Chunin Exam arc
Kurama no Kyubi: And now we've finally reached the end of the Chunin Exams, so the invasion will start soon, but before that, there's two more battles left in the exams, and this chappy's gonna cover both of those battles.
ImagineBreaker7: Pretty good chapter but I think it became a little but unclimatic when Naruto used the Kyubi's chakra. But it was still good, great job.
Kurama no Kyubi: Well, I wasn't trying to make it climatic, I was just trying to show you people as well as everyone watching the match how much of Kurama's chakra Naruto can control.

Kurama no Kyubi: Gaara's not gonna lose it… well, not yet anyway. And what do you mean by a side-story of Naruto and Farore making out? Aren't they kissing enough in this story? Or did you mean a side-story showing when they had sex? Sure, I could do that.
Guest: After looking at the reviews, I have a question: Is Navi the same Navi from the game I or is she like Tatl and Tael in the story; just Fairys with the same names the original characters?
Anyway, the chapter was amazing can't wait for the next one.
Kurama no Kyubi: Of course she isn't the same Navi. The events of Ocarina of time happened around 5.000 years ago. Do you really think that someone who isn't a Spirit or a God could survive that long?

Chapter 22: The Chunin Exams concludes
Sasuke and Gaara were looking at each other as Genma had already started the battle.
"Here I come." Sasuke said before throwing a couple of shuriken, but Gaara's sand came out of the gourd before blocking the star-shaped projectiles, and the sand then formed into a clone of Gaara.

"His Suna no Tate transformed into a Suna Bunshin…!" Temari said as she watched the battle.
Battlegrounds
Sasuke then charged towards Gaara before a wave of sand was sent out of the sand clone's stomach, but Sasuke leapt over the sand. The sand clone then threw a couple of sand shuriken, but they were stopped by Sasuke's own shuriken.
Sasuke then went in for a kick, but the sand clone crossed his arms to defend himself from it. Sasuke then put his hands on the ground before pushing off, and landing on his feet as he hit the clone's neck with his left arm, but the clone then smiled as sand covered Sasuke's wrist, trapping it. However, the Uchiha then delivered a palm-strike to the clone's head, destroying it.
He then charged at Gaara while moving in for a punch as Gaara's sand shield came up, but then Sasuke suddenly vanished and reappeared behind Gaara.
'Fast!' Gaara thought before Sasuke punched him, sending him flying a few feet before the sand caught him.
Stands, Lee and Guy
'He's quick. He's almost as fast as Lee's average speed… and…' Guy thought.
'… His stance matches… my Taijutsu image!' Lee thought.
Battlegrounds
Sasuke was standing before Gaara in the same Taijutsu stance which Lee had.
"Come." He said, but Gaara didn't move, and after several seconds Sasuke said "If you're not going to come to me, I'll go to you!" Sasuke then suddenly appeared behind Gaara before kicking him into the sand.
"What's the matter… That all you can do?" The Uchiha asked before vanishing as he started running around Gaara in a circle.
Stands, Lee and Guy
'That's practically the same speed as Lee without his weights.' Guy thought.

'I-it looks… just like Lee-san's Taijutsu… Even his speed is a lot greater than before.' Sakura thought.
Battlegrounds
Sasuke then appeared beneath Gaara and kicked him in the jaw before grabbing the Suna-nin's sash, and kneeing him in the gut.
Stands, Lee and Guy
'Sasuke… you really are an amazing genius. It took me years to achieve that level of speed… but you attained it in just one month…' Lee thought before adding 'However… maintaining that speed still expends quite a lot of energy, doesn't it…'
Stands, Kankuro
'What are you going to do, Gaara…? The Suna no Yoroi uses too much chakra… You can't keep it going that long…' Kankuro thought.
Battlegrounds
Suddenly, however, sand erupted from the ground under Sasuke's feet, and grabbed them before moving upwards until it had completely covered the Uchiha.
"Sabaku Kyu!" Gaara said, but instead of imploding, the sand suddenly blew outwards "Nani?"
Sasuke was still standing where he stood before, but now what looked like a purple rib-cage was around him, seemingly defending him as his Mangekyo had been activated.
"Now then, let's see whose ultimate defense is the strongest, yours or mine." He said.

'Wh-what the hell is that thing?' Temari thought.
"What the…? Hey, what's that thing around Sasuke?" Naruto asked.
"I… don't know." Sakura said, though she remembered having seen it before back at the battle on the bridge.
Battlegrounds
Sasuke then charged at Gaara again before punching him in the face and following up with a kick to the gut, sending him flying backwards. The Suna-nin managed to get his feet on the ground before he skidded to a stop, and he then threw a bunch of sand shuriken, however, they just bounced off the Susano'o.
"It's useless, nothing can get through my Susano'o." Sasuke said, but then sand suddenly burst up from the ground and grabbed one of the ribs 'Nani?'
The sand then threw the Uchiha towards the wall, but he managed to land on it safely before drawing his sword as it was suddenly coated in lightning chakra, and he charged down the wall before running towards Gaara as the sand tried to stop him, but it was just blocked by the Susano'o.
The Uchiha then appeared in front of Gaara before slashing with his sword, cutting clean trough the sand armor, though still making sure not to kill the Suna-nin.
The Susano'o then vanished as Gaara fell down to the ground, barely conscious.
"The winner is Uchiha Sasuke!" Genma announced, and everyone in the audience started cheering.
Kage box
"Heh. All three finalists are from Konoha, no wonder Konoha is regarded as the strongest ninja village." Ganondorf said.
'And then we're finally at the final match.' Hiruzen thought.
Battlegrounds
Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura were all standing in a triangular formation, looking at each other.
"Are the three of you ready?" Genma asked, and all three of them nodded, though Sakura hesitated a little "Then… Hajime!"
Sasuke then pulled out two shuriken and threw one of them at Sakura while the other at Naruto. Sakura dodged the one coming at her while Naruto simply grabbed the one that was coming at him and threw it back as Sasuke threw another one to block it.
The shuriken hit each other, and the two boys charged at one-another. Sasuke went in for a punch, but Naruto ducked under it before going in for a roundhouse kick and he sent the Uchiha flying away.
Sasuke then put his right hand on the ground before pushing off of it so that he managed to regain his balance and land on his feet.
Sakura then saw her chance and she charged at Naruto before moving in to punch him, but he suddenly ducked down before elbowing the girl in the gut. What neither of them had noticed, however, was that Sasuke was weaving a series of hand signs.
"Katon: Goukakyo no Jutsu!" Their only warning was called out and they immediately jumped in opposite directions to avoid the ball of heated oxygen.
Sasuke then came rushing at Naruto as he drew his sword and slashed it downwards towards Naruto's neck while said blond was still in the process of dodging the Goukakyo. Naruto then drew his tanto just enough to block Sasuke's sword before planting his left foot on the ground and using his other foot to kick Sasuke in the gut, sending him skidding backwards.
Kage box
"Interesting… If I hadn't known they were teammates, I'd say that they are actually trying to kill each other." Ganondorf said.
"Yes, it sure looks like that, doesn't it?" Hiruzen said.
Battlegrounds
Naruto then pulled out the vine-whip before swinging it so that it wrapped around Sasuke's sword and Naruto pulled, causing the sword to be pulled out of the Uchiha's hand.
Naruto then threw the sword to ground before putting the vine-whip back into his pouch before charging at Sasuke as he drew the Hakko Chakura To.
As he approached Sasuke, however, the Uchiha activated his Mangekyo as the Susano'o ribs appeared around him to defend him from Naruto's blade before a skeletal arm suddenly came out of the right side of the ribs before grabbing Naruto and throwing him away as Sasuke weaved a series of hand signs.
"Katon: Housenka no Jutsu!" He then fired off several fireballs towards the still air-borne Naruto.
The blond then formed a hand sign and a Kage Bunshin appeared behind him before grabbing his t-shirt and threw him out of the way of the fireballs before getting dispelled as said fireballs hit him.
Sakura then came running towards Sasuke and was about to punch him, but she stopped mere inches from his face, not being able to punch him. Sasuke then pushed her arm away before kicking her in the gut, sending her flying back before she landed on her back on the ground.
Naruto then came charging towards Sasuke, but said Uchiha kicked him in the gut as well, only to reveal that it was only a clone as it puffed away into smoke. Three other Narutos then appeared beneath Sasuke before kicking him up into the air.
"U… zu… ma… ki…" The original Naruto then used a fourth clone as a stepping board as he jumped up to above Sasuke "… Naruto Rendan!" Sasuke crossed his arms over his chest to block the incoming kick, but he was still sent with his back first into the ground so hard that a cloud of dust was kicked up.
As Naruto fell down towards the ground, Sasuke fired off a Goukakyo towards him, and this time he couldn't possibly dodge it due to being in the air. However, he closed his eyes before opening them again to reveal a pair of red slitted eyes, and he then let out a beastly roar, dispelling the Goukakyo.
Naruto then balled his hand into a fist as he cocked his arm back before thrusting it down as he approached the ground, but Sasuke rolled out of the way before activating Din's Fire. As the Uzumaki had then landed, Sasuke thrusted his arm forward before the both of them were engulfed in a ball of flames.
Sasuke's eyes then widened before he jumped back as the fire vanished to reveal Naruto defending himself with his shield.
'He blocked the fire with a wooden shield?' Sasuke thought.
Naruto then drew his sword before a blade of wind came out of the blade as he activated Farore's Wind. He then vanished before reappearing behind Sasuke and moving in to cut him in two, but then Sakura came and punched Naruto away.
Sasuke then turned around as he moved in to slam his arm into Sakura, but he was stopped by a blue shield which appeared around her as she had activated Nayru's Love. Sakura then went in for a kick at Sasuke, but the Uchiha caught her foot in his hand.
"Nice. You're not hesitating this time." Sasuke said before Sakura added pressure to her foot, causing the Uchiha to jump back.
The three of them were then standing in triangle around the middle of the battleground, looking towards each other, they then charged forward at the same time.
Outside Konoha
On the road outside of Konoha were Kakashi, Obito, Nawaki, and Tekashi running as fast as they could, trying to get back to the village. Suddenly, Obito's head jerked towards the west, as he seemingly noticed something.
"Everyone, scatter!" He said before the four of them jumped in four different directions just before a crater appeared in the ground where they'd just been.
They then appeared in a shunshin at the edge of the crater.
"What the…? Where'd that come from?" Tekashi asked.
"It's got to be Luna's handiwork." Nawaki said.
"Hmm? What do you mean?" Kakashi asked as he looked at the Senju.
"Seven Reapers of Death; Hikari no Luna. She is the leader of Tani's Element 7, and the strongest of the Seven Reapers despite not being their leader. Her magic – Lunarium – is a powerful light magic which is supposedly one of the three sub-magics of the Light Force itself." Obito said. (Kurama no Kyubi: Just so you know, Lunarium is a self-made word that popped into my head just now.)
"A form of Light Magic? So it came at us at the speed of light? Then if we'd been there a second longer, we wouldn't be here to talk about this." Tekashi said.
"That's true. Thanks to her magic, skill, and accuracy of her attacks, Luna is largely regarded as being the equivalent of a Demi-God. In fact, it's even said that if she was at the south-western end of the Land of Wind, she could hit someone who's on the north-eastern end of the Land of Lightning in-between the eyes." Nawaki said before adding "Though I suspect that that's highly over-exaggerated."
"But even so, we would need to do something about her once we get back to the village." Kakashi said before staring at Obito from the corner of his eyes while thinking 'It's like Tekashi-san said, that attack came at us at the speed of light, but yet you noticed it and was able to warn us in time before the attack reached us. Obito, what powers are you hiding?'
"You're right, Kakashi-kun. But first we have to warn everyone before it's too late." Nawaki said before the four of them continued running as he added "I just hope that we're in time."
Konoha, arena, battlegrounds
Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura then cocked their arms back as they got closer to one-another, and they thrusted their arms forward as the Triforce marks glowed brightly. They then hit each other's fists, and they entire battleground was covered in a blinding light which – from above – looked just like the Triforce.
Stands, ANBU
Behind the stands was an ANBU agent standing as he put his hand on the shoulder of a random person. The person then suddenly dozed off and fell asleep, and the "ANBU" made a hand sign.
Stands, Konohamaru and the others
Konohamaru looked up to see feathers start falling from above.
"Feathers?" He said as he held out his hand before one of the feathers landed in it before dispersing.
"Kaa-san, Ji-san!" Inari said as both Tsunami and Tazuna had fallen asleep.
"Ah! Udon-kun!" Moegi said as Udon had also fallen asleep.
Stands, Zabuza, Haku, and Kaiza
"This is…" Kaiza said.
"They're finally making their move." Zabuza said before he and Haku made a hand sign each and they both called out "KAI!"
Stands, Lee and Guy
'Genjutsu?' Guy thought as Lee fell asleep before he made a hand sign and called out "KAI!"
Stands, Syrup and Maple
"Syrup-sama, what's going on?" Maple asked.
"It's Genjutsu. Hurry, put up a magical barrier!" Syrup said.
"O-okay…" Maple said.
Stands, Farore and the others
"KAI!" Kotetsu and Izumo called out before looking down at Farore, Hinata, and Kiba who were apparently unconscious.
"What should we do with these guys?" Kotetsu asked.
"Let them be, as long as they're asleep, I don't think the enemy's gonna do anything to them." Izumo said.
"Right!" Kotetsu said before the two of them shunshined away.
Just after they had left, however, Farore cracked open one eye to make sure that they were gone, and after seeing that there weren't anyone there, she fully opened both eyes before raising to her feet and putting her hands on Hinata and Kiba's heads, causing both of them to wake up.
"Huh? What happened?" Kiba asked as Akamaru also woke up thanks to Farore.
Stands, Baki
'Genjutsu…! Kabuto's finally making his move, huh…? Then it's almost… time!' Baki thought.
Kage box
The Kazekage and Hiruzen stared towards each other.
"Shall we get going…?" The Kazekage asked as his bodyguards charged forward, and one of them pulled out a smoke grenade before throwing it, causing the entire Kage box to be engulfed in smoke.
'Commence operation!' Vaati, Agahnim, Ray, Flare, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, Baki, Gaara, Kankuro, and Temari thought simultaneously.

At the academy, he befriended the usually quiet Aburame Shino, and the extremely shy Hyuga Hinata, and the three of them were eventually put on the same team under the supervision of Yuhi Kurenai.

Also note that three of the ones defending Konoha are gonna kick the bucket by the time the invasion's over.
