Cold, that was all the silent void of space was to him. A cold, dark, silence wrapping around a metal box that he was stuck in. It wasn't all bad, at least he wasn't like those foot soldiers guarding the castle, or worse, his brother learning about all the regal duties of ruling the empire, yea thanks but no thanks.

As the starcruiser nears its destination a planet comes into view. It was a medium sized planet with a vast golden sky. As the pod lowered the ground came into view as well as the mountains littered with homes built into and around the rocky hillside. The abundance of purple and blue foliage was seen for miles around being munched or trampled on by the various animals and dinosaurs alike.

'Planet Sadala, it's good to be home.'

The cruiser whirls around in the direction of the royal capital of Vegeta. The marble white material making up the castle sprawled out for miles. That coupled with the fact that It rests upon the tallest mountain of the planet pretty much makes you compelled to gaze upon it with awe.

The cruiser lands atop the docking bay with a jerking bounce. Time clearly hasn't been kind to the old girl but it's still his ship and he'll be damned if he'll just abandon her. Some of the saiyan halted their work to view the old ship which had just landed.

"Ha look at that junk, it probably belongs to some low ranked chump in the army." A burly saiyan male stated while looking unimpressed.

"I'm surprised the thing arrived in one piece." A saiyan female said before cackling at the sight of the shabby vessel

"B-but that thing's got the royal insignia!" A loader shrieked at the sight of the emblem.

"No way, it's gotta be some lower class wretch pretending to be a big shot. I say when they exit the ship we wail on 'em." The burly saiyan from before said.

As they were mulling over the idea the ramp lowered and a sheen of light cloaks the silhouetted figure stepping out. As he stepped down a saiyan warrior standing at an impressive height of 6ft'5 walks out. His armor was the first thing that put them on alert in the fact that the plating on his armor was a vibrant blue as opposed to the common yellow, as well as his pauldrons being raised into the air at an angle and ending at a dangerous point. A black bodysuit covered him from neck to wrist and ankle. A pair of white gloves gloves covered his hands as his boots were more akin to shin guards rising to his knees. His cape flapped about in the wind as the medallion upon his neck jingled as he stepped forward. The last thing that made the saiyans who were mocking the ship cower in fear, regret, and shame, was the head of spiky hair standing straight up in the air like a newly lit flame with two large spiky bangs sticking forward. [AN Baby Vegeta hair from xenoverse 2 mod]

"P-Prince Cezar, we weren't expecting you to arrive back so soon, I take it your dealings with the Porok rebellion ended sooner than expected." The flight charter stated as he was surprised at who had just arrived. Why couldn't the man just give a heads up was that too much to ask.

"That's what happens when you have a bunch of terrorists who want to blow up half their own planet using a stationary asteroid as a base, it leaves you wide open. Anyways, Is my father still on world, I wish to speak to him?"

"Indeed he is, should I tell his majesty that you have arrived?"

"No, I wish to surprise him. Please, have my ship outfitted for travel as quickly as possible. Knowing my luck the old man will have another mission for me."

"Yes sir, it shall be done without delay!"

"You have my thanks, And you lot." He said, turning his attention to the scared bunch who were bad mouthing his ship. "Don't think I didn't hear what you said about my ship." He then began to approach the group with a bit of his aura leaking out, frightening them even more. "I heard you spouting that elitist crap and let me set things straight, it doesn't matter if you're strong or of noble birth, getting results and becoming as strong as you are able is the duty of all beings, whether in mind, body or soul! I hear you trying to act all big again and I'll hang you up by your tails personally! Am I clear?!"

"Y-yes sir!" The group bowed and lowered their heads in shame, but also were in awe of the prince's words. It's rare that saiyan thought of anything other than physical might, but for the crowned prince himself to say social standing didn't matter, they thought it was astounding.

With that said and done he walked his way towards the royal palace leaving the awestruck group behind.

"Woah.. Prince Cezar is so righteous.!"

"I'll say, if Prince Sadala weren't already in line for the throne he'd be king already."

"From what I hear he doesn't really care about being King, he spends most of his time in the arena or off world." The charter said as he was calling over workers to immediately work on the old clunker.

As the Prince made his way towards the castle he couldn't help looking around. The capital was as busy as ever, with civilians milking about or pursuing the markets, guards patrolling, and the occasional dignitaries hustling with whatever it is they need done. He could even see a good number of offworlders running around.

As he neared the castle a familiar energy signature was felt. One he had not felt in quite some time.

"I thought you'd be here sooner. I was hoping to go a round or two before your next mission."

Looking towards the doorway to a bar he saw a saiyan warrior walking his way. This saiyan wore older style armor, the kind without pauldrons. Unlike the prince he wore no bodysuit and simply let his armor rest against his flesh. His cuirass consisted of orange plates that looped around his neck and joined with the back. His cuirass melded extended into a pair or thigh guards that reached down to his mid thighs. A pair of knee length spandex shorts wrapped his lower half with a pair of knee length boots that look similar to the prince's. Upon his arms were a pair of plated arm guards held onto his hand by a strap around his palm. Finally atop his head was a shaggy mane of spiky hair that reached down to his mid back.

Cezar smiled at this unexpected guest. He did not think his luck would be so fortunate to see his arch rival on world. It's rare for the two of them to usually be in the same place when the battle games are not underway.

"Hmph, it's good to see you, my rival. I can tell that you've gotten stronger. However, so have I, And I'll say now that I don't plan to lose to you."

"That's what you said last time, and if my memory isn't wrong you lost." Garl then smiled as he could tell he was getting under Cezar's skin.

"Hm, I may have lost our last bout but in all the times we have battled I have been victorious more than you." Cezar stated giving a smirk to Garl. Now it was his turn to glower. If there was anything that irritated Garl, it was his rival getting the better of him.

"One win doesn't make a difference. The next time we face off I'll be the one to come out on top."

They stared at one another, almost eye to eye. Granted the prince had 3 inches on Garl. They let their auras out and testing one another. A bright blue enveloped the prince as a vibrant orange emanated from his rival. A few guards rushed out to view what was the commotion but weren't surprised by what they saw. All were silent till the two rivals touched the back of their fists to one another before smiling.

An audible sigh was heard as the group of guards released breaths they didn't know they were holding. The head guard stepped forward facing Cezar. "S-sir his majesty no doubt sensed you and will wish to speak with you, don't you think it may be a bad idea to delay your report to him."

"Ah, if only your warning weren't necessary. Well, I'd better go before I'm placed on house arrest." With that he walks off towards the palace gates before raising his hand in the air and giving a lazy wave. "See you around Garl."

The castle was a monument to the pride and honor of the saiyan race. Sitting atop the highest mountain and reaching into the sky like a beacon of wonder. It would be perfect if it weren't so far from the arena.

Entering the castle was the same as always, guards and dignitaries trying to suck up to him, guards incredibly rigid and on alert, servants nervous and lying in wait, and maids who either were indifferent to him or giving him a look that screamed "let's take it to the bed chambers". 'How desperate can some of these women be, I mean come on.'

Thankfully he had finally reached the throne room and was beyond glad to be rid of these harlots in the guise of servants. The guards that accompanied him bowed before leaving. Standing before him were members of the Saiyan Royal Council. These men and women were those responsible for decisions involving construction, economy, military action, etc.

The lot looked at him with mixed emotions. While a number of them had known him since a young age, his actions such as sneaking out of the castle or getting into fights had done a bit on the confidence of the council.

Marching into the room the great Emperor Sadala was about to rest at his throne when he looked towards his son. Pacing forward and places his hand on his son's left pauldron and smiles before sighing. "I'm going to assume you and Garl ran into one another. Your power faded far too quickly for a fight to have occurred."

"No damage occurred when we saw one another. We simply exchanged greetings and went about our ways. Speaking of exchanging greetings, where Is elder brother? He normally arrives to give congratulations and a snarky comment."

"Ah, your brother is stuck dealing with the intricacies of tactful speech around the fairer sex." His father stated before they both broke out into jovial fits of laughter. "As much as we both wish to view his embarrassment I'm sure your assignment of Planet Porok

Cezar then gave his father and the council the rundown of the details involving Planet Porok. He breezed through the details because honestly they weren't important. The terrorists hid on an asteroid, he blew it up, blah blah blah. As he was going through the Drabble a guard burst through the door "Sire, I bring grave news!"

"For what reason do you enter the royal chambers? this had better be a matter of urgency!" Emperor Sadala bellowed

"It is sire, we've been contacted by the one known as Galphor of Tamaran. He must speak with you immediately."

'Galphor of Tamaran? It's been a while since I heard that name. If my memory is correct he was head of the royal guard and caretaker for the princesses. For what reason does he have to contact us?Could King Myand'r not do it himself?'

As questions rushed through the Cezar's head both the emperor, prince, and present council members bolted towards the nearest transmitter room. The screen then was filled with the image of a hulking man standing at what had to be 9 ft tall or more. The top of his head was bald with a long mane of shaggy red hair that connected to a long and regal beard. His green eyes shone with heavy emotion as the jagged scar across his right eye quivered.

'By the Kais', what could make the mighty Galphor whimper in such sorrow.'

"Mighty Galphor, For what reason have you to contact me? If King Myand'r were in need of my aid he would have asked me himself."

The old general lowered his head before speaking. "Emperor Sadala, I beseech you for your aid. A short while ago the Gordanian race laid siege to our world. The bloodshed was monstrous and our planet was decimated. Princess Komand'r, in an attempt to negotiate with the Gordanians…" With his throat heavy and tears raining down his eyes he raised his head to meet the eyes of the mighty ruler of the Saiyans before speaking once more. "PRINCESS KOMAND'R SOLD PRINCESS KORIAND'R TO THE GORDANIANS!" He screamed anger and sorrow overtaking him.

Everyone in the room were shocked and appalled at the revelation that was presented to them. Everyone but the prince, who felt nothing but anger so mighty his hand began to smoke as the energy within his hands began to leak out. Everyone but Emperor Sadala, who also looked like he could destroy a solar system at that moment, turned to look at Cezar. A feral expression adorned his face. 'How could someone do something so vile to their own sister. Especially to someone as kind as Koriand'r. That black haired bitch will pay for this!'

"When King Myand'r learned of the agreement made, both he and Queen Luand'r fell I'll until they passed of heartache!"

This revelation made everyone in the room pale in response. The King of Tamaran was a great ally to the saiyans for a long time. He and Emperor Sadala had been friends for nearly 3 decades now. To think that such a man was gone was heart wrenching.

"I beg of you please free Princess Koriand'r from the Gordanians before it is too late!" Galphor asked, tears still upon his face.

Before Emperor Sadala could give his confirmation Cezar stepped forward "Mighty Galphor, I am Prince Cezar, son of Emperor Sadala VII and I shall see to this matter personally. Princess Koriand'r and I have been friends since childhood and I would be besmirching our friendship if I did not go myself. "

Hearing those words Galphor smiled and wiped his tears. It had been so long since good news had arrived and now the Kai's smile upon them.

"You have my humblest of gratitude! Thank you Prince Cezar." At those words the communication ended and the room fell silent once more. As the prince began to march with determination towards the door, Emperor Sadala spoke in a calm tone. "My son, you had best keep your word."

Pausing for a second Cezar turns to look back towards his father. "When do I not? Royalty is nothing without trust. Were it not you who taught me?"
