"Why did you call me if he's not here?" Kimberly asked as Shelby just stared at her with wide eyes. It sounded like Kimberly, but the mannerisms were all wrong. Was this what the Command Center was like? "You are a new ranger and a prophetess. That's interesting. I do so miss Tommy, but I don't know why I didn't realize she was a prophetess. It would have made the last time far easier."

"Kimberly?" Shelby asked and the being smiled at her and she felt the terror go through her. "Get out of her!"

"I won't hurt her, but I can't deliver this message to you. Only to Tommy. That's how it works- she would know that," Kimberly said and Shelby just stared at her. She was terrified of and for Kimberly and that had never happened before. "If you're a new ranger- where are the others?"

"Should I tell Julia that it didn't work?" Brandon asked as he walked into the room and shook his communicator towards the two of them. "Kim? Shelby?"

"Is Tommy with Julia? Tell her Tommy needs to come- we need to talk again," Kimberly said as she walked over to him and ran her fingers through his hair. He froze as he stared at her and then glanced over at Shelby. "It's so nice to be able to meet the rangers again."

"Shel…" Brandon stuttered as she just shook her head. She had no idea what was going on and watching Kimberly hit on Brandon felt so many kinds of wrong. "Yeah, Jules…something is happening. We need Dr. O."

"Keep that open. Jules- tell Tommy I'm waiting and we have a lot to discuss," Kimberly said and Brandon stared at her. "And that he might want to hurry- I'm getting rather bored without her soulmate here."

"Did you catch that?" Brandon asked as he gulped. He was not sure he could resist her if she went for it, but he was sure that Shelby wouldn't let it go that far.

"I did. Tommy'll be on his way," Julia said and Brandon cut off the communication and took several large steps away from her.

"I'm going to go," Brandon muttered before he sprinted from the room and Kimberly let out a hearty laugh.

"This could be fun," Kim stated as she looked over at Shelby. "You sure you don't want to join in on the fun?"

"Absolutely sure," Shelby said as she moved to stand between Kimberly and the back rooms. She had a gut feeling that things would end badly if she went back there. "Why don't you take a seat and wait?"

"Kimberly!" Tommy called as he landed in the Command Center and looked around. It had taken him far longer than he wanted to get here, but the problematic Guardians were beyond his control. "Kim!"

He sprinted through the Command Center as he tried to find her and Shelby. Surely they wouldn't have gone far in the last twenty minutes, but his gut clenched as he thought about the little he remembered from being inhabited by the Command Center. There were so many base instincts that he had tapped into and Kimberly had been strong enough to resist the Command Center. He didn't know that the young rangers would be strong enough for that.

"Over here!" Shelby called as she stood from firmly pinning Kimberly to the couch and he gave her a grateful nod. "What the hell is going on?"

"It's weird to see you like this. I don't normally get to inhabit both soulmates. Only the man," Kim said as she walked up to Tommy and ran her hand down his chest and he forced back a groan. How the hell had Kimberly resisted when the Command Center asked her? His entire body was electrified with just one touch. "Is she not being good to you?"

"Our kids are twelve weeks old," Tommy said as he nodded for Shelby to leave. He waited until he heard the door close and then cupped Kimberly's cheek. "And I want her. Only her. And you're not my wife."

"Fine," Kimberly pouted and he forced back another groan. He missed seeing those expressions on her face and hoped it wouldn't be much longer. "Why am I back?"

"You don't remember what Kimberly asked?" Tommy asked and she shook her head and he let out a sigh. "I'm sure you've figured out she's a prophetess."

"Yes, I never detected it before. It's abnormal for it to start this late in life," Kimberly said and Tommy put his arm around her. "Am I not going to like the news?"

"Well- she didn't like the reason why- so I'm hedging my bets that you won't either. She had the ability, very shortly, when we were first rangers. Billy took it away to make sure that the prophecy she had was not derailed by her wanting to ignore certain parts- namely the two of us breaking up," Tommy said as he felt her stiffen and caught how mad the Command Center was. "Billy reversed what he did, but she…it's killing her and Shelby. They have no control over it. No way to pull out of a prophecy once it starts. It's been almost two months and she's been spending hours a day writing and writing and writing. I can't reach her. No one has been able to reach either of them. Yesterday…Roberto said it was the equivalent of a nuclear blast…just on a ranger energy scale. You're here because she asked you if you could help them with this."

The Command Center sat in silence as it digested the information Tommy had given it. This was difficult. If the prophets had been established correctly- none of this would be happening. It had been thousands of years since the last prophets and it was exceedingly rare for a prophet to be a ranger. It was even more rare that a prophet would be a soulmate of a ranger, let alone the most powerful ranger to ever exist. It was a perfect storm.

"Prophets, in days of old, underwent intensive training as soon as the ability appeared to prevent this from happening. Shelby is young enough that I will be able to produce a training regime guide. I've placed it in the library already. Kimberly…it won't be so easy, but her control is critical. She's the first prophet to appear after the resurrection of the Power Rangers. She's basically the mother of prophets and with her out of control- they all are as well. She needs to start the training regime as well and it will help, but there will need to be more," Kimberly said as Tommy nodded as she grabbed his face and stared into his eyes. It was startling how different the Command Center made her. "Prophets, like rangers, can have soulmates. Obviously she does. Their abilities are, often times, directly correlated to how powerful their mate is. You're the most powerful ranger to ever walk the Earth and she's your soulmate. She also had ranger powers. I am not sure she'll ever be able to control the ability the way some prophetesses can. I can say that her prophecies will change the way rangers and humans see this world. She'll be hunted, Tommy. And you'll have to protect her."

"Can I help?" Tommy asked, trying to push back the fear, but utterly failing. Thomas had told him a bit about Kimberly in his world, but he hadn't let on just how powerful she really was. Was his Kimberly going to be equally powerful?

"I will need to comb through the old data, carefully, to see if there is anything that I may have forgotten. Your consistent presence will help the most," Kimberly said as she reached out for him and he sighed. "Tommy- none of this was ever going to be easy for the two of you- I just wish her abilities had never been hidden…there are a lot of prophecies and a lot of damage to undo. It will take you and the Guardians to right this."

"So I have to work with the bastards?" Tommy ground out and Kimberly firmly nodded. He was fine with Roberto and even Rebekah- but those two today, the two that made his skin crawl- he was not sure that he would ever be 'fine' working with them. "When…when you leave her…will it damage her the same way as me?"

"No- she's a prophetess. They're specifically built to connect with different planes of existence and communicate with, through, and about them. She'll need a long nap, but should otherwise be fine," Kimberly said as the door slammed open and they turned around to see Cameron and Julia rushing in. "The rest of the rangers?"

"Yes," Tommy replied and Kimberly smiled over at them and then looked back at him. "Why Kim and not Shelby?"

"I've always had a soft spot for the two of you. And I wanted the pair," Kimberly remarked as her eyes slowly closed and a jolt of light shot out of her. Tommy caught her against his chest and let out a ragged breath. He'd never asked Kimberly what it had been like when this had happened to him. He couldn't imagine that it had been much different. She quickly stirred in his arms and forced her eyes open. "Tommy? When'd you get back?"

"I've been here for a little while and you, my sweet, need a nap. Being taken over by the Command Center isn't any fun," Tommy said and her eyes widened and he chuckled. "Apparently, as a prophetess it doesn't affect you the same and I got some good answers, but first sleep."

"Fine," Kim yawned as he scooped her up and moved to leave the Command Center, but was stopped by Cameron.

"What did you find out?" Cam asked and Tommy let out a sigh. Kimberly was already nodding off in his arms and he knew she would sleep best in their bed, with him there. "Tommy."

"There's some books in the library that Shelby needs to start reading with practices that will help her get her abilities under control. And Kimberly's…well…they may never be controlled in the same way," Tommy stated and Cam glared at him. He didn't blame the young ranger, but he also didn't have time for this conversation at this moment. "She needs rest- I was in a coma for two months after the Command Center took me over. I know you want better answers and I do have them, but it's going to have to wait a bit."

"Cam, leave it. He's only trying to take care of his wife the way you want to take care of Shel," Julia interjected as Cam had started to move towards Tommy in an angry huff.

"Who, by the way, is rather freaked out about how Kimberly was acting while the Command Center took her over. She could probably use some comfort right now," Tommy said as Cam let out a sigh and then turned to go to the back rooms. He nodded his head to Julia and then continued up to their loft. He was only going to explain this once and that would be when Kimberly was awake and there were multiple Guardians present. If they could help, he'd be willing to overlook how horrible a few of them where- especially if it would save her.

AN: It's a twofer week! I hope you enjoy this chapter!
