Watching over Clarke, making sure she was safe for years, before she was of age, led to Clarke's vampire mates hearing things that they didn't want to hear-why? Because Clarke, due to trauma, has a tendency being reckless. Warnings for mentions of underage sex. Gets sort of dark at the beginning and at the end.

You know what was funny? Natasha and Clarke had been married for quite a while, and yet, Clarke still felt like she needed to ask permission to touch Natasha, as if she felt like she didn't have the right to so much as touch the goddess that was her wife.

Clarke spends the day with her mate, Natasha and her new family, the Barton family, enjoying all the butterflies in the area, and still can't believe how lucky she is, and still refuses to believe that she deserves the happiness she has.
