Petunia sighed, Harry was eight and the only magic that happened when he was here, was when Dudley was near. "He's like us."

Vernon was enamored by Dudley levitating his toy car. "Vroom, vroom." Harry cried.

Petunia never expected to take in Harry too, but one more wizard wouldn't be a problem. The problem was, if her fears are true, Dudley would be known as proof of muggleborns stealing magic.

"What do you mean he isn't on the list?" Dumbledore shouted. McGonagall held her lips tight, "Potter has no magic, Dumbledore."

"That's a shame." Dumbledore decided to take that as a sign that he needs a new plan. After all, Harry would be better suited continuing in the muggle world.

Hopefully, nobody would recognize Harry in that world. In the wizarding world, Harry would be defenseless.

McGonagall knocked on the Dursley's house. Vernon answered, "Hello." "May I come in?" McGonagall asked, before Vernon led her in.

She sat across from Vernon, in the kitchen. "I'm here to inform you, Dudley Dursley is a wizard. I know due to Petunia, you already know about magic, but it is required for a muggleborn's guardians to be informed in person."

Vernon sighed, "What about Harry? Magic never shows if he is the only one here." "He is not a wizard. I'm sorry." McGonagall gave Vernon time to process. "This brings me to an interesting concern in regards to your son." McGonagall sat up straighter, "Some blood purists in our world believe magic can be stolen by muggleborns." Vernon was listening intently, "And due to Harry's fame, some may accuse Dudley of stealing Harry's magic."

Later that night, Petunia and Vernon were discussing their options. "While his safety is in question, if we deny him this opportunity, it'll hurt him in the long run."

"What do we do if he gets bullied?" "We work on it."
