Prologue: The Blessed Child
Here's the Prologue for my new story The Blessed Child
In a gynecology department in Kuoh City, we see a couple who are awaiting news about their unborn child.
"I'm sorry please give up on the child on your belly," The doctor stated as the woman bursted into tears on the spot as the man woefully supported the woman in her shoulder.
These people were Miki, and Gorou Hyoudou. They are trying to have a child but due to Miki's body having difficulties giving birth to a baby, it was always difficult to conceive a child.
They are now in their living room in their house as Miki was sitting on the sofa while she was still in tears.
"I'm sorry, my dear…" as Miki continued to grieve and cry, Gorou comforted his wife.
"About that… you don't need to worry about it! Although the unborn child in your belly is unfortunate, you can't give up! You can definitely give birth to our baby!"
After two years another opportunity has risen.
Miki was gently stroking her own belly with a joyful expression.
"This is great! We finally did it! It's okay! Everythings okay now!" Gorou was gleefully hopping up and down the room.
In order to ensure the birth of their child, Miki, and Gorou visit book stores where they bought many books about birth, and also childcare related books. They had purchased an excessive number of books, and were then immersed in reading them.
They were now back in the consultation room of the obstetrics and gynecology department. The doctor solemnly explained to them as they had a look of despair in their faces.
"Hyoudou-san, although it's painful for you, it's definitely not because of the things between the two of you, there are many other factors-"
Once again the second child failed to be born once again.
On the way home in the snow, Gorou stopped in the middle of an empty road, and faced his wife and spoke to her.
"I give up…" Gorou, who had been so excited to conceive a child burst out crying.
"If anything happens to your body again like that, I… really won't be able to bear it…"
Miki Hugged her husband as the two wept in sorrow for what just happened.
After two miscarriages they decided to stop for now and try to live a modest and harmonious life together. The two of them traveled together, they went shopping together, and they went fishing together; they were always together, but they are still missing a child.
But in the eight year that they have been married another child was now growing inside her belly.
When Gorou came back from work, he was shocked when he heard from his wife that they are going to have a baby once again.
"A Baby! Really!" After Gorou heard the news, with a determined expression, he placed his hands on mum's shoulders and said.
"I understand now! This time for sure! This time wwe definitely have to give everything we've got to give birth to this child!"
Miki then happily began to shed tears while she smiled. After that they were working hard for the birth of their child more than ever before, Gorou read all kinds of books, and Miki was even more mindful of her diet. When Miki was trying to lift things, Gorou desperately rushed forward to stop her. In order to protect their unborn child, the two of them visited specialized agencies.
And even on snowy nights, Gorou was barefoot in a certain shrine, as he prayed to any gods out there to safely deliver his unborn child into the world.
"Please if any gods are watching me right now, my only dream is for my son to be born into this world without any problems. That has been my dream ever since we were married but it has already failed twice. Please, it's my only dream for me and my wife to have a child of our own. So please if any gods are listening please grant me my dream."
Unknowing to him a certain Dragon God was watching them this whole time.
Somewhere else not located on earth. There was a dimension that lies between the worlds of Draconic x Deus. Some consider it a void full of emptiness, and when looking at it some may describe it as looking through a kaleidoscope.
This was the Dimensional Gap. home to nothingness, except for the army of gogmagog that were created by ancient gods but were abandoned. And the magical domain known as the Land of Oz.
But another being more powerful than any being on earth resides in this Dimension.
A powerful roar suddenly shook the dimensional gap as a massive red western dragon with a horn on his snout, and two sets of wings, with an overall length of 100 meters, were doing crazy moves in the dimensional Gap.
This was Great Red also known as the Apocalypse Dragon, the True Red Dragon God Emperor, True Dragon, True Dragon, and the Dragon of Dragons.
But what he is really known as is the Dragon of Dreams. As the god of dreams, he represents the dreams of the past, present, and future. He can also respond to those wishes if he so desires.
And in the past years he has been watching a certain couple between Miki, and Gorou, their difficulties in conceiving a child and their Dream of just wanting a family together. Since he was a dragon god that has lived for over thousands of years, besides him doing tricks in the Dimensional Gap, he sometimes wants to see the lives of some people on earth.
"Please if any gods are watching me right now, my only dream is for my son to be born into this world without any problems. That has been my dream ever since we were married but it has already failed twice. Please, it's my only dream for me and my wife to have a child of our own. So please if any gods are listening please grant me my dream."
He listened to the man and already knew the outcome of their third child. Since he could see the dreams of the future. He could already see that the child was not going to make it.
Unless.
Feeling pity for the poor couple who had gone through so much just to conceive a child.
Great Red, the God of Dreams, wants to help the couple and bless their child with a bit of his own Aura and power so that the child would be born safely.
It was a warm spring. And Miki was lying on a bed in a hospital room, and beside her, the baby that she successfully delivered was lying there.
"It's a baby boy," the nurse told Gorou who was still in disbelief. After a brief moment, he finally regained his senses and said.
"Ah, I see… It's really my child…"
"Yes, it's the baby of you and me… It took eight years," Miki emotionally said as she lay in bed.
The nurse then urged Gorou to hold the baby. Seeing the baby in his arms, Gorou smiled widely and tried to hold back his tears as he said.
"It's nice to meet you, I am your father," The baby's eyes finally met his dad's eyes. And in an instant Gorou could no longer hold back his tears. Tears streamed down his face as he continued to smile at the baby in his arms.
"Thank you. That you were born… really… thank you…" The couple cried tears of joy together as Miki asked Gorou something.
"Have we decided on the name?"
"Ah, it's Issei. A name that embodies the hope that he'll be able to live an honest life."
After hearing the name, Miki gave a weak laugh.
"That isn't very creative."
"This is all I could think of even after trying so hard!"
"Ufufu… but that name has a good sound. Issei. Ise. My child."
And thus Issei was now born into the world with the help of his parents, and with a little help from a Dragon God.
6 Years have passed and Issei has grown into a healthy young boy. He always goes out and plays in the playground with his friend Irina.
"Ise, what type of girl do you like?" Irina asked as Issei scratched his chin before he answered.
"When I grow up I want to marry an onee-san with big oppai!" Issei said proudly as he pumped his fist into the air.
'Hmm when I grow up, my oppai will grow with me, and then Ise-kun will probably want to have a relationship with me,' Irina thought to herself as she wants to have a relationship with Issei in the future while thinking of it she couldn't stop herself from blushing.
"Why were you asking that, I-kun?" Issei asked as Irina still continued to blush.
"I'm just wondering what you would think of having a relationship when you are older, anyway we should play more it's almost time to go home," not wanting to continue with the topic anymore she altered the focus into playing a game.
"Yeah…" Issei replied but soon felt a push on his shoulder.
"Tag! You're it!" Irina says as he tags Issei and proceeds to run away.
"I-kun that's not fair!" Issei soon followed and together played a game of Tag.
After that they played until it was time for them to go home.
"Ise, It's time to go home now," Issei's mother who was watching them was now calling them back to get them home.
"Coming mum," Issei and Irina soon went into Issei's mother where they proceeded to walk home.
First they dropped off Irina when she wanted to ask Issei's mother a question.
"Oka-sama can Ise-kun stay for the night please?"
""What!?"' Both Issei and Miki were surprised by this as she continued to explain.
"Since we are moving out on Sunday I want Ise-kun to stay with me for one night only," This surprised Issei as he just heard that his friend is about to move away.
"I-kun why didn't you tell me earlier?"
"I didn't want to ruin our fun at the playground, so I wanted to ask this now."
After Issei heard that, he wants to make the most out of the time they have left together.
"Mum, can I stay? Please?"
Miki thought about for a while before agreeing that Issei will stay for the night with Irina.
"Ok, I'll leave Ise to you I-kun but if Ise will cause any trouble don't hesitate to call me ok?"
"Hai Oka-sama," Irina replied as she jumped for joy.
"Ise don't cause any trouble ok?"
"Yes mum," Issei replied as he received a kiss on his forehead.
"Bye Ise, I'll come and pick you up tomorrow," Miki says before leaving the two infront of Irina's house.
Soon the two friends went inside and started their slumber party. They played on game consoles, watched tv shows, and ate dinner together with Irina's mother.
Irina's father was not there since he had work to do.
After all of those events it was time for them to sleep.
Since they were still little Irina and Issei slept on the same bed together.
Issei was already fast asleep. But Irina was still awake as she was admiring the boy who was sleeping beside her.
"Ise-kun, how I dream that I could stay with you forever, bit it seems fate is not that kind,"
"Irina you were a girl this whole time?" Issei softly muttered as he was dreaming of something.
"Although we are going to be separated I want to atleast give you this," she then approached his head and kissed his lips.
As soon as she separated Issei soon muttered once again.
"Irina you're oppai looks so good," Issei says as he makes a grabbing gesture using his hands.
As Issei was muttering during his sleep Irina had a blush on her face as she just kissed the boy she loved and he was dreaming about her.
Irina soon embraced Issei as she also fell asleep while embracing her crush.
Soon after Irina and her family left their neighborhood leaving Issei alone for now.
It was Issei's 7th birthday, and his family decided to celebrate it by going to the countryside and visiting their grandparents.
Issei is always happy when he visits his grandparents since whenever he is with his grandpa they always make gunpla figures and play with them whenever they finish building it. But Issei is sometimes jealous of the abundance of girl pilot figurines that his grandpa also built.
They have finally arrived at their destination. It was an old wooden house, but it had been cleaned from top to bottom well. And as they knocked on the door. They were met with a woman.
"Hello grandma!" Issei greeted his grandma as he proceeded to hug her.
"Hello there Ise, Happy birthday," His grandma greeted him as she kissed him on his forehead.
"Thank you grandma, but may I ask where is Jii-chan?"
"Oh he's at the place where you play with your gunpla, he said that he has a surprise for you in there so you better hurry," His grandma told Issei as he was now feeling excited of what his surprise may be.
"Ok I'll go and see Jii-chan," Issei said as he ran up the stairs and went to the place where he and his grandpa play, and build gunpla.
"Well with that going to plan let's prepare Ise's birthday party," Miki said as she was already wearing her apron as Gorou, and Issei's grandma nodded in agreement.
When Issei arrived at the corridor where he and his grandpa were building gunpla together, he was met with a surprise gift from his grandpa.
"Happy birthday Ise!" Juzo Hyoudou, his grandpa greeted him a happy birthday as he was holding a huge present in his hands as Issei was now excited for what it is.
"Jii-chan!" Issei immediately jumped over to his grandpa and gave him a huge hug.
"What is this Jii-chan?" Issei asks as he shakes the gift he was given.
"Just open it and enjoy your birthday gift Ise," Juzo gave a go signal for Issei to open the present.
Issei then gleefully opened the gift and what was inside it was the new MG RX-0 Unicorn Gundam.
As soon as he saw this Issei was so happy since he always wanted to get this figure since it was his favorite gundam, and the figure provides full transformation but the problem was that it was too expensive for him or his family to buy one, so for him to receive this gift for his birthday was like a dream come true.
"Jii-chan, where did you buy this? Isn't this model super expensive?"
"Well I bought it in the store where we buy our Gunpla's Ise, and the price is no problem since it's your birthday," His grandpa explained as Issei's eyes started to tear up in joy as he hugged his grandpa once again.
"Thank you Jii-chan!"
"If it's for you Ise, it is our duty as your parents, and grandparents to make you happy… So how about we build this gunpla together?"
"That sounds like fun grandpa, let's do it!"
They soon opened the box and let out the packages of runners that were inside it. As they opened the packages they aligned the runners alphabetically so that they would not lose track of what runner they would need.
They prepared their nippers and sanding tools, and his grandpa also let out an air pressure for the paint brush.
After the preparations had been set they were now starting to build the gunpla.
As they were building it, Issei decided to ask his grandpa a question.
"Jii-chan, what do you need to do to have a relationship?" His grandpa was stunned by the questions he scratched his chin for a while before answering.
"Well it's complicated Ise, Getting a relationship is kinda similar to building gunpla," now Issei was more confused how is relationship similar to gunpla?
"How is gunpla related to having a relationship Jii-chan?"
"Take for example this gunpla we are building right now, what do you see before you?"
"Pieces?" something confusing for someone new?"
"That's right for new people who are new to relationships, it's going to be confusing for them," Juzo explained as he picked up the pieces needed for the head of the gunpla.
"But with time, and if they can put the pieces together," he says as he was interlocking the pieces together forming the head of the gundam, " they can form something wonderful," he attached the head to the torso completing the gunpla model.
Issei was still listening as he was starting to understand.
"But sometimes a relationship has its roughs, like the nubs in this gunpla," He says once again as he pointed out the seemlines and nubs in the gunpla model.
"But with a little bit of polishing and care those roughs will go away like it was never there in the first place," he used the sand file to clean all the nubs and seemlines in the gunpla.
"With time, care, and understanding, you will end up with something that you will cherish for the rest of your life," As Issei's grandpa made the final touches to the gunpla and presented it to Issei.
"That's how a relationship work, it needs time, you need to take care of it, and you must always understand each other as to not have any distrust between you and the woman that you will love," Juzo explained to Issei as he finally understand as to what he needs to do when he wants to have a relationship with a girl.
"And most importantly, and you must never forget this part," now Issei was curious once again.
"What is it grandpa?"
"Always collect more of them! Just like with gunpla's when you start with one, you'll have the urge to collect more!" he proclaimed as he showed his entire collection above the table where they were working.
"Me and your father always dreamed of having a harem of our own, but you I can sense that you will be the one to fulfill our dream of having a harem," juzo says as he put a hand on Issei's shoulder.
"Jii-chan… I will do it! I will have a harem of my own and one day I will become the Harem King!"
"That's the spirit Ise!"
They soon received a knock on the door, with Issei's grandma calling them for the party.
"You boys better come down now especially you Ise," Issei and his grandpa soon packed the gunpla back in the box for Issei to bring home.
They now gathered at the dining table which was filled with foods and in front of Issei was a cheesecake with something written on top of it saying Happy Birthday Ise.
""""Happy Birthday Ise!"""" They all greeted Issei as he blew out the candle in the cake.
"What's your wish Ise?" His mother asked as Issei already knew the answer.
"I DREAM ON BECOMING THE HAREM KING!"
A/N
So I decided on making a HighSchool DxD Fanfic without any crossovers.
This will follow the same plot but with some changes.
And no there will be no betrayal, change of character's personalities, or characters suddenly becoming evil for no reason.
This is just a fanfic of mine that will showcase the characters based on their LN versions, not the anime made by TNK which messed up alot of things.
A large and the worst example would be making it look like Rias knew about Issei's death, the other thing is the oversexualization of the anime, in the light novel of HighSchool DxD, their fights focuses on the fight themselves and not their fucking nip slips. Heck there's not even one bit of nip slip during fight scenes in the light novels, then why did they even add it in the anime.
Another thing I hate that TNK has done is that they pumped up the pervertedness of Issei. In the novels it showed that he does not want to be weak anymore, and that the death of Asia greatly pushed him into becoming a better, and stronger person, but you don't see that in the anime.
They even remove the stuff where he deals with his emotions on why he hesitates on responding to his harem's moves on him due to his trauma caused by raynare.
So this fic will be based on the novels and not the anime.
