Momonga was walking around the forest trying to figure out where he was until he noticed the sound of people getting closer.
He watched as 2 human children, a girl about 13 years old and a boy about 8 came into view.
Momonga thought about how he should introduce himself or if he should at all. He ultimately decided to go with the tried and tested "hi" while waving at the pair, however after getting no response from the children he realized he still had [Perfect Unknowable] active and felt embarrassed for a few seconds until the green light washed over him and he felt calm again.
The children were too close to Momonga for him to deactivate the spell without spooking them, so he followed them from some distance away.
The girl had a basket and seemed to be collecting plants, probably herbs or medicinal ingredients. The boy had an old, bent and a little rusty dagger or short sword, which looked like a regular sized sword in his hands.
"Why did you bring that thing? It couldn't kill a wild animal even if it stood still and allowed itself to be hit" marry asked her younger brother.
"We might need it if we get attacked, it might scare away the attacker" toby said as he swung the sword around in the air.
"You really believe a wild wolf or orc would be scared off by that?" his sister asked while still laughing at his display. "Besides we aren't far enough from the village to be attacked by anything like that."
"An orc!? Maybe we should go back..." The boy said starting to get a little scared at the idea of running into monsters.
Hmm so there are monsters like orcs here. I wonder if they are the same as in Yggdrasil.
"Well, we do have enough herbs for about a week I guess we could head back if your thaaaat scared" teased the girl.
"I didn't say I was scared! I just think we should head back because... uh... it's getting dark!" toby said embarrassed.
The siblings began to walk back towards the village when they heard someone shouting in the distance "Run away!"
"It sounds like it's coming from over there!" Mary whispered as she began creeping towards the noise, trying not to make a sound or be seen. "it's dangerous! We should go back." Toby whispered back as he followed his sister, they hid behind a rock watching.
An elf was being attacked by a huge wolf with a black aura around it.
The elf man who looked to be around 20-30 years old if he were a human was shouting to an elf girl who looked about the same age as Mary.
"Run away! I'll buy time for you to escape!" The man said to the girl who was probably his daughter.
"No way! I can't just leave you to die!" came the reply from the girl with teary eyes.
The wolf jumped at the man about to bite his head off when Toby suddenly stood up and threw his sword at the wolf striking it on the head and getting it's attention.
The wolf was now growling and staring directly at Toby and the still hiding Mary who were both frozen in fear.
Momonga was standing in the center of it all and watching as if he were watching a movie on tv when suddenly his [Perfect Unknowable] expired, leaving everyone staring at the now visible overlord who suddenly appeared between them and the wolf monster.
