Day three of Spring Fling: Barbecue
While Chichi had returned home with the picnic stuff, Gohan, Goten, and Kakarot went fishing, which the warrior discovered was something the Sayans used to do with their tails to catch sea creatures.
But since they had no tails, they had to use things called 'fishing rods', which served the same purpose.
Kakarot managed to catch a big fish and Goten caught another slightly smaller one, while Gohan was in charge of hunting a pork.
Spending that afternoon with the boys had changed Kakarot's view of them. The boys were not as pathetic as he first thought. His sons were actually very strong, intelligent, and skilled, and that made him a little proud of them. It would only be better if they were pure Sayans, like him.
Soon they arrived home and Kakarot decided he would stay one more night, it wasn't like he was going to get a ship at that hour anyway, so he decided to stay for the barbecue.
While they were grilling fish and pork outside the residence, Chichi appeared with a book full of pictures of them. Apparently, it was called a photo album, and the earthlings loved that, taking pictures and keeping them as if they could preserve the moments they had spent. Kakarot didn't know whether to feel sorry for them or laugh. They were so sentimental. Sayans didn't care about any of it. Their memories were the scars of battles, not silly, unimportant photographs.
However, he decided to play that game, it was easier than having to explain the whole truth at that point. For Chichi and the boys, it was just a game where he pretended not to know who he was, but for him, they were unknown memories, things he had never experienced, people he had never seen, moments that meant nothing. They were just images of his face, the face of his version of that universe, whose memories didn't belong to him.
What he didn't count on was that he would become truly interested in Son Goku's stories. Before he knew it, Kakarot was already fully immersed in the images in that large photo album listening to the stories and adventures that never belonged to him. Son Goku was not a loser, but a true hero. The hero of the planet Garbage.
And more, he had married a princess!
Fuck! He was married to a fucking princess. Chichi was a princess! And not like Vegeta who didn't have a kingdom anymore. Chichi had a kingdom, where her father was ruling as a king.
Hell yeah!
And his sons were extremely proud of their father. They looked up to him in a way that no Sayans had ever looked up to a mother or father before. Just as Chichi was extremely proud of and in love with Son Goku in a way that was unusual for Saiyan couples.
The fire crackled with the fish and pork leftovers, his children eventually falling asleep in his lap as he finished flipping through the photo album one last time. He laughed at the parts involving the idiot Vegeta who, it seemed, managed to be worse than his counterpart, after all, he was weaker than he was, he had married a weak woman, his children were weaker than his and he hadn't lost his memory, he simply decided that he would live as an idiot earthling. Pfff, pathetic.
When they decided to go inside to sleep, Kakarot took the boys to their beds and covered them, on the orders of Chichi – who by then he knew it would not be wise to defy – and watched them in silence.
That was not a normal act among Sayans families, although he had had parents slightly less cold than most Sayans, he had never received as much affection as those boys did from Chichi and, apparently, his version of that universe. It didn't seem to be a bad thing, just, different from what he was used to.
They were good boys. They certainly brought a lot of pride to Son Goku. He even felt a little pride, after all, they were his own blood, right?
For a moment, Kakarot wondered what his mate and children would be like in his original universe. Would he find a beautiful and strong mate like Chichi? Or would he have children as powerful as Gohan and Goten?
The Sayan shook his head.
That was nonsense. He had never cared about raising a family before, and not now, just because he met his counterpart's family, would he start caring about it. Soon he would be back in his universe, and it would be nothing more than a crazy memory that he would soon forget.
Besides, it was obvious that he would have a much better mate than Chichi, a PURE Sayan! A warrior worthy of his Super Sayan power! And his children, they would be the strongest in the whole universe! Much stronger than these two half-breeds.
That day had been very exhausting even for him. Who would have thought that a child and a young adult could tire a strong warrior like him so much? But Kakaroto was very tired, and so was Chichi. So all they did was fall into bed and snore.
{***}
The next morning, Kakarot thought it was his time to escape, but he could not find an opportunity and was eventually forced to do Son Goku's job: planting and harvesting.
Since the warrior knew absolutely nothing about this kind of work, he managed to drag his younger son along with him to get a sense of what to do – plus he also needed to know where the field he was supposed to work was. Goten was very excited to go along since he had no school that day.
When he came across that huge land full of vegetables and blank spaces he let out a grunt of frustration. What a boring job!
Kakarot was not the lazy type, but that was a big waste of time! He could just as well use this time to train and get stronger. Besides, he could take the cue and try to find a way to escape from that hell.
"So, kid here's the deal," he said to Goten, who was playing on a piece of machinery that was used for planting or harvesting. "You do what needs to be done while I go for a walk."
Goten blinked at him and asked: "Do you want me to do your job, Daddy?"
"Didn't you say you wanted to help me?" Kakarot placed both hands clenched in a fist on his waist. "Well, then help!"
"But you know I can't do that for you... Mommy will be angry!"
Kakarot grimaced. Of course, Chichi should have forbidden him from putting his children to do his job, most likely his counterpart had tried to evade service before. He growled, annoyed.
"But she doesn't need to know that, does she?"
Goten opened his mouth in a small circle. "Daddy! We can't lie to Mommy!"
Kakarot felt a vein beginning to pulsate on his forehead.
"It's not a lie, kid, just... she won't know about what we did, okay?!" he gave a wink to his son who giggled.
"Omitting is also lying, Daddy!" Goten replied and Kakarot snorted.
"Well, let's just keep it quiet!"
"Mama will find out." Goten shook his head. "She always does!"
Kakarot had to hold back a growl. What an imperative woman.
"All right! Just show me what I have to do then!" Kakarot huffed. He had no choice, and if he wanted to go home at night, to at least have something to eat and somewhere to sleep, he would have to follow Chichi's order.
Anyway, Kakarot even found it a little admirable that the little one was someone of such honesty. He didn't want to lie, cheat, or hide things from his mother. Sayans were usually treacherous, but her son was not. Her son was someone of good character. A rarity among his kind, for sure.
Goten opened a wide smile and soon began to show what was necessary to use that machine, what to plant, where to plant... the boy understood this very well and Kakarot suspected that the smaller copy of him spent enough time with his other version in that activity to know so much about it.
After a long day of planting, Kakarot was tired, but he was grateful for Goten's help. The boy was a lot of fun, that he couldn't deny. However, he never imagined that such a basic activity could demand so much of him. It was not difficult to do, but because it was his first time, he had to spend much more energy learning and concentrating in order not to make any mistakes, than in using physical strength. But once he got the hang of it, it was much easier.
Besides, it was an activity that served as a kind of training, but he could also use some of the time to do other physical exercises and practice some of his strokes. It was not bad. In fact, it was even better than working for the lizard emperor.
When he got home in the afternoon, eager to take a shower, have dinner and finally be able to finish what he and Chichi had started on the first day, he was frustrated to find that she had left.
'Girls' night.' That's what Gohan said.
What the fuck was this "girls' night"? Another stupid thing that humans did that he had no idea what it was, because female Sayans didn't have such frills. He growled.
Anyway, she left food ready for the three of them, so he didn't have to worry about that.
After dinner, he stayed watching television with his sons – which was not as bad as he had anticipated – but as soon as Goten fell asleep, Gohan took him to his room. Next, the eldest asked if they could talk. Kakarot noticed that the young man was a little distressed and felt a slight wave of concern pass through his body, but he tried to ignore it and just said:
"Say it, kid!"
"I wanted to ask you for some tips for a date with Videl, you know…"
"Ah, I know!" Kakarot exclaimed. "I know exactly what you mean. Don't worry kid, you're talking to the right person. I've been on hundreds of dates!"
"You have?" Gohan arched an eyebrow.
Kakarot then realized the gaffe. He had been on hundreds of dates with Saiyan women, but Son Goku, no. As far as he knew the idiot married virgin and the only woman he had in his bed was Chichi. That wasn't bad, but he certainly wasn't the most experienced man on the planet – he might have been the strongest man, but he certainly lacked experience in this regard, and that also explained Gohan's concern. The young man must have been as inexperienced as his real father and therefore did not know what to do on a date.
"Yes, with your mother!" he skirted around in time to dispel his eldest son's suspicions.
"Ah!"
"There's nothing to worry about, kid. All you have to do is make her really horny! Really wet!"
"Da-dad?" Gohan's eyes widened, but Kakarot ignored it.
"You know that females are not like males, they need stimulation!" If Kakarot was correct in his analysis, earthling females shouldn't be much different from Sayan females, so that reasoning should follow the same way. "Just look for her erogenous zones, usually neck, ear, belly, thighs... her nipples for sure. If her nipples get hard when you touch them, you know that you are on the right track."
"Dad?!"
Kakarot was speaking with such confidence that he hadn't even noticed how red his son was turning as red as a bell pepper.
"And I know you'll want some pleasure too, but remember to always please the female first. Stimulate her with your fingers, then your tongue, and I'm sure she'll be screaming your name when you've got your head buried between her legs sucking on her pus-"
"DAD!" Gohan shouted interrupting him. His face was so red it looked like it was going to explode. Kakarot arched his confused eyebrows. "That's not what I'm talking about! Good thing Goten isn't around." he muttered.
"Well, what the hell are you talking about then?"
"I'm talking about a date, Dad! I just wanted a suggestion of a date with Videl!"
Kakarot raised his eyebrows. So, what was a date? Because for them, the Sayans, dates were times when couples had sex. They made an appointment to fuck. They all had a short schedule due to the missions, so they set up a date when both of them would be available at the same place and hour to fuck. Simple as that.
Gohan rubbed his face visibly frustrated.
"It's our one-year anniversary, Dad, and I wanna make a special date for her. You know... like a movie, or a candlelit dinner! I'm not talking about... that... part! We... we've talked about it before!"
Kakarot had to hold back the urge to roll his eyes. A movie? Candlelit dinner? What the hell was all that crap? He thought the boy just wanted to stick his dick in some female and be happy. Earthlings were strange, very strange.
"I want it to be perfect. You of all people know that women value these things very much. I don't want to ask Mom for help because she'll freak out, thinking we're getting married and nagging me about it non-stop."
Kakarot didn't know, really. Because in his culture there was no room for romance, and he didn't understand how earthlings worked at all, so he felt powerless to help his son in that aspect. He had to strain his mind a lot to try to think of something minimally useful to give him as a hint, so he answered:
"Look, what I can tell you is... the more we strive to make something perfect, the worse it gets. Nothing is perfect. Maybe the best way out is to be yourself. Think of things you like to do together and try to provide an enjoyable time."
Gohan's expression softened and he gave a slight smile.
"I guess... you're right. Thanks for the tip, Dad, I really appreciate it, I knew I could count on you!" he hugged him and Kakarot was a little unresponsive, for an instant he felt like pushing him away, but a wave of tender feeling enveloped him and he ended up putting his arms around the young man for a few measly seconds.
"All right..."
Gohan nodded to him and walked away, head down, walking toward the hallway as he said: "And thanks for the other tips too... I'm going to sleep, good night!"
And then he was gone.
Kakarot had to suppress a smile that appeared on his lips, because he didn't know where it was coming from.
{***}
A few minutes later, Kakarot went to see Goten in bed, the little guy surprised him by holding his hand and hissing in his sleep: "My dad... is the... best in the world..."
Kakarot's chest filled with an unknown happiness, but before his mind could process anything, he heard and felt that Chichi had arrived home. He let go of Goten's hands, turned his back, and went into his room, where Chichi was standing in front of a mirror taking off her earrings. She was wearing a sexy, strappy dress, showing off her lap with her black hair pinned up high.
Kakarot felt his instincts awakening.
She was a beautiful female indeed, also she owed him a dessert.
Silently he moved closer to her and rested his hands on her thin waist while his nose sank into the hollow of that smoldering neck of hers. He heard her let out a laugh amidst a sigh.
"Isn't that funny?"
"Huh?" he asked without removing his lips from her neck.
"All of it!" she gestured with her hands. He didn't understand, but she continued, "On this outing tonight, I was talking to the girls about our little game where you pretend not to remember things and the boys tell our stories. Then I kept thinking that everything only happened because you bumped your head when you were a baby! If that hadn't happened or if you had never been sent here, we might never have met and none of this would exist."
Kakarot raised an eyebrow and stared at her through the mirror.
"Are you sure about this?"
Well... somehow it hadn't happened in his universe, and yet he was there. Yet they had met. Yet they were together – not exactly them, because he was living the life of his counterpart, but he was Kakarot inside that body at that moment.
"Yeah, I'm positive!"
"What if I came here one way or another? Or if I hadn't hit my head, as you said yourself?"
Chichi turned forward and stared at him steadily as her hands rested on his shoulders.
"Well, then you would be an evil Sayan and you would probably want to destroy the earth. We wouldn't get together, get married, have kids... none of that would exist."
"Hm... And why not?"
"Because I wouldn't marry you if you were an evil Sayan."
"Do you really think you could resist a Sayan like me? Come on... Look at me!" he gave a cheeky grin and Chichi laughed.
"You know it wasn't your looks that attracted me to you!" she patted him and Kakarot felt a twinge of pain in his ego.
"No?! Then what?!"
"Well, you know. Your way... It was thanks to your innocence and naivety that we got where we are, but more than that, it was your strength, your courage, your character that kept us together for all these years! And... you're the man of my life, Goku, I've no doubt about that, but if you were different, if you were bad, I couldn't... I couldn't fall in love with someone like that."
"Is it?" he gave a defiant smile.
"I wouldn't marry someone bad!"
"But that would be who I really am!" Kakarot argued. Something inside him made him uncomfortable with the idea that Chichi wouldn't be interested in him as he was.
"Nobody has to be bad, Goku. You know that very well. You always see goodness in others, even if it drives me crazy because not everyone has the possibility of redemption." she sighed. "But why kill? Why destroy? You know how I feel about martial arts. I'm not against it, it's a great sport, but... there are so many people who use their strength to do evil, to kill and destroy. That's not right."
Kakarot felt a strange pang deep in his chest. Was that... guilt? Guilt for having committed so many atrocities before? No... he didn't feel guilt for that, he couldn't... It was who he was.
"Sometimes people have no choice."
Chichi walked to the side and removed the dress she was wearing, remaining only in lingerie.
"Maybe... But I think everybody can make a better choice, you've already given a second chance to so many people and many of them became good, they're our friends now..."
Choices.
Kakarot thought that maybe now, with the power he had in hand, with the knowledge he had in hand, he could make new choices.
"What if... what if I changed?"
"Hm... I don't know... My father was a bad man in the past and I forgave him, but I know how much he regretted everything bad he did and even today he does everything to redeem himself with our people... And I have forgiven even Piccolo who, tried to kill you, then actually killed you, along with that psycho brother of you, then kidnapped our son and left him abandoned in the jungle for six months to then train him like a wild animal... And the Vegeta who tried to kill you, our son, and all our friends..."
"So you admit that you would fall in love with me if I were a normal Sayan?"
"I didn't say that!" Chichi twitched her nose. "And it's worth remembering that it took many years for me to begin to forgive these people, besides, they deserved forgiveness. Both Piccolo and Vegeta have changed, they're better people now. And Vegeta can still improve a lot more if you ask me. But this just shows that my heart is kind and able to forgive, it doesn't mean that I would fall in love with someone like that!"
She walked away from him and Kakarot grunted.
He couldn't admit that this female would reject him. That was impossible. Something stirred within him, a sense of possession.
If Chichi was Son Goku's, and Son Goku was him. Then Chichi was his!
"So you'd marry another male?"
Chichi made a strange expression on her face.
"Another man?! Yeah, maybe..."
"But you said that I'm the man of your life!"
"I'd probably have another man in my life! It's not as if we were fated to be together. As I said, it all only happened because you came to earth as a baby and bumped your head."
"You can't have more than one man in your life."
"Of course I can! I have three!" she argued and Kakarot's eyes widened. "You, Gohan and Goten."
His shoulders immediately relaxed upon hearing her answer. "It is different. I'm talking about a mate."
Chichi shrugged. "I think that if we didn't know each other, I probably would've married another man! Or if we did know each other, but you were bad, I wouldn't be interested in you either!"
"Ha ha ha ha, no, no..." he took slow steps toward her as he laughed sarcastically "No, I don't believe you!"
Kakarot stopped in front of her, who looked up at him with curious and amused eyes. He held her by the chin and said: "I doubt you could resist me, in this or any other life!"
Then he pulled her to connect their lips. Chichi didn't hesitate and wrapped her arms around his neck as her mouth opened passage for his hungry tongue.
And he had been hungry, hungry for her, for that female since the morning he woke up next to her. He didn't want to admit it, after all, she was an earthling, a human, but his body was intensely attracted to her.
The moment his lips moved from her tasty mouth and migrated to her neck, Chichi let out a heavy sigh as her nails dug into the Sayan's back that caught fire at her touch. His hands sought to work their way around her beautiful body and meet the curves of this beautiful female.
Tired of those pieces of cloth preventing him from feeling her completely, Kakarot grunted and tore off her lingerie.
"Hey, Goku!" Chichi protested.
Kakarot smiled mischievously and stared straight into her dark eyes as he tangled his fingers in her hair, undoing her bun.
"I'm not Goku!" he whispered sensually, and he could hear her heartbeat rise. "Tonight, I'm Kakarot!
He then gave her a simple shove, knocking her onto the bed.
"Ah!" Chichi wet her lips and bit them.
Kakarot watched her, naked, beautiful, with a look dominated by lust.
Damn it! Maybe he was the one who wouldn't be able to resist her, in this or any other life...
Without waiting for another second, he ripped off his own clothes and climbed on top of her on the bed, pulling her in for another hungry kiss as his body clasped and warmed with hers. He could feel her gasping for breath as she tangled her fingers in his unruly hair and his mouth traced a wet path from her neck to her lap, from her lap to her breasts, and finally to her already hardened nipples.
His body shuddered.
Kakarot wrapped one of them around his tongue while the other was massaged by his fingertips. Chichi let out soft moans that made Kakarot sigh. He switched nipples before moving his kisses down her silky smooth skin until he reached the spot that interested him most.
He wet his lips as he ran his fingers gently over her wet entrance. And Chichi wasn't just wet, she was soaked. Ready for him, ready to be devoured.
"Delicious!" Kakarot murmured as he pressed the tip of his tongue against her center and made Chichi shudder.
"Ah!"
"Do you like it when I do that?" he asked playfully as his tongue licked her from the center to the tip.
Chichi squirmed with pleasure and moaned loudly. That made him even hornier. That wild, bossy female, completely at the mercy of his touches.
"Say it! Do you like it?" he asked again and Chichi shook her head as she sighed an 'ahem'.
Kakarot smiled but didn't touch her again in that spot, instead kissed her on the inside of her thigh, causing more shivers to run down the female's small body. His own was shaking with excitement.
"Ah! Goku!"
"Uh-huh!" Kakarot moved a few centimeters away from her.
"Kakarot, please!"
"As you wish!" he smiled and took her in his mouth, licking her voluptuously.
Her smell and taste were simply intoxicating. He was loving her every heavy sigh, every sly moan, and every time her body arched with pleasure.
"Ahh, yes!" she gasped, and Kakarot felt his cock throbbing.
As he sucked deliciously on her most sensitive spot, his fingers made their way inside her.
'So wet, so soft.'
She squeezed his fingers so hard and Kakarot felt like he could rave, she was a very hot female and his cock reacted like mad to every stimulus he provoked in her. How he missed his tail during that situation, he could do so many sordid things with that woman at that moment.
Her breathing quickened, her moans increased, and her hands gripped his hair tightly just as she collapsed, splashing his liquid into his mouth.
'Mmmmm!' Kakarot licked his lips. 'So earthling females can do that too... curious!'
The Sayan stood up and looked at her with a mischievous smile on his lips. He didn't know it was possible, but she was more beautiful that way, all sweaty and disheveled and horny. At that moment, he concluded, Chichi was far more beautiful than any Sayan female he had ever met in his life. She soon pulled him into a kiss while her hands and nails slid down the Sayan's back, until one of them reached a place that surprised him.
"Woww!" he gasped when he felt her finger touch his tail tub. His whole body softened and his member throbbed with hard-on.
What was that feeling?
Chichi giggled playfully and turned him over on the mattress, standing over him.
"My turn!"
As she said this, she held his throbbing cock in her small hands and brought her tongue to the head, which let a few drops of pre-cum spill out. Kakarot watched it all slack-jawed, but the sensation he got the moment she wrapped her warm mouth around his cock could only be described as a direct passage to paradise. He had never felt so much pleasure in his entire life.
"Ahh!" as soon as he moaned, Kakarot could swear that her mouth managed to curve into a smile as she sucked him capriciously.
Her head was going up and down and her hands were busy with his balls. Kakarot cried out in a whisper. Fuck! If she kept on like that, it wouldn't be long before he was finished. She knew exactly where to suck, where to squeeze, where to lick.
And it took only a few more of her movements for his cock to pulse wildly and gush into Chichi's mouth with his fluid.
The sight he saw next, however, would be tattooed on his brain forever, for the way Chichi swallowed his cum and wiped the corner of her mouth with the tip of her finger, was the sexiest sight he had ever seen until now!
This only stirred him even more.
"Fuck, you're so hot!" he murmured in a whisper and pulled her up on himself, connecting their tongues.
Chichi giggled.
"Not bad for a human, eh?" she smiled mischievously. "What is my evil Sayan going to do to me now?"
He shivered.
And may the gods bless his Sayan blood, for it was thanks to his gene that his cock was alive and ready for another one.
He smiled and ordered: "Turn around!"
Chichi immediately turned around and got on all fours, pointing her beautiful ass in his direction. He licked his lips. Oh, how he wanted to bite that hot ass from the moment he saw her. He shouldn't, she was a human, but he wanted to, oh how he wanted to.
And he would no longer deny that.
Then he bit her, eliciting a short yelp from Chichi who just stared over her shoulder with the most lecherous gaze he had ever faced.
Kakarot bit his lips and then gave one of her buttocks a squeeze with his right hand, while the left prepared to accommodate his member inside her. As he penetrated Chichi, he felt an immense heat take over his body, starting from the tip of his penis all the way down to his toes.
In fact, he was wrong, this was a direct passage to paradise. That female was the real proof that paradise existed, and he was more than convinced of this.
Now he understood why his counterpart had bonded with her. He could not deny that she was phenomenal – despite being an earthling.
The Sayan then began to move, starting slowly, listening to her languid moans and feeling her walls compress him each time he sank inside her. Soon Kakarot began to increase the speed as well as the power of his thrusts, making Chichi moan louder and louder, but she tried to muffle them – most likely so as not to wake up their children – and drove him even crazier, bringing him to the brink of madness, for he wanted and needed more, he needed more. He needed her!
But there was a part of him that was afraid of hurting her.
And as if she was guessing his thoughts, she said: "More! Stronger! ~ah~ stronger!"
Kakarot grunted.
Motivated by her words, Kakarot propped one of his feet up on the mattress, held her tighter around the waist, and lost himself in the back-and-forth movements of their bodies. He was close, very close, and he knew she was close too, from the delicious way she squeezed him.
The Sayan held her by the hair and, with measured force, sank his cock into her a few more times, eliciting a loud, muffled moan from Chichi, followed by a squirt of her intimacy and a firm squeeze that brought him to his climax as well.
Gasping for breath, the Sayan threw himself to the side of the bed, taking the female's body with him.
Chichi stared at him with her dark eyes, a mixture of affection and lust that could be noticed. She hugged him and he enjoyed the act of comfort.
However, Kakarot was not prepared to listen to what Chichi said next: "I love you so much!"
{***}
When Kakarot awoke the next morning, only the smell of Chichi mixed with his scent remained on the bed sheet announcing that he was alone. She was already up and probably preparing breakfast.
He rubbed his eyes and then his hair and thought calmly about what he was going to do. He needed to get off that planet Garbage, out of that house and away from that family, because he felt that if he continued there, pretending, playing with that life that didn't belong to him, he would end up losing himself, losing who he was, what he was. He didn't want to be Son Goku, he was satisfied being Kakarot. Even more now, with all that power and the freedom he possessed.
He just needed to find a way back to his universe, and the rest he could do. If he had already transformed here, he could transform there too.
Kakarot got up, put on the clothes that Chichi had left for him, and decided that he was going to look for the green worm. He considered flying out the window and not looking back, but something inside him – perhaps his stomach – prevented him from doing so, and he went to the kitchen first.
"Oh, good morning honey. Did you sleep well?" Chichi asked with a sweet smile as soon as he entered.
The Sayan just nodded and then looked over to the side, where his children were sitting on the couch in the living room. He noticed that Chichi entered a side door that indicated the pantry, but before she could leave, a pinkish light hit his eyes...
{***}
Chichi noticed that Goku was standing like a statue in the middle of the kitchen and called him: "Goku? Goku are you okay?"
The warrior took a single breath and raised his face as if he had just awakened from a dream. He stared at her with his large, dark eyes.
"Cheech! Is that really you?" Goku opened a huge smile and hugged her. "Oh, Cheech, I missed you so much."
"Goku?" she blinked a few times, confused. "What are you talking about? I was just here a few seconds ago!"
Goku didn't let go, he kept hugging her and kissing her on the cheek. It had only been three days and he was used to spending much more time away from her, but he always knew he could come back, and when he found out that he was stuck in another universe, it made him so desperate that coming back and being with her again relieved him immensely.
"What's gotten into you?"
"It's so good to be back, I thought I was never coming back!"
"Daddy!" Goten called out to him. He looked to the side and saw his two beloved sons walking towards him.
"Is everything okay?" Gohan inquired.
"Ah, my sons!" he let go of Chichi and hugged them. "It's so good to see you!"
The boys just hugged him back and Gohan stared at his mother with a confused gaze. Chichi just shrugged and joined in the hug.
When had her husband been a normal man, anyway?
{***}
As soon as Kakarot opened his eyes and could identify that he was back on the planet Aurorium, he understood that he had returned to his home universe. And his tail, oh, how he missed his tail!
By the looks of it, the green devil had managed to solve his problem...
He then noticed that he was inside a facility made of crystal or some material very similar to it. It seemed to be some sort of experiment room, and the creatures inhabiting the planet were hidden behind some furniture and objects.
"Come out of there, you filthy creatures!" he shouted with the palm of his hand outstretched toward them.
The short, glistening colored creatures came out from behind the hiding place with their arms and their three-fingered hands up.
"You're the ones who caused all this?"
They didn't respond at all, and Kakarot then launched a blast of ki, which didn't hit anyone, but was enough to scare them. They were weak in power level, but Kakarot knew that they had other tricks up their sleeves, he just hoped that his newfound powers would be enough to stop them from doing anything else.
The little creatures cringed in fear.
Kakarot looked at his own hands and smirked.
He felt it, he could feel the power flowing through his veins. He didn't need that shitty scouter anymore; he could feel the pathetic power level of those disgusting creatures. He could feel in his core that he was now capable. He already knew how to do it, he knew how to transform himself.
With a loud, guttural scream, he felt flowing through his veins the super Sayan power that was dormant within him. He shouted, louder, louder, his aura exploding in astonishing energy.
But it had not been enough.
"The other Sayan tried it too. It didn't work." said one of the creatures.
"Damn it!" he exclaimed. That body was not trained enough.
His excellent hearing then picked up one of them whispering:
"I told you not to reverse his state! Now we send the good Sayan back to the other universe and keep the bad one!"
The other creature replied: "He had a family!"
"So do I!"
A snap in Kakarot's mind set in. It was not the green insect, but its counterpart. Somehow, Son Goku had convinced those beings to revert their spirits to their normal state.
He cast a cold glance at the creatures and raised his hand toward them again, but before he could fire his power, the creatures' looks of fear and despair froze him. An unknown feeling came over him, and he asked himself: Why?
He didn't need to spill blood that time. He had a choice. A second chance.
He was no longer a slave to Frieza. Or rather, he would no longer be a slave to that stinking lizard once he got his hands on him, so he didn't have to follow his orders anymore, he didn't have to purge that planet, much less give any satisfaction to the army.
Not him and not any other Sayan.
Kakarot would free them from that tyranny. He could be the hero that time. Yes, he could.
He would need to train and improve himself. To hone his skills in this body that was weaker than his counterpart's, but he would make it. He knew that he would be able to reach the same level of power as Son Goku.
He lowered his hand and answered them: "You don't have to worry, I won't do anything against you. I just want to get out of here!"
The Aurorians nodded and made way for him to follow the path to his ship, which was not far from there. He then heard one of them whispering again:
"Should we erase his memory like we did with the other?"
"NO!" Kakarot shouted angered. He couldn't lose his memory. He couldn't! He didn't want to forget... he shook his head.
If he forgets, he wouldn't be able to reach the power the learned from that other universe. That's what he chose to believe.
"Don't you dare or I'll crush your skull!"
"A-all ri-right…" the creature gulped.
"W-What do you intend to do now?" asked the other.
Kakarot gave a half smile sideways and returned to his normal state, answering:
"Get stronger and kill Frieza, of course!"
"Will you leave our planet alone?"
"You have my word!" Kakarot nodded and then turned his back to the glowing insect.
As soon as Kakarot entered the ship, the voice command was activated and he heard a robotic voice say: "Welcome back, Kakarot. Report the status of your mission!"
"Mission completed," he replied.
"Roger that!" the robotic voice replied. "Purge mission number 72. Planet: Aurorium. Status: completed."
Kakarot knew they would eventually find out about his lying, but if he said the truth, they would go after him to make him return to the mission, and when they couldn't find him, they would send another Saiyan in his place. So until they found out that the planet was still intact, the creatures would be safe.
"Program immediate exit of the planet."
"Roger that. Ship in process of departure."
In a few minutes, his ship was leaving the atmosphere of that weird planet where Kakarot swore never to return. He fiddled with some of the ship's controls, not paying much attention to his surroundings, he was content to be back in his original universe, and with the knowledge he had, that was enough for him.
"Previously scheduled destination, home: Planet Vegeta. Estimated time of arrival: twelve days, fourteen hours, eighteen minutes and twenty-one seconds."
Upon hearing the word home, however, a snap woke Kakarot from his reveries. He looked through the ship's window and in front of him there was only an infinity of darkness. Suddenly an immeasurable emptiness took over him. It was as if he was alone, in the middle of that giant universe full of beings and creatures, he was alone.
Even though if he went to his planet to be surrounded by the people he knew, he felt he would still be alone, and that he wasn't actually returning to his home.
Kakarot then said: "Programa route to a new destination."
"Roger. Where do you wish to go?"
With a determined look and a brief smile sprouting on his face, he replied:
"To home. To the planet: Earth!"
