The Land Before Time: Sky Fire version

A male grown-up Human enters inside a portal that has appared in the real word, he follows a Tickly Fuzzy inside and find himself having been selected to live in the Land Before Time world created by another grown-up Human, quickly accepting the situation to be and behaving like a dinosaur like in any Isekai animes dangers on the way but fun as well is only waiting for him here.

Hello everyone! A nine to ten chapter story of mine with the plot of it based on Pokémon with the Pokémon part lessen to the best I can, I'm writing this story based on the Pokémon Let's Go Evoli! plot for a previous stranger met online which we become friends fast like Littlefoot with Ali and Mo before I told him I was writing fanfictions such at this one and then introduce him to my fourth most interested franchise of all time for now being Land Before Time, I don't own anything from Universal Studios, with all the necessities said out of the way let's begin.

Chapter 1: Toughness

Writer: "We begin this story with a grown-up Human on his smartphone, tablet, computer, gaming console, or TV screen, let's say the latter for simplity sake before suddenly a strange swirling portal appeared inside the screen, from it a Tickly Fuzzy of Tickles' kind from the Land Before Time IV: Journey Through the Mists came out of it, a prehistoric mammal and a similar kind like a rat for him before the Tickly Fuzzy looks around itself, curious and inspecting its surroundings before he began to make a ruckus, wanting to make it stop the Human tried to catch it which ended in a fail as the Tickly Fuzzy fled for safety back inside the portal, now the Human didn't knew what to do as the portal remained, almost as it saying to him to enter inside, taking his courage in his two hands the Human now determined entered inside the portal which closed immediately behind him"

Writer: "The Human didn't know when he lost consciousness but apparently he did since he slowly regained it before oppening his eyes to see so far he was somewhere with all the colors swirling wherever he was, not only that but the Tickly Fuzzy from before looking to his eyes as it was on the Human's face, that was before he ran out from the Human's face then body before it made it's way next to a grown-up Rainbow Face wearing brown sophisticated shoes, a blue jean, a red t-shirt and a white blouse like scientists does, though they were look more futuristically fashioned like in a Sci-Fiction movie, not only he was wearing a visor type like classes also looking straight up out from a Sci-Fiction movie, the Human, not exactly knowing what dinosaur kind Rainbow Faces were gets back to his feets more confused than anything, however he was intrigued as well before the Rainbow Face began speaking to him"

Futuristically looking grown-up male Rainbow Face: "Hello there, I feel so happy to meet you, welcome to the world of Land Before Time, my name is Genius Light, you have been selected to live an adventure as you have chosen interest in this world and watch almost all its content by now"

Genius Light: "The characters here refer to me as the Knowledge Teacher, this world is inhabited far and wide by creatures called Dinosaurs, prehistoric creatures, prehistoric flying creatures and prehistoric swimming creatures, and if you want to know how they tend to interact with each other... well, some live in equality, most others preys on the others and each other... as for myself I am like you, and have way too much free time and ideas"

Genius Light: "Now, why don't you tell me about yourself, what do you look like in this world?"

Writer: "Seeing a lot of options the Human took long to choose and decide on everything, in the end he decide on the Spiketail kind, a male one with green hide, purple eyes and oddly enough pink underside color for his belly"

Genius Light: "'Scrubs his chin with two of the five finger of his right hand in thought' A Human choosing a four footers' kind? Interesting choice I got to say, I hope you get used to walking on all fours quickly, and how about a name hmm?"

Writer: "The Human choosed his name"

Genius Light: "Right... so your name is Horn?"

Writer: "The Human nodded yes, then he see the Tickly Fuzzy run to the left which made him noticed an eleven Cold Times old female Spiketail he didn't see before, she has a red hide, yellow eyes, and weirly enough sharing a strange underbelly color like his choice with her being light blue looking at him although she didn't seem to notice him for some reason"

Genius Light: "This girl is your bestest friend but also your rival at the same time who has grown up right at the next area to your mother's one, in fact, you have been such bonded friends between each other pretty much the second just after both of you hatched on the same day, as for her name? It is Rachel"

Genius Light: "A little bit more about your background now, you, your mother, your bestest friend and her older brother are currently living in the Great Valley and all of you are a few of its residents, along that you also currently have the same age as your bestest friend Rachel which is the same age as Littlefoot, Cera, Ducky and Petrie respectivelly have currently as well, your mother also did her way towards to the legend that was before the valley of wonders while she was expecting you and like Littlefoot's Mother, Cera's Mother and Mama Swimmer she layed your egg on the way in the desolated lands that makes the most of the world later soon to be called the Mysterious Beyond when famine made most of the Leaf Eaters' herds made the way to that mythic valley"

Genius Light: "You and your bestest friend have been seperated from your respective caretaker when the Great Earthshake happened before you two met him, Littlefoot and the other main characters for the first time at that point in your respective first survival herd adventure then all the others they had after it after you and them arrived in the Great Valley together for the first time, you both even had a place in that wholesome hug they shared together to signify the beginning of their bond and unbreakable friendship for each other, you two are great friends with Littllefoot, Cera, Ducky, Spike, Petrie and himself Light then later on Chomper and Ruby, you will also meet the final main character, an inspired OC of a felllow fanfiction writer to thank her for the free drawing she done for him, an eleven and a half Cold Times old female Fast Biter from Screech and Thud's kind named Lippy, your father? Please, this is Land Before Time we're talking about here, less than half of the main characters have a father and a mother, and one of them, Papa Swimmer, has been put under the rug by Universal Studios do to understandable reason, and beside, this is a Pokémon plot based story and only Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire had a father character"

Genius Light: "I have a few questions for you still before I can let you continue on to the otherside, what is the first Sharptooth for you?"

Writer: "The Human replied"

Genius Light: "An antagonist? I personally thank you for that answer, not all Land Before Time fans thinks like us, last question, are you on the side that Spike should talk? And you don't think of him having autism or any other mental diseases, on drugs or straight up being stupid like some people think, even fans of this franchise?"

Writer: "The Human replied again"

Genius Light: "I know right?! From the amount of time that the franchise showed us that passed Spike and Chomper are about to be three Cold Times old at the end of Land Before Time XIV: Journey of the Brave and unlike Tippy which him being a Cold Time speaked before him, it feels nice to be both on the same side on that fact, I hope that like me you think Spike is smart, even really smart even though his character is based on Don Bluth's pet dog and that in reality the brain of Stegosaurus were as big as a peanut from the research and the findings us Humans found thanks to their fossils"

Genius Light: "Once again I welcome you in the world of Land Before Time, where you got to love, hate, or both its realist and unrealist mix, loving the original movie, loving, hating or both the mostly cheezy songs, some even be bad and few of them being great, finding Baby Chomper adorable, finding Cera's nephew Dana and Cera's niece Dinah annoying, accepting the Land Before Time X: The Great Longneck Migration as the best Land Before Time sequel and it be the closest to the first in terms of feelings hit even though they're different, treating Red Claw, Screech and Thud the way they are deserved, like almost every Land Before Time fans treats them but especially him as pathetic, cringing at Land Before Time XIII: The Wisdoms of Friends, treating it as bad as it deserves to be, wishing it didn't exist and dreading it each time you want to rewatch the whole franchise, avoiding it like the plague or more recently that virus that shan't be named, and Wisdom number 1, we don't talk about it unless it is to say how bad it is which everyone agrees on, Chomper is the best character, Spike is worshiped, and the biggest shipping of the franchise is Ducky and Petrie and second Littlefoot and Ali which is gross and not okay since they're canonically cousins thanks to Grandpa Longneck with him saying they're our cousins to Littlefoot"

Genius Light: "Horn my boy, you are about to exist in that Land Before Time Multiverse of his, in an alternative version of his magnus opus of a Land Before Time fanfiction universe with its writing on hold named Power of a wish as this story's silent protagonist, your very own new adventure is about to unfold, yes, a world of dreams and wonders but with dangers as well with your friends awaits! Go to go adventuring!"

Writer: "The Human saw the Tickly Fuzzy standing next to another portal from the same he came here by following it, however from this one a bright and warm invinting light was escaping it, the Tickly Fuzzy jumped in and the Human followed just after it"

Writer: "Back in Power of a wish, in an alternative version of it after the events of the Land Before Time XIV: Journey of the Brave, the next day, the grown-up male Human in a hatchling male Rainbow Face named himself Light here that have came here and created the whole universe he and everyone else were living despite him being the only real one thanks to the small piece of a true Stone of Cold Fire inserted in thr center of his tree star necklace he was wearing around his neck that was giving him almost all of his powers giving to him by Power of a wish Rooter, Light having made him a more important secondary character that he never had before he came here and before the events of Land Before Time I after his, Littlefoot, Cera, Ducky and Petrie's respective hatching even though we've never seen Petrie's hatching scene set out his plan to make the Great Valley even greater than what Universal Studios left it by going and bringing almost all the secondary characters introduced, the OCs he created along the way along with finally ending his end of the deal by bringing him"

Writer: "Then, him, Littlefoot, Cera, Spike that was still not speaking but soon about to, Ducky, Petrie, Chomper and Ruby then faced Red Claw, the quote unquote meanest Sharptooth of them all, Screech and Thud after Light tricked them by changing his dinosaur kind to the same Fast Biter kind as Screech and Thud by telling them him and the other main characters at that point challenged him to a fight and made the three of the entered in the Great Valley, the Gang of Eight easily defeated the three of them before the eight of them and all the rest of the residents of the Great Valley along with his new additions sang We Will Rock You from Queens with slight changes in the lyrics done by Light together before Light used one of his powers beyond comprehension to chase Red Claw, Screech and Thud far off in the Mysterious Beyond, and then for the last part of his plan today Light knighted Littlefoot, Cera, Ducky, Spike, Chomper, Ruby and himself with his steel longsword named Questbringer along with giving each of them and himself a black tree star mark on the side of one of their respective shoulders with a drawing in the center of it inside signifying the role they had on the team for what difference they bring and created the team known as the Protectors of the Land Before Time with him as its leader, PLBT for sure, a team which role is to protect the Circle of life in the Great Valley and the Mysterious Beyond as well no matter if the dinosaur or prehistoric creature kind is a Leaf Eater, a Halftooth or a Meat Eater diet kind, becoming a prehistoric version of Disney: The Lion Guard with them being the A team, and then all of them trained with dinosaur fighters to know how to fight t hemselves, the B team being constuted of Hyp, Nod, Mutt, Ali, Tippy, Mo, Shorty, Skitter, Lizzie, Guido, Tria, Rhett and many other OC hatchlings Light created with them also having a black tree star mark as well just without a drawing unlike the main characters, that happened when most of them were about to hit eight Cold Times old in age, now Light, Littlefoot, Cera, Ducky and Petrie are eleven Cold Times old and Ruby is twelve, as for Spike and Chomper, since Light made them closer of age to the others when they hatched they were both ten instead of being six like they should be"

Writer: "The scene continues to zoom in until it centered on a eleven Cold Times old male hatchling Spiketail of green hide and a pink underbelly color with his eyes closed facing in front of him a pond of water, his back facing the fourth wall, he suddenly oppened his purple and the blur of his eyes to addapt to the light before he can see clearly happens, once it is over he looks around himself to look at the scenery surrounding him before he stopped slightly in shock upon seeing his reflection in the water, seeing his new self for the first, he checked himself out to be sure it is really him and upon realising it is indeed he almost immediately accept it all, he also saw he had some sort of technology like a watch aroud his left front paw he has now instead of the hand he had before, except it was way more advanced than anything he ever saw in his life, it looked like it came out right from a Science-Fiction movie, he began to check the area around him that must be his nest"

Writer: "Horn quickly found out an official Land Before Time merch he apparently owns and inspects it"

It's a Chomper plush with the color he had in Land Before Time II: The Great Valley Adventure! It's cuteness level is over one million! All you want to do is hug it when you look at it.

Writer: "Next, deciding to inspect the futurist technology he compensated the lack of fingers, especially his two missing opposable thumbs being five numbs now instead by using his tail, surprising himself a little of being able to reach it along with being a natural with his new tail he found out that despite being futuristic technology it was user friendly and easy to use after several seconds of trying everything, quality of life from the mysterious Rainbow Faces at its finest he guessed, there was an app to tell the time, the weather, telephone, messages and weirdly enough a streaming app with a one number notification on it, he decide to leave it for now as he saw that there was also a one number notification, Horn tap it with the tip of his tail to open it"

There's a message from Light; Hello Horn, so here's what you need to know as a Dinosaur Fighter... talk to all kinds of character, boy, you can't wait to go adventuring can you? -Light.

Writer: "Deciding that he had inspected his nest area enough for now Horn was about to leave it to explore more of the surroundings and environnement around him, at least that was his plan that is until this plan of his was interrupted by the voice of someone young it seems running straight up here, it being a voice he never heard before yet strangely at the same time familiar to him, the voice of his bestest friend hatchling Spiketail girl, him recognizing her as Rachel when he listened to what Genius Light told him"

Rachel: "I'm coming!"

Rachel: "Morning Horn"

Rachel: "'Saw Horn's strange look' What's going on? You've got a weird look on your face"

Rachel: "Aw, nevermind that, I couldn't wait any longer, so I came to get you, today's is gonna be a big day, we're finally going to be recognized by Knowledge Teacher Genius Light as Dinosaur Fighters"

Rachel: "'Remembers' Oh, but before we do... you read the message he sent us on our respective futuristic Rainbow Face technology right? You better have, check it if you didn't"

Rachel: "I'm gonna run all the way to Knowledge Teacher Genius Light's area, so see you there"

Writer: "Horn then see his Mother in his field of sight soon after moving out from his nest and decide to speak with her"

Horn's Mother: "Hello Horn, good morning to you, don't forget to eat before it's off to go to Knowlegde Teacher Genius Light's area, Rachel asked him to recognized the two of you as Dinosaur Fighters didn't she? It seems like it's going to be another adventure for you two and the rest of your friends so remember to have as much fun as you can along the way"

Writer: "Horn decided it was now time to know what that number one notification on the streaming app, he tap it with the tip of his tail to open"

You opened up the streaming app, it seemed you had began to watch a movie on it last time and it is currently on pause, you tap on the play button with your tail to continue it a little bit.

You see a young police officer or detective praticing his treats and point his gun at no one for his threats to be convincing, he says you talking to me back to back, like Ducky saying something twice sometimes instead of three, better get going now.

Writer: "And here goes the Land Before Time VI: The Secret of Saurus Rock only other direct reference said and done by Littlefoot himself to a famous scene of another movie called Taxi Driver in 1976"

Writer: "Horn then left his mother's area"

Dinosaur Fighter hatchling girl: "I'm a Dinosaur Fighter too, when I get strong, I'll be able to protect myself and everyone else from the mean ones"

Kosh Clubtail: "Ah Horn, I can see the appeal of technology and all the quality of life each of them offers you know from what Light explained to me, but you know what? I think all the Humans have mostly if all forgot the simplest things of life, when was the last time you laid on your back on the grassy ground and do nothing else than watch the sky puffies pass by the day or watch the stars at night? Think about it for a moment, I'm happy as long as I have my sweet bubbles and that no one wants to take them from me unless it's for a good reason, I want nothing more in life"

Writer: "Horn then made his way to Teacher Genius Light's home area"

Grown-up Female Spikethumb: "Knowledge Teacher Genius Light may not like much but he's the authority on technology of the Great Valley and knows a lot, many of the Great Valley's residents think highly of him"

Rachel: "Oh, Horn, Knowledge Teacher Genius Light isn't here, do you think he's close somewhere else than here? I can't wait for him to get back so that you and I can be Dinosaur Fighters just like the rest of our friends!"

Writer: "Horn decide to leave Teacher Genius Light's home area since he wasn't there to search for him, and he soon found him speaking to Gliders like Guido's kind at the tall grass area of the Great Valley where the main characters and few residents of the Great Valley which included Grandpa Longneck and Mr Threehorn met Guido for the first time"

Teacher Genius Light: "Well, thanks for your help Gliders, thank to your help I know this world a little bit more"

Writer: "Horn looked at the Gliders gliding away as it seems Teacher Genius Light noticed him"

Teacher Genius Light: "Oh, of course, I promised to recognized you and Rachel as Dinosaur Fighters today didn't I?"

Teacher Genius Light: "You both completely merits it after your respective hard but fun training you endured, after all, they are many dangers in this world, even in such a place as the Great Valley itself such as this tall big match of tall grass, while not nearly as dangerous as the threat the Sinking Sands around the Sheltering Grass is it's smart to be ready along with knowing how to handle them, well, in that case, why don't we head over to-"

Writer: "Rustles in the tall grass are heard"

Teacher Genius Light: "Hmm?"

Writer: "The tall grass is also seen moving as a Tickly Fuzzy moved and passed on the side of Teacher Genius Light, it being the reason of the tall grass rustling"

Teacher Genius Light: "Wh-What's this?!"

Writer: "The Tickly Fuzzy then leaved the tall grass"

Tickly Fuzzy: "'Looks around itself' Ti, tick, 'looks up at Horn curiously' ickly?"

Rachel: "Teacher Genius Light! That Tickly Fuzzy there-I swear it wasn't here two seconds ago, but now here it is!"

Teacher Genius Light: "A perfect reasonable reaction Rachel, you see, that Tickly Fuzzy there has bonded with Horn just now"

Rachel: "So, wait, Horn... you bonded with it yourself before being a Dinosaur Fighter? Wha-?! I've never heard that happen before!"

Teacher Genius Light: "'Chuckle' There's a first time for everything as it is said"

Teacher Genius Light: "Well, Horn, this is it, take that Tickly Fuzzy with you and keep an eye on her this time"

The female Tickly Fuzzy follows alongside Horn now!

Teacher Genius Light: "Hmm, what a strange Tickly Fuzzy indeed, she sure doesn't seem to like staying in one place, exactly like you two and the rest of your respective friends, I wonder if fate had something to do behind you two encountering each other today, but it looks as though she's taken a liking to you Horn, why not give her a name?"

Teacher Genius Light: "Congratulation you two, you are now recognized as Dinosaur Fighters!"

Teacher Genius Light: "For a Dinosaur Fighter to bond with their first fight before even be a Dinosaur Fighter themselves... even I'm surprised by such a thing"

Rachel: "She's really cute! A Tickly Fuzzy of the same kind is just what I want to bond with for my first fight!"

Rachel: "We're gonna bond with so many of them and meet so many others... this keeps getting better and better! I'm setting out right now! Horn, you should do the same... if you think you're ready of course"

Writer: "Horn then left Teacher Genius Light's home area after Rachel just did with Ticklie following him behind"

Writer: "Horn explained to his mother what happened"

Writer: "Horn told his mother Ticklie's name"

Horn's Mother: "... Ticklie? It's a lovely name for her!"

Ticklie: "Tickly!"

Horn's Mother: "My, how energetic! You two will be setting off soon right? So I feel so happy to have planned ahead and got this for you from your Rainbow Face friend 'gives Horn a futuristic Rainbow Face technology World Map add-on with her spiked tail which he takes and then puts it inside the designated spot for it'"

Sinie: "Hi Horn! I'm playing along with mom and dad with the three of us playing mean dinosaurs, I don't like it like dad but mom feels happy to go along with it"

Guido: "Hey Horn! Did you know there are actually two kinds of crawlers?"

Writer: "Horn answered no to Guido"

Guido: "Compared to regular Crawler Horned Crawler can poison you and your bond! And the worst is that they don't taste good too, be careful when you passed throught the Forest Area and make sure you have a couple of Antidotal Plants with you too just in case"

Light: "Well, I would like to quote the Narrator from the Land Before Time X: The Great Longneck Migration, Dinosaurs eats, they fight, they play, they sleep and they dream and more, just like us without them being atrocious as we are, so maybe I can hold on to the dream they will stop us for always wanting a little more than we have and changed us to something good, maybe you share the same opinion than I do, maybe you don't, it doesn't matter, it's already over for us all in the real word... and we have no one else to blame than ourselves for it, we have screwed ourselves up and it's too late to ever go back"

Spike moves away a little bit opening a place and seems to invite you eating with him, you acccept his generous offer and walk forward until you stand left next to him and face the same bush as him, the leaves looks and smells delicious and for the first time you feel an enormous hunger needed to be satiated, you decide to have your first meal as a Dinosaur here and quickly began to dig in.

The leaves of the bush are somehow one of best meal you ever eaten, as you throw out the civic and polite way to eat out in the Mysterious Beyond you began eating voracily as you wonder if Sweet Bubbles and Tree Sweets taste as good as leaves from bushes or even better, and of course the ultimate question you can't wait to answer when you'll get the chance if tree stars tastes as good as they look, as you seemingly eat for hours with your belly not complaining one bit, almost as if like cows you had four stomachs you continued eating ferociously with not a bit of shame as you do, only stopping to belch from time to time.

Finally you feel you have eaten enough for now, but you can also feel your stomach beginning to digest all of what you did, you know understand why Spiketails ate as much as they do and why a grown-up Spiketail eats as much as a Longneck does, you ate too fast in your rush however and hic once, before you hic a second and a third time, Spike laughs at you because of that, you hold on to your breath for a moment before letting go to attempt to get rid of your hic-ups, the attempt failed miserably as you hic once again, you hold on to your breath longer this time before letting go again, 1... 2... 3... 4... 5... 6... 7... 8... 9... 10, you succeeded in getting rid of your hic-ups.

Pterodactyls are Sharptooth Flyers, Ichy's kind Ichtyornis are Sharpbeaks and I'm more than pretty sure Rinkus and Sierra accompagning Pterano were Meat Eaters as well, kind of strange if you think about it, Gliders like Guido are technically in the Flyers' category but are Hafteeths but only eat crawlers on leaf with it as well as their meat and are Gliders do to that, they glide, not fly, strange they went that route in my opinion"

Writer: "Moving on from the first exposition Horn and Littlefoot & Friends: Across in Time Light moved on further in the cave and get there the second exposition, there, sure enough Horn saw Littlefoot's hatching scene, Cera's hatching scene, Ducky's hatching scene, Spike's hatching scene, Chomper's hatching scene, Ruby's flashback seen in the Land Before Time TV series episode The Star Day Celebration where she's seen as a baby, Light's hatching scene and sure enough his own hatching scene and Rachel's one on the same enormous wall, depicted in the same style cavemans depicted drawings, following that each adventures they had from the first to the fourteen movie and each little adventure from each Land Before Time TV series episode, all in chronogical order, the two next and last ones were the first depicting Light knighting and the rest of the main characters before himself while you and Rachel stood on the side watching it happened and the second depicting Light and the rest of the main characters which include you and Rachel circling around a big white Circle, the same as the big white ball in the center of his enormous cave room Horn had noticed when he entered this part of the cave"

Littlefoot & Friends: Across in Time Light: "This power you're feeling currently comes from this, a smart part of it, good magic that lingered, that stayed from the first Stone of Cold Fire after the futuristic awared Rainbow Face thanks to it took it with them in Beyond the Mysterious Beyond AKA space that landed where the Great Valley is and shaped it to look how it did before I added a pinch of salt to it, this is why there's as more leaves than you'll eat here and why there's as mor water than you'll ever drink even though as a contradiction to it Thundering Falls, the main water source of the Great Valley creates a big problem when it's blocked, that is why leaves are so good here and that is why the Great Valley grew back as fast as it did each time it did, that's what the Protectors of the Land Before Time have to protect along the safety and peace of the Great Valley and the Mysterious Beyond as well and the Circle of life itself"

Littlefoot & Friends: Across in Time Light: "Behind this carved door is light, not a different age version of Light or another male Rainbow Face with the same name as him, those have nothing to do with him, what I mean by that is the Power of light itself, the source of all good in this entire created universe of his, and when all eight lights and the ninth one in the center of the circle they make only then Light can open it to free it, as you can see so far only one as lighten up and it isn't even to full, only when each one will lit up to full could this door be opened, and you could become the tenth light and be then a part of the nine circles circling around the tenth one in the center of them, you don't have to answer your choice to me now, because first it is a really, really, really hard choice to make and second you should say your answer to Light directly instead of me, now let's continue on, we have a bit of the second exhibition left"
