A/N: Hey guys! I'm going to try and start up on my stories again. I've just all of a sudden gotten into the mood to write… Thank you to those who have stuck with me this far, I will try not to let you down! Also I've decided to make it so that Emily has already come out, so her friends and family all know that she's lesbian. Please enjoy!

"Alison," said a soft whisper. "Ali, wake up."
Alison could feel the slightest movement next to her as she slowly drifted into consciousness. Keeping her eyes closed, she turned her head towards the voice and was met with a body.
"Alison."
This time she could feel fingers trailing their way along her forearm, and she couldn't resist letting out a little smile. When the movements stopped, Ali opened her eyes. Upon opening them, she was met with the sight of a fully awake Emily. Smiling at the brunette, Ali rolled over from her stomach onto her back and let out a long yawn. Aware that Emily still had her hand placed on her arm, Ali turned back towards her and smiled.
"Morning," she whispered.
"Hey," Emily whispered back, grinning.
"Well someone's in a good mood," Ali chuckled, winking at her friend.
Feeling a blush rush its way up her neck and onto her cheeks, Emily fought off another smile. "I don't know… I guess I just feel so light now, like nothing could go wrong. Thank you again for last night."
"Fair enough, and it's no big deal, stop thanking me," Ali replied. Stretching her back, she slowly sat up, looking around her room. "Where is everyone?"
"Downstairs, I think I heard Hanna drop something a little while ago," Emily answered.
"What a surprise." The two started laughing quietly, before Ali lay back down and rolled over so that she was facing Emily. Biting her lip, Emily looked down at the bed between them before slightly leaning into the blonde. Smiling, Ali did so as well, and before either of them knew it, their lips were back on each other's, just like the night before.
Emily couldn't explain how right it felt to be kissing Alison, she just knew she never wanted to stop. 'I can't believe this is actually happening.' She felt Ali's hands on her shoulders, rolling over so that she was lying slightly on top of the brunette. This kiss, just like the ones shared the night before, was soft and tentative, neither girl pushing themselves onto the other.
Running a shaky hand through Ali's hair, Emily slowly pulled away, holding Ali just above her, searching her face for any hint of regret.
But then a small grin spread across Ali's face and Emily knew then and there that maybe, just maybe, Ali was feeling what she was feeling too.
"Wow," Emily whispered. She could feel redness creeping its way up her neck. Not wanting her friend to see how it had affected her, she dragged her back down for a short kiss, before pulling the blonde into a hug.
Ali could feel the brunette relax into her as she slid off of her to lie down.
"We should probably go downstairs before they burn my house down," she stated, moving a fallen piece of hair behind Emily's ear.
"Yeah, that's probably a good idea," Emily replied, chuckling. She could just picture Hanna and Spencer getting into an argument near the coffee maker and then spilling it everywhere. "Poor Aria."
Laughing, Alison pulled herself up and off of the bed, fixing her clothes, before grabbing Emily's hands and pulling her into a seated position.
"Listen, Em, I do want to talk about this… About us. Maybe we should wait until we can do it without having to worry about getting interrupted..? I guess I just feel more comfortable knowing that we can actually talk, and not have to worry… You know?" Alison asked, rambling on and on.
Emily could tell from Alison's rambling that she was nervous about their new development. To be honest she was nervous as well, but she was also so happy.
Nodding, Emily stood up next to Ali, still gripping her hands. "It's okay Ali, I completely agree. I don't want anyone finding out about this before we even know what this is."
As the two smiled at each other, they heard stomping coming closer and closer to them.
"That's probably Hanna," Emily whispered, letting go of Ali's hands. Nodding in agreement, Alison didn't say a word. Instead she stepped forward placed a light kiss on the brunette's lips before stepping back and walking towards her door to go downstairs.
"Come on."
Sighing softly, Emily followed the blonde as she opened the bedroom door, just in time for Hanna as she came plummeting down the hall.
"Oh! You guys are awake," she stated in surprise.
"What did you break?" Ali asked, completely ignoring Hanna's past statement.
"What makes you think I broke anything?" Hanna shrieked, throwing her hands into the air. Glaring at the two, she spun around and stormed back down the stairs.
"Was that really necessary?" Emily asked heading for the stairs as well.
Shutting her bedroom door, Alison followed the girl to the main floor and into the kitchen where they could hear quiet conversation.
"See! Nothing is broken, thank you very much," Hanna stated, gesturing around.
Emily and Alison looked around the kitchen, noticing that in fact nothing was broken or out of place. Looking at Hanna's glaring face, Emily nudged quickly nudged Ali's side. Once she had the blonde's attention, she nodded pointedly at Hanna, silently telling her to apologise. When Ali shook her head, Emily raised her eyebrows.
"Alison."
"Fine. I'm sorry for automatically blaming you for breaking something," the blonde sighed, looking at Emily for approval and getting a smile in return.
"I guess I forgive you," Hanna answered.
"Great."
"Well I've got to get going," Spencer stated into the quiet room. The five had been sitting around Ali's living room for the past couple of hours, all kind of doing their own thing.
"I should probably go too, my mom wants Mike and I home so the three of us can eat dinner together."
With that everyone slowly dragged themselves out of their respectful spots and made their way up the bedroom to gather their things. On the way back down, Hanna pulled Ali off to the side. Making sure no one followed them, she sighed.
"How is she?"
"She's not good… I think last night was the first time she actually let herself let it all out. I've just never seen her that heartbroken before."
"She's taking her meds right?"
"Yeah, although she's not very happy about it… I'm just afraid that if she doesn't get any help, then she could go on to other things..."
"You don't think she would actually do anything do you?" Hanna exclaimed, eyes widening. Sighing, Ali looked around.
"I don't know. All I do know is that we need to keep an eye on her from now on."
"Yeah. Thank you. For being there for her. Not just last night, but all the time. I don't know what I'd do if something happened to her. I feel like you two are like the closest out of all of us… So thanks," Hanna stated, pulling the blonde into a tight hug.
"It's no big deal, we just all have to look out for her during this tough time. I am sorry about blaming you earlier," Ali whispered, rubbing up and down Hanna's back.
"It's fine, I'm actually surprised that everything is still in one piece," Hanna answered, sticking her tongue out.
"Hanna!" The two girls looked in the direction of the voice.
"Well I guess we should head back downstairs, or else they're going to think we're making out or something," Hanna said. Spinning around, the blonde exited the room, making sure to send a wink back Ali's way.
'Here goes nothing.'
