Harry's new Hexside friends, Azura's possible past, and house Basiliscus

Hexside

Harry smiled as he walked to his plant class after getting out of his beast keeping class. Harry was pale with a few of his red feathers on his exposed parts of his arms showing sharp claws along point ears that had red fur that were hidden by his black messy hair that the edges were red and a snake tail. Most of the kids here thought he was a chimera demon that was some type of reptile and bird. Harry was wearing a Hexside uniform, his left leg was blue while right was orange and his left arm green and his right arm was purple. Along with this he was wearing a pair of glasses made from one way glass that covered his eyes.

The last five years were interesting to say the least with him growing up in the Boiling Isles. The first few months were tense with him and his mother hiding and draining magic from the criminals who came to their house and hiding from the emperor's coven. Harry frowned at that but when they finished the house they made a story that Azura and Harry were members of the house Basiliscus, a forgotten house that was lost to the savage ages but made a comeback with the three of them and in the form of enchanted items. Fawkes was his mother and she looked similar to a bird demon know as the Ars Goetia and species of bird demon. While Azura was his mom, she looked similar to him minus the feathers and she had green hair and tan skin. Azura and Fawkes oddly became lovers, which was beyond harry but he wasn't complaining.

When Harry entered the plant class he walked to his plant that was about the size of him and shared to feed them. It was a species called a mobile Chomper, a large purple plant with sharp teeth. Surprisingly it was still a baby and could not leave its pot. Harry was lost in looking over his plant until he heard someone say his name.

"Hey, you're Harry, right. Wait, weren't you on the construction track?" Harry jumped and adjusted his glasses and saw Hexside newest student Luz Noceda the first person to do multiple tracks in Hexside and the reason why he was ab. Harry nodded his head slowly as he was a person who was normally quiet and only interacted with a few witches in Hexside. The few being Amity, Willow Parks, Edric Blight, and Emaria Blight. He only likes them even if the Blight's mother saw him as someone to marry off one of their daughters to. He only knows them because his mothers were doing business with the blights.

"Yes I was but asked not to come back, your Amity's human friend right? She told me about you" Harry asked as he looked at the human girl who looked confused for a moment and then laughed nervously as she blushed a little.

"You know Amity?" Luz asked as she looked at Harry who just nodded as the human girl was about to touch the chomper. Harry was quick to grab her hand as Willow just entered.

"Yes I do but please do not touch she doesn't like strangers. And sorry, force of habit." Harry said as he let go of her hand.

Luz was about to ask how but stopped when Willow entered and said "Hey Harry, hey Luz is that a mobile Chomper."

"Yes but…" Harry was about to say more but stopped when the PA turned on.

They heard "hey what the f@ck you can't just barge in here."

"The h@%l we can't. We are the Creature Parent Association, Luz Noceda, Willow Park, Augustus Porter, and Harry Basiliscus, report to the principal bumps office. Emira, Edric, and Amity you too."

Harry looked at Luz and Willow in confusion and everyone just thought 'why are they calling us?'

"This better not be about last night." Harry said as he started to remember about what happened last night.

Last night

"Mom, why are we here?" Harry asked as was pulling on the caller of his formal clothes and then he looked at Azura who was wearing a formal dress and was next to Fawkes also in a formal dress. They were in a sea of robes in a factory.

" Your mother wanted to see what the blights wanted with all those gems and we were told to bring you, Snakelet. Someone may die tonight." Azura said as she was pissed as she was forced to bring her child who had wanted nothing to with what was going on tonight.

"I know you hate it dearly but please don't homicide are business partner in front of witnesses." Fawkes said as she put her hand on her wife and Harry knowing that she wanted to kill Odilia.

"Will if you don't I.." Fawkes started to whisper something into her ears which caused her to blush as her ears started twitching as she blushed.

"Please don't tell me you're talking about sex." Harry asked as was slightly grossed out. Azura was about to say something but then two robed figures appeared on a rather large stage in front of all the robed people. Suddenly the first figure pulled off her robe to reveal Odilia.

"Welcome value investors to annul Blight industries private sale!" Odilia Yelled as the second robed figure took off his robe to reveal Alador but he was less graceful as he tripped and then hit his head.

"He really needs some sleep." Azura said as everyone else laughed.

Odilia did even flinches at what laughter or bothered to help Alador and then she continue her pitch "if you're interested in reliable home security, we're to help and if you're got an enemy or two well who are we to judge"

"This is my husband, Alador Blight, the greatest abomination creator of the era." Odilia said

"She might not be a husband for much longer if she keeps acting like that." Azura said as she looked on at the private sale. Even eventually they saw a large abomination which she called Abomton and Amity who looked like she was forced and didn't want to be here. Harry was spacing out as he looked at a book on abominations until heard his name being called. Harry looked up and saw it was Odilia.

"What?" Harry asked

"Can you please come up here. Do worry Lady Basiliscus this is safe." Odilia said as Harry looked at his parents who looked at her then to Harry who was ok with it wanting to get a better look and nodded.

When Harry got up to the stage he heard Odilia whisper "let it beat you and I will make it worth your while." Unknown to Harry, Amity destroyed the first one because it was about to step on a picture of her at Grom. Harry was about to fight the spare witch Odilia said was more advanced than the one Amity faced but in reality it was a piece of shit by Alador standers.

Harry looked at her and was about to say something but heard the Abomination which looked like it was bubbling and the abomination goo looked runny. It was about to attack but Harry dodged and made a larger abomination but it was an lage snake instead of a person and everyone was shocked by how the goo looked more solid around the teeth.

"Kill it." is all that Harry said as he walked off with his mothers who were proud of their son and was reconsidering their deal with Odilia. Unknown to them Odilia was a petty bitch.

Present

"Why is it her?" Harry asked as they saw Gus and the Blight siblings at the door. Harry looked at the twins and noticed Amity had a weird necklace. Harry looked at Emira and asked "why's your mom here?

"I have no idea." is all that Emira said as they approached the door. When they entered they saw Principal Bump with a sad expression on his face along with Aldor and Odalia Blight on his sides. Harry just glared at Odalia no one could tell that he was glaring with his glass though.

"The abomination Situation, the destruction of detention, the rampage of grom along with the rumored destruction of the construction track room and the other rumor of a massive explosion that was by the school." Odlida explained as everyone paled as she listed off what happened. Harry was questioning how she found out about the construction home room and his adventure with Edric. He saw Amity glaring at her mother.

"These are but a few of the incidents that have endangered Hexside students including our daughter. So the PCA has decided to.." Odila noticed that Aldor was messing with Bump's pailman hat's tail; she was quick to get his attention and Aldor was quick to stop.

"Oh right, um, these four are bad influences and should be executed." Aldor said Harry could tell that Aldor was sleeping deprived and probably did right? Everyone gasped at this and Aldor was quick to say " sorry i've had very little sleep. No, I meant to say Expelled."

"What the fuck!" Harry yelled as Willow, Luz and Gus were shocked. Harry noticed that Amity wanted to say something but was silent along with her siblings.

"I'm sorry i have no say in the matter, affected immediately Luz, Willow, Austugus, along with harry her you are no longer students of hexside." As this was said the Hexside guards came and took them away leaving them with the Bight family and the Principal.

"As for you three you all are receiving extra class." The three were shocked about say something but were cut off by their mother "what are you still doing here go get strange to class now."

Outside

Outside Luz, Gus, and Willow watched Harry who was growling and hissing. It kind of remained Luz of the basilisk who attacked the school she was about to go near him but stopped when he hit the ground causing cracks around him.

"Hey are you ok?" Luz asked as she offered her hand to Harry who took her hand.

"I'm fine, just pissed." Harry said as he was about to walk off but stopped when he saw Odilia walk in a she smiled as she stared at Harry and them

"How dare you mess with my friend, what have we done to you?" Luz asked the woman.

"Nothing personal, well nothing personal to you three, him however it is." Odilia said as she pointed at Harry who responded by making a v sign with his hand but the palm was facing her. Luz may have not been on the Boiling Isles but she was pretty sure it was a British thing that he was doing and she made a mental note to ask him later she had to ask him.

" I will never understand your house hand signal. But if you or the human want to talk things out, here's my card." Odilia said as she took two cards for Blight industries and handed them to them and walked away. Harry was about to say something but stopped. They all heard an explosion, everyone but Harry was covering their ears or taking cover but Harry who knew what that.

"Harry James Basiliscus. What happened." Fawkes said as she appeared in a regal dress with a snake design on the dress and her red feathers were still flaming on her head and her feathers being messy.

"Mother, I can explain." Harry said quickly, never seeing Fawkes this angry.

Fawkes looked at her son and calmed down a bit then said "come on we are going home." and before anyone could say anything they disappeared. Leaving everyone confused and Luz and Gus turned to wanting to ask her some questions.

"Is she normally like this?" Luz asked Willow who was a little scared about her.

"Only when their company gets screwed. But she is nice especially when Harry makes some good cookies." Willow said as she remembered when she meant him when she failed big time and he offered to give her some apple blood cookie that he made at home.

Basiliscus manor

Meanwhile Azura who was staring at the emperor coven symbol on some official documents, normally Fawkes would do this part of the company but she was oddly gone. Azura sighed as she looked at the paperwork and remembered how Salzar hated paperwork always going on and on about how it was pointless as he worked on her. She was starting to see why now.

You see, in the last five years House Basiliscus made a name for themselves mostly due to their gem mines and refining process, given how they were able to find and mine them with ease. Helps when you have a basilisk who could smell magic. Both Azura and Harry were amazed by what they could do at times but then if Azura was honest she didn't know alot about her past. Yes she knew what she could do but her body was at times alien. There was also how at times she had become angry at times without warning, never at Snakelet but when she saw certain symbols and cells.

"Why is this shit so hard?" Azura said as she hissed then she started to hear voices.

'Are the traitors ready for phase one.' a female voice said followed by another voice saying, 'Yes Emperor, they are ready.' Azura started to freak out soon followed by the room she was in being changed to a large medieval lab that had chains and blood stains on the floor and walls with witches wearing bird masks looking at her.

Azura tried to escape but could not as she was strapped but then she noticed herself in the mirror or what she thought was her. In her place she saw a young adult with tan skin and green hair and was wearing a worn white dress that was ripped and had dried blood on it.

'Is that me?' Azura thought as she noticed another woman who had white skin and orange hair. What she was wearing was a dress that had seen better days. It was also ripped and torn and covered in burns.

'You maybe again.' Azura turned as she saw a shadowy figure with deer antlers and many eyes looking at her. Next she saw one of the bird masked people come close to her with a large vial of blood forcing it down her throat. Then she felt pain and began to scream as she saw flames erupting everywhere in the room and the person next to her was rotting away.

Then a female figure with horns and a snake tail instead of legs with four bat wings on her back and six eyes on her face was covered in blood red fur. She walked to Azure and said "you may have not been born my child naturally but you are my child and so is harry. So awaken."

Next thing she knew she jumped up panting and saw she was in her and Fawkes bed it was a combination of a nest and bed that was convened in blankets and feathers. Azura was quick to look around to see if could find any threats and found nothing. Next thing Azura Knew she saw both Fawkes and Harry come rushing in and both of them had considered looks on their faces.

"Mom, are you ok?" Harry asked as he was quick to change into his true form and hug Azura.

"Snakelet I'm fine but why are you here should you not be in school." Azura asked as she hugged her child. Fawkes looked at her wife and said "did you have the dream?"

Azura nodded as tears started to cry. Fawkes just walked to her and her child and wrapped a blanket around her and them. Keep her cold blood son and wife warm. Eventually they fell asleep in the nest. Unknown that the horned woman form Azura's dreams was outside as she looked at the family and smiled, she was approached by what looked like a little witch girl with red hair that was done in a ponytail who was wearing rags and was barefooted with a strange snakes on her arms and slithering on and under her skin long with clawed toes.

"Mother, why are we on uncle's isles?" the little girl asked as one of her Snakes wrapped around the horned woman who petted the snake .

"To help them and to make sure that humans will die for what he has done. Daughter watch them and tells me what happens while mommy rests." the horned woman said as slithered behind a tree.

Next day Hexside

"Come on Harry, let's see if we can talk to principal bump." Fawkes said as she was walking to the principal office. Only to find Willow Luz, Gus, and the Blight siblings all together hanging out on the entrance to the school.

"Oh hey Harry welcome back to Hexside Luz and Amity convinced our mother to bring you and us back in."Willow explained as Harry smiled.

"Oh hey do you want to hang out?" Gus asked as he had a good feeling about Harry. Harry nodded as he walked to join them as Fawkes smiled and walked off.

"Oh Harry, here is a letter my father wanted to give to you. I don't know what is in it." Amity said as she handed him the letter. Harry looked at it but decided to save it for later.

"This is going to be a great year." Harry said as he adjusted his glasses and joined them on the steps of Hexside not knowing that this year was going to be one to remember.
