Chapter 8

The End Begins

It was morning. As the sun was covered by a dark cloud, the Armada Ships touched down on the asphalt of the city block streets, and then the ships hatches open. They stepped out with rifles in pose as they marched through the streets over the dead bodies of the Reptoids who were all killed off to keep them from leaving the city. So far nothing but silence. But then a loud boom sounded, and an Irken in the front line fell, purple blood seeped through the gaping hole in his head. From on top of a skyscraper Darkbootie yelled with his sniper in hand. "ATTACK!" Before the stunned Irkens could do nothing as rebel Irkens, National guard, and the SEN agents jumped out of hiding with plasma guns, water guns, and regular firearms to combat the Irkens.

"For Julius Caesar! For Alexander the Great, for George Washington! WE WILL NOT FALL!" Darkbootie yelled at the top of his lungs as he aimed down his sniper plucking off some Irkens like bird of prey.

In the massive Red and Zim sat down moving the pawns toward each other on the chess table. "It's begun Zim...the battle for the future of not just this galaxy, the universe...maybe beyond in due time!" Zim stared intensely back into Red's psychopath eyes. "Yeah but you have to understand, the communism of the Irken empire means nothing Red. Together we have to think at a same goal to evolve a species, forcing someone to be like you is completely opposite. Your empire may last a long time but hear me now...it will fall..." Red smirked, "Very dramatic Zim, but I'm here to survive natural selection, all those incompetent and stupid will be trampled under our feet."

Dib and Gaz were both holding guns as they fired from the windows. "Tak to the tower yet?" Dib asked and Gaz looked through her binoculars, "Yeah she is...we just have to hold off a bit mor- wait shes stopped by that soldiers camp...what's she doing?"

Inside the camp Skoodge was washing himself with Irken water to make sure he was refreshed. But before he could reach a towel Tak clamped her hand on his mouth and put a sword to his throat. "How could you...You killed him!" Skoodge blinked in fear but then another hand grabbed Tak's shoulders and pulled her into the hall. It was Mar, her hand replaced with a robotic one. She growled as she punched Tak all the way into a window which towered into a work out area for their team. Glass shattered and Tak got to her feet when Mar came down. From another door came Tenn with a metal bar in her hand.

"I never thought it could come to this."

"Me neither bitch," Mar said bitter-fully, "you called us a team, you taught us everything you know, and you ditch us?! If that's not bad enough you even fight us, betrayed the empire! Tenn, Skoodge, and I were stunned right Tenn?" Tak turned to Tenn to see she had a timid look about fighting Tak, slowly she nodded. Tak sighed, "Look I missed you too. There is an explanation to this and I can explain once this is all over but for now I need to finish business needing finishing. But for now out of my way." Mar cocked a pistol aiming it right between Tak's eyes, "As an Elite of the Irken Empire I have one warning to give, the rest will be permanent."

Tak looked to Tenn and back to Mar, and then looked at the broken window to see Skoodge watching with a towel wrapped around himself. But then Tak struck as she punched Mar in her belly, she clutched it as she walked backward. Behind her Tenn swung her metal bar but Tak ducked. Again Tenn swung but Tak jumped over it. Mar got back up and charged her fist passed Tak accidentally hitting Tenn in the face knocking her out. Tak picked up the metal bar and swung like a baseball player knocking a tooth from Mar's mouth as she hit the floor. You're out.

"The Towers," Tak said as she began to run out of the camp, Dib, Gaz, and the whole Earth needed it more then Tak needed to do her business. Quickly she ran across the terrain when she noticed a little red dot on her arm. Turning around she saw Mar about 60 feet away with it, "Smile Bitch!" Mar yelled before looking down the sights.

*WHACK!*

Mar hit the ground unconscious, there still wrapped up in a towel was Skoodge holding the metal bar was Skoodge. Tak was in disbelief but then Skoodge smiled shooting her an Irken salute. Tak was stunned but then smiled shooting him back the salute.

"I'm so foolish...it can't be Skoodge...he would never do that."

Back in the city square a giant box dropped from the Armada fell to the ground about an hour ago but now what came out was a giant mobile tank. So far according to maps it was heading straight for the SEN HQ at a very slow pace. So far missiles have done nothing but Raymond and a small select group of Resisty soldiers had decided to infiltrate the machine.

Raymond grinned to his companions, "Time to Suck the Blood like the parasites we are." he then picked up his rifle as he jumped off the building on to the robots surface. Soon the others followed as he opened a hatch to the inside of the garbage disposal. Inside there were many pipes and tunnels leading into the machine, but very carefully Raymond slipped into a main hallway. "Alright you two go to engineering sabotage some stuff," the two soldiers carefully slipped down the stairs and Raymond looked to the last soldier, "You're with me," the soldier nodded as he and Raymond slipped up the bridge. "This is strange...empty," the soldier commented. It was true, a Tank like this always had people on board and normally when dropped took five minutes to open, but this one took an hour.

Then a red light on Raymond's belt started beeping, instead of communication which can be hacked they used a sort of paging system to indicate danger. The red light meant the others were in trouble. "Go see what it is while I shut this down." the soldier nodded as Raymond approached the the computers and began typing. But then he turned as he heard a yell, behind him as he saw Byron, his face horribly mutilated from his last encounters with Zim and himself. In his hand he held the soldiers head.

Raymond immediately pulled out his pistol but Byron swung with his axe cutting through Raymond's leg making the bone bend outward. Raymond yelled in agonizing pain as Byron picked him up and flung him at a garbage shoot leading right in front of a disposal line, on it was a conveyer belt with a giant fan with razor sharp blades. Raymond sighed trying to grab hold of the platform which people would safely stand on but Byron jumped down too and he cracked his knuckles. The world was fading for Raymond but then it hit him, the light gun. Skald had made it for fun, it had the ability to hit matter, turn matter into light and once it hit more matter the object hit and turned back into it's original form. It had even been tested on living things and worked...could it here?

As Byron raised his axe Raymond shot him with it, he yelled out as he turned into a bright light and was shot on to the conveyer belt, he hit the fan and exploded into a purple haze of tissue and blood. Raymond sighed as he won. But not yet, he slowly limped upstairs, still loosing blood as he typed in new coordinates and passed out in front of the monitor.

On earth Dib fired his gun rapidly up and down the giant megadoomers walking through the streets. One turned to him and a red light aimed at him. "Shit!" he yelled as he jumped away from the window out of the room leaving only a cloud of dust to pollute the air. Downstairs Gaz used Zim's shotgun to plow against Irken forced pushing against the door in which the rebels were holding off in. It took 6 Resisty soldiers to shut it. Gaz gritted her teeth. "Stand back..." the spooked Resisty soldiers saw the old scary Gaz Dib and her father once knew. As they let go, there were the Irkens with an Irken battering ram. She gave a war cry shoving her shotgun into one's chest and blowing it apart. The other Resisty troops inspired by her courage cocked their guns and began to move to offense, now the Irkens were in trouble.

"RED! This is General Zar! The humans and Resisty are overwhelming us!" Zim smirked as Red fiddled with his queen, "Look's you're losing Red." Red smirked back, "My plans not failing...the Armada's plan is!" Red pressed a button on his wrist and sirens sounded on the Massive.

On the ground the troops fought against each other. The Irkens reinforcements arrived to help but the giant siren sounded. Dib covered his ears, it sounded like war of the worlds. But to everyone's surprise smaller ships flew out of the Armada and landed on the ground behind the Irkens, out came soldiers...all looking like Zim. One Irken came closer as well as one Zim, everyone held their breath.

"Have you come to help us?"

Zim nodded giving a cocky grin, "Yeah."

The Irken turned around and raised his gun over his head giving a victory cry. The whole army copied yelling barbarically, but then the Zim clone took out a pistol and put a battery in his head. His body fell to the ground. Now the battle was on again, this time the Irkens ran instead of fought. While Dib and his armies cocked their guns and attacked head on. But still ships kept dropping, more Zim clone dropping down in their ships. They would soon outnumber any resistance.

"This is madness!" Zim yelled as he looked out the window, "Red stop this!" Red banged his fist on the table, "Not until we finish! This is our fight Zim, we will be free of those damn computers!...Your turn."

At the final tower Tak stood with pride, she saw in the courtyard at least 50 Zims with swords of their own. Tak closed her eyes, took a deep breath, then charged with her swords, the thought of Black dying burning in her memory. The Zims never saw it coming, they attacked and slashed at her but she didn't seem to be affected. Zim was never good with melee weapons so Tak was far superior.

Soon she was down to the last three, one charged into the air to cut her head off but she raised her sword opening his chest in a straight line. The next came and swung his sword left and right missing Tak as she shoved her blade into him. The next guy ran and swung down cutting a piece of her belt, she cut off both of his hands and shoved his own sword through his PAK. "...What a-a-are y-you," Zim stuttered, purple blood gushing from his mouth.

Tak whispered right next to his head, "...I'm a ghost..." she then pushed him off the blade to die. But then she heard a short fizzing sound as her belt died. All over her body cuts were appearing, the attacks the other Zims made were concealed by the very same technology that made Tak appear human. The cuts weren't too deep she decided as she walked towards the tower.

"Bravo Tak...Bravo," Tak stopped dead in her tracks and turned to see the masked Irken. "You...you're not Skoodge! Who are you?!" The Irken's mask hissed as he chuckled, "Tell you what, I'll fight you. You win you get to learn who I am...deal?" it was a dare, Tak would accept it regardless. She would cut off his head and rip the mask clean off to see who it is. "Deal."

The masked Irken pulled out his own blades twirling them around for style, Tak only used hers in the appropriate manner. Then they ran at each other, Tak attempted a side swipe but the Irken rolled out of the way and swung around to make a rather deep cut in her side. She staggered as he flipped back and swung the sword across her back making blood pour out of her like crazy. She stood up again swinging in anger as she kept missing. Then he pushed his knee into her face knocking her back, he then sent his fist flying into her jaw, then moved his feet in a round house kick knocking Tak clean off her feet.

She lay on the ground, blood almost gone from her system but then the masked Irken sighed, "I always knew you were persistent Tak...so I will reward you with you so much desire." Tak's eyes widened as she saw him take off the mask and under it...WAS BLACK'S FACE!

"WHAT?!" Black chuckled, "Surprised? Should be." Tak got to her knees.

"B-B-But you were dead! You said you killed Black!:

"B-B-But I killed myself, I had an Irken blood pouch on me that day on the train, set to explode using a sniper battery, as it explodes I would inject myself with a chemical causing me to become clinically dead, such as my eyes going darker then usual."

"I-I don't understand!"

"Don't! The reason you hate Zim so much was because he entered the Bloodsports with you...at least the prototype Zim. My job was to escort him to victory, but you killed him, Green had your mind erased and I was put in charge of the group to keep track of you. I gained your trust, your heart, and everything else. So when Zim 2, or Red was finally thinking independently he formulated a plan to have me kill myself and join him. So I did, now I will be apart of the biggest empire in the universe!"

Tak couldn't believe him, had a hard time believing anything at the moment. Her memory banks flashed after the bloodsports she was lying in a healing pod, her eyes were still a little bloodshot but she looked up from out the pod Black put his hand on the glass smiling, Tak grinned weakly putting her hand there as well.

Tak growled like an animal as she got up and swung her fist at Black, "LAIR! YOU BETRAYED ME! I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU!" Then Black grinned as he punched her left cheek making blood fly into the air, as Tak staggered back he sent another punch into her belly. Then he finished off with a kick right into her chin sending her flying back on the ground, she wasn't moving. "Defect scum."

On the massive Zim snapped his fingers, "I understand what you mean Red...the message." Red looked at him, "What message?" Zim retold, " The '

once the rooks fall earth will be ours, once the pawns will be in their places the queen will have no choice but to assimilate.' message. It means the clones are the pawns, Dib, Tak, Gaz, Byron, and X are the rooks...and I'm the queen. When the pawns are in their places the queen will have no choice but to assimilate."

Red grinned, "Very good Zim, you are completely right, this entire battle is one big chess game. Tallest Green has used chess to plan strategies, so I have taken chess to the battlefield characterizing them by their names. You, the queen, have been lured here and are now mine to uphold. Dib, Tak, and Gaz are the rooks, since only one EMP tower remains Tak has only one chance to defeat it. But my spy is already dealing with her, once she's dead i'll kill Dib and Gaz powerless to defend themselves. Next will be Raymond who is the king of the resistance, with him dead the Resisty will die too, not only that their participation with the Meekrob will reveal some hidden data on them. Oh say enough to wipe the Meekrob out! And you Zim...you will harvested for DNA. Your genes are divine to make a species independent of the Control Brains and will completely."

Zim thought, "That makes you the king...or the control brain doesn't it?"

Red stopped, "What?"

"It's simple, the other Zims are connected to you, if you die they die too."

Red laughed heart fully, "Oh Zim, very observant...wish you weren't so damn clever. But yes, I am the king in this game...too bad you can't shoot."

Back on the ground, Dib and the Resisty were pushed back to the building he was sniping from. Darkbootie in front of him yelled, "Dib!" Dib turned but then a sniper sent a bullet through his leg. He fell over in agony, Dib ran out and started to carry Darkbootie into the safe house. The doors shut behind him clamping shut. Dib laid Darkbootie on the ground ,"You OK?"

Dark nodded, "Yes...I can't feel much."

A Resisty medic commented, "The sniper shot was accurate, penetrated one of his major blood arteries...he is going to bleed help until we get some sever medical attention."

"Go get some,"

"We were cut off from our supplies when the Zim's fell."

Dib looked gravely to Darkbootie, "Now Dib come closer..."

Dib obeyed coming closer and then Darkbootie laid a medallion in Dib's hands, "My eyes...have been...and forever shall be swollen by the truth..."

Darkbootie then gave a long sigh, his fingers let go of the medallion as he passed away. The medallion was the insignia of the Swollen Eyeball Network, only the President is allowed to wear it, and Dib was granted the honor of it. Everything slowed for Dib, he turned to his fellow allies as they were fending off the Zims, he looked at the small amount of Irken soldiers cowering in the corner, then there were the SEN agents drastically hurt.

"I'm not ready," Dib said as he rubbed he medallion.

But he gritted his teeth and then stood up, "Resisty medics! Help the SEN agents. Irkens! Stop cowering, pick up a rifle and join us!" Dib sighed mentally hoping Tak was almost finished with the Tower.

Tak lay on the ground in deep sleep, not like many nights before plagued by the many thoughts of revenge, or misery...no this was different. She was in a room filled with a bright light, in a opposite chair sat a woman of her same species, purple eyes, curled antennae, and a purple crown. "Hello Tak," Tak spoke shakily, "W-Who are you?" she smiled, "I'm your inner-self. I represent your leadership and logical thinking." Tak shook her head, "That can't be...no Irken has had a split personality before." She grinned more, "i'm not a split personality...I'm a part of you who you have not depended on for a long time. The form you depended on has been shell-shocked by the news so I have come to tell you your problem." Tak raised an eyebrow? "Problem?" she nodded with a smile, "Tak you're a leader...you have to put your duty before your feelings. This is how Red manipulated you, you had been taken control off...once you control your emotions you will be perfect."

"But...Dib,"

"Dib will be dead without your help."

Black had begun to walk back to the tower, perhaps grab a snack r a drink but then Tak rose up, Black curved around to see her face covered in blood but she didn't seem affected by the stinging pain. "Never know when to quit do ya?" he charged with his blade out, Tak simply just stood motionless but then the sword slashed through empty air, Tak had jumped up into the air, gave a war cry, and shot her foot into Black's traitorous face. He we blown back rubbing his cheek. "Well...that was rude," he spat, "I think I'm going to take back everything I said about you." He swung his blades again, Tak picked her's up and blocked in an X like motion, as Black strafed away Tak swung past his cheek making a line of blood run down it. Black now growled in frustration as he swung past her very fast, the wind was his only target. She then ducked down and used her sword to make a huge cut at his waist. As he yelled she swung the other blade on the side of his neck, lightly grazing his jugular and blood flew for a bit.

He felt woozy but he charged forward, fast as the wind but Tak delivered a round house kick removing both of his swords into the air, she threw her left sword cutting his right arm, threw her right sword cutting his left arm, and once Black's two swords fell she stuck them through his shoulders sinking them into the wall, Black passed out from the lack of blood, she had won.

In the building a few people yelled out as the Zims penetrate the building entrance shooting everything. They flooded upstairs shouting out threats and insults. Gaz came to fight the hand to hand, but one Zim snatched her watch off, they then held her down while one took out a machete. "Red says this one's pregnant with the abomination...let's cut it out." Gaz screamed and immediately Dib threw himself on the one with the machete but he grunted and elbowed him in his gut knocking him back, "Look...it's the Resisty's super weapon!" the Zim's all laughed as Dib stood up, "Such a shame," he then withdrew a pistol from his belt and shot him three times in his chest.

"NO!" Gaz screamed as Dib fell backward on the ground, motionless. She began to struggle more then ever, "Hold her down...I we want this painless...right?"

At the final tower Tak walked into the control bridge without any fuss, she quickly turned off the main power source and slowly it shut down.

"3...2...1," before the Irken cut Gaz his Machete had blue lightning all over and it jammed itself into the Irken's eye. As he fell back behind him stood, alive and healed. "Get your damn hands of my sister."

Tak walked back out to the courtyard about to report back into Raymond.

"...This it huh?..." Black wheezed, awake now still stuck to the wall. Tak looked at him listening for him to speak, "...We could go out together...you know...make our own force...Red's not gonna take me back in...humans will never accept the Irkens...we'll be better off."

Tak was silent for a few moments.

"Last time my heart trusted you...you broke it," She thought about the kiss Dib shared with her, "You will never be my ally again." Black frowned and coughed up some blood. "OK...then do it...kill me..." Black threw a knife at Tak's feet, "You wanted this to happen...well you got it...kill me, here, and now."

Tak picked it up she was ready not only to put the blade into his skull but put her whole arm through it.

"No...you'll be captured and arrested by the police force of earth...Have a nice day Black, "She places a tracking beacon in his neck injury, he cried out in pain, "Try getting that out," she retorted as she walked out. Black smiled weakly as he hacked on his own blood coughing, he couldn't blame her, but he was confident one day he would return and she would come back to him. But indeed Tak was his splitting image.

More Irkens approached the concrete building Dib and Gaz were in, green and blue lightning shined everywhere launching Zim's everywhere, some lightning even threw objects at them, Gaz used her powers to redirect some batteries that were fired. The armies steadily formed into one which began to overcome Red's army.

Zim sat back in his chair with his arms crossed as Red stared back at him.

"Red, the towers are gone! The Bishop's have their powers back! The knight Tak is joining up with knight Raymond."

Zim heard this and gave something to someone he hadn't in a while: his signature cocky grin. "Well, well, well Red. Seems the battle has reached a pivot point wouldn't you say?" Zim moved a pawn and knocked out a bishop.

"Say what you want, I still have the upper-hand." Red moved a bishop to take out Zim's knight.

"Please, my army has reclaimed our secret weapons, Tak and Raymond shall defeat Byron and X." Zim took out the queen, almost a row next to the king.

"So?" Red questioned moving his king to the left.

"Checkmate." Zim said as he moved his final bishop into ordinance line where the king would be, he couldn't go back because of the pawn. Indeed he was trapped. Red stared at this for a moment then laughed which confused Zim.

"Obliviously you have outwitted m," Red then pulled a gun from inside the chair aiming it at Zim. Zim instantly froze up as Red got up moving closer. But then he was astonished as Red put the gun in Zim's hands and aimed it at his own head.

"Come on Zim, you can do it. Be the hero you were meant to be."

Zim began to sweat, this was different. This was Red, the Irken that created him, but could possibly destroy him. He had attacked people before but after the Control Brain incident he hadn't recalled even killing a soul, sure he might have attacked mortally but he hadn't taken someone's life for he knew. Slowly...

He put the gun down, "No...I'm not like you." Red blinked looking at Zim, "You will be put under arrest." Red grinned, "Nope!" Red then punched Zim in his stomach making him double over in pain. Red snatched the gun and aimed it at him. "PFFT! To think I thought of you not as an equal but something higher. Zim you are just a lost cause now, you have been little help to me to create my own independent species and an empire. So it pains me Zim it really does," Red stops smiling as he cocks his gun. Zim flinches waiting for the pain.

"However..." Red pauses, "...I can give you a second chance," Zim opens his eyes for a single second and then yelps as a battery flies through his leg. Red throws a gun on the ground where Zim is and runs out of the room. Zim groans as he staggers to stand up gripping the gun as he runs out after him.

But another Zim is waiting, he sends his fist into Zim's face making him fly backwards. He drops his gun, before he can grab it another Zim grabs Zim in a lock. The other Zim pulls out a knife dragging it a little under Zim's left eye making red blood trail down.

"Abomination Blood..." he says before he stabs one of Zim's eyes.

Zim yells out as he kicks him off and tugs the knife out of his eye, tuning around and slitting the throat of the Zim holding him. They both fall on the ground and Zim reclaims his gun as he walks off to the Generator room. Inside there are many Zims waiting for him but he just manages to spot Red rushing past them.

Zim was ready to end this now, he aimed his gun and sent a battery flying. It then shot through Red like lightning, penetrating the right side of his pack and chest. But something miraculous.

On Earth the Zims seemed to come everywhere now, the dropships seemed to have their own Zim replicator and kept spawning them. Now it was too much for Dib and Gaz to handle.

Then one by one they dropped dead, some in mid-pose while others barely moved. Dib and Gaz gasped as the whole Zim army fell and the Irken, National Guard, SEN, and the Resisty forces shouted victoriously. Then Dib turned to see Tak running down the street a little bloodied up but still beautiful, then he ran to her and gave the most beautiful kiss they both have experienced.

Gaz sighed s she witnessed this then looked into the sky at the Massive.

It made perfect sense, Red was the control brain for his clone army. In many varying Irkens it would be a different story, but in Irkens exactly copied it would be easy. Red crawled a little past the dead bodies of his soldiers as Zim limped over him.

"We won."

Red merely laughed, "Before you kill me...how bout a pop quiz? Huh?"

Zim raised and eyebrow, "How many people does it take to pilot the Massive Manually?" This was a simple question, almost everyone who had been in pilot training knew this. "8...why?"

Red grinned, "Just checking," then he raised up a detonator and pressed the button, then the generator burst apart with a might boom.

Everyone on the ground gasped as a giant boom filled the air. The once still Massive was now falling from orbit.

"Oh no," Tak murmured. Dib looked to he, "What is it?" Tak looked to him, "Dib the Massive uses a radiation core, so powerful it almost never needs to be replaced. It's something similar to Zim's shotgun shells. It is very sensitive and well protected, bu if it crashes there will be fallout, not of the country, but of the planet." Dib looked back at it.

On board a siren screamed a red light flashed. "WARNING! WARNING! AUTOPILOT IS OFFLINE, NO PILOT MEMBERS DETECTED IN THE BRIDGE. GRAVITY DETECTED" Zim sat up, various shards of metal debris had cut into him when the explosion launched them everywhere. He then he looked over to Red's unmoving body laying face first in a pile of purple blood.

Zim then stood up clutching his injured stomach and ran to the bridge. There was a captains chair, many switches and buttons. Zim was sweating.

"Think...think!" He then turned to one switch reading reverse boosters and flipped it. On the front of the ship a set of boosters had fired up only slowing the collision course down. Zim the percentage of thrust to the max. Next thing he knew another siren wailed about thruster exhaust overheating. Zim slammed down his fist on the button releasing the valves letting exhaust come out.

On the ground Dib stared intensely at the massive then gripped his fingers. Blue lightning flew and Dib floated up into the air before soaring away. "Dib!" Where are you gong?!" Tak shouted. Dib then stopped on the highest free standing structure he could think of...the Membrane tower. The Massive was coming down right towards him and Dib showed his hands at the massive making blue lightning shoot out wrapping around the structure. Immediately his nose began to pour blood, he wasn't ready for something this big but so much was at stake.

Zim continued to press buttons trying to increase the height from earth to the massive. Then as Zim held down a button a giant lever appeared, but as e walked away from it the lever disappeared. Zim stopped and ran back and held down the button again and it re-appeared. Zim tried to reach for the button across with his arm but he still couldn't reach.

Dib took a deep breath and flexed his arms holding his palms out to the giant ship. Then lightning from the street lamps, outlets in his building, and cars from below and shot up at the massive. The blue lightning began to wrap around it slowing it's decent. But Dib began to feel his energy draining, his nose began to bleed and his arms felt weak. It wasn't enough...he needed more power. But then it hit him, he remembered what the Meekrob told him, he had to use his life energy, but he was warned if he did use it he could possibly be sucked out of his body forever. He sighed, "It's a risk I need to take."

Dib then sighed as his eyes became white as marbles and the blue lightning seemed to grow brighter. He then grunted as he moved the Massive over the huge cities, the survivors, Irken and human watching in fear as it was set down in a pond. Dib then exhaled, his eyes returned to normal, but he fell off the building. An Irken ship, piloted by Tak and Gaz flew under him catching him. Immediately Tak set the ship down and dragged Dib outside.

"Did?! You did it...Dib?!" he wasn't moving

"DIB?!"

Dib gasped loudly as he sat up. "Tak?..." he looked around, this wasn't earth...it was somewhere different. It was a foggy blue world that wasn't hot, nor cool...he didn't seem to feel anything. "Hello?! Meekrob?" But then he saw someone moving out in the fog, "Hello?" then he gasped as boys and some adults nearly middle aged seemed to come out of the fog, some were wearing glasses, some seemed to primitive to wear them. They seemed to come from different time frames, one was a cowboy, one was a civil war veteran, one seemed to wear knight's armor. But what shocked him was the similarity between him and them. The looked exactly the same...it hit him, these were his ancestors...but that could only mean. "Hello son."

Dib's eyes then fluttered open as he looked around at Tak and Gaz. Tak squealed in relief as she kissed him. But Dib seemed to be in tears, "You're OK?" Dib nodded, "Gaz," she raised an eyebrow, "I...saw Dad." Now Gaz has rarely cried but she had never cried this much as she seemed to sob as she hugged Dib. "He said...It was his failing to recognize why his family tree was so weird and supernatural. It was my destiny...like those before me...Gaz we weren't the first to have these powers...Gaz...he also told me to tell you...to smile a little more, you are expecting a great future with the child in you."

Zim sighed as he let go of the button and fell on his back. He was so tired, he lost a lot of blood and could barely see with his one working eye. But he was finished. The earth was saved, time to leave. But as he got up he met a metal bar to his forehead. "We had a future you and I...now I have a future." Red stood there, his severely mutilated face covered with Irken blood. Zim doubled over in pain as he tried to stand. Then Red raised the bar and whacked him in the back of the head. "You were the answer, the final puzzle piece!" he then kicked over the chess table, the pieces clanged to the floor. "You were the dawn of a new age! A NEW UNIVERSE! AND YOU TAINTED MY VISION!" Red raised his metal club again but Zim managed to grab it but it was no use, Red's anger had overwhelmed Zim's fatigue. Zim merely fell back and tried to pick up a gun he found next to him. But Red threw the bar at Zim and picked the gun up for himself. "You...are the definition of defect...any last words?" Zim tried to sit up, but he gurgled on his own blood as he got to his knees. "Didn't think so." Red then aimed the gun at Zim's head.

BOOM!

HAHA This is only one part left so don't whine ok, wanna see your shocked expressions later. Please review
