"I'm exploring!" Exclaimed Aia." Also, who are you and what are you doing holding a weapon?! Are you crazy?!"
"I'm Tanjiro Kamado, rank Mizunoto of the demon slayer corps!" Said the boy, called Tanjiro.
"Wha?! You must be joking! That's just a myth! Anyways, I'm Aia, seventh-star rank in the Galaxy Expedition team in the survey corps!"
"Wait..." said Tanjiro."You said the Galaxy Expedition team. YOU must be joking!"
"You think I'm joking? Well here's proof!" Aia showed him Maplefeather, who hooted loudly in response.
Tanjiro's eyes grew wide. "A-an actual pokémon? I thought they were a fairytale..."
"Now show me YOUR proof!" Aia shouted. Tanjiro nodded and opened a large box on his back to show a girl with long black hair and pink eyes. She wore a bamboo muzzle and looked quite cute. Now Aia's eyes were wide. "A demon... An actual tamed demon. I thought they went extinct!"
"So... we're good now?" Asked Tanjiro awkwardly as the demon went back into the box.
"Yeah! We're good!" Said Aia.
Tanjiro: Aia?
Aia: Yes? Oh! I forgot! Here's a Taisho-era secret: Pokémon get scared around armed demon slayers; so they hide. Demons are also scared of Pokémon, after what I heard them call: 'The Garchomp incident'
