I've said it once and I'll say it 604 times. I DO NOT OWN ONE PIECE AND NARUTO!

It's been two weeks since Naruto started his training with haki. He'd been slowly getting the hang of it but progress was still progress to him.

"67 68 69 70. Wow, you're getting the hang of it now."said Uta.

"Not quite."said Naruto as he rubbed his bumpy head.

"You're averaging 35 dodges. That's insane. I can't even do that."

"I know but the max is 100. 35 dodges isn't that good."

"To you it isn't."said Shanks as he walked up to them.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean that when I first trained in observation haki, I could only average 15. And I trained for a whole 2 months to get to the max."

"What! That long."said Uta.

Yeah. So 35 dodges is no joke."

"Now that just gives me more motivation. Let's keep going, Uta."

"If you say so."

"86 87 88 89 90."

"Ow!"

"Hm. Now you're averaging more than 35. How'd that happen?"

"I did say I'm special, didn't I?"

"But that just isn't possible. There's a huge gap between your dodges now and your dodges before."

"That talk did the trick."

"Enough of that. You said you want to become a pirate because you'll be free. Why not become a marine then?"

"Yuck! I did mention I won't be bossed around didn't I? Plus, the marine outfits are disgusting!"

"They don't look that bad."

"I doubt you've ever seen a marine your entire life."

"You're forgetting that I'm a pirate. I see marines everyday."

"Yeah, let's stop talking about it. Now I got a question for you."

"Let's hear it then."

"Shank's said you're his daughter but you look nothing alike."

Suddenly, Uta turned gloomy. She looked like this was the last question she wanted to hear.

"You know if it's personal, I won't mind if you don't answer."

"No, I'll answer it. I've never told anyone so don't go shouting it around."

"Alright alright. Now tell me."

"Wait wait wait. You're telling me some pirates attacked your hometown and your parents died. "

"Yup."

"Shanks defeated them"

"Yes."

"Found you in a treasure chest."

"Uh huh."

"And adopted you?"

"That's right."

"Why don't you want people to know about it? It's not a bad story."

"It just reminds me of bad memories. And I'm also the daughter of a pirate."

"Well it doesn't matter."

"Yes it does. Who'd want to be friends with a pirate. And I'm the daughter of Shanks no less."

"But I came around."

Silence.

"Let's get back to more training,"said Uta as she stood up.

"Y-yeah."said Naruto as he followed.

"Hm. What's going on here?"asked shanks.

"Nothing."said Uta as she left.

"Oi Naruto, what happened."

"She told me how you…you know."

"No, I don't know."

"How you adopted huh."

"Why's she mad about that?"

"Cuz she doesn't have friends her age because she's your daughter."

"But you came around."

"I'm 5 years older than her.

"But she has us."

"You guys are literally not her age."

"Then what do you want me to do?"

"Go talk to her!"

"Fine."

A heads up. I am not and I mean NOT good at one on one talking. Don't blame me if this is bad! Anyway let's just do it

Uta felt stupid. Like she was stupid. She just told someone like Naruto, a guy who she had met a few days ago her biggest secret. Well she couldn't change the past so there's no point of avoiding it.

"The stars are nice tonight,"said Shanks as he appeared.

"Yeah. They are."

Silence.

"I'm guessing Naruto told you?"

"Yeah, he did."

"That idiot. He can't keep any secret."

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"Why would I? What would you do?"

"Fair point. But I would have tried."

"WHY DID MY FATHER HAVE TO BE A PIRATE! JUST WHY. WHY WASN'T I ADOPTED BY A NORMAL PERSON!"exclaimed Uta as she started crying.

"It's okay."said Shanks as he put her head on his chest.

"If you don't want to be a part of us, that's fine. As long as you're happy, I'm happy. No. All of us will be happy for you. The crew, naruto. Everyone."

"N-no. I'm not leaving. I've been with you guys my whole life. We're all family. Just promise me, whenever we go somewhere you won't but in when I try to make friends. And don't mention my name."

"Now that I can do. C'mon, let's go back.

"Uta, you're back."

"You idiot!"exclaimed Uta as she hit his head.

"What'd I do?"

"You can't keep a secret can you! I specifically told you not to tell anyone!"

"Oh c'mon! It's your father for God's sake. What did you want me to do? Lie?"

"You could've at least done that."

"Kids these days. Crazy right."said Shanks.

"You act like a kid."

"Shut up Benn!"

"91 92 93 94 95."said Uta as she swang the huge stick at naruto.

"96 97 98 99 100. Now you can do the max. And it only took 3 weeks to do it."

"Practice makes perfect. I trained every night while you guys slept."

"And how did you do that?"

"Look behind you."

And she did. What she saw was a little terrifying.

"These animals?"

"Made them attacked me. All of them. And boy they sure hit harder than you."said naruto as he pet one of the animals.

"Oh so you've finally mastered the basics of it huh."said Shanks.

"Yeah. So now can we learn advanced stuff?"

"You've only mastered the basics of observation haki. You need to master the other two types to learn the advanced stuff."

"So which ones next?"

"Armament haki. For this you need to…"

"Oh you mean this."said Naruto as his hands turned bright red.

"H-how."

"Benn gave me some advice on it."

"It's been 10 months! How!"

"I've said this so many times. I'm special."

Shanks looked at Uta.

"Don't look at me. I didn't know until now."

"I can't access it at will though."

"Thank God!"

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Nothing. Now Armament haki can be obtained by physical training and meditating. Which one did you use to obtain it?"

"Meditating."

"Thought so. Though spiritual training is a good option, intense physical training is the best option. Lucky for you, this island is the perfect place for that."

"By intense physical training, you mean…"

"Punching walls, fighting the animals you know, things like that."

"Are you serious! You want me to lose my arms or worse, die! I haven't tamed all the animals you know!"

"Mah mah you mastered observation Haki. What could go wrong?"

"Everything!"

"Just start already. We haven't got all day."

"Start with what?"

"Just do anything that involves fighting."

"You'll see."

A few moments later some of the animals of the island showed up.

"I don't get it."

"Akira attack me!"'

As he said that, a large tiger attacked him.

"No hard feelings Akira."said Naruto as he punched the tiger.

"Now do you get it?"

"Yes I do. Now keep training. I'm going to get drunk."z

"Idiot. C'mon guys, let's keep going."

A BTW: Naruto is not and I mean NOT going to be op. The powers will be balanced. He won't just be an op character who'll fight whitebeard kaido big mom or some shit like that. Bye.
