Ira, Lino and Luca all stared down at the plate as it stopped shuddering in shock. In just a matter of seconds the Sharkslayer's dolphin, Sebastian, had removed their only bargaining chip. The Sharkslayer himself rose from his seat and despite his tiny stature he looked larger than even Lino.

"Keep your sharks off the reef, Lino! And I won't be forced to do what I must." He said.

The head shark looked across his adversary. By calling this meeting he had hoped to ensure his son's deaths were not in vain. But now even the option of revenge had gone from him. The Sharkslayer was right, it was over.

Lino bowed his head. "Very well." He growled.

The Sharkslayer left with his entourage. Sebastian was the last to leave and the look in his eyes was both familiar and haunting. The door shut and as one the sharks turned to their boss for an answer. But Lino had no answer. He had nothing. "Meeting adjourned." He said.

"Boss?" Luca questioned. He had never expected to see his Don surrender so easily.

"I said meeting adjourned!" He growled and swam out. With his sons dead and his last chance of avenging them lost, his hatred could no longer prevent him from becoming consumed by grief. And he let it settle over him.
