It only takes one moment to change your life.That's what happened to our what happened our friend here Dedede.His name might come off as a little weird but hey! don't blame him,blame his parents.But anyways Dedede life changed the moment he and his best friend Deku were saved by Ochako Uraraka."Hey Pomeranian Douche!" a 7 year old boy Katsuki looks to his back there is only one person in this school that had the balls to call him that."Dedede..." Katsuki says calmly yet you could hear the sheer malice in his voice.It seems you haven't learned your place do you really want to get beat up again like the extra you are Bakugo says." Dedede looks Bakugo in eye and says"No because after I'm through with ya beating you,me and Midoriya won't ever have to be scared for our lives no more!Dedede says proudly."Dedede goes in for a punch only for Bakugo to dodge Dedede turns around and tries to hit him again only to have the same effect."Bakugo eventually gets bored and fires a explosion right in the gut knocking Dedede down."Ah! Dedede cries in pain but stands his ground and charges again at Bakugo."Unlike useless Deku Dedede can take a hit and keep fighting,a very very very small part of Katsuki can respect that but it didn't matter Dedede was a loser just like Deku and so he will be delt with , didn't matter if he had a minor mutation quirk it won't help him."After a few minutes Dedede reaches his limit and falls to ground exhausted he can tank hits alot better than the average kid but like a kid there's only so much he can take."Hey guys want some roasted fat penguin!Bakugo yells amusingly and smiling."His cronnies come to check out what's happening and start laughing at the fallen boy."Dedede could do nothing but sit and start crying."Damnit no! stop Dedede not around them!he mentally yells but it was useless tears stream down like a waterfall as he curls up into a ball while Bakugo and his "friends" abuse him verbally and physically."Only for Dark Green haired child to rush to his aid."Hey! leave him a-a-a-alone K-K-K-Kacchan or,"the child raises his fist up"y-you'll have to deal with me! he says looking as if he was on the verge of peeing on his shorts."If a useless falls another will come,come on Deku you think you can take me on! Bakugo yells."Deku doesn't respond too scared to even speak."Alright than here I come the blond boy and his companions rush in about to attack both the defenseles boys until someone enters the scene. A girl!Dedede says,oh no she'll end just like us! Dedede he wants to stop the girl but he's too injured, tired and scared to move right now."Only for him to see the girl take down Katsuki ,technically she just scared him off(which he didn't even think was possible)but it was considered a win in his book!"After that Izuku went on and introduced himself and him than she did so as well."He finds out this girls name is Ochako Uraraka and ever since than she's been a part of their friend group."He was a bit jealous of he because one she beat Katsuki Bakugo, that guy was his enemy damnit!"He was supposed to be the hero,not her! she basically stole his thunder!"Granted yes he was beaten and humiliated but he wouldn't have gotten up eventually!"Just thinking about the whole thing just makes his blood boil with annoyance!"After he got home he promised from than on he would accept never ever be that weak and pathetic again."But as the years followed every time he wouls challenge Bakugo he would get the same result:Him getting beat up while Ochako comes and saves his hide,while also Deku cheering her on."It just wasn't fair his quirk was weaker than their's Bakugo could make explosion from his palms while the Ochako could freaking copy quirks by just inhaling a piece of them!"All he had was his lame quirk called: Penguin which basically gave him one penguin characteristic a beak that. was. it."Dedede had no problem with Izuku he really just wished he would stopped being such a big fanboy about her all the time, he swears that next to All Might she was his greatest hero."The now 14 year old Dedede walks into a warehouse and says.Alright Bandana Let's suit Up!

Dedede Oritsu:A young but strong boy,he has wild blue blue hair a round face and a yellow beak.He dreams of conquering Japan and becoming its King just like his ancestors once did before being dethroned.With the help of Bandana he believes he will achieve his dream and prove that he is stronger than Katsuki and Ochako.Quirk: Penguin gives him a beak that's it(or is it?)
Ochako Uraraka:A happy go lucky girl She's best friends with Izuku and Dedede,she believes in Izuku's dream of becoming a number 1 hero like All Might.She also has many dream's 1 becoming A pro hero to help her struggling family 2 Open up a agency were she, Deku,Dedede and many other future friends can come together and fight evil together and play.(Also wants to open up her own personal restaurant and have her employees feed her really good food)
Quirk:Inhale allows her to absorb to absorb specific types of quirks or materials copy them into abilities.She can also fly by holding her Breath and puffing up her body a bit.Ochako also possesses immense strength,speed, stamina and durability with unknown limits(But she doesn't know all that yet)
