We all know the song Romeo & Cinderella...

but what ever happened to Juliet?

We were 16 years old when we made that promise.

I relive the experience everyday, so much that I could probably describe it in full detail.

Romeo stood close to me, his bare chest almost touching mine. He pushed my bangs away from my eyes, and as he did that, the lacy strap of my camisole fell down. We didn't bother to fix it. He kept his hand on my cheek. "I love you, you know that, right?" he said in a voice that could make any girl melt.

"Definitely. I love you, too." I softly squeaked out. This whole experience was very overwhelming.

"Every word I say is true." He said, brushing his hand on my exposed thigh. He leaned in for a passionate kiss.

"Everything we do is true." came out of my mouth. We kissed harder, and it eventually lead to more.

He looked deep into my eyes. "It's you, no one else. I can't love anyone else."

Of course, I fell for it. Every word he said.

Promises are made for breaking, especially in Romeo's mind.

I watched carefully, as Romeo stood with her, with looks of love in both of their eyes. He looked at me like that once. And I did exactly what she was doing.

She was Cinderella. I was Juliet.

Wasn't the fairy tale called Romeo and Juliet? Where was Cinderella in this?

She was in Romeo's heart, that's where. A place where I was once.
