Plot:After exploring the omniverse Isaac heard legendary myth stories of human childbirth by outer gods. He could not help but be curious to test the waters of that myth and try to accomplish the unthinkable. By proving its not a legend after all.

Isaac had secretly grown fond of Nyarlathotep the shapeshifting bombshell of an attractive woman with Long dark brown haired red eyed Asian looking Crawling Chaos in Arkham City wearing glasses and knew that her fiery passion ran deep.
Several hours later he luckily happened to bump into one of the strongest and most powerful of the outer gods in all of existence carrying a heavy stack of books with ancient foreign writings on them. Nyarlathotep the crawling chaos disguised a human woman herself. He was slightly taken aback by the bombshell of an attractive woman owns physical appearance which left even him impressed by her own looks. She had long dark brown hair crimson red eyes and a huge pair of melons on her.
Isaac(Smiling) Hi there it seems that you just dropped a couple of books onto the ground immediately after I bummed into. Mind if I lend a fine young lady such as yourself a hand in carrying a few books in my hands since they look quite heavy for you to carry?
Nyarlathotep:(Flustered) Wow! Such a sweet young gentleman you are. I'd really love it if you would do that for me. I believe it's getting close to dinner time out here in Arkham City. Care to have dinner with me at my cafe that I currently own? I would really love to get to know you.
Isaac:I don't believe I can refuse such a kind offer(smiling still)Lead the way madam Nyarlathotep.
Nya blushed slightly as she lead them to -Cafe of Deities- The two of them sat in a quaint cafe in Arkham City. Nyarlathotep ordered them something light to eat. They talked and laughed for the day that they have encountered one another feeling fate has intervened on this particular day.
Upon the thought of Isaac beginning to realize the fact he had actually discovered someone who can give him real children, the Abhsorimian set out to make Nyarlathotep his wife. Though faced by numerous cosmic entities who despised their inter-species relationship, the two were determined to be together no matter the cost.
They talked and got to know each other more and more. As time passed, a strong connection started to develop between the two. While at first, Isaac was mostly intrigued by Nya's otherworldly powers, he soon came to find that he truly cared for the enigmatic yet gentle woman in front of him.
As their dates continued, it eventually grew into something more serious. Gradually, both of them learned to accept one another, and shared a mutual understanding of each other's lives, beliefs and desires. As Isaac began to understand the importance of love and companionship in his life, his feelings for Nyarlathotep only kept growing stronger.
Their meeting was certainly one of fate as within a few days following the encounter the two slowly began to fall in love with each other deeply. Especially Isaac who was captivated by the elegant beauty of Nyarlathotep's figure and intellect.
Isaac: You truly are an intelligent and exquisite woman Nyarlathotep your intellect is out of this world for someone of your age it fascinates me!
Nya:Awww you really know how to make a girl blush! Just Dinner it is then I would be delighted!The couple later went out went out to Nya's cafe and talked about various topics related to the omniverse like their favorite legends stories, book genres, and religious philosophy. The two were getting along so surprisingly well throughout the entire night that they ended up enjoying a one-night combination of great conversations, heavenly food, and unbelievable chemistry.
Once the two had a nice dinner and conversation it became quite obvious what exactly Isaac had intended to do as Nyarlathotep began to feel something exciting and different in the air around them.
Isaac was cautious but truly longed for something new and uncharted to focus his life on.
Nyarlathotep seemed to understand where the moment was heading as she began to take off her glasses and looked deeply into his eyes.
Issac: So Nyarlathotep, I've heard stories over the years of an ancient myth that revolved around childbirth.. After a moment of passionate gazing at each other's eyes.
Nyarlathotep:You desire to test the mysteries and declare yourself an example of such a feat? She grinned as the words left her lips and the atmosphere shifted.
Isaac returned the smile and made sure to emphasize the importance of it to her.
Isaac: I want to challenge the heavens with my newfound strength and desire, to prove that it is possible to conceive children with an outrageously sexy Outer God such as you yourself.
Nyarlathotep(Nervous and excited): My my! I – I never thought I would actually hear a human say that to me! Isaac your sense of certainty and maturity has made me believe in myself enough to take the plunge with this. We can attempt the task together.
The couple proceeded to their private chamber where the meaning of the topic was made began as Nyarlathotep started to she was fully naked, Isaac began exploring her body with his hands taking in all of the sensations that could not be found outside of the Omniverse.
As his hands moved to her lower regions Nyarlathotep began to moan in pleasure Isaac then massaged her huge soft melons and gave them a light squeeze as breast milk slowly began leak out of her own pink utters as Nyatlathotep herself began to moan loudly in pure ecstasy and lust towards him.

The next day Nyarlathotep was filled with a deep fulfillment that neither of them had before though they couldn't have known the full implications of what their love had done.
For several days they continued to passionately explore each others body and become intimate, the more they explored and became intimate the more the two of them understood each other in a way words cannot explain. To the point that the two of them thought that their desire for making love could lead to a pregnancy. In Nyarlathotep case it was a guaranteed fertility test and their love for each other is beyond that of humans and demons alike which further intensifies as time passed by.
Days have passed on by. In the same room on a warm night Nyarlathotep started to show the signs of being pregnant. The two of them could not contain their joy and celebrations only to be deeper amazed by how Nyarlathotep is carrying not one but six children in her womb.
Isaac( Joyful smile)What?You are going to have six babies from our bonding love? (surprised)Nya(smiling with tears)Yes. Isaac(happy)From now on I will never leave you and our babies. Nya(Grateful) Thank you Isaac.
Isaac could not help but be amazed at how his and Nyarlathotep had led to unexpected result he then proceed to caress her abdomen As they both layed in bed. Suddenly both of them hear a faint calling, it was the echo of a dozen babies crying out Nyarlathotep opened her eyes and looked at him and smiled. Isaac smiled back at her with look of pure joy and happiness on his face from the miracle of life that was guaranteed to happen nine months from now.

Isaac:Kisses her belly with pure love and adoration, I can hear our babies. Nyarlathotep smiled and embraced him tightly , with tears of pure joy running down her own face at how much of a sweet and loving young man he truly is.

Isaac:(Pondering Deeply) Let's build a home together were they can grow up as our own kids and as a family.
Nyarlathotep(Elated): Yes Honey! Thats Sounds like a wonderful idea for our future family! Your Such a sweetheart my handsome love! Im so happy that I somehow happened to cross paths with such an innocent kindhearted young man like you! Nyarlathotep immediately agreed with his suggestion! Lets do it ! Our future children will be so happy to have their very childhood home.
Nya:(Thinking With Joy )They will have so much fun playing together. As their own mother and father watch over them with pure happiness and joy as they grow into adulthood."
Isaac Called a group of powerful resident to ensure that the sextuplets born out of this union to be well taken care of and have a place to call home.
Isaac went shopping throughout the months with his own lovely pregnant wife Nya and prepared for the womb and the babies arrival, with diapers, formula and milk bottles and enough food to keep them fed.
One Month Before Nya's due date Isaac came up with another idea for their children.
Isaac: Lets buy a crib for our sextuplets so they can have their own place to sleep in inside our home. Nyarlathotep smiled as tears ran down her cheeks excited for the journey ahead of them both as they would soon become proud parents of sextuplets.
It had been 8 months since Isaac and Nyarlathotep had found out that Nyarlathotep was pregnant. In this time, Isaac had been building cribs and nurseries for their soon-to-be children. Surprisingly, 9 months later, Nyarlathotep had found that instead of having one baby, she was actually carrying sextuplets! The couple was elated, overwhelmed, excited and anxious all at the same time.

Isaac:Kisses Her pregnant Stomach and whispers to the unborn babies with tears of joy rolling down his cheeks. This isn't your ordinary pregnancy my beautiful chaotic love this is the 6 channels of chaotic universe being born through you my dearest Nyarlathotep my babies I promise to take care of you and your family dearly without any hesitation as we venture off into the universe together. Nya smiled at Isaac with a look of happiness on her face as her husband played with the babies inside their mothers own womb as they happily kicked in response to their daddy's gentle touch.
Nya:(Elated Thinking) He's such an innocent sweetheart for me and my unborn infants, they will absolutely adore their own loving father when they are finally born, it brings me so much joy and ecstasy to have such an amazing husband like Isaac. I feel truly blessed to have someone special like him in my life.
Hours later in the bathroom. The nude long dark brown haired red eyed beige bare skinned heavily pregnant Nya was relaxing in the feeling her own sextuplet unborn babies wriggling around in her own womb. Her husband Isaac quickly got out of bed and rushed into the room to be by her own side. when he got there he quickly took notice of his own pregnant wife was gritting her teeth in pain and is now in labor . Isaac helped Nya through the painful process of childbirth.
Nyarlathotep was crying tears of utter joy and amazement that her own husband rushed into the room so that he can be by her own side to help her out with the birthing process. A foreign emotion considering she hadn't ever felt such a deep level of emotion before. Isaac lovingly hushed her, spiraling his words of love through the air and making sure she felt comforted in the process.
Isaac(Smiling softly) I love you Nyar. It'll be okay. You'll make it through this my love. I believe in you. Isaac watched in stunned awe and admiration as Nyarlathotep gave birth. He cradled her in his arms and stroked her hair as she screamed in agony. He could feel her pain radiating through his very soul yet he was horrorstruck and mesmerized at the same time. Her cries and the baby's cries intertwined with the cuts and tears he could see on her body. But eventually the pain subsided, and the labor was successful; six beautiful babies now lay peacefully in Nyarlathotep's arms.
WAAH! WAAH!WAAH! WAAH! WAAH! WAAH!
Showers filled the air As the beautiful newborn babies wailed and cooed in the bathtub water , the loving mother Nyarlathotep looked in awe with tears of joy ran down her face seeing the healthy beautiful faces of her own newborn babies that she gave birth to out of her vagina.
Isaac tightly embraced Nyarlathotep and their babies, and kissed her forehead with a gentle but firm embrace. 'You did great, my love. I'm so proud of you. I love you.' He said softly.
He carefully picked them up one by one drying them off in the softest cloths he could find and cradling them close to his chest.
The magnitude of this miracles will sculous moment was like nothing he had ever experienced before and he was overwhelmed with gratefulness and immense love for Nyarlathotep for allowing this to take place.
Shh. Mommy and daddy love you Isaac said. While cradling all the newborns. From this union came a miracle none of them expected. Despite being incredibly powerful, each of the sextuplets all harbored different traits of their parents."
The Sextuplet newborns were all covered in a rainbow of unique Egyptian style tattoos marking all of them as Chosen ones of Nyarlathotep.
Isaac then happily handed her over along with the rest of them to his own wife Nya arms so that she can feed the newborns her own milk and express her own motherly love for them.

Nya breastfed her little twinkly eyed babies until they were all comfortably snuggled in her arms cooing all at once. Isaac looked into Nyarlathotep's eyes, he could deduce the love she felt for him and the baby children that were born out of their love, He stared deep into her eyes and smiled as both of them shared a moment of pure bliss, he then hugged them all together to his bosom, completing this wonderful miracle of childbirth that they had both crafted as one.
Nyarlathotep couldn't help but be filled with emotion in the moment of witnessing the sight of her 6 children who were born of love. She looked at the newborns with such warmth and affection in her eyes, a smile coming to her face as she addressed them.
Nyarlathotep: My dears, you were born from two of the most powerful beings in the Omniverse, Isaac and I. Know that you are all so strong, so special, and as long as I'm here you will never be alone. No matter what, I will always be here for you, I will love you and take care of you like no other.' The little babies responded with gurgles and laughter, their eyes twinkling with joy. Nyarlathotep then looked up to Isaac with a smile.
'Thank you, Isaac' She said, the tears of joy streaming down her face. 'For this gift, for this blessing. I never would have thought that we could bring such wonders into existence. You have made me so happy.
'Filled with joy and love, Isaac smiled lovingly at Nyarlathotep and then his newborn children. For the first time, the Crawling Chaos could not contain the emotions of joy and elation bubbling inside her, and she found herself uttering words of love and motherly instinct towards the little ones that had just been born from her own body.
Nya was overjoyed and as a gift she gave Isaac a necklace with inscriptions that said 'I will always love you.'
Isaac hugged Nyarlathotep and the infants tightly, a big smile adorning his face.
'This is our miracle. I'm just so thankful to have been blessed with such an amazing experience.' He said.
Yes. Our little miracles. Nyarlathatep said with the brightest smile on her face full of pure joy and happiness. For the first time ever in her whole existence the Crawling Chaos an eldritch being who was only thought to invoke fear in a terror into her own opposition, was now truly happy with the brand new life that she had just created with her own husband Isaac that was just brought into reality from pure love itself.
With that, both new parents stared in awe at the six unusual yet gorgeous babies, the sign of their immortal love.
The two of them were blessed with three sons and three daughters . The outer gods could not help but weep with joy as they looked upon their creation.

The three healthy newborn daughters had dark brown hair like their mother Nya and bright green eyes like their own father Isaac.
The two newly born sons had reddish blond hair and unique purple eyes. The last son had dark brown hair and crimson red eyes like his own mom Nya.
All six of the children had their own unique mixture features of both eldritch and human itself

After the voice finished, Nya and Isaac looked at each other and brought themselves closer in a loving embrace they had created a new race that encompassed the sheer power of both mortality and divinity that would not only be a new presence in the Omniverse, but it would bring a change to an entire era. They both knew this was only the beginning, and that their love would create memories that would last for an eternity.
In the coming days the couple was showered with attention and admiration for their remarkable feat. Nya and Isaac found themselves at the center of a new era of existence, one in which beings with both mortal and godly powers, born from the power of love, began to populate the Omniverse. They served as an example for this new breed of individuals and taught them how to use their powers, how to accept and love each other, and how to make the world a better place.
Eventually, these six babies christened themselves as Lilith, Tiamat, Mehen, Typhon, Selene, and Lovecraft were welcomed with joy by their parents Isaac and Nyarlathotep. Isaac was the first to hold each of his children and was filled with pride and love for them.
Nyarlathotep knew that she was blessed to be surrounded by Isaac and their children and that she would be able to give them all the love and protection that all mothers want to give their children. Isaac, Nyarlathotep, and the six babies stayed together, living happily and content in their Omniverse home.

For years to come, Nya and Isaac's descendants would go on to do incredible things due to the power of their love, but what remained most important, was that their memory and their strength had forever changed the course of the Omniverse and the lives of many even though their parents would always be watching them wherever they traveled .
