"So the tunnel to get outside of Toon Town is locked?" Luz asked. "Locked? How is that possible?" King asked crawling ontop of Luz. The Trickster and James both shrugged. "We don't know, James here said he can't go trough"

"That is weird. Can we Toons go through?" King asked. Trickster shook his head. "Not at all" He said. "And James here, really does need to get back to his family"

"Hm... maybe a Toon can help?" Luz asked.

"We already tried asking Merlin, he said he's looking for an old Toon spell, but knowing how junky his place is, I know it'll take another year for him to find that" Trickster said. James had to chuckle at that. "Well, have you tried the other towns? What about CGI Town? Or Game Town?" Luz asked. "Aren't they outside of Toon Town?" James asked. "Yes they are... but we got this-"

Luz snapped her fingers, and a door appeared right infront of them. The door folded out like it was compressed, then it opened out, reveling a door with an eyeball on it. "Good thinking Luz!" King said. James gasped. "I-Is...That the door from your show?!" James screeched. "The door to the human realm?!"

Luz giggled. "It sure is! We can also use it to teleport to CGI Town"

James was happy they had options, but now he was confused. "Hey, if... it can teleport, why you can't teleport us out of here and into my world?"

"This door only teleports to the Cartoon Towns. Game Town, Toon Town, CGI Town, ect. It doesn't connect your world sadly. I have no idea why" Luz said. "Hey, and besides, it's best we ask around to solve this. Because what if we did teleported to your world and couldn't come back" King said. James knew King was right. Something could be a stake here. And it probably dwelled from Toon Town, or one of the other towns. And it was now up to him, Trickster, and Luz and King to solve this mystery.

"Ok, let's go" James said as he was heading to the door. His hand was about to touch the 2D door's doorknob, but Luz stopped him. "Woah, hold on a minute there James, I gotta help Trickster with something first" She said. James watched as Luz handed Trickster something. "So... how do you guys... even know each other?" James asked. "Hey, this is Toon Town. It's a small Town. Every Toon in the world lived here" Luz said.

James noticed that the thing Luz was giving Trickster a sheet of paper, and it had the spells on it. The spells from her show. "Oh... Trickster, you can use the magic from the Owl House?"

Trickster looked at him. "Hm? Oh, not yet. I'm learning. Luz was trying to teach me, she wants to see if Dana, her writer will write me into the show. I'm not sure if they'll do it though"

"Oh..." James said. Trickster saw James looked a little sad, and he knew why. "Oh... James... I'm sorry... I know you wanted to ask around for me about a show for me to be I-"

"Then why did you act like no one cared about you?!" James snapped. "You made it seem like not a single soul cared! At least you have Luz!" James yelled. He couldn't believe Trickster made his life seem so sad, and like no one cared about him, when someone does. James was a little mad, so all he did was turn around and walk away. "James!" Trickster yelled to James as he walked away.

"Wheeh? What happened?" King said. "Ugh, why am I like this" Trickster said as he ran out of the Theater to chase after James. "Don't worry guys, I'll be right back"

James was sitting on a bench, outside of the theater, all by himself. "Why does everyone do this to me. Even freaking Toons" James sat there, thinking of all the times people have lied to him in the past. And used him for crap, then turned around and left. It's one of the reasons he doesn't have any human friends, and why he vists Toon Town so often. If it wasn't for his family, he probably wouldn't be in such a rush to get back home. But now, since he thought Trickster was gonna be a best Toon friend, now he just wants to get out. He was on the edge of tears, until he saw Trickster walking up to him. James just rolled his eyes, and looked away. "What do you want, just leave" James said.

Trickster sat next to him on the bench. "James... I'm sorry. I should of talked about Luz..."

"How many things you have told her? Bet you even showed her your first episode, and acted like I was the first one"

"No...Actually you where the first one" Trickster said. "Is that another lie" James said. Trickster shook his head. "No, it is not. Even though Luz is a dear friend of mine... I never had the heart to show her my old cartoon. She's new and modern, and I'm just some dead black and white cartoon. I was scared to see her reaction. I know I should of said I had help, I don't know why I lied like that. But... I trust you. Your love for old and knew cartoons, made me see you as someone enterily different than most people I've seen"

James turned his head and looked at Trickster.

"I trusted you enough to show you my cartoon, and I was so shocked to have seen that you loved it with all your heart. I... I know I was an idiot before... please forgive me"

James looked down, then back at Trickster. He sighed, and scooted closer to him, and hugged him. "I forgive you. Just... don't lie to me again"

Trickster hugged James close to him. "I won't. I promise" Trickster said.

"You guys alright?" A voice that sounded like King said. "Shh King, they're having a moment" Luz said.

Trickster jumped off of James, and his face went a light gray. "Y-Yeah where ok" Trickster. "Yeah, we worked everything out" James said. Luz nodded. "Good. Let's get back to the portal"

Trickster got up, held out his hand, and helped James up. "Thanks Trickster" James said.

Luz smiled at them. "I totally ship this" She whispered to King. "Hey, there's more to life than shipping people"

Luz went wide eyed. "What did I say about insulting shipping in my presence?!"

"WHEEH! I'm sorry!" King yelled.
