Bell's POV
As I was getting up, I noticed that Malcom was still asleep. His eyes were wide open though. I think he must have opened his eyes in his sleep. I never really looked at Malcom for too long now that I think about it. What I thought were robes had a strange design. Instead of being closed off there was space between the legs for more movement options. His eyes were a distinct silver color, but his right eye had some red in it. Now that I remember his right eye glowed red when he started to emit his bloodlust in the Dungeon. His nose was crooked and as far as I could tell it has been that way for a while. His hair was black and ended at his shoulders. He had a small scar on the top left of his lip. Before I could look any further, Malcom jolted awake. He tried to grab something at his waist but realized it was not there.
"Hey Bell," Malcom says.
"Good morning," I say happily. "What were you trying to grab right there?" I asked curiously.
"Evelyn," Malcom says.
"What?" I ask.
"One of my normal weapons," he responds, answering my question. We were heading off to the Dungeon being careful to not wake Hestia.
Aiz POV
I was enjoying my day off when I noticed the scent of the moon. I looked out my window and saw the kid, Bell and the man who smelled of the moon, Malcom. I quickly changed out of my pajamas as I was planning on asking why Malcom smells of the moon. When I reached the door and went outside, they were already gone. I sigh. It makes sense however, the Twilight Manor is a large place after all. I notice a strange skeleton looking at me when I turn around. When it realized it was seen, it disappeared. I will have to talk to Goddess Loki about that.
With our other main characters, no POV
Bell and Malcom were heading off to the Dungeon when they saw a poster. It said that Monsterphillia was tomorrow. Bell was excited and tried to convince Malcom to take a couple days off. Malcom eventually agrees however. The two decided to split up so they could do activities that wasn't going into the Dungeon. Malcom went off to go shopping and to go to the Library. Bell could not decide on what he wanted to do so he was just walking around.
Aiz POV
I watched the boy who looked like a rabbit and the moon scented man split up. I was standing on the roofs so people didn't recognize me. I was caught off guard when he started sprinting. He was far faster than a level 1 adventurer should be. Luckily, it wasn't anything I couldn't follow. He arrived in the Shopping District and disappeared into a massive crowd. I was caught off guard by this. He had a very unique appearance with his silver eyes and crooked nose. I walked and searched for 30 minutes until I spotted him leaving towards the library with bags in his hands. I started following him again. I wanted to ask him some questions but he has been avoiding me as if he knew I was following him.
Bell's POV
Malcom was on his way to go shopping and I was just walking around. I noticed a group of adventurers attacking a young girl with a massive backpack while yelling "Get back here, Thief!" I stepped in and stopped this from happening. I started yelling at them for attacking such a young girl. They eventually ran off, when I turned to see if the girl was alright I saw she was gone. Oh well.
Malcom's POV
I've been trying to avoid the person who has been following me for 40 minutes now. I finally decide to stop as I will ruin the food and supplies I spent so long looking for. My Inner Beast was demanding I kill whoever was following me but I ignored it. It got more annoying since I received the Falna from Hestia. "Who are you and why are you following me?" I called out. To my surprise a young woman jumps down from the roof.
"How did you know I was following you?" She asks in from what I could tell shock.
"You're not as sneaky as you think and I have been hunted before," was my response.
"Anyways, that wasn't why I wanted to talk with you. I wanted to ask you why you smell of the moon," Aiz asks. I only remember who she is thanks to Bell describing her.
"I don't know," was my immediate reply. I knew Aiz knew I was lying but she did not comment on it. "I have to go to the library anyway. Excuse me," I say walking off.
The next day, no POV
Malcom was out eating new foods when Bell ran up. "Hey Malcom, do you know where Syr is?" Bell asks suddenly.
"No. Why?" Malcom asks back.
"Because I found her wallet," Bell says.
"I'll help you look for her after I'm done eating," Malcom says.
Author's note. I could not find a good place to end so I just chose a point before the monsters are released. Thanks for reading. Please review.
