Prologue
Once upon a time there was a beautiful castle ruled by two brothers. Adam is the oldest brother and Alexander the youngest brother. Even though they are brothers by blood, they are different in many ways. Alexander was the kindest and loving to everyone he met, even his servants. While Adam was spoiled, selfish, and unkind to everyone even his brother. One winter's night, an old beggar woman came to the castle for shelter. She only has a single rose to offer her stay. Alexander helps the old woman in the castle, but the older brother was repulsed by her ugliness stop him and dismiss her away. She warns him that beauty is found within and when he dismisses her again his youngest brother has enough with his actions. He told his brother that he wishes he forgets him and never to see him again then a voice said, "You wish is granted". A sudden flash of light that the old woman ugliness turns into a beautiful enchantress. The oldest tried to apologize but it was too late, for she seen there was no love in his heart. The youngest disappeared in front of his brother's eyes and as punishment she transformed him into a hideous beast and placed a powerful spell on the castle and all who lived there. Ashamed by his monstrous form, the beast concealed himself inside the castle. With a magic mirror as his only window to find his brother and the rose was truly an enchanted rose which only bloomed until his twenty-first year. If he could learn to love another and earn, they love in return by the time the last petal fell, the spell would be broken. If not, he would be doomed to remain a beast for all time. As years passed and there was no sign of the lost prince, he fell into despair and lost all hope for who could ever love a beast and where is the lost prince.
