Summary: Inko learns of her son's bullying and reacts differently from canon, taking her son away from Musutafu City after reporting her son's bullying to a police officer named Naomasa Tsukauchi. It turns out that Izuku is not really Quirkless as Doctor Garaki told him, he turns out to have a quirk, a quirk that is quite strong and related to nature. Izuku's quirks are Plantae that allow him to create, summon and manipulate plants, both real and imagined.

CHAPTER 1
This world is a world where a superpower called quirk is rampant. Those who have a quirk, some use it for good, others use it for evil. As a result, society split into several groups.
The first and largest group is civilians. They are bound by rules prohibiting the use of quirk in public so they do neither good nor evil with their quirk.
The second group is Heroes, people who use their quirks for good, they enforce the rules in society and defeat enemies and help people who need help and rescue from them.
The third group is Villains, people who use their Quirks to break the law and commit crimes. They are divided into four levels based on the danger they pose from the lowest level which is C to the highest level which is S. S-Class villains can be said to be equivalent to the top ten heroes which shows that they are very strong.
The fourth group is vigilantes, they are people who do not disturb the community, instead they protect the community from the shadows even though their methods are less legal. They are not bound by the rules of using quirk so they are often categorized by heroes as villains and are a threat that must be neutralized.
Of course, if there are people who have quirk, then of course there are also people who do not have quirk called Quirkless. The ratio between people who have quirk and people who don't have quirk is 80 : 20. The majority of Quirkless in society are discriminated against, they are bullied, they have the lowest life expectancy in society because 70% of Quirkless die before the age of 20, some are killed by quirk fanatics, some choose to commit suicide because they can no longer withstand the abuse they experience.
Midoriya's family lives in Musutafu City. This family consists of three family members namely a father, a mother and a child, they are named Midoriya Hisashi, Midoriya Inko and Midoriya Izuku.
At the age of four, children usually visit a quirk doctor to find out their quirk, an analysis from a doctor is a knock for the future of a child, which is why many children are nervous when visiting a doctor.
One of those nervous children was Izuku. Izuku is frightened by the analysis from Doctor Garaki who examined him, but his fear becomes real when the doctor says that he is a quirkless.
Life as hell begins. The first Hell is that his father Midoriya Hisashi left his mother and himself because he did not accept having a quirkless child. Midoriya Hisashi divorced his mother and adopted his old surname Akatani. His second hell began after his father, no, Hisashi abandoned him and his mother, people mocked him as a child who should not have been born, disgusting, Deku the Quirkless, Deku useless, and various other painful nicknames, even more painful is the figure of his brother Bakugou Katsuki also began to insult and abuse him until his mother accidentally saw when Katsuki and his friends abused him while the gods encouraged them. Inko is furious, she reports this to Naomasa who is a police inspector in Musutafu, although not to get a prison sentence, they have to pay dearly in the form of their work licenses revoked, they are fired and humiliated in society, Inko herself took Izuku moved from their old home to another place.
The Midoriya family's new home is located in another Prefecture, more precisely in Kyoto, which is far enough from Musutafu city that Izuku's chances of meeting his bullies are running low. Their new house looks like a traditional Japanese house, technically, the cost is indeed quite expensive, but the Midoriya family is basically not short of money, Inko herself is a fairly skilled prosecutor who is just as famous as Kisaki Eri who is also a prosecutor.
The Midoriya family's new house is a traditional Japanese house consisting of two floors, five bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen, one warehouse. The House also has an underground training room or above-ground Dojo. This house is filled with green plants that give the impression of cool, behind this house there is a small river filled with freshwater organisms that can be seen playing in it.
Ten Years Later
A disheveled green-haired teenager walks alone home from Rakuzan Academy for junior high, the Rakuzan Academy that Izuku attends is an elite academy that can only be attended by rich or accomplished people, simply an elite school among the elite.
The teenager's name was Midoriya Izuku.
Izuku is no longer a weak skinny boy. He now has a muscular lean body and is quite tall thanks to The Karate Club training he participates in. Izuku even won a junior high karate Tournament that was held by the Japanese government.
Izuku awakens his Quirk by accident at the age of 8, he and his mother are attacked by a villain while they are at the bank, the villain wants to rob bnak customers who are at the bank, Izuku is scared, especially when the villain points his gun at his mother, accidentally awakening his quirk for the first time. The plants inside the bank attack the villain, the plant's roots expand and become a shield when the villain's gun is fired so that the hostages including Izuku and his mother are safe.
Of course, he gets into trouble from pro heroes who are domiciled in Kyoto. But, after an explanation, Izuku is free of trouble because Edgeshot, a rank five hero who also resides in Kyoto, defends him by saying that civilians are allowed to use quirk in public when their lives are threatened and there are no pro heroes around. Especially when he found out that Izuku had just awakened his Quirk.
After a long discussion and testing of his quirk at the quirk testing institute with his advisor doctor Kuroko Setsuna, a light blue haired doctor with a vanish quirk that allows her to eliminate and resurrect. Finally, the quirk is named Plantae because Izuku can manipulate all types of plants that belong to the Plantae.
"AAAAA"
Izuku who was walking under the full moon to the supermarket had to stop his steps when he heard screams of pain. When he was about to turn towards the source of the sound, he saw a villain running towards him, the villain was filled with fresh blood which showed that the blood was new, either his blood or someone else's blood.
"Get out of the way, bad boy" shouted the villain. Izuku immediately knows who the villain is, the villain is a villain by the name of Gigazombie villain who has a Brain-Eating quirk that allows him to get quirk as well as information from the person he eats his brain.
Gigazombie immediately attacks Izuku which he thinks hinders his escape from the pursuit of Edgeshot who is the number five hero in Japan today.
"SMASH"
Gigazombie attacks Izuku with an increase in strength equivalent to the strength of All Might, unfortunately the terrain next to him is not in his favor, of all the places there are, Gigazombie instead attacks Izuku near a park filled with trees and other plants.
Izuku only stopped Gigazombie before he got any closer. Gigazombie is stopped by the roots that entangle his legs. Gigazombie's movement comes to a standstill which allows Edgeshot who is chasing him to arrive in time.
"Wh..? What? How?"asked Edgeshot surprised. He had been chasing Gigazombie for six months because the A-ranked villain was too good at hiding, but here he saw a teenager catch Gigazombie easily.
"He attacked me, so I was forced to use my quirk against him" Izuku said reporting to a nodding Edgeshot. Edgeshot then gives Izuku a recommendation to take the recommendation exam in Yuuei which will last another two months which surprises Izuku, but the dark green haired teenager is grateful for the opportunity given to him.
"Thank you, Edgeshot" said Izuku who was considered Edgeshot.
"No problem, I hate to see the younger generation wasted" said Edgeshot who was carrying a Gigazombie that had been held in quirk's pressure cuffs.
Training Time
Izuku didn't spend his time relaxing. He knew that he had to practice, however not only was he going to take the recommendation exam, the other recommendation examinees certainly had good skills so the pro heroes who recommended them agreed to recommend them.
Izuku is actually grateful for moving to Kyoto, which is mostly a forest, so he can practice his Quirk quietly in the forest. If he is about to be caught, he can escape with the displacement of his tree which allows him to move from one tree to another, Izuku does have a teleportation technique, unfortunately his teleportation technique can only be used at short distances because Izuku lacks a place to practice his teleportation technique.
Izuku's Target is the second resurrection of his Quirk. Quirk basically has two awakenings, the first Awakening and the second Awakening, the first Awakening has been passed by quirk users when their quirk is active for the first time, but not all quirk users can experience a second awakening. The second Awakening allows users of the emitter-type quirk to influence their environment.
For example, Endeavor has a Hellfire quirk that belongs to the emitter type. If he experiences a second awakening, he is able to turn all objects around him into fire, not burn them. The fire that is the result of changes due to awakening both of them are hotter, stronger and able to be manipulated at will.
Izuku's goal is to reach the second awakening before Yuuei's recommendation exam. It would be helpful for him if he could achieve a second awakening, because while he could create plant seeds with his quirk, it would not be efficient in long-term battles nor against many people.
Yuuei Recommendation Exam
The recommendation exam is one of two pathways to Yuuei hero course, the school with the best hero course program in Japan. Yuuei itself is an S-ranked school in Japan, the only rival of Yuuei which is also an S-ranked school is Shiketsu. If Yuuei is called The Champion of the East, then Shiketsu is called The Champion of the West. The competition between the two schools is quite tight, of course it is not easy to enter as a student in both schools.
To take the recommendation exam, a participant must get a recommendation from a pro hero, Izuku himself got a recommendation from Edgeshot two months ago by accident.
The recommendation exam itself consists of two parts, namely the Written Exam and the practical exam. The Written Exam is not too difficult, now it's time for the practice exam.
"Welcome to Yuuei's recommendation exam, am I a mouse, a dog or a bear? To be clear, I am Nezu, the headmaster of Yuuei School... "All right... The next stage is the quirk proficiency test, which is proven by battles between participants in the recommendation exam... The first battle between Yo Shindou vs Todoroki Shouto" said Present Mic grinning widely. He was eager to know the abilities of Endeavor's youngest son.
Endeavor himself narrowed his eyes to his son indicating that he wanted to win, Endeavor's gaze was ignored wholeheartedly by Shouto who had walked into the arena provided.
When the start signal had started, Shouto immediately hit Shindou with his ice, a giant ice pierced through the ceiling of the Gym. but unfortunately no matter how big Shouto's ice is, Shindou can destroy it with his vibration Quirk. The vibration created by Shindou is able to damage Shouto's ice density so that it is not dangerous for him. Shindou continued the fight by ruining the arena with his vibration, Shouto was shocked, he lost his balance, the momentum was used perfectly by Shindou, the disheveled black-haired teenager immediately rushed towards Shouto, compacted the vibration in his hands and hit Shouto until he coughed blood and was thrown out of the arena due to the strong vibration that hit his stomach. "It looks like my boy is going to win, Edgeshot, tell your boy not to hold a grudge" Uwabami told Edgeshot. Uwabami is a pro hero who recommends Yaoyorozu.
Edgeshot only rolled his eyes watching the arrogance of the snake hero.
"We'll see," said Edgeshot amused, knowing better than anyone in the room that Izuku would win.
Yaoyorozu looked at Midoriya nervously, she had analyzed Midoriya's quirk, from her observation, Midoriya's Quirk was a plant, meaning that Midoriya was weak to fire, Yaoyorozu immediately created a fire-generating device to attack Izuku once the match started. What the black haired girl did not anticipate was that Izuku was able to create a fireproof plant, instead of burning, Izuku's Fire Plant absorbed the fire she created and attacked her, Izuku's Fire Plant wrapped around Yaoyorozu and burned the black haired girl which made her scream in pain. Izuku immediately stopped the wind as soon as he saw Yaoyorozu was able to fight again. Izuku was announced as the winner.
Uwabami didn't believe what she saw, not only her, many other pro heroes didn't believe what they saw either.
"How? Shouldn't plants be weak against fire?"Uwabami asked.
"Izuku can create, summon and manipulate plants and their properties, it is not difficult for Izuku to create fireproof plants" said Edgeshot amused.
The other pro heroes especially a certain fire hero grumbled, muttering about the damn boy as well as the fire was more powerful and unstoppable heard from that number two hero which amused Edgeshot.
The battle continued. Izuku managed to defeat three other people and was declared the winner in the quirk proficiency stage in the practical exam at this year's recommendation exam.
"Congratulations everyone, you have fought, the results of the recommendation exam will be announced in a week, please wait, for those who are accepted, I congratulate you, while those who fail, don't worry, there are still public exams," said Nezu.
The recommendation examinees were dispersed along with the pro heroes who recommended them. The recommendation exam was completed. During the week, Izuku stays at a Hotel called Midori's which is owned by his mother Inko. Midori's Hotel itself stands in the Shinjuku district of Tokyo Prefecture which is half an hour from Musutafu City which is the city where Yuuei stands. It's not that there are no hotels in Musutafu city, but the hotel business in Musutafu city is not very good because Musutafu city is a small to medium town where the majority of the population already has a place to live, even though this city is the home of the Best Hero School in Japan.
Inko bought this hotel from the previous owner as Izuku's residence when he passed the recommendation exam which showed her trust in her son, the single mother knew that her son would pass, that's why she supported her son's dream, never for a day did she doubt that her son wanted to be a pro hero, of course, her worries were justified, after all the work as a pro hero is potentially death, there is no real parent who will not worry about their child when they know that their child has the potential to die.
Todoroki Family Residence
The Todoroki family is the family of the current number two hero Endeavor who is a fire hero. It is common knowledge that Endeavor is a grumpy pro hero, Unfriendliness has become the hallmark of the number two hero, the fire hero is not averse to using violence in action in everyday life.
The Todoroki family residence itself is a traditional Japanese house that exudes luxury.
DUAGG DUAGG
"The boy is useless... How dare you fail" Endeavor shouted to his master while beating the White and red haired teenager. He vented his frustration to the 15-year-old.
Shouto just couldn't reply because he knew that if he retaliated, the blows he received would be more and certainly more painful, finally after being satisfied with beating Shouto for 15 minutes, Endeavor came out of the dojo while complaining leaving Shouto covered in bruises.
Natsuo who had just returned gasped to see his brother's body, he immediately gave first aid to his younger brother, Shouto just shut up and let his brother to treat him.
'Cursed Endeavor... Natsuo thought. He wants to help his brother, he wants to take the 15-year-old boy away from this house, this house that is suffocating and full of suffering, he knows that Fuyumi is still trying to make this family a perfect family, but he does not agree, Endeavor is the cause of this family being broken, until Endeavor dies or disappears, this family will never be a family.

April is the fourth month of the Common year. April is the season of spring, the season when cherry blossoms bloom, the season when the start of a new school year in Japan, one of which is Yuuei who starts the teaching and learning process in this month.
Izuku enters his class, class Izuku i.e. Class 1-A which is one of the two classes in the hero course for the first year in Yuuei. It turned out that there was already a person in the class, Iida Tenya, whom Izuku remembered meeting during the recommendation exam. Izuku chose to sit at the back of the class. He sat quietly while reading the novel he had bought earlier.
After a while, the bell finally rang which forced Izuku to close the novel he was reading after marking his reading limit. The class was full when I read it.
"I am Aizawa Shota, your homeroom teacher... Change your uniforms into sportswear and go to the field" Aizawa said leaving the students speechless before they started following their new homeroom teacher's orders.
"15 minutes, huh? This is not going to be good, for the future, I will only give you 10 minutes to change clothes... Inaction is not allowed in heroism" said Aizawa looking intently at the students with his black eyes. Aizawa himself is an underground pro hero who possesses an erasure quirk that allows him to temporarily erase other people's quirks, in addition to mutation-type quirks because his Quirk cannot affect mutation-type quirks.
"We're going to do a quirk apprehension test... Bakugou, you are the first in the entrance exam, what is your maximum grade in junior high school?"Aizawa asked Bakugou.
Bakugou has the full name Bakugou Katsuki, he was Izuku's former bully before, after the Midoriya family's move from Musutafu, Bakugou attended anger management counseling, otherwise he would not have been allowed into any heroism courses.
"67 meters" Bakugou said proudly.
"I see, now do it again, just use your quirk this time" said Aizawa handing the ball to Bakugou who picked it up and grinned.

"756, meters? "Amazing," said a pink-skinned girl. She is Ashido Mina, she has an acid quirk that allows her to produce acid from her body.
"You will do this test divided into several parts by using your quirk, you can use your quirk freely as long as you are in the Yuuei environment," Aizawa said.
"How nice" said Ashido grinning which made Aizawa lose his smile. Ashido thinks that it's so much fun that she can use her Quirk freely, she can't use her Quirk freely because of the rules of using quirk in public, Yuuei gives her a chance to shine with her quirk, which is why she thinks it's fun.
"Fun? In that case, who is in the last position will be expelled" Aizawa said seriously which made the students, especially the students with weak quirks surprised.
"But it's not fair, sensei" said a girl with round cheeks. She is Uraraka Ochako, Uraraka has a quirk of Zero Gravity that allows her to eliminate the gravity of objects she touches.
"Unfair? Do you think natural disasters, villain attacks and death are fair, Uraraka? No, there is no such thing as justice in this world" replied Aizawa flatly silencing the protests of all the students.
The students even though they want to oppose, they can't, they can't oppose what their teacher says, especially when it's true.
Aizawa saw the understanding on the faces of his students, but there was not the slightest bit of guilt from him, it was better for them to understand this before it was too late, there was no such thing as justice in this world, that was the bitter truth they had to accept when they lived the life of a pro hero one day.
The tests continued. There are five tests carried out, namely sprint, grip, long jump, throwing the ball, side jump.

Bakugou, who despite having gone through anger management counseling, still feels angry because he is ranked fourth out of all the extras in the class. Oh of course he knew that Midoriya Izuku was Deku, his mother never stopped looking at the photos of Midoriya's family in their house.

Aizawa stops his politeness as a teacher and drags Mineta to Nezu's Office. Anger is seen on his face as he drags Mineta so that Aizawa's colleagues as well as the students stay out of his way.
"How indecent" said Iida sternly. He was angry to see Mineta's behavior that did not act like a real man.
"Really perverted" Decih Ashido disgusted.
"Are you okay. Yaoyorozu?"tanya Jirou calmed Yaoyorozu who was crying because she was tainted by the short purple ball-haired teenager.
Yaoyorozu just nodded, he was still frightened, he felt humiliated. Her body trembling, Yaoyorozu was taken to Yuuei's medical room by Jirou and the other Class 1-a girls.
Break Time
Break time is used by students, especially new students to get to know their fellow students. They are new people in Yuuei, they don't have any acquaintances yet, one of the people who took advantage of the break to get acquainted is Izuku.
"You're from Somei, Iida?"Izuku asked whistling, he knows that Somei is a private school that only accepts rich people.
"Are you a rich man, Iida-kun?"Uraraka asked confused.
"I don't call myself rich, but my family is a family that produces pro heroes for generations," Iida said, humbled, but at the same time, proud of her family.
"Iida's name and your quirk feel familiar... Are you related to Iida Tensei the Ingenium?"Izuku asked Iida.
Izuku of course knows who Ingenium is, Ingenium is a turbo hero who has an engine quirk that allows him to create exhaust in his legs and hands to increase his speed or attack power. According to Izuku, Ingenium is one of the pro heroes who deserves to be called a hero, because Ingenium has donated more than 60% of his salary to the orphanage without anyone else knowing, the reason why Izuku knows this is also accidentally seeing the financial flow from the bank computer he hacked.
"Yes... Ingenium is my brother, he is my inspiration to become a pro hero" said Iida puffing his chest showing how proud he is of his brother.
"Ingenium has 23 sidekicks, right?"ask the Kaibara who is considered Iida.
"Is the requirement to be his sidekick difficult?"kaibara asked again which surprised Iida.
"Kaibara-kun... I'm glad you wanted to be my brother's sidekick... I'm pretty sure if the procedure is easy, just with the capital of intention and determination, I'm sure Tensei will accept you as his sidekick" said Iida promoting his brother.
"By the way, Lunch Rush's homemade dishes are very tasty... What's more, the price is also friendly to the wallet" said Uraraka cheerfully who considered the three boys at the same table with her.
The lesson continued. In addition to the subjects of heroism, it turns out that the heroism course is no different from the usual course. They are still studying mathematics, languages, history as well as science. Those subjects are taught by pro heroes who have teaching certificates for those subjects, such as Snipe who teaches math, Present Mic who teaches English, or Midnight who teaches Japanese literature and culture.
When the end of the lesson bell rang, all students including students of the hero course went home to their respective residences. Izuku was no different, Izuku went home by train to the hotel where he was staying.
CHAPTER END
Todoroki Shouto did not enter Yuuei.
Yep, right! We need to know, Endeavor's ambition is to be ranked first among the top ten heroes, he considers his son to be nothing more than a masterpiece to achieve that position. Shouto's failure in the recommendation exam which was witnessed by other pro heroes including Edgeshot who was a rank five pro Hero was an insult that caused shame for him, Endeavor who had high self-esteem was of course furious, and it was common knowledge that Endeavor had a barbaric nature.

Yup, Hyakuya Yuuichirou is a character from the anime Seraph of the End. The quirk is that it allows him to manipulate salt, whether it's liquid salt aka seawater, or crystalline salt.

Ability
Botanokinesis: Izuku is able to manipulate the movement and nature of plants, which is why he is able to change the nature of plants that are basically susceptible to heat into fire resistance.
Creation: Izuku is able to create plants from real or imagined plants. It is also able to combine several plants into one creating a new plant. The limits of this ability are imagination and stamina.
Manipulation of Plant Aspects: items whose basic ingredients are made from plants can be manipulated by Izuku. Because of that, Izuku can manipulate rubber because rubber comes from a rubber tree which is a plant
Chlorophyll: Izuku does not need food because he gets nutrients from sunlight, carbon dioxide and nutrients in the soil. This ability is also what causes Izuku to be active during the day because plants race to get light and carbon dioxide during the day, and suck in large amounts of oxygen at night.
Disadvantages
Carbon monoxide: like plants in general, Izuku is susceptible to carbon monoxide which is a dangerous substance capable of producing acid rain that will damage plants.
Poison: while Izuku is able to manipulate his plants into poisonous or poison-resistant plants, it does not mean that Izuku has poison resistance, on the contrary, Izuku is vulnerable to poison so inevitably Izuku has to poison himself to build his poison resistance.
