"I've gotta admit, you guys have a pretty nice place."
Said Spider-Man as he was checking out the game room of the Smash Mansion, with Mario and others showing him around.
"You can compliment Master Hand, he built the whole thing." Shulk said as he put his hands at his sides.
Spider-Man sat on one of the tables, shooting out a web at one of the shelves by the TV. He brought back a game and looked at it. "Huh, guess you guys've got a lot of video games."
"Yeah Spidey, when you've got about a hundred people in the mansion with a different tastes." Luigi let out a huge breath. "You got a have a lot of a variety in a your offerings."
The web slinger shrugged. "Cool." Handing it to BOTW Link. "So all of you guys literally live here, can't say I've seen this many different kinds of people in the same place. And I've seen a Red T-Rex and a giant bulldog."
"Sounds a little inhuman." Fox chuckled.
Spider-Man did a backflip and landed on the ceiling. "So all of you come from different universes, and you all just live here and fight each other?"
Mario nodded his head. "Yup! This is a where all of the smash a battles happen! Everyone here is a either a fighter, or involved with a smash somehow!"
"Wow, that's a lot for a spider brain to take in." The superhero said as he was hanging upside down from a web.
"Hey Mr. Spider-Man!" Kana raised her hand as she held Gible in her arms. "Um, I have a question."
"Go ahead kid." The wall crawler flipped back onto the ground, squatting down to meet the princess' eyes.
Kana looked at Gible. "Um, are you that same Spider-Man on the TV thingy? The one that fought the bird man and the goblin man?"
The hero put a hand under his chin. "Mm, wrong Spidey kid. I'm not Tom Holland or Tobey Maguire, but I'm still pretty cool."
"He's definitely Spider-Man with that kind of attitude." BOTW Link whispered to Shulk, as the Monado wielder shushed him quietly.
"Mmm." Kana pursed hee lips, but hopped once with a delighted smile. "Okay! I still think you're really awesome! And so does Gible!"
She held out the dragon Pokémon, who stared at the wall crawler. "Gib? Gib!"
Spidey felt his Spider-senses tingle, as he prepared himself for whatever was coming next.
Gibke immediately jumped forward and tried to bite the superhero on his hand, but he was unsuccessful when the wall crawler jumped back.
Kana gave her Pokémon a stern look. "Gible no! No biting! Sorry Mr. Spider-Man, he likes biting people."
"Eh it's no big deal, kid." He smiled. "If I was in front of Spider-Man I'd wanna bite him too."
The smashers looked at each other, before they all gave the web slinger a weird expression:
"That sounded a really weird." Luigi pursed his lips.
"Yeah, that came out wrong."
Master Hand suddenly appeared inside of the gaming room. "Mr. Parker, I know you only arrived here. But you can help us with our problem, correct?"
"Already told ya big H." Spider-Man pointed at him. "I'll help take Dade down, pretty sure I've got a guy who can help us with the whole multiverse thing too."
The wall crawler took out his cellphone and opened it up, choosing a contact on the device.
The contact said "Dr. Wizard" on it.
He pressed the button and put it on speaker phone, as the smashers gathered around to hear it ring.
It finally picked up.
"Oh hello Peter, what's up?"
"Hey doc, took you this long to pick up?" The superhero tilted his head.
"We don't really have cellphones at the Sanctum Sanctorum, in case you weren't aware."
"I was." He chuckled. "Got kind of a problem doc, a uhh…universe problem."
"What did you do?"
Before the young adult could respond, Kana put her mouth over the phone.
"Um, please don't be mad Mr. Strange doctor! He was only trying to help people I swear!"
"Kana!" Corrin pulled his daughter back a bit.
"Was…that a little girl I heard?"
Spider-Man nodded. "Yeah, I was chasing down Norman when he'd stolen some valuable orb. I chased him down and managed to get the orb, but he got away. Now I've ended up in this universe where there's a lot of…."
He glanced around at the smashers.
"Different warrior dudes."
"He's a here with a us Dr. Strange!" Mario proudly exclaimed, trying to show off a bit to the doctor. "There's a no problem with him a being with us!"
"Is that….Mario?" The wizard asked out of confusion. "Never mind , so what do you want me to do about this?"
"Think you could give us some help?" The superhero asked. "Help sort this whole multiverse thing out?"
Dr. Strange let out a small groan. "I don't know if I really can right now."
"Why's that?" Shulk asked.
"Other things have been happening in the multiverse, a lot of things actually." The wizard answered. "And a lot of these things are out of my control right now for some reason."
"Dade must be interfering with the multiverse." Master Hand put his fingers in a thinking position. "If he's doing that, he's planning to do something soon."
Mario's eyes slightly widened in response, as he looked up at the floating hand. "You don't a mean…he may be taking action right now?"
Everyone was now on alert, the thought of Dade attacking the mansion at any unexpected time was a fearful thought. They hadn't seen him in so long but at any moment he could strike.
"So you can't do anything really?" The wall crawler asked.
"Hmm, I'll see what I can do." Dr. Strange responded. "But…don't do something stupid while I try."
"Can't promise, thanks Strange." Spider-Man turned off his cellphone and put it away. "Welp, that went….okay I guess."
"He's….gonna do something. Right?" BOTW Link asked.
Spidey shrugged in response. "Maybe, guess we've just gotta wait until that happens. Speaking of…"
He jumped right towards the window and opened it up, landing on the edge as he put his hand on the top. The web slinger shot a finger pose. "See ya guys soon, I'm going for a swing."
"WAIT!!"
Everyone turned their attention to one of the smashers, who has his hand raised up. Being none other than Pit.
"Uhhhh." Spider-Man tilted his head to the side in anticipation. "Yeah?"
"Can I swing around with you too Spider-Man?! It's been a dream of mine ever since I was a kid!"
"And so, Pit wants to live out his childhood fantasies." Wolf said as he drank an iced tea. "Woohoo."
The superhero put his hand to his chin, stroking it. "Sure, why not? I've got some extra web shooters, maybe I've got another suit too so—"
"No no!" Pit grinned in excitement. "I have my own spider suit! I made it myself!" He said pulling out something from his imaginary pockets.
It was a white Spider-Man suit, with brown gloves and brown boot areas, as well as some glowing yellow guards by the gloves. With some blue eyes too.
The hero was both flattered, and slightly creeped out. "Alright, let's go then! But before we do, anyone you wanna bring with you?"
"I do actually!"
Viridi's face immediately lit up, she knew that Pit would definitely pick her over antibody else. She was his girlfriend after all! They'd been together for a good amount of time now, why wouldn't he pick her?
Funny enough, he didn't.
"Phosphora! Let's go!"
Viridi felt like the world just fell on top of her, she stood with her jaw on the floor and her eyes wide. The angel chose her sister over her, why?
"Oh sweet!!" The lightning demigoddess exclaimed with a grin on her face. "Can't wait to finally try web swinging! After watching all those movies."
Viridi's eyebrows slightly raised, as she ran towards Pit. "Wait wait wait wait wait!! Pit! What the hell?! You're taking Phosphora wen swinging but not me?! Your girlfriend?!"
Pit raised in eyebrow in confusion. "Uhhh, Phosphora is a really big Spider-Man fan too Viridi. We uhhh…kind of watched all of the movies together."
Viridi's eyes grew wide again. "W-what?! B-but I like Spider-Man too!!"
"But every time I've asked you if you want to watch them you say they're stupid and dumb."
The goddess of nature pursed her lips in response. "I um, well you know I just…UGGHH!!!"
Viridi stormed out of the game room in a fit of anger, pushing through the other residents and anyone else that was in her way.
"What?" Pit asked. "What did I do?" Receiving a shrug from Phosphora.
"Don't worry about it, I got my own suit too!" The lightning demigoddess took something out of her own imaginary pockets, her very own spider suit! It had black glove and boot areas, as well as a white design with some green stripes wrapped around the torso. Lastly was a blue print around the neck area. "Let's go."
A few minutes later….
Ah yes, the city in the early morning was quite like no other city. The sun was still coming up, and people were driving to their jobs or to their schools.
And some, were web swinging from building to building.
"WOOHOO!!" Spider-Man exclaimed as he swung on a long web, letting go and flying into the air. Shooting out another web and spinning at 90 degrees before swinging up again.
"Woah! Woah woah!!" Pit yelled in fear as he was struggling to keep up with the superhero and handle his web slinging.
"Come on Pitty, you got this!!" Phosphora laughed as she shot out electric webs and swung. With her blue scarf wrapped around her neck.
Pit turned to her. "A-alright Phosphora, you really think-SOOOOOOOOOO!!!"
He screamed as he let go of the web and began falling down towards the roads, where many cars driving. No matter where the angel landed, he wouldn't be safe.
Phosphora saw this and let out a sigh. "Oh Pit, why?" She did a back flip and dived towards Pit, quickly grabbing onto him and shooting out another web. "Gotcha!!"
"Woah! Woah, thanks Phosphora!" Pit smiled with glee. "I would've been road chicken had you not caught me!"
The demigoddess winked in response. "No problem! This suit's super light but made of good material, had it made that way."
"Why?"
"To make sure it didn't rip from my peach." She gave him another wink to the angel, who raised his eyebrow.
"Peach? Like the song in the Mario movie?" He asked with a smile, as Phosphora's eyes began pale.
Her eyes also twitched afterwards. "Yeah…sure."
"You guys having trouble back there?!" Spider-Man called back as he was running on the side of a building. "I can slow down if you want!"
"No need Spidey!" Phosphora zoomed in the air, diving down and swinging again.
But little did Pit and Phosphora know that going out to have fun was a bad idea at this time.
Back at the mansion….
The Smash Mansion was now lying low, waiting on Spider-Man to come back from his web swinging adventure with the other two.
Mario himself was bored, as he sat in front of the entrance door. Staring right at it.
"Hmmm." The red plumber hummed to himself, being approached by Luke.
"Uhhh Mario? Why are you staring at the door?" The high schooler asked as Mario span right around to face him.
"I'm a waiting Luke, waiting for a Spider-Man to get back." That answer caused Luke's eyes to widen. "What?"
The teenager looked down at Mario. "You're serious?! Spider-Man is here? Is that because of the weird multiverse thing going on? Can I meet him? And get his autograph? Maybe tell my friends?"
"Woah woah a woah there!" The red plumber put his hands forward. "Yes, I'm a serious. Yes, it's a the multiverse acting up. As for a the rest…I dunno. You decide."
That's when Mario's eyes slightly widened, as he hopped up from the floor and squinted at Luke. "Wait, why aren't a you in school right now?"
"Parent teacher conference day."
"Oh, right." He nodded. "But did a Ganondorf tell you?"
"About Dade? Yeah." The teenager nodded with confidence. "I'm ready for anything he throws at us, if I can use the Monado then I can take him down."
Mario put a hand under his mustache in response to that claim. "Yes…speaking of a which. How did you even a use the Monado? Shulk told us only certain people can use its full power. Him, and a Alvis."
Luke responded with a shrug. "I don't know why. It just felt, perfect in my hands."
"But a why is that?"
BANG* *BANG* *BANG*
Mario's eyes widened in response, causing him to turn to the door and then back to Luke. "We'll a finish this later, Master Hand!"
The giant glove appeared in the lounge in the blink of an eye. "Yes Mario?"
"Someone is a at the door." The red plumber walked towards the door, slowly putting his hand on the doorknob.
He let out a huge sigh of relief.
"Here a we go."
He opened the door right up, expecting to see Dade standing in front of them.
But he was met with surprise when he saw not one, not two, but a humongous group of people!
One group was composed of Raiden, that thunder god they met a month ago. And Shaolin Monks.
Another group was a clan of ninjas and cyborgs, but their leader appeared to be in a black and blue ninja suit. Mario could see the cold emitting off of his hands.
The third group had a pale white man without hair, but with many tattoos on his body.
The final one was the one in the center.
Shao Khan stood before them. The emperor of Outworld, who had so easily killed Majora but smashing it with his hammer. He stood behind all of his servants, a woman in blue, a woman in magenta, and even an old man.
But there was someone that caught Mario's eye.
What appeared to be a young woman standing by the Shaolin Monks. She wore a long black cloak that covered her entire outfit, but also a mask that covered almost her whole face.
Except for a bit of the short navy hair that could be seen.
"W-ha-hoo-ahh—oohhh." The red plumber's eye twitched, as Luke dawned a shocked expression too. "Who a…WHO ARE ALL OF A YOU?!" Mario pointed as his eyes almost popped out of their sockets.
Shao Khan raised his hammer, pointing it at him. "Mario, it's time for the tournament to begin."
The plumber raised an eyebrow. "What a tournament?! I wasn't a told about a tournament!"
Raiden stepped forward, tilting his head up to see Mario better.
"I apologize for this being sudden, but I have chosen all of you to represent Earthrealm in the Mortal Kombat tournament."
Mario's eyes widened again.
"We never agreed to a tournament of any kind." Master Hand floated forward. "Especially a Mortal Kombat tournament. You must be mistaken Raiden."
Luke looked up at the giant glove. "You know him Master Hand?"
"Yes, he is Raiden. The god of thunder, of another world that is." The hand said. "All of these warriors come from a world where decisions are settled by one thing, Mortal Kombat."
The high schooler blinked, this was all unreal to him. "This place can't get any weirder."
Liu Kang turned to the young woman standing next to him, whispering to her. "You told us that they were fine with battling."
"Uhh hehe. Yeah…" The young woman let out a nervous laugh.
"It doesn't matter Raiden, the tournament is happening here and now!" Shao Khan exclaimed. "I'll finally take Earthrrealm for my own."
Master Hand spread out all of his fingers. "Now now, I would hate to disappoint all of you but we are in the middle a dire situation at the moment. If we may reschedule this tournament that would be appreciated."
A figure stepped from nearby the pale white man, who smiled in response.
"You wouldn't want to keep him waiting." Quan Chi, sorcerer of the Neatherrealm pointing to the walking figure.
A man in a yellow and black ninja outfit, with flames in his eyes.
Scorpion, the resurrected warrior, the one who sought revenge on the Lin Kuei clan for the murder of his family and clan.
He stared deep into Mario's eyes, making the plumber freeze out of fear.
"I will not allow you to delay my revenge any longer." The specter said as a spear attached to a chain dangled from his arm. "I've waited long enough."
"Save your vengeance for the tournament." The blue ninja stepped forward, receiving a look from Scorpion with flaming eyes.
"You have no right to speak cryomancer!" He yelled. "Your brother murdered my entire family and clan, for that I will kill you next."
"Everybody a calm down!" Mario yelled while putting his hands up. "Look, we don't a have time to do this a tournament, we have our own a problems. So please a just hurry on home, okay?"
Silence ignited in the environment, everyone was looking at each other in suspicion. No one bothered saying a word of any kind. These warriors came for a violent tournament, but Master Hand was denying them the opportunity to have this tournament.
But the tournament was not happening, but it wasn't for the reason you think.
"Well well hey now, there's no need to get upset everyone. You'll have your tournament, just not right now."
A demonic voice spoke, but the voice didn't come from anyone in any of the groups.
It was a voice that Mario hadn't heard since November of last year, a voice that demanded everyone that was around him's attention. A voice that meant power and a threat.
The one who had that voice appeared above them, catching all of their attention.
It was Dade, he had finally shown himself.
"Who is that?" Raiden asked, believing that Dade wasn't here for any positive reasons.
"Ah, now you show your face." Shao Khan rested his hammer on his shoulder. "About time."
The Moebius man turned around. "Hey, I had to keep low for a little bit."
"DADE!!"
He turned around to Master Hand, Luke, and Mario. Where the latter seemed furious.
He laughed. "Well well well, it's been a while! We finally meet Master Hand. I wish we could've met back in November, when I imprisoned all of your weak little smashers!"
"Cut the chatter. Why do you finally reveal yourself now, Dade?" The giant glove clenched his fist, he believed that a battle was about to occur.
"Well, why don't I explain everything?" The man clenched his fist.
Luke slightly shook, staring at Dade's red eye. But he kept his confidence up and showed strength.
"Oh?" This caught Dade's attention. "Ah, there you are Lukey boy. Been trying to get my hands on you for a while."
Luke's eyebrows raised. "Lukey boy, I've heard that before." He whispered to himself. "What do you want with me?"
Dade rolled his eyes. "No point in saying right now, it's only delay my plan."
"We won't a let you in the Smash Mansion!" Mario yelled as he ignited a fireball in his hands. "You won't a be getting your hands on any of a the smashers!!"
The Moebius man chuckled in response. "Oh, trust me. I will."
"You and what army?" Luke asked.
Dade only smiled in his response, raising up one of his hands.
He snapped his fingers, and the whole ground shook.
The three looked around everywhere, as the ground started cracking a bit. And purple energy began leaking from the cracks.
And then it happened.
"The mansion!" Mario exclaimed as he looked up at the Smash Mansion, as it began to crack.
"Say goodbye to your home, Mario." Dade grinned, putting his hand forward and snapping his fingers.
The entire mansion suddenly exploded, as many of the residents were being carried and captured by the villains of Dade's army.
"Augh!! Let go of me!!" Zelda screamed as Vatti had a dark magic bind around her.
"Good to see you again, daughter." Raven Beak held up Samus, before throwing her to the ground.
Not to mention all of the villains from Spider-Man's universe that were there. Venom, Carnage, Mysterio, Doctor Octopus, Green Goblin, Kraven the Hunter you name it.
Many of the villains started attacking the smashers, these weren't mere hits at all. They were strong, brutal, and painful attacks.
"AAAAAGGGGHHH!!"
Someone screamed as blood spilled on the ground, leaving Mario and Luke to watch in horror.
Master Hand couldn't bare to see this, all of his smashers being harmed. He wasn't doing anything about it, he wanted this to end.
So he yelled.
"FINE!! Enough of this!"
The villains stopped their attack, everybody looked at the giant floating glove.
"Dade, let my smashers go." He said looking at the Moebius man. "Just stop hurting them, I'll…I'll give you what you want."
Dade's eyes narrowed. "Hah, alright then. You can all stop now."
The villains put the smashers down, walking over to Dade. They gathered around him as Shao Khan and a four armed dragon man joined them.
"I'd love to introduce all of you to my friends." He held your both of his arms. "But I think you all know who they are already."
There were what appeared to be Grimm holding down the smashers, including Mario and Luke.
"What a do you want Dade?! Why have you a been trying to kill us for so a long? What is this all a for?!" Mario yelled, receiving a grin from Dade.
"Isn't it obvious what I want now? I've gathered all of your enemies, and made sure that I had what I needed. Well…one of the things I needed."
He took out a glass canister, one that contained a rainbow liquid. This caused many of the smashers to gasp.
"It can't be." Twilight Link's mouth was wide open.
"Oh yes it can! I now have all of your DNA!" The Moebius man laughed psychotically. "I even had Magalor count to make sure."
Kirby seemed disappointed, as he looked at the villains to see who he believed to be his alien friend. "Poyo?"
Magalor gave a small wave. "Hehe, yup. I checked, you've got everyone master."
Meta Knight glared at the alien. "Magalor, you traitor. I thought you changed."
"Yeah Magalor what the heck?!" Dedede frowned. "You were cool!"
"Uhhh, sorry." He gave a weak apology.
"What are you going to do with us now?" Shulk asked, as the Monado was stabbed in the ground next to him. "You can't just kill everyone!"
"There are children here too!" Wii Fit Trainer exclaimed. "And a pregnant woman, you can't just kill us."
Dade chuckled in response. "I guess you're right, I'm totally not the type of villain to just end a bunch of innocent lives because he wants to. Oh look! An airplane!"
Everyone looked in the sky to see an airplane flying over them. It most likely contained passengers who were on their way to a farther place in the United States.
But Dade didn't care, shown by how he raised his hand. He snapped his fingers.
The plane exploded, leaving everyone in horror.
Master Hand looked at him in anger. "DADE!! YOU MONSTER!!"
"THOSE WERE INNOCENT PEOPLE!!!" Min Min yelled, receiving a hit in the back of the head from Cinder.
"I'll do anything to get what I want." He grinned, letting out another laugh. "And that's no different!"
"Uhhh Dade?"
Dimentio showed him his cellphone, where the news was playing.
"Coming at you with your news right now, one of Elon Musk's prototypes for a self-flying plane just exploded." The news reporter. "Because it was a test drive, this of course means that no one was on the plane or harmed. And that goes for anyone around the area. Elon Musk and Tesla suspect it may have been a malfunction in the plane, we'll have more on the story later."
Dade's eye twitched in response while his entire fist dropped. "H-how did they already report that?! Well dammit, oh well! Still took millions out of that!!"
"You're a sick monster a Dade!" Luigi glared. "How are a you fine with a this?"
He let out a sigh in response, turning to Magalor. "Maggy, you head counted right? Everyone's here?"
The alien rapidly nodded his head out of fear. "Yup! Oh wait, Dimentio get the people from that house!"
"Which one?"
"The blue one by the mansion."
The paper thin jester disappeared, leaving everyone else.
Dade let out a small laugh. "Now, where was I…"
"Hhgggrrahh!"
He tilted his head up to see two swordswomen siding towards him, Pyra and Mythra.
He grabbed both of them by their blades, crushing them and making them shatter into multiple pieces.
Both of their expressions showed shock and immediate fear. Further shown by Dade grabbing both of their faces, before pushing them together.
Green energy started glowing from the both of them while it appeared that their bodies started to merge.
Pyra and Mythra were now formed into one entire silhouette, one that glowed a bright green color.
Soon enough the glow was gone, and only one person was being held in Dade's monstrous hands.
It was Pneuma, Pyra and Mythra's true form. But the two had not fused into that form since they were split apart after saving Alrest.
"Pyra?!"
Pneuma quickly turned around, where she saw Rex and Nia standing by Lucina and Inigo. All of them had their children strapped to them. As well as Dimentio being right behind them.
"Rex!" Pneuma yelled before she was thrown back into the crowd, falling unconscious.
"Pyra! Mythra!" Nia yelled, turning to Dade in anger. "An' just who the hell are you?"
The man raised an eyebrow. "Oh right, we never met. My name is Dade, nice to meet you. I believe I've met someone you all know."
Malos stepped forward, a smile across his face contradicted the shock on Rex and Nia's faces.
"M-Malos?!" Rex exclaimed.
The dark aegis slightly chuckled. "Long time no see brat, see you've been busy." He then noticed the wedding ring on Nia's finger, then on Rex's. Noticing Ethan strapped into a baby carrier on Rex as well as Mio and Sara being strapped to Nia. "Really busy it seems."
Dade held out an arm. "Enough chitter chatter, I want the Dimension Star now. And talking repeatedly won't get me closer to it."
He then turned towards Magalor, who was holding a golden gauntlet in his hands.
A glove that had a blue glowing stone in it, making almost everyone gasp.
"Is…that?" Mario stumbled.
"Yep! The Infinity Gauntlet. Got it myself from Spidey's little world." Dade put the glove on. "Magalor, you made sure to fix up the Space Stone right?"
The alien rapidly nodded his head. "Yup! It's all set to go!"
"Good." The Moebius man laughed again, pushing his thumb into his middle finger. "Goodbye smashers, this was a fun chase while it lasted."
He snapped his fingers, as a giant blue black hole appeared behind the smashers. It's shear force pulling them into it.
"AGH!!! NO!!" Mario yelled as he held into the ground. "We can't a die! Not a now!!"
"We weren't even ready for this! Now we're all gonna die?!" Mia screamed as she held onto Ike.
"Mipha! Grab my hand!" BOTW Link yelled.
"A-alright!!"
They all struggled to hold on for dear life, as the portal starting sucking in all of the Mortal Kombat warriors.
Except for Shao Khan and the Outworld army.
Raiden was holding onto the ground, half of his body already in the black hole.
"Shao Khan! You have broken the rules of Mortal Kombat!" The thunder god yelled. "The elder gods will reign their wrath upon you!"
The emperor let out a small chuckle. "The elder gods cannot save you, or stop us."
"We will enjoy ripping every world from the very fabric of space and making it into our own." Mysterio crossed his arms.
"And Dade promised us all some kind of rule!" King Boo laughed.
Luke was almost out of the black hole's vicinity, clawing towards Dade.
But a foot stepped on his hand, causing him to slowly look up and see Dade's demonic smile.
"Goodbye Lukey boy, say hi to your mom and dad for me."
The teenager's eyes suddenly widened.
But it was too late, Dade kicked him away. And with his power, all of the smashers were knocked into the black hole.
"Forgive me, my friends."
"I don't wanna die yet!! WHHHHYYYY?!" King K Rool yelled.
"We…a failed."
Everyone was now gone in the blink of an eye, the black hole had completely disappeared.
All of the smashers, were gone.
"Finally, I…I've done it." Dade put his hand down. "I-ahahahaha…hmhmhmhmhmhmh. AAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA, AAAAHAHAHAHA!! Finally!! All of them are gone!! Dead! No soul, no body, eradicated!!!"
He turned to everyone. "I did it!! Now the multiverse is mine!!"
The others glared at him.
"Quit crying, I'm only joking. The multiverse is ours."
Most of the villains started cheering in response, while others just stood in satisfaction.
But there was one other resident remaining, or rather a hand remaining.
Master Hand lied on the ground, covered in bruises and marks. Dade approached him.
"Master Hand, so disappointing to see you in this pathetic state. Not like you used to be." The Moebius man created some chains. "Now you're nothing, nothing but weakness. Nothing but-"
That's when the giant glove raised to fingers, two balls of energy forming at the tip of his fingers. One was orange, the other was white.
He tilted up and shot them both right into the sky. As they went through the troposphere, stratosphere, mesosphere, and even the thermosphere.
It went beyond space.
But Master Hand lied back onto the ground, letting out a groan.
Dade only chuckled. "You missed, dumbass." He finished wrapping the chains around him, walking towards the other villains. "Goro, why don't you and Kintaro carry this guy with us? And N can stay with them too."
The two Gorons grabbed Master Hand and started dragging him across the ground.
Someone in golden armor and a golden face mask walked with them, with a sheathed sword and long black hair.
"So, what is the plan that is next for us?" Fawful asked Dade, who grinned.
"Good question, finding the Dimension Star. But before we do."
The Moebius man turned to everyone else. "Who says no to having a castle in the center of the multiverse?"
1 hour later…
"Woo! That was fun Spidey!" Phosphora exclaimed as she as well as Pit and Spider-Man were making it back to the Smash Mansion.
"Yeah! Taking out those bank robbers was a blast! It was so cool for you to invite us." Pit grinned.
"No prob, you two are pretty cool." The wall crawler said. "Now we should be just about—oh."
Phosphora raised an eyebrow in response. "Oh? Oh wha-"
The three landed on the ground, shock all over their faces.
"W-w-what happened?!" Pit yelled.
They saw that the Smash Mansion was completely gone, nothing left but rubble of what remained of it.
"Oh no…no no no no no NO!!" Phosphora ran towards the rubble and began throwing it out of the way. "Viridi!! Where are you sis?! I know you're in here, please!!"
After many minutes of searching, she couldn't find Viridi anywhere.
"No…NOOO!!" The lightning demigoddess screamed, as she pulled off her mask and started crying. While banging her hands. "Dammit dammit dammit why?!"
Pit ran towards Phosphora and tried to restrain her. "Phosphora stop! Please!"
"Aren't you even a little sad?!" She turned to him in anger. "You lost your mother, and your best friend!!! And your GIRLFRIEND! Why!! Why…ugh."
She turned her head and snuggled, rubbing her hand against her eye.
"Geez." Spider-Man removed his mask to reveal that he was Peter Parker. (Not like that was mentioned before) "I lost my Uncle Ben like this, I'm SAO sorry. My god, why did this happen?"
There was silence between the three, no one said a word.
Until a car pulled up to the rubble and stopped, catching thief attention.
Officers Bill and Eric stepped out of their police car.
"Alright Smash Mansion! Hope you guys already met Spider-Man. Let's get on with-" Bill's eyes opened as he shut his mouth. "Oh, oh boy."
Eric walked towards Pit. "Pit, what happened?"
"I-I don't know!" The angel exclaimed. "W-we were just in town and then..we came back and everyone's gone!"
"Shit!" Bill slammed his hand on the car. "Dade already got here! He just did it when he decided it was time too!"
"Don't even beat yourself up over it." Phosphora sighed, looking down at the ground. "They're all gone anyways, there's no point anymore."
That's when another car pulled up to them, this time it was a dark brown Chevy.
Theodore, Pit's human father came out in a jean jacket.
"Heya Pit, what's going on h-" He froze immediately. "Wait, is that Spider-Man?"
The web slinger immediately threw his mask back on before turning around. "Uh yup! Friendly neighborhood Spider-Man!"
"Oh, cool." He gave a thumbs up. "So, what happened to the mansion?"
"A really evil guy came and destroyed it while we were gone, and….everyone's gone."
Theodore raised an eyebrow in confusion. "What? You mean they're all…dead?"
"Yeah dad." Pit pulled off his mask, letting out a sigh. "They're….all dead."
Theodore made duck lips with his mouth. "That's weird, because my GPS tells me otherwise."
He held up a GPS, who had many flashing marks on it. With it catching Phosphora's attention.
The demigoddess zoomed over to it, grabbing Pit along the way. "What?! You mean this dinky little thing says everyone's alive?! What?!"
He let out a light laugh. "Haha, yeah. Master Hand wanted me to be able to track everyone in case something happened, so I built this."
"Oh my god, oh my god oh my god!!" Phosphora was jumping up and down. "Everyone's still alive Pit!! Your dad is the coolest!!"
She immediately started hugging the angel, crushing a few of his bones in the process.
"Wait." Eric put his hands out. "If everyone's still alive, where'd they go?"
Pit immediately raised his hand. "Ooh ooh I know! What if they were sent to different universes?!"
Phosphora turned to Pit with wide eyes. "What?!"
"Yeah! Dade always talked about messing up universes and stuff right?! What if he sent them all to different universe?!"
Bill pursed just lips, while stroking his mustache. "That's not a bad hypothesis, I could see that."
"Well great!" Phosphora threw up her arms. "How are we supposed to get everyone back?"
Theodore let out a chuckle, pushing up his sunglasses. "Well I don't mean to brag, but I happen to know someone who's a bit of a scientist himself. Or rather, multiple scientists."
"Then call then dad!" Pit pumped his fists in excitement, as Theodore immediately pulled out his phone and out it to his ear.
The person on the other line answered.
"Thank you for calling the Future Gadget Lab! You are currently speaking to Hououin Kyouma! The greatest scientist of the time!"
Theodore rolled his eyes. "Hey Okabe, listen I need a favor."
"Oh! Hello Theodore, a favor you say?"
"Yeah, there's sort of a huge problem and the universe may be at stake he-"
"Ah ah. I already told you my friend, I don't mess with time travel anymore." The man said.
"Not time travel, the multiverse. Completely different. We need your help building a machine that can take us to different universe."
"Hmm. You promise that it's different from time travel?"
"Yep."
There were a few noises on the other line, until Okabe responded.
"Alright then! I'm in!"
"Cool, see you soon man."
He hung up and put his phone away, crossing his arms.
"Who was that, dad?" Pit asked as the angel's wings flapped.
The guitarist shrugged in response. "A friend, now I've gotta ask you two something. Palu told me about this thing that you guys used to defeat Hades. What was it called? The…freight wayward measure?"
"The Great Sacred Treasure!" Pit forested his dad. "But…it was destroyed. Unless, we can make a new one!"
"Sounds perfect!" Eric nodded. "With that weapon and Theodore's scientist friends, we'll reach them all in no time!"
Phosphora immediately grabbed Pit. "Then what are we waiting for?! Of to Skyworld we go Pit!"
The angel and the demigoddess zoomed through the sky, leaving everyone else to watch.
This was the beginning of saving the smashers.
Meanwhile in Japan…
A young adult stood in a single room apartment, wearing a lab coat with other people around him.
This man was Rintarou Okabe.
"Everyone!! Pack your bags immediately!!" Catching the attention of his lab workers.
"Huh? Why?"
"Because Daru, we're going to the United States!!"
