Chapter 7
Things were getting… awkward.
It was nearly a week later when Yua found things have drastically altered around the domain. Even Panda had come to her explaining what he noticed. "The younger children are speaking far more maturely, as well, they are getting stronger by the day and their vocabulary has grown…" he said. But was worried as to HOW it has come about.
But that wasn't the only odd thing happening.
Ever since she went to the curse womb's estate to rest, she was on her way back when Sukuna stopped her. "You don't look rested enough" he said bluntly. "Why not just take the day for yourself?"
She stared at him oddly. "Why are you so concerned if I have rested or not?" she asked. "I appreciate your observation of the matter, but, why would you care?"
He was a little taken aback by the notion. "That last encounter with Kenjaku made me realize we need to better prepare ourselves for it seems he has countermeasures to use against us. I didn't know about the one he had for me, what's waiting for you?" he asked.
She admits, he had a point. At the same time, she has only encountered Kenjaku once. But there has to be more to this than what is being said. Although, some me time was needed for her. She has been stuck with the children more often than not.
"Six eyes and Shellboy are with the children now, and I am aware that you have left more than enough supplies including breast milk…"
"I GET IT!" she snapped and sighed. "I swear, you know more about my body than Gojo at this point…"
He smiled wickedly at that.
It made her shutter.
"Besides, this won't be an issue much longer. I promise you…"
That tone… why did that tone sound so… ominous?

A week would pass since that conversation.
Satoru has really stepped up in helping her with the children. In fact, late one night, Yua was trying to settle Mochi. She was rocking her at the same time, Yua felt she was going to fall over from doing so. But, a moment of pause came over her. She felt Satoru move but then come from behind her, pressing his back against Yua's to support her. "You good?" he asked.
"Yes… thank you."
"Any time," he said gently.
He had begun to do this more often, if Yua was up with the kids, so was he. He has even been waking up to tend to them over Yua!
Satoru has been staying home more, Suguru has come by more often than not to help as well. Which surprised her, has he truly gotten over the notion that he's the godfather to a non jujutsu sorcerer? She didn't know for certain. And then, what really caught her attention was the fact that those two… have been hanging out with Choso to learn how to be better caretakers!
They weren't the only ones stepping up either.
As of late, Sukuna would bring supplies, prepare meals and even tended to some chores when needed. He never said why he was doing it, and Yua didn't command him nor did the Itadoris…
What the hell is going on around here? She thought that to herself many times over!
It was remarkable, at the same time, she took notice of the odd jujutsu that fell over the domain. No one knew where it came from, Muta had brought up that it was Tooru curse energy and yet nothing more.
It didn't appear to affect the domain, as well. It wasn't an attacking jujutsu. No one really thought much of it… until recently.
Yua managed to rest up, at the same time, she began to see Panda's points of concern. The children were acting strangely. The five year olds spoke and played more like ten year old children, their vocabulary has expanded, they could solve difficult math problems much to the shock of Nanami, and their reading level has grown beyond their age group.
But it would all make sense when Yua woke one morning.
It was strange since she didn't hear her children wail aloud. Normally they would cry around six in the morning…
She went to investigate herself. She went to Shin's room first but heard nothing more than gentle snoring… but that snore was rather loud for an infant. "Does he have a chest infection?" she thought. To make certain, she tip toed into the room and peered in.
She froze.
In fact, Yua had to cover her mouth and leave the room before rushing outside. "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO MY BABY!" she roared.
Everyone… woke.
The first on the scene happened to be Sukuna. "What happened? Are the children sick!?" he looked worried.
"Shin… Shin… he's… he's not a baby!" she protested.
He… didn't react.
"He's not?" Sukuna questioned, but didn't sound the least bit concerned about it.
"He looks to be ten years old! What the hell happened to my baby!" But she froze, if Shin looks like that… She rushed back in to check on the twins, the same thing befell upon them too! They were only a few months old and now… they are eight.
"What… what happened to my children? This isn't right… WHAT HAPPENED TO MY BABIES!?"
Satoru woke, but appeared just as startled. "Who ate Shin?!" he demanded.
"Ugh… mom is noisy…"
Yua froze as she turned and saw a naked ten year old, clearing the sleep out of his eyes. "Shin?" she asked.
"Momma, why are you so loud?" he asked. "What happened?"
She was quick to grab a blanket and covered her son, Shin did appeared startled to his sudden growth. "Shin…" she whispered.
His face… was a lot like Satoru's. His eyes sparkled like an emerald and yet, he had her eye shape in a sense.
"Mommy loud…" came the gentle voice of a little girl. "Why is mommy loud?"
"Mochi…" Gojo was quick to cover up the twins but soon. Other screams were heard…

"PANDA SENSEI! PANDA SENSEI!"
Panda woke the moment he had heard Yua scream, but that just triggered everything else. He rushed out of his residence to see his students outside… but older… a lot older. Many of them he knew were no more than five or six… they were now ten and twelve year old children. They covered themselves in towels and blankets since their clothing no longer fit.
"What happened? Is everyone okay?" he asked.
They nodded but were very confused. "We woke up like this… but… I don't know how or why." Said one little girl named Mimi.
"Same here Panda sensei…" chimed her brother Lee.
In fact, from what he could see, all the children who were under the age of ten… have aged.
"TUNA!"
He turned and saw Toge fast approaching him. "TOGE!"
He wasn't alone either, the students under his care were close behind him, armed with clothing for those who had suddenly aged. "Everyone, change into these for now until we can get you something more, then we go see the other teachers." Panda called.
They were quick to retreat back to their dorms and change, as they did Panda turned to Toge. "What is going on? How did this happen?"
'I don't know either, there was that weird jujutsu that came over the land and yet, it didn't do anything until now…'
Panda was worried. Yet as his students returned, he announced it was time to go and see the other teachers.
He was oddly glad to know he wasn't the only one dealing with this.
However, what startled him the most was Yua's children. Going from infants to young children in such a short time frame.
There was a lot of talking, some yelling. But then, it appeared that the cause of it all was revealed.
"IT WAS YOU!?"
Yua had suddenly shouted, and yet her rage was aimed towards Sukuna…
