Danny returned home, seeing that Stocking had set up a tea party with Skulker stuck in the pink dress. Danny wishes he could take a picture and show it to all the ghosts in the Ghost Zone. Skulker would be a laughingstock for ages. He also notices that Panty was still holding onto Back Lace, probably to keep Skulker in line. He smiles as Stocking prepared her tea before turning to Skulker.
"Care for some tea, Miss Pinky?" She asked.
Skulker wanted to refuse but a soft tap of Back Lace on the table made him think otherwise.
"Yes, please, Miss Stocking." He said.
Danny chuckles as his old friends stepped up.
"Are you sure she's a goth?" Sam asked.
"Not all goths are like you, Sam. Stocking is a gothic lolita. A style of Lolita that is primarily influenced by Victorian-inspired Goth styles." Danny said.
Both Tucker and Sam looked at him, surprised.
"What? You guys thought my grades were still C-level? Daten City doesn't have too many ghost problems like Amity Park. I'm not only able to bring my grades up to a B, but I'm finally able to sleep and get my schoolwork done before bedtime. I also have Brief and Garterbelt to help from time to time." Danny told them.
"Who's..." Tucker started.
"A Priest of the Daten City Chruch. He watches over Panty and Stocking when they are not doing their own things." Danny answered.
"Like what?" Sam asked.
Danny didn't answer that. He did, however, walk up to Stocking and set down a cupcake. When Stocking saw it, hearts appeared in her eyes before looking up at her boyfriend.
"Brought one on my way back. It had a black heart on it, thought you might like it." Danny said, smiling.
Stocking stood up before kissing him. Sam looked more shocked as Tucker blinks. Jazz could only shake her head as she smiles. Panty just sighs before making sure that Skulker didn't try to run.
"Thank you." She said, sitting back down.
Stocking took a bite and shivered before a blissful face appeared on her.
"OH, MY GOD! THIS IS DELICIOUS! LIKE IT WAS MADE IN HEAVEN!" She sequels.
"I was told it was called the Heavenly Cupcake. One bite and you'll taste heaven itself." Danny said, smiling.
"Really? You know Cupcakes aren't made in heaven." Panty said.
"No, but Pudding is," Danny said, recalling that little adventure.
"You weren't there for that," Panty said.
"No, but I heard all about it. Even that little movie idea the two of you had." Danny said, shaking his head.
"Oh yeah. I remember that. I can't believe you cut your own sister from it." Jazz said, remembering that story.
"It's not about you, Panty. You both want to go home, right?" Danny told her.
Panty looks away, making the Fenton siblings sigh. They have been trying to curb Panty of her "spotlight" attention, though they had no luck so far.
"Well, since we're going to be here for a while, do you girls want to have a tour of Amity Park? Before I'm thrown out for going ghost?" Danny asked.
"Sure." The Anarchy sisters said.
"Does this mean I can go now?" Skulker asked.
"In a minute..." Danny said before pulling out his camera.
"Panty. Stocking. Pose please." He said, holding up his phone.
Seeing what he was doing, Stocking grabs Skulker before she and Panty pulled off one of their famous poses. Danny snaps a picture and smiles.
"Thanks, girls." He said, saving it.
"If you dare send that picture..." Skulker started.
"You don't have your suit, Skulker. Plus, not all ghosts are out to get me." Danny said, smirking.
"I'll get you for this, whelp!" Skulker shouted.
Later,
After throwing Skulker into the Ghost Zone, Danny and Jazz started to show the girls around Amity Park. Their first stop was the Nasty Burger as Danny and Jazz wanted to eat there again. Plus, they hadn't had lunch yet. Many workers were surprised to see the Fenton Siblings. A few of them even thanked Danny for saving the town while he was still living there.
Danny smiles. It turns out not everyone was happy to see him gone. He was also told that some people that drove him out had felt guilty about it and wanted to make it up to him. Danny let them know that he wasn't going to be staying, but glad that some people understood their mistake. The owner let Danny have his order for free. For saving the town all those months ago, and to welcome him back home, even if he wasn't staying for long.
Danny walked towards his own table and sat down next to Stocking.
"This is Nasty?" Panty asked, looking at the food.
"Panty, we told you about the name." Jazz said, rolling her eyes.
"Rumor has it this place was supposed to be called the Tasty Burger, but someone switched the T with an N and never change it back," Danny added.
Panty blinks, still having a hard time believing some nasty looked tasty. Tucker and Sam also sat down, glad to have Danny back for a while. Through, Sam wishes Danny sat by her instead.
"So, where are we going next?" Panty asked.
"We considering about hitting the Mall than the park," Danny said.
"On hold, Amity Park has Park?" Panty asked.
"Yes." The Fenton Siblings said.
"So it's called Amity Park's Park?" Stocking asked, just as confused as her sister.
Seeing their point, Danny and Jazz laugh to themselves.
"Welcome to Amity Park, girls," Danny said.
"Home of the world's greatest mysteries." Jazz added.
"Danny?"
Everyone turn and saw Danny's Ex-Grilfriend, Valerie walking up, looking surprised. Danny knew Valerie was one of the people that might be lost and confused about what happened four months ago. And since didn't come back until now, Valerie must have a lot of questions.
"Hey, Val. Still ghost hunting?" Danny asked.
"Y-Yeah. My dad finally came around." Valerie said, looking broken.
Danny sighs before getting up. He walks over and hugs the dark-skin girl, shocking her. Valerie hugged back, unable to stop the tears. Valerie already heard that Danny was dating someone else and knew better than to get in the way.
"If you wondering why I never told you, think back to the times you fought Danny Phantom," Danny told her.
Valerie felt more horrible. All the times that Phantom tried to talk to her, she refuse to listen. But it wasn't Phantom she didn't listen to, it was Fenton. How could she not see it?
"Valerie, I never meant to ruin your life. It was the case of the wrong place at the wrong time. Maybe if you actually try listening instead of shooting maybe you could have avoided so many problems." Danny told her, breaking the hug.
"I..." Valerie tried to say.
"I was going to tell you, but you called off our relationship. And, as you know, I'm now dating someone else." Danny said, nodding at Stocking.
She stood and walked up to Danny.
"Valerie, this is Stocking. Stocking this is Valerie." He spoke.
"Hey..." Valerie said.
Though Stocking was upset that she tried to hurt her boyfriend many times, she could see that Valerie truly regretted her actions.
"Hi." She said, kindly.
"I'm glad that you're taking care of Danny. We use to date." Valerie said.
"I know. Danny told me all about you. Glad to see that I'm not the only girl to see how cute and kind he is." Stocking said, making Danny blush.
"Don't I know it. Danny was such a gentleman during our date. I really saw a different side of him." Valerie smirks.
"Look, Valerie, I'm not happy you chose to shoot Danny's ghost side without listening, but I can tell you want to redeem yourself. So, I won't give you a hard time for that. As long as you keep an open mind, we're good." Stocking said.
"Um, thanks..." Valerie said, looking away.
Danny sighs. It seems that Stocking and Valerie might have some trouble getting along, but at least Stocking is willy to try. He then looks behind him, seeing that Sam was looking more upset and heartbroken. Maybe it's time he deals with one more problem before he does anything else.
Manson Mansion,
"Are you sure about this, Danny?" Tucker asked after everyone left the Nasty Burger.
"I know Sam's parents don't like me or my family, but this has gone on long enough," Danny said, shaking his head.
"And how do you know they will listen to you?" Sam asked, knowing her parents well.
"Because I have something that money can't buy," Danny said, walking up to Sam's home.
"Oh, hello young fallow."
Danny was a bit surprised to see Sam's grandmother, the only person in her family that understood Sam was a person.
"Hey, Mrs. Mansion. Can I talk to your son and daughter-in-law?" Danny asked.
"Sure, care to wait in the living room?" She said.
Danny nods before the group enters the mansion. They all sat down as Panty looks around.
"Well, I'll admit you have a pretty sweet place here, Sam." She said.
"Thanks," Sam said, groaning.
"I'm guessing she's heard that too many times?" Stocking asked.
"Yep." Danny and Tucker said.
"I use to come over from time to time. Before the town kicked me out." Danny added.
"What are you doing here?!"
Danny turns to see Jeremy and Pamela Mansion glaring at him, making him shake his head.
"I'm here to talk to the two of you." He said, already prepared for what they might do.
"You weren't supposed to come back!" Jeremy said.
"We knew you were wrong for our daughter," Pamela added.
"And you two didn't even bother to get to know me because of my parents," Danny said before standing up.
"Look, I get it. You don't like me or my family, but that doesn't mean you need to treat us like someone we're not. And you two didn't even bother to understand Sam's reasons because you only care about yourselves." He added.
"Excuse us? That's our daughter." Pamela said.
"Is she? Or is she just your doll?" Danny asked, glaring at them.
"I've known Sam for years. I had nothing to do with Sam's sudden change. You two went from seeing her as a daughter to seeing her as a thing you can dress up. We became friends because we understood each other." He said.
"You don't know anything about our daughter," Jeremy added.
"Does he?" Stocking spoke up.
"We knew her for a few hours and even we can tell she trying to be her own person," Panty added.
"And who are they?" Jeremy asked.
"Panty and Stocking Anarchy. They're sisters and my new friends. And yes, Stocking is a goth." Danny said, surprising them.
"I'm also dating Danny." Stocking threw in.
"And I heard what you said about me." Danny quickly said, cutting them off from saying anything.
"Just because you two don't like me, doesn't mean you have the right to say things about me! OR my parents. You think money makes you the most important person in the world? It doesn't! If you two can't get off your high horses and see that the world is not your oyster, then maybe you shouldn't have all the money you think you've earned." Danny said, shocking them.
"Now see here..." Pamela started.
"I'm not done!" Danny said, cutting her off.
"Just because I'm dating another girl, doesn't mean I don't take notice of Sam's feelings. Yes, I know she's heartbroken because I moved on after I was kicked out! Yes, I know she's wished I was dating her instead of Stocking. Yes, I know I hurt her feelings, but that doesn't mean I still can be her friend. If you can't see that I earn Sam's friendship by understanding her, then maybe you two shouldn't have became parents!" Danny told them.
"WHAT?!" Jeremy and Pamela shouted.
"The only person in this family that understood Sam was her grandmother. You two are too wrapped up in your little world to see that no one is what you think they are." Danny said before sighing.
"I came back because I was convinced that I shouldn't cut my parents from my life. As mad as I am at them and the whole town, Amity Park is still my home. Sam is still my friend. And you two are sticks in the mud." Danny said.
"Come on, Danny. You can do better than that." Panty said, rolling her eyes.
"We're not in Daten City, Panty. Plus, I'm sure Sam might not take kindly of me using those words on her parents, even if they're true." Danny said.
"Danny..." Sam said, surprised.
"Fair enough," Panty said before turning.
"Dumbass and whore." She fake coughs.
"EXCUSE US?!" Jeremy and Pamela shouted.
"Oh, I'm sorry. Was that out loud?" Panty smirks.
Stocking shook her head. However, she didn't disagree with both Danny and Panty. Plus, she needed to have a few words with Sam.
"Sam? Can we talk, alone?" She asked.
Danny already knew what Stocking was up to and knew this had to happen sooner or later.
"Stocking..." He said, making the angel-goth look at him.
"Don't worry. I'll be in one piece." She said before leading Sam away.
"You little brats! How dare you!" Jeremy shouted, reminding Danny they were still there.
"Still at it, I see," Danny said, facing them once again.
Meanwhile,
Stocking lead Sam down the hall and into another room. She then stops before turning to Sam.
"Danny told me everything about you. I know you dislike your parents, but from what I heard, you act just like them at times." She said.
"I do not!" Sam denied.
"Really? What about the time you make your school change the menu because you dislike meat? Like how you made the menu in your version without asking others what they could eat?" Stocking asked.
"I was trying to show everyone that we can't just eat meat," Sam said.
"Danny told me that you're an animal lover as well. While I respect that, breaking into a zoo to help Danny get a good grade is not something you should have done!" Stocking said, surprising Sam.
"And the worst of all was spying on Danny during his dates with Valerie!" Stocking added.
"How much did he tell you?" Sam asked.
"EVERYTHING." Stocking said, causing Sam to be crushed by the word.
"You're kidding!" Sam said, shocked.
"I'm not. I know you're still pinning for him even after he told you I'm dating him. Even now you want Danny to break up with me and start dating you. Your parents might not be the best, but they clearly have you wrapped around their fingers a lot more than you think." Stocking said.
"WHAT?" Sam asked, shocked.
"Look, the only reason I'm not telling you off is because you're Danny's friend. I don't want us to be enemies. But I'm saying this right now. If you try ANYTHING to break us up, you will learn how I repent humans." Stocking warned her.
"Oh, and there's a difference between spying in jealousy and spying in worry. Danny was in the latter and you were in the former." Stocking said, turning away.
Sam blinks, still surprised at her words.
"You don't know me," Sam whispers.
"That's what your parents said." Stocking said, hearing her.
Sam looks away, wondering if she was right. Was she more like her parents than she thought?
And stopping here. I knew I still got a few more people to bring in, but Danny called Sam's parents out on their actions and Stocking did the same with Sam. However, the only reason I didn't add in more was because I started to feel like I did enough for this chapter. And I was feeling pretty lousy yesterday. I was able to start on this chapter last night, but I decided to wait until morning to finish it.
Now, I've been thinking about the Seven Deadly Sins. Have anyone played the Darksiders games? I place the first one on my Switch and have yet to give the second and third games a try. For those that don't know, the Darksiders games are the games where you played on one of the Four Horseman. The third game has you play as Fury, the only female Hosremen, who is tasked with hunting down the Seven Deadly Sins, and I was thinking of using those forms for mine. Though, I will give some of them human forms to hide themselves.
