Bubble Man awkwardly hopped across the hallway leading to Wily's plumbing system. This was the first in months he was able to fix the pipes, and Blizzard Man's "shenanigans" didn't help either.
"Huh?" He turned around to find Wave Man kick a pipe.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" he yelled. "That's dangerous and will flood the whole castle!"
"Aren't you tired of being out of your element, brother?" Wave Man replied. "If I flood this place, we'll become the strongest Robot Masters in all of the Seven Seas!"
"Well, when you put it like that, it sounds-"
"Positively stupid?" Toad Man leaped from the ceiling of the room to right in front of the other two. "Never gonna work. Wily put in the excess drains after last month's little, ahem, 'incident,' so flooding isn't gonna work."
"No fear, my friend!" Wave Man bellowed. "We'll eventually help our elder robot to become the best! Without him, we wouldn't-"
"YOU wouldn't exist." Toad Man reminded his colleague. "I was made for farming purposes. Let's leave Bubble Man alone and let him work on these damn pipes!"
"So long, my-"
"SHUT UP!"
Bubble Man waved towards his (kind of) friends as they walked off towards the hallway.
"Back to work!" Bubble Man told himself before he started working on the pipes.
A few hours later, he was done, and decided to go downstairs to the basement where Turbo Man was setting up shop. His shift in charge of the black market circuit was over, and he was sharing some E-Tanks with Burst Man and Pump Man.
"Hi, guys!" Bubble Man shouted before tumbling down the stairs.
"You okay, man?" Turbo Man asked. He nodded when he saw his colleague give him a thumbs-up.
"What brings you down here?" Burst Man asked.
"I heard you finished that movie with Grenade Man." Bubble Man explained. "How is it."
"Awful." Pump Man bluntly stated.
"It wasn't THAT bad, guys." Burst Man said in an attempt to defend it.
"The effects were decent," Turbo Man started, "but Grenade Man spent the entire time mugging the camera and making personal attacks against the guys who sided with King that one time, and the action was barely functional. On top of that... I have an idea, let's watch it!"
"Dammit." Pump Man said.
"Oh boy." Bubble Man chuckled.
"I have the copy. Let's go, dudes!" Turbo Man yelled.
I like Bubble Man. He's very cool. Kind of. Next up are the fire guys (again).
