I got off the ground. "How the hell are you still alive? I killed you," I demanded. She chuckled but said nothing. To my horror, she already had her Rakuyo drawn. Well there goes any plans of leaving peacefully. I quickly shoot Eileen at her. She dodged and suddenly was in front of me swinging for a decapitation strike. I suddenly blackout and get up again. I jumped towards her swinging the Cleaver downwards. She blocks and slides my weapon down her sword. She removes the dagger from the handle and goes for a throat stab. I woke up from blacking out again. I notice she has a bell. It's the Choir Bell. She won't heal with it though. She has too much pride in her skills.

"Foolish Hunter," Her voice rang out from behind me. I black out again. I transform the Cleaver to its other form. I shoot Eileen mid swing. She slashes my bullet and blocks my sword. She swings. I woke up again. "You've gotten weaker and slower," she taunts. It didn't work luckily. We rush at each other again.

Aiz POV

I found the people celebrating the Rookie's defeat of the Silverback. I clapped for him, but nobody noticed. This was when I remembered something important. "Tiona, where's the other Silverback?" I ask.

This stops Tiona. "I don't know!" She shouts panicking. We need to find it fast. We ran off to a random direction as nobody saw where it went.

Malcom POV

What is this the 50th or 60th time I have passed out in this fight? I noticed something every time I black out. Her strikes that would be fatal are starting to become less common. I know she's still holding back however.

"Where's the Hunter who fought me all those years ago?" She taunted. I knew my fighting style had changed. All those years ago, I didn't have to worry about dying. Now though, any hit is fatal. She pulls out a bone and I panic. It's the Old Hunter's Bone. She Quickens over to me and slashes. I woke up again.

"He died along with the Dream," I responded.

Lady Maria POV

He isn't even aware of how many times I have killed him at this point. I can tell he thinks he is passing out but he's not. I have been counting each and every death. 161 deaths have happened since the start of this fight. He is not strong enough for the Waking World so I'm preparing him. I slash his eyes open. Make that 162 deaths. I ring the Choir Bell to heal his wounds. He gets up again and rushes me. I will kill him hundreds, no thousands of times to prepare him. Until he is ready, this fight will continue.

Malcom POV

I noticed we seemed to be going faster but that wasn't my priority right now. I jump at hee and slash. She blocks. I raise Eileen and shoot her chest point-blank. Nothing, no reaction. I roll towards her and release an upwards slash. She blocks it and stabs her sword down. I woke up again. I lost track of how many times this damnable cycle happened. I attack, she blocks or parrys, and I black out.

Aiz POV

We heard an explosion. We rush towards it hoping to reach whoever is fighting the Silverback fast.

Malcom POV

"Now this is a proper fight Hunter," she says no longer taunting. We both rush at each other intending on ending this in one strike. She detaches the dagger from the handle of her sword. Once we reach each other we both unleash 1 heavy slash. We both collapse and I lose consciousness.

Aiz POV

We found an alley covered in slashes, strange holes, and blood. I watched in shock as a beautiful woman in white got up. She puts a bell in the unconscious man's pocket.

"Two last gifts, Hunter," she says. She placed a bone next to his leg and stabbed her sword into the ground. She disappeared in a similar way to the skeleton from earlier though. The bone next to the man's leg fuses into it. This was going to be a mess to clean and explain.

Author's notes. I was inspired by the Kenpachi/Unohana fight while writing this chapter. Sorry my writing skills for fighting suck. Please give CONSTRUCTIVE criticism thanks.
