No One POV:
After his meeting with Aizawa, Izuku decided to head back to his dorm and get ready for the slumber party. Since he didn't have any make up work to do, Izuku was able to head over earlier than originally planned. It would also help to distract him from the thought of what happened the previous day.
'I should shoot Kirishima a text before I head over. I don't want him to be startled when I come over earlier than planned.'
Izuku pulled out his phone and opened up his chat with Kirishima.
Izu: Hey. Aizawa let me get away with no schoolwork! I think I can head over now if that's cool.
Kiri: Dang bro! You are super lucky! No worries about heading over now! You'll be the first to show since everyone else plans on heading over around five-thirty.
Izu: I'm glad to hear it! That means I get first dibs on sleeping areas! Do you need anything from the dorms before I head over there? I finished packing all of my stuff.
Kiri: We'll mostly be in my room but since it's movie night, we may end up in the living room. Could you bring me the red teddy bear?
Izu: Sent an attachment.
Izu: This one?
Kiri: Yeah! Thanks a lot man!
Izu: No problem!
A small smile appeared on Izuku's face as he put away his phone and got the teddy bear his friend asked for. It was so cute that Kirishima had a stuffed bear! He was quick to lock Kirishima's door and left the dorms.
When Izuku arrived at Kirishima's house, he knocked lightly on the door. Sounds of padded feet came towards the door as the voice of a woman spoke.
"Coming!"
Izuku POV:
The door opened to reveal a woman with red hair that reached her shoulders. Her eyes were a dark red and there was a huge smile on her face.
'This must be Kirishima's mom or maybe his sister? I don't recall him mentioning anything about a sister though.'
I smiled at the woman as I tried my best not to ramble on quietly about her traits and my thoughts on who she was.
"Hi there sweetie. You must be Izuku Midoriya. My Eijiro has been talking so much about you." An embarrassed groan came from behind the woman I now know as Kirishima's mom.
"Moooom. Don't embarrass me in front of my friends. He doesn't need to know that stuff."
I smiled a little and tried to hold back a laugh. Kiri's mom doesn't try at all, and her laugh surrounds the three of us.
"Don't worry. She didn't embarrass you yet." A blush appears on his face at my words.
"W-well anyways. Come on. I'll show you to my room. It's just up on the third floor. My parents gave me the whole floor since I'm their only child. There's a bathroom, a kitchen, a guest room, and a gaming/movie room up here too." Kirishima talked about his floor of the house as we walked further into his house.
The place was huge! Initially I hadn't thought anything of it, but Kiri is loaded. I guess he just doesn't show off when we are at school. Which makes sense. People can be really two faced if they know your status in society. It's why ka-.
"Don't think about him you idiot. He doesn't love you anymore. Katsuki made it very obvious when he decided to cheat on me. Though I wonder if he even meant to with the way his face looked after I caught him. I shouldn't give him the benefit of the doubt, but I should at least give him a chance to explain. After all, I let Uraraka explain, and she turned out to be two faced. This doesn't mean I'll get back with Katsuki though. He doesn't deserve me after what he did, but I still want him as a friend." I was mumbling and I knew it. But Kiri wasn't paying attention at the current moment, and I wasn't about to make it obvious what I was doing. So, I quickly stopped myself and went back to admiring the house.
"… And this is my room. It's a bit messy since I just got done with homework. So, sorry about that dude." Kiri's room was the most impressive one out of all the rooms he showed me. It had two stories to it. The first floor had a tv with a Nintendo switch attached to it, a pc on an l – shaped desk. The other part of his desk was full of papers. I assume that's part of his schoolwork. The hardwood floor had a beautiful and lush black carpet on it. One of the walls was covered from roof to floor in bookshelves. I could also see a door leading to a bathroom to the right of the stairs that were in the right corner of the room.
Going up the stairs, I noticed that the second floor was more of a sleeping area. There was a king-sized bed on the back center wall with black drapes around it. The sheets and blankets were all red. I assume that's his favorite color. There was a black nightstand on each side of his bed, and they had matching red crystal lamps. I saw another tv attached to the wall in front of his bed and to the right of it was two double doors.
'Does he have a walk-in closet?'
I finished my observations when I came upon the last wall. It had a window in the center and photos surrounding the window. There were so many photos. They each seemed to depict a special moment in his life. Some had his friends from UA and others were just his family.
"Do you like it? I know it's not much, but it's my home." The shy lull to Kiri's voice caused me to look at him.
"Your room is amazing Kiri! I've never seen anything like it! And I didn't know you had so many books either!" I gently placed my stuff down and impulsively ran to jump into his bed. It was so soft! My actions halted at the sound of a deep rumble like laugh.
"If I knew you were going to be this excited, I would have brought you over months ago Zuku."
I blushed at his words as I was now embarrassed of my actions. Covering my face with a pillow, I groaned quietly. My groans were abruptly stopped when Kiri took the pillow and sat next to me.
"Hey now, you don't have to be embarrassed by it. It was really cute and manly. You're like a kitten when it finds a ball of yarn."
Kirishima POV:
I watched as Izuku shyly looked me in the eyes. An adorable flush laid across his cheeks.
"A-are you s-sure it doesn't b-bother you? It u-used to b-bother U-Uraraka…" His words caused my heart to constrict. That bitch was going to wish she never messed with Izuku.
"I am one hundred percent sure that it doesn't bother me, Izu. Uraraka was just a bitch. Excuse my language but she is on my forever bad list. I wish she could get kicked out of the hero course for being two-faced. You deserve so much better than what you were given by her and Bakugo. At least he had the decency to be ashamed of his actions." My body started to shake lightly in anger at the thought of what happened in the bathroom the other day. I am so pissed at Uraraka. Like come on. Why did she have to be a horrible person to the sweetest person we all know?
My anger induced thoughts stopped when I felt the hands of Izuku on my shoulder. I looked at him and he was giving me a small smile of comfort.
"It's okay. Karma will find its way back to Uraraka and all we have to do is keep being the best students we can. True heroes don't start fights. They finish them silently." The almost evil look on Izuku's face after he finished talking, caused shivers to travel down my body.
This chapter was a little hard to write this time around. When I first started it, I changed the first paragraph three times before I was satisfied with it. Working on another story helped with the writer's block.
I hope you all enjoyed the switch of POV's. I thought it was time to get a take on how Kirishima saw everything. Let me know if you want more of his POV in future chapters.
