During my leisure moments, I often think hard but this time as I was working on my other story, I recalled Jan Di and Ji Hoo in the library. I guess it's around episode 16 or 17 I am not sure. What if it was a small twist in that scene? It's a one shot and I hope you like it because it will be from (T) to (M)

Disclaimer: I don't own boys over Flowers characters.

A nap in my favorite corner of the library will do before meeting her.

Yoon Ji Hoo is a man of many talents and interests. His favorite hobbies included playing the violin, painting, and, of course, sleeping. He loved to catch a few z's whenever he had the chance, whether it was on the stairwell, his office desk, or his bed. But recently, he had discovered a new spot to indulge in his favorite pastime-a cozy corner of the library next to Jan Di's favorite desk. Jan Di was someone special to Ji Hoo. He had a deep admiration and affection for her, but he couldn't bring himself to express it. However, being near the desk she often sat on gave him a sense of comfort and warmth. It was like having her close to him, even if it was just in spirit. He would often visit the library to borrow a book or do some research and study, just to be near her. Ji Hoo was a romantic at heart, and he couldn't help but feel a sense of longing whenever he was near Jan Di. His love for her was pure and genuine, and he cherished every moment he spent in her presence. Although he couldn't express what he felt for her, he could at least enjoy her company and feel a sense of peace and contentment.

"I hope she can come soon," he said to himself, opening the question bank that had all the past papers of the medical entrance exams. He began reading through, but he was too tired to keep focused after all, the one he focused on more was her than himself. He knew that she was also preparing for the same exam, and he wished they could study together.

After her shift at the porridge shop, Jan Di recalled that she had an urgent assignment to take care of. The old gentleman, former president Dr. Yoon Seok Young had asked her to find out why the lotus blooms in mad since he had referred to her as a lotus flower. When he had told her, she didn't understand it but now that she had free time, she was going to the library to find out about it. As she was still in her uniform, the librarian would allow her to enter the library and do some research. When she reached the library, she immediately walked to the art section, she took out a few art books to see if there was anything said about lotus flowers but the library automatically closed and lights were turned off.

The Shinhwa Library doors were timed, and if it was 6:00 p.m., they would automatically close and the lights turn off, and when it was 10:00 a.m., they would open. Jan Di had forgotten the schedule completely and now she was going to spend the entire night in the library alone…

Then a flashlight came from a corner near the desk she normally sat on. "Anyone there?" a familiar voice asked. She recognized that voice so well. It was Ji Hoo's voice.

"Sunbae?" she asked, coming out of the art section with a book.

"Jan Di-ah?" he said, surprised by her presence. He rose from the ground and approached her. "I guess today we are in trouble," he said with a smirk on his face. "But don't we can keep each other company".

Jan Di smiled and looked at him.

"What are you doing here?" they asked at the same time.

They smiled at each other for having been in trouble at the same time. Normally, Jan Di was a magnet for trouble, and it was he who saved her, but this time, they are both trapped in a big, cold library. "So," Ji Hoo began and wrapped his hand around Jan Di's waist, not ignoring the shiver that passed through her body, "We should sit quietly and wait for the morning. Are you cold?" he asked taking off his jacket but Jan Di stopped him.

"This place is cold," she explained while zipping up his jacket once more. "I already have a sweater."

He smiled and said, "I know, but I don't want you to catch a cold."

"Neither do I want you to catch a cold."

Ji Hoo led Jan Di to the corner he had been sleeping in, then sat on the floor quietly. "Have you eaten yet?" she asked him to dig in her cross bag that had a beef burger and a can of juice.

"No," he said, shaking his head and holding onto his stomach. "I have been here since afternoon," he replied sheepishly.

Jan Di smiled and handed him the snack she had. "You're lucky, I normally carry food with me, hungry or not."

Ji Hoo grinned and thanked her for it. "We should share," he suggested bringing the burger to her mouth.

"I already ate," she said, pushing it into his mouth. "You're hungry, so it's all yours," she added. He hesitated for a moment, but then he couldn't resist the delicious aroma of the food and started eating. She smiled at him, happy to see him enjoying the meal.

"It's yummy," he said.

"I'm glad you like it."

She went back to doing her research as Ji Hoo ate. "I didn't know you liked art," he asked, looking at the book she was holding.

"Not really; I'm just doing the homework that the old man from the porridge shop gave me." She replied with a chuckle, "But I must admit, some of the paintings are quite beautiful. Maybe I'll start appreciating art more."

"What homework was it? I can give you a hand. Just let me know the subject and the topic, and I'll do my best to help you out."

"He asked me to research a lotus flower and why it blooms in mud," she said, turning to face him. "Sunbae, do you think I am like that lotus flower he talked about?"

He smiled at her and replied, "You are more than just a lotus flower. You are a symbol of resilience, beauty, and strength that blooms even in the toughest of situations."

"Do you think I am beautiful?"

Ji Hoo looked at her; her face was so close to his that he could lean in and kiss her since nobody was in the library watching them. His gaze fell from her eyes to her lips, those soft lips that he had kissed once during his vulnerable moments. It was such a distant memory, but it was still fresh in his mind. He tried to shake off the feeling of longing that was slowly creeping in, but he couldn't help but wonder if she still remembered that kiss as vividly as he did. Maybe it was time to take a chance and see if something was still between them.

"You're quiet; that means I am not," she said and turned away.

"You are beautiful, Jan Di-ah," he said, bringing his hand to her face. She turned to look at him. He swallowed still roaming his eyes over her face. "I have always seen you beautiful from the beginning. Your eyes are…" he began describing her. "Your eyes are like sparkling diamonds that shine in the sunlight, and they have a mesmerizing effect on anyone who looks into them," he said and leaned to kiss both her eyes. He pulled back and rubbed the back of his hand on her cheeks. "Your cheeks are soft and round," he began describing her cheeks and kissed both making her blush further. "They give you a childlike appearance." he added, "And those lips," his thumb tentatively trailed to them, his face coming closer to hers. "And your lips," he whispered, his forehead on hers. "Your lips are so soft and sweet, like a ripe strawberry waiting to be tasted." his lips came closer to hers and her eyes widen in surprise as he placed a soft kiss on them making her heart, beat faster, and before she could pull away, he drew away and nuzzled his nose on hers.

"Sunbae…" she murmured.

"And your heart, Jan Di-ah," he said, bringing his hand to her chest, feeling beat faster. "Your heart…" he continued describing her. "Your heart is full of compassion and kindness, always putting others before yourself. It's what makes you truly beautiful inside and out. It's so pure and innocent that people around you are drawn to you. That's what is the most beautiful about you Jan Di-ah."

"If you think so, then why did he leave me? Why couldn't Gu Jun Pyo see what you saw?" she asked him.

"I can't answer that for you. People have their own reasons for doing things, and sometimes they don't make sense to others. All I know is that you deserve someone who sees your worth and loves you for who you are."

"Like whom?"

"Like me. Like me, Geum Jan Di," he replied, not ashamed of what he was saying.

"Why are you telling me all of this?"

"Because..." he swallowed hard. "Because... I love you, Geum Jan Di, I love you very much. You might not believe me right now, but I adore you with my entire being. You are the sunshine in my life and the reason for my happiness."

"If you had-" she said, sniffling. "If you had told me this in New Caledonia, I wouldn't have made such a rush decision." Tears rolled down her face. "If you had said all of this, my heart wouldn't be aching right now."

"I'm sorry, Jan Di-ah," he pleaded.

"Then why didn't you ask me to wait?" She asked softly, punching him in the chest. "You could have asked me to wait, and then all of this heartbreak would have been—" she was cut off with soft lips touching hers.

"Shh..." he hushed her, placing a finger on her lips and wiping away the tears from her cheeks.

"I'm not selfish, Jan Di-ah; I couldn't ask you to wait for me when I knew I wasn't sure of what I felt."

"But you were my first love until you set me up with Gu Jun Pyo." She softly hit him on the chest once more.

"I didn't set you up with him, Jan Di-ah. You chose him over me, remember?" He replied with a hint of sadness in his voice.

"I never chose him. I was just confused at that time and guilty for kissing you when he was confessing and showing me his love, which was forceful."

They didn't know how it happened, but they were both locked in the cozy corner. His lips were on hers locked in a passionate kiss. The kiss that Jan Di was from Ji Hoo was slow and gentle pace, yet it was also deep and moist, which was a new experience for her. Jan Di was completely captivated by the moment and allowed herself to be consumed by the rush of emotions that had never been stirred in her before, not even by her previous lover Gu Jun Pyo. The way that Ji Hoo kissed her was incomparable to any other, and she was left feeling completely fulfilled and satisfied at the moment. This experience was truly special and unique to Jan Di, as it had never happened before in her life.

As he sat in between her legs, his hand on her back supporting her weight, he angled her face towards him and began to move his lips slowly and sensually over hers. Skillfully, his mouth and tongue explored hers, creating a passionate and intense embrace that made her feel alive. Despite wanting to pull away, she found herself completely under his control, her body eagerly responding to his every move. As the passion intensified, she realized she was completely enchanted by him and unable to break free at that moment. This intimate moment between them was filled with desire and raw emotion, as if time had stopped and nothing else in the world mattered.

The passion and intimacy in the kiss were too much for her to take in, but she was ready to accept them. His hands then proceeded to remove her jacket, and she felt a shiver run down her spine as his fingers brushed against her skin. With each passing moment, she was losing herself in the intensity of the moment. The moment they had created when they expressed their emotions in this dark, locked library.

Ji Hoo felt Jan Di's hesitation when he kissed her, but now, having his tongue explore her mouth was something she was doing as well. He didn't know how it had happened, but she ran her tongue over his, trying to do what he was doing. His heart raced as he felt Jan Di's eagerness. He deepened the kiss, savoring the taste of her lips and the sensation of their tongues dancing together as he wanted to swallow her up. He withdrew his tongue from her mouth, attempting to end the heated kiss, but not entirely.

He whispered in her ear, "I don't want to stop kissing you," and leaned in to kiss her again, feeling the passion between them intensify. Then his lips began to trail to her jaw leaving a moist trail, to her earlobe, caressing it with his tongue while sucking on it before going down to her neck. She let out a soft moan, her hands running through his soft hair as she pulled him closer to her. The intensity of their desire for each other was palpable, and they both knew that this was just the beginning of a long night ahead.

Ji Hoo sat before her, his muscular form filling the dark room. He had discarded his jacket and shirt, revealing a well-toned physique. His gaze locked onto hers as he skilfully unbuttoned her blouse, yet he could sense that she was hesitant about their situation. Despite her unease, she trusted him completely. As he leaned in for a kiss, his warm breath tracing her features, he whispered with utmost sincerity, "I treasure your trust and respect your boundaries. Please don't hesitate to tell me if you're uncomfortable or wish for me to stop." She felt secure in his embrace, grateful for his reassuring words and nurturing presence.

Ji Hoo removed Jan Di's blouse and carefully fell off her body, leaving her white top and skirt. He waited for her to make any signs where he could stop, but she didn't; that was enough for him to know what to do. He leaned in and kissed her passionately, his hands exploring her body and settling right below her breast hesitating to touch her. He placed a hand on the back of her head and lowered her to lay on the floor, her head resting on his discarded jacket and their lips met again in a passionate kiss.

While Ji Hoo had dipped his face in the crook of her neck, Jan Di moaned softly and ran her hands softly on his chest and back, bringing him closer to her, and then her hand ventured to his belt. As she unclasped his belt, Ji Hoo's breath hitched, and he pulled away slightly to look into her eyes, silently asking for consent. Jan Di nodded, giving him the permission, he needed to continue their intimate moment. With a second passionate kiss, he slipped his hand beneath her skirt and carefully removed her panties while she undid his belt. Both hearts pounding, they briefly parted their lips, and he instantly knew what to do next; sliding his palm back to her chest as she squirmed with pleasure.

She had that naive, cute look on her face as she breathed heavily at the smallest touch of his palm touching her breast. He moved in to kiss her neck, and she let out a quiet groan, allowing him to continue his exploration of her body. She arched her back as his hand traveled lower, anticipating what would come because he had parted her legs wider and laid between them.

As Ji Hoo continued to explore her neck, he began grinding against her core without her consent, feeling her wet and ready for him making his body tremble with excitement. She gasped in pleasure as she felt his hardness pressing against her and savored the unfamiliar sensation of someone else's body fondling hers so intimately. It was a surprise to both of them that their passionate yet harmless kissing left them craving each other; perhaps due to the strong chemistry between them. Their bond ever since they met was as if God had specifically tied them together with a red thread of love. They both knew that they were meant to be together and that their love was not just a fleeting moment, but something that would last a lifetime. They proceeded with a deep kiss, knowing that they had found their soulmate in each other before he entered her.

At first, he tasted with the tip of his hardness, feeling her membrane bruise at a size she had never felt. She gave a low moan but didn't pull away; she dug her nails into his back, indicating it was too much. He pushed further into her while distracting her from the pain and giving her time to adjust to his girth. He whispered sweet nothings into her ear and kissed her neck, causing her to relax, forget the discomfort, and enjoy the pleasure of being connected to her soulmate.

As he felt her body relax beneath him, he began thrusting deeper and harder into her, each time making her feel the full length and size of him inside her. This was the second time he had made love to a woman; the first was with Min Seo Hyun when they were parting ways, but this time he was with someone who had secured a place in his heart for a lifetime. He took charge, holding his weight above her while using his other hand to grip her hip tightly as he plunged into her, causing her to moan softly in delight. His movements were more confident this time, as he knew exactly what to do to bring her pleasure. They were completely lost in the moment and in each other, every touch and every movement igniting a spark of desire that seemed to grow stronger with each passing second.

Their eyes locked in a passionate gaze, sweat coated their bodies, and the sound of skin against skin was loud in their ears. As they moved together in perfect harmony, the world around them faded away, leaving only the two of them lost in their own pleasure and never wanting the night to end.

"Jan Di-ah," he said, still giving her those deep, long thrusts.

"Mm,"

"Can you call my name without being formal?" he asked and paused inside of her. She smiled and whispered his name softly, feeling a shiver run down her spine as he leaned in closer to her. "Once more? Please"

"Ji Hoo-ah," She shyly uttered his name, and he leaned in to give her another kiss. This one was short but full of emotion, as his motions grew faster as they neared their climax. Making love to her in the private corner of the library was much more special than on a bed; it was the place where they'd had the intimate conversation that had eventually led to them expressing their love for each other physically.

As the climax of their intimacy approached, both Ji Hoo and Jan Di experienced an increase in arousal that they felt coursing through their bodies. Simultaneously, they felt the sensations grow stronger and stronger until neither could suppress them any longer. His kiss was passionate as he let it all out within her; she responded with a subtle arching of her back, which drew him even closer. The forcefulness and intensity of their union caused him to bite her lip one more time before claiming her lips as he moved against her body softly until he grew soft.

Ji Hoo rolled off her and lay next to her, holding her close in his arms and stroking her hair and back. "How are you?" he asked, kissing her forehead. "Are you still in pain?"

"No," she replied. "It's just that my body aches."

"I'm sorry, sweetheart." caressing her cheeks, "How did I make you feel? Was it wonderful for you when we were intimate?" he added.

She hesitated for a moment, hiding her face in his chest. "Yes, it was wonderful," she replied, adding "But how are we going to get out of here? And is there a bathroom here in this library?"

"This is a big library; most of the time during examination week, students sleep here," he replied, rising from the ground, his hips and back hurting from their actions. "Allow me to lead you there because I need it too." As they walked towards the bathroom, he explained that it was a common practice for students to bring pillows and blankets during exam week, and some even set up makeshift beds in the corners of the library. He added that despite the occasional snoring, it was a peaceful place to study.

After Ji Hoo and Jan Di used the bathroom, they got dressed once more and walked to the corner of the library, but Jan Di was now feeling shy at the way Ji Hoo was looking at her. Yes, he had always looked at her with those loving eyes of his but now after their intimate moment, he was looking at her with the same adoration but with a hint of desire that made her heart race. She tried to hide her nervousness and walked beside him, hoping he couldn't hear the pounding of her heart. His discarded clothes were dirty but he didn't have any choice but to get dressed again. He swiftly put his back shirt on while he could see Jan Di watching him from the corner of her eyes. He grinned, buttoned up his shirt, and leaned closer to her watching her eyes from the security lights. "Do you like what you see?" She blushed and looked away, feeling uncomfortable with his forwardness. "I think we should rest since it's just four hours to sunrise," she said, trying to distance herself from his advances.

He smiled and looked at the crossbody bag he had given her before. It was bink, in a heart-shaped form but big enough for her to carry essentials. He recalled the brand was from a cherry blossom collection that had in Jewelry from a cherry blossom collection. She had refused it at first but he used Jun Pyo's trick and forcefully gave it to her. She had been surprised by his behavior since he had never forcefully given her anything. But he had reminded her that he had the money and could even buy the entire cherry blossom company just for her if she didn't accept it.

"What is in your bag apart from food?" he asked, picking it from the ground and unzipping it.

"There is a small blanket we can use," she replied, pulling it out and spreading it on the floor where they just had their intimate moment.

He smiled and said, "That's thoughtful of you. Anything else in there?" She nodded and reached for her wallet, "Just my wallet and a book you gave me to read."

"Jan Di-ah," he said, and he approached her, taking her hand in his. "I want to watch you sleep in my arms every day and wake up in the morning knowing that you are the first thing I see. Will you be mine?" he asked, looking into her eyes with a hopeful expression.

"I need time, Ji Hoo Sunbae," she replied, not daring to look back at him.

Ji Hoo smiled softly, understanding her need for space but also wanting to reassure her of his unwavering support and love. "Remember that I will always be here for you, and do not forget that it's me, Ji Hoo, your soulmate."

"I won't forget that" she replied, and then she felt a kiss on her forehead.

"Let's sleep," he said, laying his hand on the back of her head and then laying her on the blanket spread on the floor. "Being next to you is warmer than my bed," he stated. She smiled and snuggled closer to him, feeling safe and content in his embrace. The sound of his steady breathing soon lulled her into a peaceful slumber.

At 10:00 a.m., Ji Hoo's driver waited at the gate for Jan Di and his young master. The students were having break time while Ji Hoo and Jan Di were heading out of the school gate back to their homes. Jan Di had received missed calls from Jun Pyo but didn't wish to attend to his calls; after all, he was soon to be married to another woman. They settled into the car. "Where to, young master?"

"To her home first," he replied, turning to look at Jan Di, who had her head bowed and strands of hair covering her face. The driver nodded and started the car. Jan Di couldn't help but feel nervous as she wondered what was going to happen next.

Ji Hoo raised his hand to her hair, tucking away the strands to have a better view of her flushed face. Jan Di's heart raced as she felt Ji Hoo's gentle touch, and she couldn't deny the flutter of excitement that filled her chest. She knew that their moment from last night could change everything between them, but she was willing to take the risk.

As soon as the car was parked at Jan Di's apartment. Ji Hoo stepped out of the car and offered his hand for her to take. She looked at the hand and back at his eyes, then took it, slipping out of the car. "Are you still sore?" he asked, knowing she knew what he meant.

"A little, but it will go away in a few hours," she replied.

"That's good." He nodded and leaned her against his white SUV. He then reached into the backseat and pulled out a bottle of water, handing it to her. "Stay hydrated," he said with a smile, kissing her lips softly.

"We are in public," she said, trying to pull away.

He chuckled and whispered in her ear, "I know, but I can't resist you." and pulled her into a passionate kiss, and before he could deepen it... she pulled away, a look of concern on her face. "What's wrong?" he asked, his heart racing with worry.

"Gu Jun Pyo," she said, looking at the man standing behind Ji Hoo. He was filled with rage upon seeing Jan Di and Ji Hoo kissing intimately without any shame.

He clenched his fists and took a step forward, ready to confront them. "How dare you betray me like this?" he seethed.

"Gu Jun Pyo," Ji Hoo said, pushing him away from Jan Di's side "You have no right to behave like this. Jan Di is not a property that you can claim ownership of," Ji Hoo added, looking at Gu Jun Pyo with disgust. "Don't forget you are engaged and for me…" he turned looking back at the girl he claimed as his own "We got married last night."

Six years later...

Who knew such a simple statement would change their lives? Ji Hoo had declared that he and Jan Di had gotten married. Of course, no one had wanted to believe it, but now it was believable with Jan Di and Ji Hoo carrying their daughter, the secondborn, to baptism. The news of Jan Di and Ji Hoo's marriage was now confirmed as they were seen together with their daughter, who was the second child, heading for "baptism". It was a surprise to many who had doubted the rumors before. Their journey hadn't been an easy one ever since that night in the library when they allowed their emotions to take charge. Despite the challenges they faced, they persevered and worked hard to achieve their goal. Looking back, they realized that their journey had made them stronger and more resilient.

Gu Jun Pyo had stayed away from the two because each time he saw them together, it was a new pain. And it crushed him even more, when Jan Di was confirmed pregnant during the time she was sitting for her final exams in high school. His friends had been overjoyed that the wonder girl was going to be a mother, and they were going to be uncles.

Jun Pyo watched how Jan Di always threw a bright smile and made her cheeks rosy every time he gave her something small, like a flower or a bar of chocolate. Something that simply made her smile, like she had received Christmas early. He realized that making her happy was not about grand gestures or expensive gifts, but rather about the small things that showed he cared.

Ji Hoo's proposal to Jan Di was on her graduation day. It had been a grand gesture that left everyone in awe, with Ji Hoo confessing his love for Jan Di in front of the whole school and presenting her with a bouquet of flowers. She had said yes to him with tears in her eyes, and they had kissed and danced together, making her feel like a princess.

Ji Hoo and Jan Di's wedding was simple but elegant. The church where they held the wedding was where Ji Hoo's late parents got married. Time flew by as both Jan Di and Ji Hoo were good doctors and perfect parents, and they also became the perfect family, full of joy and a God-fearing Christian family that stayed together. Their love story was a testament to the power of faith and perseverance, as they overcame many obstacles to be together. Jan Di and Ji Hoo's commitment to each other and their shared beliefs made their marriage even stronger than the church where they exchanged their vows.

"Yi Jeong and Ga Eul also made a wonderful couple who were still dating since Yi Jeong still had some loopholes in his life that needed to be fixed, making him worthy of her love. She had tamed the beast in him, something other women had failed to do, and they had grown together as a couple, supporting each other through their struggles and challenges. Their love story was a testament to the power of patience, understanding, and acceptance in a relationship. Woo Bin was still a bachelor but was more into his family's business and was no longer fooling around with women.

He then met Eun Ji, a successful lawyer who shared his values and interests, and they fell in love despite their busy schedules. They learned to prioritize each other and make time for their relationship, proving that true love can conquer all obstacles.

"Isn't this what they call a happy ending?" Jan Di asked, as they were in Africa doing their medical mission.

"No, my love," Ji Hoo objected with a grin on his face.

"This is just the beginning."
