Chunin Exam arc
Kurama no Kyubi: And now, we're at the battle between Sasuke and Ventus, and in this chapter it'll also cover the final battle of the quarter-finals between Sasuke and Dosu, though that one'll probably be more of an after-thought. Also, this chapter will mark the first time I've reached the "20 chapter mark" in a story, so yay.

Kurama no Kyubi: Who knows? It could be that for some reason he wasn't able to take over Ventus' body though.
ImagineBreaker7: Ok the battle between Gaara and Terra was awesome but how in the world does Ventus have the Sharingan? Is he related to the Uchia? Are they implanted? Or is it something else? I can't wait to find out.

Guest: here's an idea for another piece of gear you should add to the story the astra and umbra gloves. the astra glove gives wearer the ability to channel the power of light through any weapon or object the user is touching or channeling from a distance. where as for the umbra glove is like the astra glove only it channels the power of darkness. and I think that Naruto should obtain the astra glove while sasuke uses the umbra glove

Guest: is ventus a member of Sasuke's clan? and when will you give a back story on ganandorf's elemental six?
Kurama no Kyubi: They're called the "Elemental 7", though I suppose you mean the six Genin. Well, I've already given some background material on some of them, but if you're thinking of a full background story, then I will be starting with Ventus. Also, one I really want to write a background story on is Aqua, so expect one on her to be the next after that. For any other than that, you'll probably have to wait till the sequel though.
Guest: about the goddess shrine of Nayru that was mentioned chapter 17 of your story in in you should have the hero's search for those shrines which are related to their own respective goddess who chose them as triforce bearer's as a means of becoming much stronger in terms of gaining new techniques and gaining more knowledge about the history entailing the conflict that they've gotten themselves involved in such as teaching them more about the enemies they may have to face along with allies amongst other things.
Kurama no Kyubi: Actually, I've already thought of a story arc for those temples, but the three main protagonists won't play a very big part in that arc, sorry. Though it was a good idea.
Guest: well I think that you're story's proceeding quite nicely and hope that you consider the astra glove, umbra glove idea and maybe adding midna to this story of your's al here's another piece of gear that naruto should pick up the roc feather cloak which should help him fly about and glide over al sorts of obstacle but of course this cloak require him to wind current natural wind current mind you in order to fly otherwise it's have act primarily as glider in places which have little to no air currents.
Kurama no Kyubi: Isn't that one of the items from Minish Cap? Though I already thought of the Phoenix Wings as a means to fly short distances, though I guess if I give the Phoenix Wings to Sasuke, I can give the Roc Feather Cloak to Naruto.
Guest: also the wire glove can be used a mean of pulling enemies to our hero's and vice either as means of impaling them or just closing a gape of distance between one another.
Kurama no Kyubi: You don't say. Well, I think I might have an idea of who I could give them to.
Guest: during the search for tsunade I think that naruto should obtain the water element and with it the power to heal and purify friends and allies physical and spiritually and maybe during the three year training arc he finally gain the fouth and final element the fire element. it works out as a good idea no?
Kurama no Kyubi: Thank you. I had already figured out when he could get the Fire Element, but I couldn't think of when to give him the Water Element, so thank you. Oh, and by the way, he's gonna have all four of them long before the time-skip.
Guest: the light that sakura used in her match against chilly was the light force right for that was vaati's ultimate goal that he sought to obtain in his quest for godhood during the minish cape arc which link managed to stop before right?
Kurama no Kyubi: Yes, that is exactly correct. Though she can't use the Light Force to its fullest yet, in fact, so far she can only use it while using Nayru's Love.
Guest: what I don't understand is how terra lost against garra I mean he uses sand which is form a of earth right so shouldn't terra have absorbed his attacks like the rest of his comrades like how flare absorbs fire. and speaking of elements as for the water element which I suggested that Naruto should obtain during the search for tsunade it will also give him some water based offensive and defensive in adding to those healing and purifying techniques I suggested.
Kurama no Kyubi: Actually, Terra's not like most of them, he might be made of earth, but it can still hurt him (Chilly's like that too), though what did the most damage was actually Shukaku's chakra, not the sand.
Guest: I guessing that all the tani genin have a level technique skill which ranges in power per level just how many levels do these techniques possess even level on techniques are bad enough but Level ten?! are you more less freaking insane?! oh well this isn't my story in the first place
Kurama no Kyubi: Actually, I thought of having the highest level being 100, but in order to get there, you need insane power. In fact, if Hashirama had had one of these techniques, he could've at best only reached level 60.

Chapter 20: Battle of the Sharingan: Sasuke vs Ventus!
"How is it possible that that Ventus guy has a Sharingan?" Naruto asked as he looked down at the battle.
"Ventus-san was originally brought to our village by Orochimaru, but no one knows where he came from before that. And the fact that he doesn't talk about his past doesn't help either. However, there are many rumors; such as "he doesn't have any parents and rose up on the streets", or "Orochimaru kidnapped him from his family". Though it is apparent that he must have some blood-relation to an Uchiha, or else he wouldn't have had those eyes." Ray said.
Battlegrounds
"Why do you have Sharingan eyes?" Sasuke asked as he looked at Ventus. While the boy's eyes were definitely Sharingan, they were a little different. For instance, instead of being red, they were green, though the tomoes were still black.
"I don't feel like answering that question." Ventus said.
"Well, I suppose that in the end it doesn't matter." Sasuke said before activating his own eyes "Because as long as I've got these, I'm not gonna lose to anyone!"
He then charged at Ventus while weaving a series of hand signs before firing off a Goukakyo. But Ventus sent out a gust of wind towards the fire, causing Sasuke's eyes to widen when the fire was extinguished before the winds crashed into him.
Kage box
"Did that boy's wind just beat Uchiha's fire?" The Kazekage asked.
"Well, Ventus is certainly a special boy. While wind usually would only serve to fuel the fire, Ventus' wind is strong enough to extinguish it; something that only the most skilled wind users are capable of." Ganondorf said.
"If Ventus' wind really is that strong, then I don't see how Sasuke could win this." Hiruzen said.
"Oh. I wouldn't count that boy out, just yet. He's an Uchiha, after all. And the blood of his clan seems to run strongly within him. Besides, I'm sure he still has many moves up his sleeve that he hasn't shown us." Ganondorf said.
"You sure seem to be interested in him." Hiruzen said with narrowed eyes.
"He was trained by Hatake Kakashi-san, was he not? That alone is enough to gain my interest." Ganondorf said before continuing "Speaking of Kakashi-san, I've been scanning through the audience, but I still haven't seen him. Wouldn't he be here to watch his students fight in the exam?"
"Unfortunately, Kakashi got assigned to an S-class mission the other day. The client had requested him personally." Hiruzen said.
"Oh, I see. Such a shame. I was really looking forward to meeting the man who'd mastered over 1.000 Jutsu." Ganondorf said with a smile.
Land of Fire, mountain road
Kakashi was currently walking over some road that went up along the side of a mountain which was near the border between the Land of Fire, and the Land of Fangs. The one who would tell him his mission awaited atop of the mountain, of course, he wondered why the client couldn't just tell him himself.
However, what he didn't notice was that on a ledge above him where several people that were ready to attack him at any moment.
Land of Fire, Konoha, arena, Battlegrounds
(Boss #12: User of the Divine Sharingan, Ventus.)
"Katon: Housenka no Jutsu!" Sasuke called out as he fired of several balls of fire at Ventus, but the green-haired boy just ran past them while extinguishing them with his wind. He then reached Sasuke and delivered a punch to his gut, sending him skidding back.
"I didn't think that you were this weak, Uchiha. Kaze Kiri!" Ventus said before a sword of wind came out of his right hand and he charged at the Uchiha.
"A sword, huh? Well, two can play at that game!" Sasuke said before making a hand sign and in a puff of smoke appeared a katana blade. (Kurama no Kyubi: It's the same as the one he's got in Shippuden.)
Sasuke grabbed the blade and blocked Ventus' own before pushing the Tani-nin back. Ventus then ended the blade-lock by swinging his sword before slashing it at Sasuke, but said Uchiha parried it with his own blade.
Sasuke then went in for a stab, but Ventus jumped back as his sword vanished and he weaved a series of hand signs.
'He's weaving hand signs?' Sasuke thought in surprise, this being the first time he's seen any of the Tani-nins weave hand signs.
"Futon: Daitoppa!" Ventus called out, sending a powerful blast of wind at Sasuke, causing the boy to get sent flying straight into the arena wall with such force that he caught up blood before sliding down the wall.
'This guy's power is incredible. He might even be as strong as Itachi was when he got promoted to Chunin.' Sasuke thought as he was sitting at the edge of the crater before rising to his feet 'But that's even more of a reason why I have to win this!'
"That was a good shot. Looks like I have to start to get serious now." He said with a smile as he looked down at Ventus, who then chuckled slightly before looking up at him.
"Uchiha, I've only begun to tap into the depths of my power. Your own cannot match!" He said as winds started gathering around him.
"You have no idea of the limits of my power! Mangekyo Sharingan!" Sasuke said before his Sharingan suddenly changed into its Mangekyo form, causing many people in the audience to mutter amongst themselves, wondering what happened to his eyes.
Participant box
"What the…? What happened to Sasuke's Sharingan?" Naruto asked.
"Did I miss something?" Naruto and Shikamaru turned towards where the voice came from to see Sakura coming towards them.
"Ah! Sakura-chan, you're all right!" Naruto exclaimed.
"Yeah. Farore-sama healed me." Sakura said as she came over to the railings to see that Sasuke was fighting.
"It's already Sasuke-kun's turn?" She asked.
"Yeah, but this fight's been nothing but surprises. First we find out that Ventus has a Sharingan, then Sasuke's eyes totally changes into something new." Naruto said.
"Something new?" Sakura asked before looking at Sasuke's eyes, and instantly recognizes them before recalling what happened the last time she'd seen them.
Flashback
Zabuza swung his sword and Kakashi blocked it with his kunai before they both suddenly felt a strong chakra, and they – along with Sakura, Tazuna and Inari – looked towards the dome of ice mirrors just in time to see one of the mirrors shattering as Haku flew towards them before flipping in the air and skidding along the ground as the shattered pieces of his mask fell down to the ground.
The other ice mirrors then shattered as Sasuke came out from the crumbling dome, being surrounded by dark-red wisps of chakra as he walked towards Haku. The ice user then threw a few senbon at the Uchiha, but Sasuke extended his right arm and the senbons bounced off his open palm.
"This power is amazing! I feel like I can do everything I want!" Sasuke said.
'I-is that… Sasuke-kun?' Sakura thought before Sasuke showed the back of his right hand to everyone.
"Now, none of you weaklings can defeat me." He said.
'That's… the Triforce of Power!' Zabuza thought before charging at Sasuke.
As he approached the Uchiha, he swung his sword, but Sasuke dodged it before holding out his hand and a ball of dark-red chakra suddenly flew from his hand and hit Zabuza. The missing-nin then weaved a series of hand signs before ending at the tori sign.
"Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu!" A dragon of water then came out of the ocean behind Sasuke and slammed into his back, sending him towards Zabuza who got ready to cleave the boy in two with his sword.
Sasuke then felt a sting in his eyes as he came closer to the demon of Kiri, but just then, a wall of black flames rose up in-between them, and Zabuza had to jump out of the way. Sasuke then went straight through the flames as said flames dissipated.
Sasuke then skidded along the ground before he felt another sting in his eyes, and he fell down on his knees as Kakashi noticed the boy's eyes, they were black with three red intersecting eclipses.
'That's… the Mangekyo Sharingan?' He thought as Sasuke began rubbing his eyes.
"Now die!" Zabuza said as he appeared behind the Uchiha and swung his sword downwards, but then Sasuke looked over his shoulder and suddenly, a purple ribcage appeared around him, successfully blocking the sword.
'Nani?' Zabuza thought in surprise before he was about to swing the sword again, but he was stopped as Kakashi came up behind him, holding a kunai at his throat "… Kakashi."
Flashback end
'Sasuke-kun…' Sakura thought.
Kage box
"Is that the Mangekyo Sharingan? That boy really is incredible." Ganondorf said.
"Yes. But I must say that even I didn't know of this." Hiruzen said.
"Even you didn't know about it, Hokage-dono?" The Kazekage asked.
"Yes. He must've kept quiet about it so that it'd be his trump-card in this fight." Hiruzen said.
Battlegrounds
Sasuke charged at Ventus before going in for a round-house kick, hitting the Tani-nin in the waist, but said Tani-nin suddenly vanished in the wind.
'Nani?' Sasuke thought in surprise before he sensed something behind him and he gripped his sword before quickly turning around and swinging the blade through Ventus, but he just vanished again.
"You won't hit me so easily, Uchiha. I am one with the wind, the wind is one with me. I am everywhere and nowhere at once. I will come at you from your blind-spot when you least expect it." Came the echoing sound of Ventus' voice.
Stands, Zabuza and Haku
"Zabuza-sama…!" Haku said as he looked up at his master.
"Yes, Haku. This is the Sairento Kiringu. It's different from when I'm using it, but it's still the same technique." Zabuza said before thinking 'To think he's mastered the Sairento Kiringu at such a young age.'
Battlegrounds
Suddenly, a cut came across Sasuke's left shoulder before another one came across his stomach, and another one across his right cheek.
"Resistance is futile. You cannot win here. All you can do is wait for the end of your brief existence." Came Ventus' voice.
Sasuke then closed his eyes as more cuts came across his body before he opened them again, and spotted Ventus' chakra.
"There!" He then threw his sword in the direction of where the Tani-nin's chakra was, and it suddenly went through what looked to be a nearly invisible gas cloud before said "cloud" reformed itself into Ventus. Sasuke then weaved a series of hand signs, but Ventus recognized the sequence as the one for the Goukakyo.
"It's no use, fire doesn't work against me." Ventus said before Sasuke ended at the tora sign.
"Katon: Goukakyo no Jutsu!" He called out before pulling out the Uchiha fan and waving it, causing the Goukakyo flames to increase in both size and strength.
'Nani?' Ventus thought in surprise. He still wasn't strong enough to put out such strong flames.
As the flames got closer, he jumped out of the way and just barely managed to avoid them. He then rolled over the ground before looking at Sasuke. He then rose to his feet before holding his right hand in half a hand sign in front of his face as strong winds started blowing around him.
Sasuke then charged at him, but was stopped by the powerful gusts of wind which only got stronger the closer to Ventus he got.
"Your time is up, Uchiha. Kamikaze lvl 10!" Ventus said after some time before holding out his arms as though he was about to embrace something.
The winds then got much stronger as they started picking up dust from the ground to show that they were all over the battleground. And suddenly – before anyone realized it – a huge tornado which covered the entire battleground, and went far up into the sky appeared.
Land of Fire, mountain road
Kakashi walked up the mountain road before a Gerudo warrior suddenly jumped down, and before he could realize it, the woman was right above him, ready to cut him two, and it was already too late to dodge it.
However, then a ball of fire suddenly came and engulfed the Gerudo, though instead of killing her, it just sent her into the wall just before Obito arrived.
"Obito?" Kakashi said in surprise before looking at the Gerudo.
He then noticed that she wasn't wearing the traditional Gerudo mask, instead she had a mask which looked like the lower half of the face of a human being.
"That mask. She's one of the Tanikage's 13 elite bodyguards, the Zodiac." Kakashi noted.
"Yes. And from the mask I'd say that she's of the Gemini, the Twins." Obito said before adding "Meaning that her sister must be nearby." (Kurama no Kyubi: The Zodiac is a group of 13 Gerudo that I came up with myself. And as you can guess, they're named after the Chinese Zodiac, though I also decided to give them the names of the 12 Zodiac Celestial Spirits from Fairy Tail.)
"We were hoping that this could go smoothly, without a battle. But it appears that that's not possible any longer." Gemini R said as she rose to her feet.
"I don't quite know what's going on here, but it seems that the Tanikage is trying to have me killed." Kakashi said.
Suddenly, however, several kunai shot down towards the two members of team Minato, and they jumped in opposite directions to dodge them. Then after a few seconds, someone shunshined down before landing on the road, holding one Oto-nin under his right arm, and one Suna-nin under his left. Kakashi instantly recognized the man as Tekashi.
"Tekashi-san?" Kakashi said in surprise.
Then two more men were sent flying off of the ledge above them and a man then jumped after them before kicking one, and elbowing the other. Both of them forming their respective craters as they crashed into the ground, and the one who'd sent them into the ground landed on the road.
Kakashi didn't recognize the man, but he noted that he looked a little bit like Naruto, only older. Though he had brown hair instead of blond, and it wasn't spiky.
"If you value your life, I suggest that you leave this place." The man said before looking up as he noticed something.
Another Gerudo warrior – who wore an identical mask to the one that the one Obito had hit with his Goukakyo earlier wore – then came down before pointing her sword – which she held in her left hand – at them.
"Sister!" Gemini R said.
"You go tell Kotake-sama that we failed, I will try to hold these guys off for as long as I can." Gemini L said.
"But there's no way that you can beat them all on your own." Gemini R said.
"No, but I can buy you time." Gemini L said.
"I… I understand, sister." Gemini R said before disappearing in a shunshin.
"You're really gonna take on all of us by yourself?" Tekashi asked as he dropped the two men he was carrying.
"I will if I have to." Gemini L said "Now prepare yourselves!"
She then charged at the four, but the one that Kakashi didn't recognized suddenly appeared in her face as his right hand was suddenly covered in wood and he punched the woman so hard that she went flying straight into the mountain wall before collapsing.
"For elite bodyguards, they're not very strong." He said.
"Well, against four Kage-Level shinobi, what'd you expect, Nawaki-san?" Tekashi asked.
"Hmm. You've got a point there, Tekashi-kun." The man now identified as Nawaki said as he looked over his shoulder at Tekashi as the wood around his hand seemed to go into his skin.
"Obito, what's going on here?" Kakashi asked as he looked at Obito.
"Well, it's a long story. But first, let me introduce you to Senju Nawaki." Obito said as he gestured to Nawaki, who walked over to them.
""Senju"?" kakashi asked.
"Hai. I'm the younger brother of Tsunade of the Sannin." Nawaki said.
"Yes, I think I heard about you once. Jiraiya-sama said you died during the Second Great Ninja War." Kakashi said.
"Farore-sama saved me just in time." Nawaki said.
"Yes, I seem to hear a lot of stories like that nowadays." Kakashi said as he looked at Obito, who smirked.
"Anyway. I would like to know what's going on." Kakashi said.
"It would be best to tell you while we move. There's not much time." Obito said.
Mountain peak
At the top of the mountain was a small tent with what appeared to be an old lady sitting inside in front of a crystal ball as Gemini R was also standing in front of here.
"So, they're moving back towards Konoha, are they?" The old lady said as she looked into the crystal ball which showed her that Kakashi and the others were currently tree-jumping through the forest at the base of the mountain.
"Kotake-sama, what should we do?" Gemini R asked.
"Nothing. There's no way that they can reach the village in time, and even if they do get there before it's destroyed, then the Seven Reapers of Death will be there waiting." The old lady said before there was a puff of smoke, and when the smoke cleared, the tent was gone, and the old lady was revealed to be Kotake – one of the two Twinrova witches.
Forest
Kakashi, Obito, Tekashi, and Nawaki were currently tree-jumping through the forest as Kakashi had been informed of what Tani, Oto, and Suna were planning.
"Nani? They're actually planning on attacking Konoha?" Kakashi asked.
"That's right. Farore-sama had ordered us to search one of Orochimaru's bases, and that's when we found out that he'd teamed up with Tani and Suna on what he called; "Operation: Destroy Konoha"." Obito said.
"The three of you? I understand you and Nawaki, but why Tekashi-san?" Kakashi asked.
"Farore-sama's assembling a team. A team to rival the power of Ganondorf's Seven Reapers of Death." Nawaki said.
"Right now there's only the three of us, though. But we hope to find four more." Tekashi said.
"And then we will be; the Seven Angels of Purgatory." Obito said before adding "Or at least that's the name Farore-sama came up with."
"At any rate, we need to hurry. There's no telling when they will attack the village." Nawaki said as they continued tree-jumping through the forest.
Land of Fire, Konoha, arena, participant box
"What's going on?" Naruto asked as he had to yell over the powerful winds that swept through the participant box as the wall of the tornado was almost touching the arena walls.
"Ventus must've used a powerful wind technique to create that tornado!" Shikamaru yelled.
"Impossible. I've never heard of a wind Jutsu that strong!" Temari yelled.
"There's no way that this could be the result of a Jutsu, it's got to be some kind of magic spell!" Sakura yelled.
"It's a spell, alright. A powerful spell that – if enough power's put into it – can even wreak havoc across a whole continent." Ray said as he was the only one that didn't seem to be bothered by the winds.
""A whole continent"?" Naruto asked.
"How's something like that even possible?" Shikamaru asked.
"It's not. There's no technique capable of destroying a continent!" Dosu yelled.
"Actually, there are spells capable of doing that. Eight to be exact. Each belonging to a different element. However, in order to put that much power into the spells, you need to be extremely strong. Even someone like Madara or the Shodai Hokage wouldn't be capable of pulling it off." Ray said.
Tornado
Within the massive tornado was Sasuke standing on a chunk of earth which had been pulled out of the ground by the strong winds. (Kurama no Kyubi: As if the battleground wasn't destroyed enough already.)
"Well, I'm impressed that you managed to avoid getting torn to shreds." Ventus said as he was floating in mid-air across from him.
"You really expected something like this to finish me off?" Sasuke asked.
"No. Not really. However, this is my strongest technique." Ventus said.
"So you're going to give up?" Sasuke asked.
"On the contrary. I'm going to enjoy this. But beware, one slip in here can and will mean instant death." Ventus said.
"I can live with that." Sasuke said before weaving a series of hand signs "Katon: Goukakyo no Jutsu!" As soon as the flames left his mouth, however, they were extinguished "I see. So I can't use Katon Jutsus in here, can I?"
"No, you can't. Any type of flame would get snuffed out instantly." Ventus said.
"Then I suppose I'll have to beat you without using my flames." Sasuke said before black marks suddenly started covering his body.
'He's activating his curse mark?' Ventus thought as Sasuke recalled something that Kakashi had said.
"It seems that the Triforce has wiped out any trace of Orochimaru's chakra. I never thought I'd say this, but this way you could actually utilize it during battle without it corroding away at your mind."
'It's like Kakashi said, I'm not feeling any side effects from using it at all.' Sasuke thought as he looked down on his hands before at Ventus "This battle is over for you, Ventus."
"Heh. I wouldn't be too sure about that." Ventus said before black wind-like markings started covering his body, causing Sasuke's eyes to widen.
'He's got a curse mark too?' He thought.
Kage box
The Kazekage's eyes suddenly narrowed as he seemed to stare towards a specific point in the tornado.
"Hmm? Do you see something, Kazekage-dono?" Hiruzen asked as he noticed this.
"Oh, well, I thought I saw something move in there for a second, but it vanished again." The Kazekage said.
"Oh, I see." Hiruzen said before looking down at the Kazekage's right hand which was covered in bandages "Say, I've been wondering. What happened to your hand?"
"I had a slight accident the other day while training." The Kazekage said.
"Oh, yes. I remember that happening to me a few times to." Hiruzen said.
Tornado
"Sharingan, Mangekyo Sharingan, curse mark, the Triforce of Power. You really are a worthy opponent, Uchiha!" Ventus said before putting his feet on a chunk of earth as Sasuke sheathed his sword at his right hip.
Sasuke then kicked off of the chunk of earth that he was standing on, jumping towards Ventus as he aimed for a punch. Ventus blocked it with his palm, however, but then Sasuke lashed out with a kick to Ventus' side, sending the Tani-nin flying off towards the tornado's wall, but he managed to regain his balance.
"Too bad for you that you cannot fly." Ventus said.
'Kuso! This battlefield gives him a great advantage, and considering that fire techniques are useless, I can't use Din's Fire. Furthermore, the curse mark was supposed to be my final trump-card, but it means nothing as long as he's got one as well. I could use my sword, but then he'd just counter with his own. "What? Are you trying to find a way to beat me? Well, don't bother, since you can't." Ventus said before noticing that Sasuke's eyes seemed to be scanning the area.
'With all of these dust particles in the wind, I could easily turn this entire battle around… I know exactly what technique to use!' Sasuke thought before closing his eyes as he added 'I just hope that no one's too close to the tornado.'
"Nani? Are you closing your eyes because you know you can't win, so you just decided to give in to your fate?" Ventus asked before he got ready to attack "Well then, prepare to die, Uchiha."
"I won't let you win here! Amaterasu!" Sasuke said as he opened his eyes, and before Ventus knew it the dust particles caught fire in black flames.
'These are…!' Ventus thought as he remembered the flames.
Kage box
"Those flames…!" The Kazekage said as the flames started coming through the tornado.
"I've heard of them. The Amaterasu flames, black flames that can burn anything – even ordinary fire – and they can't be put out until they've burned their target." Ganondorf said.
Stands, Zabuza and Haku
'Those flames… they're the same ones that he used against me when he went mad with power.' Zabuza thought.
Stands, Konohamaru and the others
'Those are the Amaterasu flames. Heh. They're just like his brother's. Itachi-kun would probably be proud.' Kaiza thought.
Stands, Syrup and Maple
"Hey, Syrup-sama, I've never seen fire like that before." Maple said.
"Careful, Maple. It's an evil flame." Syrup said as she narrowed her eyes.
Participant box
"Hey, what's with these flames?" Naruto asked as he started to reach out with his hand.
"No! Don't tough them!" Ray yelled.
"Huh, why?" Naruto asked as he looked at him.
"They're flames, you idiot! Of course you shouldn't touch them!" Sakura yelled.
"Oh, I suppose you're right." Naruto said before looking at the flames "But still, where'd they come from? Are they part of Ventus' technique?"
"No… These are Sasuke-kun's flames." Sakura said.
Tornado
"As you said before, "one slip here can and will mean instant death". Well, your slip was to use this technique in the first place." Sasuke said with the entire tornado having been engulfed in the flames by now "Just one wrong move, and you'll burn to death."
"You're forgetting something. These are still just flames, and all flames can be extinguished!" Ventus said before sending a gust of wind at the flames, but nothing happened "Nani?"
"These flames aren't ordinary flames, you can't extinguish them." Sasuke said before asking "Say, do you remember Gaara's ultimate defense?"
"Yeah, what about it?" Ventus asked.
"Well, here's my own." Sasuke said before a purple ribcage appeared around him "It's called the Susano'o."
Sasuke then drew his sword as he jumped at Ventus, who formed his own sword, but when he tried to attack, it just bounced of one of the ribs before Sasuke's sword was suddenly coated in lightning and the Uchiha swung it through the Tani-nin.
The black flames then faded as the winds stopped blowing and the dust that hadn't burned rained down. Sasuke then landed on the ground as Ventus fell down behind him.
"The winner is… Uchiha Sasuke!" Genma announced, having escaped up to the stands when the tornado appeared.

"Alright, Sasuke!" Naruto exclaimed.
"Sasuke-kun, you're the best!" Sakura exclaimed.
'Then it's finally my turn.' Dosu thought before jumping down.
Battlegrounds
As the medics came to help Ventus out, said Tani-nin suddenly got to his feet and simply walked out on his own. Then, Sasuke and Dosu walked to the middle of the battleground where they faced each other.
"Are both of you ready?" Genma asked, gaining a nod from both "Then… Hajime!"
Dosu then charged at Sasuke, but the Uchiha pushed his arm away before kicking him hard in the jaw, causing him to fall over on the ground, unconscious.
"The winner is Uchiha Sasuke!" Genma said after what had officially been the shortest battle in Chunin Exam finals history.

"Sasuke-kun made defeating that guy look easy." Sakura said before adding "He didn't even use his Sharingan."
"Man, now I'm really glad that I gave up. I don't think I'd be able to beat him." Shikamaru said.
"You'd have to beat me first." Sakura said as she looked at him.
Battlegrounds
"Since the remaining participants are likely to be tired, we will take a one hour brake, and resume at the battle between Uzumaki Naruto and Kaminari Ray." Genma said as several people rose from their seats, not intending to sit there for a whole hour without doing anything.
Arena, infirmary
Aqua woke up before getting up in a sitting position as she looked around before Farore came over to her with a glass of water.
"I'm glad to see that you're all right." She said before handing Aqua the water "Here. Have some water."
"Thanks." Aqua said as she took the glass before drinking the water while asking "Who are you, anyway?"
"The name's Farore. Sakura asked me to heal you." Farore said.
""Farore"? As in the Goddess of Courage?" Aqua asked.
"Yeah, that's right." Farore said before walking over to Gaara to heal him as well. Back when Gaara had been brought there, she had noticed the Spirit Sage symbol on his hand.
Stands, Kiba, Hinata, Akamaru, Dimitri, and Navi
Kiba and Hinata were at the back of the seats as the latter was holding Dimitri and Navi was hovering over her head.
"Hey, Kiba, Hinata." Naruto said as he came over, and Dimitri immediately jumped down before running over and jumping into Naruto's arms to hug him.
"Naruto-kun…" Hinata said as Navi flew over to said blond.
"You did well out there." She said.
"Thanks." Naruto said before looking at Hinata "Oh, Hinata, did you watch me beat Neji?"
"Umm… Y-yeah…" Hinata said.
"If you're looking for your girlfriend, she went off to heal Sakura." Kiba said.
"Yeah. Sakura-chan told me." Naruto said.
"Uzumaki Naruto." Naruto turned around at the voice to come face-to-face with Ganondorf.
"Who're you?" The blond asked.
"Ganondorf!" Navi said between gritted teeth.
"Nani?" Naruto asked as he looked at her before looking up at the man before him "That's… Ganondorf?"
