Chapter 6: "Betrayal"

Mikasa lay in the cave, still tied up and naked. She felt scared and alone, her body shivering from the cold. Droplets of water dripped down from the cave ceiling, landing on her skin and making her feel even colder.

She didn't know how long she had been there, but it felt like an eternity. Her mind raced with thoughts of what had happened, of Annie's betrayal and the Titans' true nature. She didn't know who to trust anymore, or what to believe.

And then, suddenly, she heard a noise. She looked up and saw Eren, standing before her.

Mikasa felt a surge of relief at the sight of him. "Eren," she said, her voice weak. "Thank God you're here."

Eren quickly untied her, and Mikasa felt a rush of warmth as she was able to move her arms again. She clung to Eren, feeling grateful for his presence.

But as she told Eren about what had happened, about Annie's betrayal and the Titans' true nature, she saw a sad look on his face.

"I'm sorry, Mikasa," Eren said, his voice low and regretful.

Mikasa felt a sense of confusion as Eren's expression shifted. What did he mean by that?

And then, suddenly, Eren knocked her out.

Mikasa felt everything fade to darkness as she lost consciousness. She didn't know what was happening or why Eren had done this, but she knew that she was in trouble.

As everything went black, Mikasa wondered if she would ever wake up again.
