Clint, Laura, Copper, Lila and nate have judt gotten back to the hotel room after Rogers the musical and food out.
When Clint's phone rang ...
"Why are you calling Fury?" Asked the annoyed Avenger.
" I know you are in New York, I just need you to pick somone up and drop her off at a locstion I will send to you, thanks bye" Fury explained, hanging up before he could argue.
"Fury wants us to lick somone up and drop them off, it should tske aroud 2 hours" Clint explaid to his wife angrily.
"That should fine Cooer and Lila can watch Nate"
After they talked to their children they left their hotel room and headed to the first address Fury had sent them. They decoded the approach they wanted to go with. They picked the lock and started to look around for information. Before they had the chance they herd someone enter the apartment.
Once they saw who entered the building they both stood shocked recognising the individual as Clint's ex Sophie. "Sophie..." Was all he was able to speak. " Is this about the kid, should of known you would figure it out eventually " she exclaimed annoyed.
"What Kid" Laura started to talk while Clint started to get over hid shock. Sophie's eyes widened realising they didn't know what they. Where talking about. "Oh... Nothing" she said trying to avoid a confrotation.
"what Kid Sophie! " He exclaimed finding his voice.
"Two weeks after we broke up i found out something ... I was pregnant" She said looking evey where but the two individuals who where stading shocked infront of her.
Kate ran up the steps that lead to a locked building. She crouched down to try and pick the lock, but quickly became frustrated and impatient. So she properly stood up and started to climb up th e building until she got to routh. Where her phone started to vibrate.
When she picked up the phone to hear both her friends on the other end . "Careful Kate you could get kicked off of the archery team" exclaimed of her the two friends. "Yeah ... Well a bets a bet, thd real question, is the dome movomg causes the sound or the dangly thing in the middle?" Kate asked in a joking manner. "The dome" one of her friends answered confidently. "Ah, you see thats where we disagree" she stated in a calm manner. She raised and aimed her bow and arrow towards the tower, swquinted her eyes and released the arrow.
However, the arrow bounced off of the bell didn't ring "that was disappointing" Kate bent down and answered "hold on ... Hold on" while attaching a curved piece on the top of the arrown before aiming her bow again except this time aiming for the dangly thing in the middle.
Causing the bell to ring, kate and her friends started to celebrate until they herd a loud creak coming from the tower, causing the friends to stare shocked. "Builds character all famous bellds have crscks in them" she stated worringly. Not long later the full tower collapsed completely to the ground.
Kates friends ran leaving kate to take all responsibility and to be caught by the security guard.
"You where pregnant with my kid and never told me.!" He shouted angrily.
"What hapened to the child" Laura asked angrily for her husband.
"I gave her up for adoption," she said opening the picture frame and pulling out a small picture and handing it to Clint. "Social services took her hours after I gave birth, it was apart of the birthing plan and brought her somewhere until she would get adopted." she explaind like it wss nothing at all.
" Let me get this straight you found out you where pregnant with my kid, never told me than gave her up! ... If you didn't want her did you not think to see if i did, which i would've by the way... God she must be 22 by now. What's her name? " he sadly asked.
"I wasn't aloud any communication with the adoptive family so I don't her last name it was open and cloded but her first name is Kate" she stated.
"You are coming with us Fury wants to see you" he said his mood quickly changing and dragging her out of the apartment with his wife following behind them.
Almost two hours later they where back in the hotel room and checking on the kids to make sure they where alseep. Clint hasn't spoken since they left his ex's apartment. " you can track her down if you want, you had no idea she exsisted even is she is 22 you still have legal parenting rights. " she explained.
"I know, i just don 't even know where to begin" he exclaimed.
Authors note: I have a feeling you will hate me for this but the next chapter is on christmas day with clint kate and the rest of hid family. Everything on the Hawkeye tv series still happens however Laura goes home with her children. Clint hasn't been able to look for his daughter yet so he dosen't know Bishop is his daughter yet.
