As dusk sat on the rock she watched the moons in the dark night sky. She looked down at Firefly asleep under her wing, dusk rested her head on Firefly's tail and closed her eyes I wish it could be like this forever and she dozed off into her dreams. The next morning she woke rather startled how long did I sleep for? The sun was already high in the sky, she looked under her wing and saw that Firefly was gone, she turned her head around to face the tunnel I've never actually been in the rainforest, I wonder what it looks like. Dusk had only ever flown over it or briefly walked through it, but she had never actually seen the rainwing village or nightwing village, she licked her snout and winced when she felt her scratch with her tongue. She slowly slipped off the rock and walked into the tunnel and out the other side. Her sharp ears picked up the sound of movement, she followed the sound of dragons, I wonder where Firefly lives she finally made it to the village and started walking around, will the rainwings attack a dragon from a different tribe? She knew the rainwings were a bit lazy and couldn't care less, but according to Firefly their new queen was a lot stronger and made the rainwings a little less, well, lazy. She tried to listen for camouflaged rainwings but the nightwings were really loud so she couldn't hear much other than that. Maybe I should find Queen Glory, no, I shouldn't waste her time just trying to find someone I can find perfectly well by myself. She wandered around looking for a sign of Firefly, she kept her tail in close aware of all the dragons around her giving her confused looks, she pulled her wings closer to her as she entered the village centre. All she saw where nightwings and the occasional rainwing guards, well she assumed they were guards even though some of them had the spear upside down or the blow gown on the floor whilst the dragon ate a fruit or played with a sloth or something. "Dusk?" someone called out somewhere behind her, dusk instantly turned around and saw Firefly standing there with someone who she assumed was her father, Mapreader. Dusk slowly walked over to Firefly "Hi" Dusk said quickly. "What are you doing here?" Firefly responded barely a whisper, but before Dusk could respond Firefly turned to her father said something in his ear, something like "going home", gave him a quick hug, grabbed Dusk by the arm and ran away from the village, Dusk struggled to keep up as she wasn't familiar with the ground cover and she had to keep ducking because of the low hanging branches and sloths. "Three moons Dusk" Firefly said out of breath then she pulled her into the biggest hug ever.
