An hour after Naomi had called, everyone was still at the Garcia house waiting to hear any kind of news.
"I haven't been this scared in a long time," said Kat as Wayn sat with her on the couch as Ben was passing back and forth before them.
"I'm sure everything will be alright," said Wayn while hugging her.
"Good news," said Jonesy as he rushed into the living room.
"The cops raided Nikki's house and caught Naomi," he said.
"What about Nikki?" asked Jude who had arrived shortly after the call to find out what was happening.
"She's fine," said Jonesy.
"Naomi cut her a few times and even broke her left arm but she'll make it through and is currently heading for surgery to fix the arm," he said.
"That is good news," said Wyatt.
"Do you think she'll actually go to prison this time?" asked Ben.
"I'll do everything I can to make sure of it," said Wyatt.
"Oh and you two don't have to worry about that officer who arrested you, he's been fired," he said while looking at his son and Ben. Later at the hospital, Jonesey and Jen had gone to see Nikki.
"Never thought we would see each other like this," said Nikki while laying in bed with a few bandages from where she had been cut and her arm in a cast.
"Us either," said Jen.
"Naomi is looking at twenty years in prison this time," said Jonesy.
"And I'm not fighting for her, I thought she just needed help two years ago and look at what happened," said Nikki as she looked down at her arm.
"I have to be the worst mother ever," she said, a few tears welling up as she did.
"No you're not, you did everything you could while being a single mother to Naomi," said Jen.
"She's right, Naomi just became a bag egg on her own, there was no stopping it or helping her from the very beginning," said Jonesy.
"Still, I wish I was half the parent you two are," said Nikki.
"And can I say that it still surprises me that you two got together," she said.
"Everyone was surprised, but we couldn't keep hiding our feelings after going off to college and everything that happened there," said Jonesy.
"Well, I'm just glad you were able to find someone after we broke up," said Nikki with a smile.
