The next morning, Ellie is crying at Joel's grave. She waited a few minutes, not just thinking about Joel, she was thinking about Enid too.

She didn't know where she could be by now. Ellie got up and went over to Dina.

They went by Joel's house so she can gather a few things.

Dina had told Ellie that she couldn't get to the horses because of Tommy and Enid taking one. Maria had the stables all locked up because of it.

Ellie was determined now to find Abby... just like Enid was, and just like how Tommy was.

Dina had told Ellie that she was going with her whether Ellie wanted her to or not.

As Ellie reached for the door knob to the front door, her hand trembled.

Dina offered get what Ellie needed, but Ellie said she wanted to do it herself.

Dina agreed and let Ellie go through the upper floor while she waited downstairs.

Ellie inspected the second floor of the house, picking up Joel's revolver and his watch that Sarah had given him.

"Ellie, can you come down here?" Dina called from downstairs.

"Everything okay?" Ellie responded. "Yeah, just... Just come on down," Dina replied.

Ellie sighed and went downstairs and she saw Maria standing in the dinin room, holding a letter in her hands.

"'Maria, I'm headed to Seattle. I wish I could let it go, but I can't. I have to bring these people to justice. Enid had already left before me. Ellie's going to come after me and her. Take her guns. Lock up the horses. Maybe even lock her up. Buy me some time so Enid and I can end this. Love you always, Tommy,' He's gonna get himself killed. Enid's gonna get herself killed too," Maria said in disbelief.

"I knew she was going to go too. She and Tommy should've taken me with them. You should've given us a group to go after those fuckers!" Ellie exclaimed.

"I wish I could," Maria said with a sigh. "You gonna try to lock me up?" Ellie asked.

"I prefer that you stay--" Maria started. "That's not gonna fucking happen," Ellie spat.

"I prefer you stay, but I know you better and Enid knows you better out of all of us. *Looks at Dina* Are you going with her?" Maria asked.

"Yeah," Dina said with no hesitation. "So you just gonna sneak out of here?" Maria replied.

"Yeah," Ellie replied. "Well, I told the stable to let you out with your horse. Grab some ammo. And... do me a favor and bring my dumbass husband and niece in one piece, please..." Maria asked.

"Of course," Ellie said with a nod. "Alright then. Get going, you're... you're losing daylight.
