the need of them."
Many of them were in shock, Bella was in Lucius' arms, and crying now too, and Ayla was in Draco's arms too and she too was crying like before. Draco and Lucius both had only anger on theirs, and wanted justice for their daugther/sister very soon indeed. Kingsley had a hard look on his, and he said
"I will tell Minerva and Albus about this, so you don't have to do it on your own, Ms Malfoy." Ayla nodded as she said
"Thank you for believing in me, Minister." At that he gave a softer look, and said
"I will always believe the victims of the crimes they say happened to them, and this was also confirmed case, therefore you are believed, and always will be. Bella, I am so sorry that this has happened to you and now your daugther aswell."
Bella nodded and said
"Thank you. Tim, that goes to you and your team aswell." Tim nodded with slight smile and he like Kingsley now flooed back to Ministry and Poppy said
"My friend who is a Mind-Healer will be meeting you at Hogwarts when the new year begins, Ms Malfoy. And she will keep it confidental too."
Ayla nodded and relieved of this and Poppy now also left the family. Bella and Lucius shared a look, and Bella said
"Ayla, now that the rape kit has been done, you can take that shower you so wish for, baby."
Ayla nodded before she said
"Will you help me mama?" Bella smiled and went with her daugther to help her out, and Draco and Lucius shared a look with each other, and was wondering how to tell the other siblings all of this.
******************Meanwhile at Hogwarts**********************
Kingsley flooed into Albus' office, and he with Minerva aswell Severus was there as asked of him, when he asked for a quick emergency meeting with them all, and Severus said
"Kingsley, whats going on, why did you want us all here?" Kingsley sighed, then he said
"Tim and his aurors are now on their way to arrest Mr Alexander Waters Jr."
"What why?!" Kingsley took a deep breath, then he said to shock of them all;
"He is being arrested and charged of rape of an minor, as his said victim of his crime came clean to her parents earlier today, and her father took contact of me and the Aurors, to make sure this happened."
"Who is the victim?" He then looked up and said
"It is Ayla Malfoy." Severus slammed his hand down onto Albus' desk, as Albus and Minerva both gasped and Minerva had her hands over her mouth, tearing up at what he had just said, Severus said
"My god-daugther was raped by that boy? When where?!" Kingsley said
"It was on these grounds for 2 weeks ago. It all was tested positive during her rape-kit history that he was the one who had done this to her."
All three were shocked, and Severus said
"Albus, Minerva, I need to-" Albus said
"Go ahead, my dear boy. You need to be with your god-daugther and family." Severus nodded and flooed out of there to Malfoy Manor.
"I Headmaster Dumbledore hereby expel Mr Alexander Waters Jr from Hogwarts Of Witches and Wizarding School of Magic. So Mote It Be."
And with that his name was forcefully removed on every lists around school and his spot was removed from his dorm room for the next new year at the school. And after some more talk about the issue, Kingsley left to see how the arrest had gone by the aurors with Tim.
Severus arrived at the manor, and when Nix and Nova saw him they ran into his arms, and hugged him tightly all the while talking very fast about how much they had missed him and so forth. And after a while, Bella said
"Nix, Nova, let go of Severus, and get yourselves ready for home-school with the tutors." And the two took off to do so, and Severus said
"Where is she?" Bella sighed, then said
"She is with Draco in her room, she just got to sleep finally after all this, Sev." Severus nodded and said
"How in the fucking hell did we miss the signs?"
"I don't know I kick myself for not realising it on her either"
"Don't blame yourself, Love."
Lucius now said coming into the room aswell, and Severus gave him a man-hug and the three of them sat down and talked things through with each other. But Severus also after a while went up to Ayla's room, and he saw Draco and Ayla asleep on her bed and it made him smile and it tugged on his heartstrings, as he could see the tearmarks on her face, and Draco holding onto his little sister like big brother would do.
He decided to stay for dinner with them all, and wait on the news of Waters Jr' arrest and what he would tell them about it all.
