'Shall we go Harry?'
'Fine,' Harry told to himself that he shouldn't let his guard down, he wasn't safe.
'We first need you to get you your wand.' Said Hagrid. 'Wizards do that at Ollivanders.' Harry and Hagrid walked together to Olivanders.
Harry and Hagrid walked together into the wand shop. The wand shop was very small, but the walls were filled with boxes. All the boxes were filled with one wand each.
Ollivander was standing behind the counter in the shop. 'Hello young Harry Potter,' the old man looked at Harry. 'i was wondering when i was going to see you.' The man smiled.
Harry greeted the old man quietly. 'Hello,'
'Okay, let's start!' Said the old man excitedly, the man took a box from the wand. He then took a grey wand out of the box. 'Try, give it a good sweep!' The man gave the wand to Harry.
Harry couldn't believe what he was going to do, he felt like it was all one big joke. He tried out the wand, Ollivander suddenly fell.
'Ouch,' said Ollivander.
'I'm sorry,' Answered Harry, he put the wand on the counter.
Ollivander put the wand on the counter back in the box. 'Okay, let's try again!' The elder gave another wand to Harry. This wand was gingerbread brown and pretty short.
The black-haired boy had finally found his wand after the gingerbread brown one and another few failures. The wand was made of holly and had a core made out of phoenix feather.
'Harry, you will travel to Hogwarts by floo powder. Dumbledore will help you with it. You will do it in the Leaky Cauldron.'
Hagrid and Harry walked together to the Leaky Cauldron. 'Okay Harry, i'm going to finish some business in Gringotts. Dumbledore is waiting for you in the Leaky Cauldron. Goodbye for now!' Hagrid smiled at Harry.
Harry walked into the Leaky Cauldron without answering Hagrid's goodbyes. He opened the door and looked around the pub. The pub was filled with people and it had a big fireplace on one of the walls. Everyone in the pub looked suprised that a child was standing in their pub.
The black-haired boy walked to the bar. 'Where is Dumbledore?' He asked to the barman.
'Dumbledore?' The barman pointed at an old man sitting on a chair at the bar. 'He is there.'
Harry walked to the silver-haired man sitting at the bar. 'Are you dumbledore?'
'Harry, thank god you're here. Let's go.' Dumbledore stood up and walked to the fireplace, Harry followed him. 'I will explain floo powder to you Harry. It's actually not really allowed what we're doing now, so let's keep this thing a secret, okay?' Dumbledore giggled.
'Okay,' answered Harry.
'Here,' Dumbledore gave Harry some floo powder. 'Okay dear, now step in the fireplace say the words 'headmaster's office' and trow the floo powder in the fire.'
Harry didn't know what to do, he wasn't going to step in a fire. 'But what if i burn myself?' Harry laughed nervously.
'Trust me Harry,'
'I don't-'
Dumbledore interrupted Harry suddenly. 'Is it okay if i go first then?'
Harry nodded his head.
Dumbledore stepped in the fireplace. 'headmaster's office' he said. The fireplace engulfed Dumbledore and after that it seemed as if the old man had dissolved.
Harry couldn't do this, he simply couldn't. After he had simple stared in shock into the fire for a few minutes, he started walking out of the pub. After he had nearly left the pub, he felt a hand on his shoulder.
'Harry,' said Dumbledore. 'Maybe we should go together.'
Dumbledore nearly dragged Harry back to the fireplace again. 'Okay Harry, you can do it!' Dumbledore smiled at Harry. 'We step into the fireplace, and then we say in chorus 'headmaster's office'.'
Harry and Dumbledore stepped together into the fireplace, Harry tried his best not to think of what he was doing. 'Headmaster's office,' they said in chorus.
Dumbledore trew floo powder into the fire. Harry closed his eyes and tried to stay calm.
It felt like everything around him was a 1000 degrees.
Harry was laying on the floor.
'Come on Harry, we're at my office!' Dumbledore tapped Harry on his back.
Harry realised that he had passed out, he quickly stood up.
'It is probably going to be some time before Hagrid arrives here.'
'Okay,' answered Harry akwardly.
Dumbledore sat down on his chair. 'Let's talk Harry, what do you like to do in your free time Harry?' Asked Dumbledore to Harry. 'You know you are allowed to sit down Harry.'
Harry sat down. 'I like to read, i guess.' He said.
'Interesting,' answered Dumbledore. 'I like to knit.'
After having talked with Dumbledore for a few hours, Dumbledore brought Harry to Hagrid's hut. Dumbeldore knocked on Hagrid's door.
Hagrid opened the door. 'Hello Harry, thank you Dumbledore!'
Hagrid's hut was quite small and very messy.
Dumbledore walked away, Harry walked into Hagrid's hut. 'You can sit down Harry.' Said Hagrid friendly.
A table and three chairs were standing in one corner of the hut. Hagrid used this part of the hut to cook and receive guests. Hagrid used the other part of the hut to sleep and bathe. Hagrid allowed Harry to sleep in his guest room. Harry put his books in the closet standing in the spare room, he then walked back to table with the chairs.
Hagrid sat on one of the chairs, he was eating some pea soup he had bought in the Leaky Cauldron. 'Okay Harry, uuhh-,' Hagrid suddenly stopped talking. 'I'm used to living alone.' He laughed nervously.
'Okay?' Said Harry. 'I will be in the spare room then.' Harry walked back to the other side of the hut.
He still couldn't believed what was happening. He still felt like it was all one big joke, but everything seemed so real. After taking a quick nap, he tried to read a little bit, but he couldn't, he simply couldn't concentrate.
After an hour, Harry fell asleep by accident.
'Harry! Food!' Shouted Hagrid, Hagrid had made dinner for him and Harry.
Harry woke up and walked to the table where Hagrid was already sitting at. 'Hello Harry,' Said Hagrid friendly.
'Hello,' said Harry.
'Take a seat Harry!'
Harry sat down. Hagrid placed to plates of food on the table. 'Here you go Harry,'
Harry had no idea what the meal Hagrid had made was supposed to be. It looked like spaghetti, but the strings seemed way too thick to be spaghetti strings and the sauce was purple. Harry slowly started to eat it.
'Do you like it Harry?' Asked Hagrid akwardly.
Harry nodded his head, his mouth still being full with food. The food tasted nicer than it looked like.
After dinner, Hagrid had a conversation with Harry. 'Okay Harry, this is hard for me too, but you're the only one who can answer this, when did you run away from the Dursley's? Hagrid looked at Harry, hoping Harry wouldn't take offence.
'A few years ago,' Said Harry vaguely.
'Do you want to answer how many years ago?'
'Why do you need to know that?'
'Dumbledore want to know it.' Said Hagrid trying his best to be honest with Harry.
Harry still knew the exact date he had ran away, but he didn't want to share it. 'I don't know anymore.'
'Oh okay, that is completely okay.'
'Can i leave now?' Harry looked at Hagrid. 'please,'
Hagrid nodded his head disappointed, he thought that Harry had liked his presence.
Harry left the room and walked back to the spare room.
