Well it's official. The one who just screwed him over and put him here must have been really powerful, highly likely a cosmic being or magical in nature. They literally put him in a world that is not much different from his own. Clowns or as the public called them "Superheroes" still roam or fly across the planet. Only major differences are that almost the entire population possess something called "Quirks" hence the existence of superpowered beings. It's almost like this world's Mutant X Gene. Perhaps maybe it is.

However it seems not everyone with Quirks seems to have no desire of being a good guy hence why there are villains or as Punisher called them scums lurking about which is good. Meaning there's work for him to do in this world. He had already given up trying to return to his world. No point in trying when he's not some Tony Stark level genius who could probably make a tech that could bring him back to his world. Not only that, dimensional travel is not even a popular concept here hence there's been no attempt in making something that Tony Stark would do if he ever found himself here.

He's left with the only thing he does best; punishing the wicked aka being The Punisher. And luckily the person or being who brought him here didn't try taking his weapons, ammo, and gadgets at all considering his 1969 Pontiac GTO is packed to the gills with all the things he likes.

'This world needs a wake up call. It's about time these so called villains takes something more than just a slap in the wrist and a time in a cell.' The Punisher swore as he simply steps out of the internet cafe and observed the fine city of Musutafu, Japan or at least this world's version of Japan.

Why the person or the being who brought him here specifically, he has no idea but he doesn't care. What's happened happened. No point trying in figuring it all out. It was time to get moving.

Tsukauchi Naomasa had a brutal but odd crime scene today. It was three young street thugs brutally shot down in the head by a very powerful weapon with an equally powerful ammunition.

He looked at their bodies with morbid curiosity and a small sense of dread. He quietly wonders if there's another vigilante walking the street, if so, this vigilante is unlike any other he had encountered. This one used guns, specifically powerful handguns, and highly likely had access to powerful ammuntions as well. After all, this kind of armor piercing round he had seen isn't just something you buy at the local store. It's military grade. Plus no one sells armor piercing rounds around here considering the strict gun laws. Most likely this vigilante has connections to the black market or to foreign illegal gun shops.

Naomasa grit his teeth. So much for a fine morning. He really hopes this is just some random street thug turf war. However street thugs don't posses military grade ammunitions nor they have access to this kind of weaponry. Hence why he thinks up a possibility that this could be the work of a new vigilante. The detective deeply hopes this is not the case.

"Sheesh, that's a lot of stuff there big guy." A cashier commented upon seeing the numerous plastic bags filled with food supplies and medical supplies along with supplements, carried by none other than a tall and large muscular man with messy dark hair in a black leather trench coat along with a black shirt with a certain menacing skull logo. None other than The Punisher himself, "Ehem, are you sure you can pay for it, sir?"

"Do you take dollars?" The Punisher replied in japanese with a noticeable american accent.

"That we do, sir." The cashier replied in perfect english with no japanese accent visible, to which The Punisher noticed.

"Good english." The Punisher commented with a raised brow, impressed, before gesturing for his supplies, "So how much is this?"

"That will be 850 dollars, sir." The cashier answered.

The Punisher simply pulls out his wallet and grabbed 850 dollars as requested before handing it to the cashier.

With that, The Punisher simply went out of his way to the exit. All things considered, this was suppose to be simple, in and out. However things suddenly took a turn. As The Punisher was walking out of the premise of the mall, he saw something.

A japanese teenager with fluffy dark green hair was being held in the neck by an individual in a black hooded cloak as they both sat on a bench and judging by the green haired teenager's fearful and worried reactions expression, it seems to be a life or death situation. A sight that no one ever caught in this public place. The Punisher wanted to pull out his guns and end this quick however he left them in the car. After all, he can't just enter inside a mall without getting frisked.

He'll have to do this with his bare hands and have to sneak in towards them.

'Good thing the scum is distracted talking to that kid. Still, I gotta be extra careful, his blood's on me if I don't pull this off well.'

Dropping his essential supplies, The Punisher wasted no time trying to sneak in behind. He had to bide his time and wait for the perfect opportunity.

'Wait for it. Wait for it. And that's it. He's thinking. He's fully distracted.'

With haste, The Punisher instantly grabbed the individual in the cloak by the neck before twisting it, eliciting the cracking sound of breaking bone. Not finished, The Punisher simply dropped the individual's dead body to the ground before stomping their head with his boot, crushing the skull and popping the brains out.

'And that's done.' The Punisher declared internally as he looked at the individual's splattered brain before turning to look at the kid he had just saved. His eyes were filled with horror and shock. He can't blame him, this level of violence is probably just something he can just see in a movie but now, no more. The sight of him breaking someone's neck and then stomping their brains out will now forever be ingrained into that kid's mind, 'The kid is saved and the scum is dead. Better hoof it outta here now.'

Not that the Punisher really cared about what the kid just witnessed though as when he was done, he simply started running and grabbed his essential supplies along the way. He could hear many screams of horror as he reaches to the exit door.

'Shit, there's guards at the door.' The Punisher cursed inside his head when he saw two male security guards blocking his way out, also noticing they had their guns out and ready to fire at him, 'I got no guns at the moment and my hands are carrying my supplies. Gotta use my legs.'

With inhuman speed and agility, The Punisher ducked and weaved through the bullets aimed for him, completely dodging them as he sprints to get closer to the guards to deliver an attack that will knock them out.

Once he got close enough, The Punisher delivered a jump kick to the first guard, incapacitating him before knocking out the second one with a flawless roundhouse kick.

With the guards neutralized, The Punisher wasted no time making his escape.

Naomasa calmly sipped his coffee as he looked at the photos of the three dead bodies at a certain crime scene. This kind of vigilante act of justice and murder was something Naomasa never encountered before, that is if it was indeed the work of vigilante. Vigilantes are criminals for sure but they weren't murderous and wouldn't shot someone with a powerful handgun with a military grade armor piercing bullet

He sighs deeply at his thoughts, before suddenly hearing the phone ringing. The detective nonchalantly picks it up with a groan and answered, "What is it?"

"It's Officer Takahashi, sir." Naomasa smiled at this.

"Oh great, Officer, what do you got then?"

"As you ordered, sir, I interviewed a few nearby witnesses and they all reported seeing an old Pontiac GTO leaving the scene after they heard multiple gunshots."

"That's all?" Naomasa asked.

"One witness also reported seeing a large man in a black leather trench coat within the area. Said he was there right in the alley after the gunshots before entering the car like nothing just happened." Naomasa's eyes narrowed. He was happy he got this many leads but there was this uneasines bottling up inside him.

"Did he say anything else?"

"Nope, other than he was big and muscular. Oh and he also has a big menacing skull logo on his black T-Shirt. Yep that's about it." Naomasa is not liking this, seems his vigilante theory could be true after all.

"Thank you, Officer."

Naomasa ended the call. However suddenly, someone bursted inside his office, a fellow cop with a serious look, "Sir, you're gonna want to look at this. We just got a murder on the Kiyashi Ward Mall."

"Here's your key, mister Smith." The Landlord happily handed the key of room 616 to none other than The Punisher.

"Thank you." The Punisher accepted as he makes his way to his room. He was lucky he found a nice but still cheap and afforable inn after his escape.

Finding his room was not a problem as theinn itself wasn't particularly large, he enters it and finds the place where he will be staying adequate. It's big enough and cozy enough plus there's TV with cable which is good. It would keep him informed on the times and most importantly, the news.

"Damn. He sure did a number on him." One police officer commented upon seeing the dead body, which was an understatement in Naomasa's opinion. The victim was a young male and had his neck twisted in a way that Naomasa wouldn't like happening to anyone, plus the head is literally crushed, with pieces of the brains splattered all over. Seriously , what kind of sick fuck would do this?

"We got any witnesses? I mean this is a public place after all." Naomasa asked to his fellow cops.

"We sure do. But only one was worth hearing. A U.A. Student by the name of Midoriya Izuku. Said he saw the killer and also identified the victim for us." Another police officer spoke up.

At this, Naomasa perked up instantly, "Go on."

"Anyways, he told us that the killer wasn't Japanese and might probably be American or European. The killer wore a black leather trench coat and a black shirt with a skull logo on it. And that's about it. As for the victim, well, it's Shigaraki Tomura, the leader of the League Of Villains."

"Shit." Naomasa cursed in a weak whisper before collecting himself, "Earlier this morning, we just found a triple murder that took place yesterday. It was three street thugs. Shot on the head with supposedly two powerful handguns loaded with military armor piercing rounds. Eyewitnesses reported seeing a large man in a black leather trench coat along with wearing a shirt with a skull logo on it."

"Are you suggesting this is the work of a violent murderous vigilante?" A random police officer asked.

"Yes and I believe this is just beginning." Naomasa answered gravely with a grim expression.

'Number one: Sic vis pacem, para bellum. Latin. The boot-camp sergeant made us recite it like a prayer. Sic vis pacem, para bellum. If you want peace, prepare for war. In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacy, it is necessary to act outside the law. To pursue natural justice. Those who will do evil to others , the killers, the rapists, psychos, sadists, villains. You will all come to know me very well for I am the monster you will fear, the boogeyman that will make you think twice to commit an evil act, for I am The Punisher.'

The Punisher declared internally as he watches the city of Musutafu from the rooftop of the tallest building in the area, preying and hunting for the wicked.

A/N: Welp a major character and villain in MHA is dead. Just like that. A fresh one for the grinder that is The Punisher himself. I guess this will all ease your worries or questions if I try following the events in canon with just The Punisher in it. Nope, I ain't doing that. Major events will change from canon due to The Punisher's interference and major characters will also change and develop differently along with the potential of them dying.
