Chapter 4

Izaya woke up with a pain in his abdomen, he felt slightly queasy and a little bit nauseous. He let out a loud groan waking up the blonde next to him.

"What's wrong, you look a little pale" Shizuo asked taking the raven into his arms.

"I don't know I feel a little sick" Izaya began to rub his stomach tenderly.

"Alright how about I go take the girls to school you can stay here. I'll call Shinra if you want"

"Don't stress it, I'll text him later, good luck with the girls. Ugh!" Izaya fall back on the bed and buried his face in his pillow. He heard the bed springs creak as the blonde got up. "Maybe I'm just sore from last night" Izaya said with a smirk, Izaya heard no response only the sound of the closet door open and the sound of clothes falling.

"I'll see you in like half an hour" the door shut and Izaya lazily drifted to sleep.

Shizuo made his way to the girls' room. He really hoped they weren't in the middle of something or...naked. Shizuo slowly opened the door, he saw the two girls were already dressed in their blue uniforms.

"Oh Shizuo" Shizuka said noticing the blonde at the doorway "What are you doing here?"

"I'm taking you guys to school"

"Oh alright" Shizuka began to buckle up her shoe "Hey Shizuo why do we have to wear skirts?" the blonde girl said as she tugged on the piece of clothing.

"Yeah she's right" Kanra stated "Why skirts? Well at least we're wearing shorts underneath" Kanra lifted up her skirt to show the pair of long black shorts she had on.

"Just how it is I guess. You guys ready?"

"Yep" Shizuka took Kanra's hand and they began to walk. "So where's the flea?"

"Well Izaya was feeling a little bit off, he's going to call Shinra later. Hopefully he'll have some medicine with him"

"Alright" Kanra said softly. Something's not right here.

Izaya forced his body out of bed; he reached out for his phone and began to compose a text.

(Celty tell Shinra to get over here)

Izaya got up and put on the first pair of pants and shirt he could grab, he didn't care. As he began to buckle up his pants he heard his phone buzz. He looked at the screen and saw Celty had responded.

(Shinra's went out to go see a patient; I can come over if you want)

Damn bad timing, Izaya began to type his answer.

(Alright sounds good, can you take me to the store to get some medicine or something)

(Sure)

Izaya let out a sigh. He went to go get his shoes as he put his phone and keys in his pocket. He made his way to the living room and inferred that Shizuo and the girls had left only five minutes ago. Izaya sat down on the couch and waited for the headless woman to arrive. He didn't feel too hungry so he just grabbed an apple.

Celty made a small note for Shinra to read in case he got home early.

Izaya wants to see you, he's been feeling sick.

Celty made his way to her steed and hopped on. She tore her way through the city sending an echoed roar through the city. The city was just beginning to wake up; people were walking all around the city streets as cars and motorcycles filled the roads as

Celty parked her horse and made it to Izaya's apartment, she knocked on the door twice and Izaya immediately opened the door.

"Hey Celty what have you been up to?"

(Mostly dealing with Shinra and stuff, you know he can be a…handful)

"Okay well I'm ready to go, Shizuo will probably be back soon and I'm hoping to be back here before him"

(I heard the girls were going to Raira)

"Yeah, I wonder if anyone has figured out that they're way too much like us"

(Doubt it)

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure anyone who worked there when we were in school really doesn't want to think about us"

The two made their way to the store, Izaya decided to buy some groceries too since Shizuka and Shizuo could clean out a fridge like no one else. He then began looking for the right medicine. He felt queasy and sick but wasn't sure what he could buy that would help. Suddenly Izaya got the urge to throw up. Izaya held his hand over his mouth and ran to the nearest bathroom leaving the confused dullahan behind. Izaya wasn't playing close attention and ran into the women's restroom by accident, he threw up in the sink rather violently too. Luckily for him no one seemed to be in the restroom.

(Izaya what's wrong!)

Celty patted his back trying to help compose the raven.

"Ugh I…I-" before Izaya could finish he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket. Izaya took out his phone and tried his best to control his worlds "Hello"

"Hey where'd you go? When I left you were too tired to even get up"

Izaya really didn't want to make Shizuo worry so he decided not to mention the whole throwing up thing "Shinra wasn't available so Celty gave me a ride to the store" Izaya turned to Celty "I think you should get me home now"

(Sure thing)

"I'm heading home right now"

"Fine by me"

Izaya hung up and looked down at the sink "Should I clean that up or just run"

(Well you're a dude in the women's bathroom)

"I'm in the women's bathroom?"

(Yeah)

Izaya turned on the water and just left it like that for a moment before turning it off.

"Good enough take me home Celty the medicine will have to wait"

As the two rode through the city Izaya couldn't help but think "Man what is wrong with me".

The two made it to the apartment rather fast. The second Izaya's foot hit the pavement the raven felt rather sick and uneasy.

(Izaya are you okay?)

"Yeah I'm fine, can you go up there and tell Shizuo I'm here, I'll be there in a sec"

(Alright, wouldn't you rather I carry you?)

"No I'm fine, riding on your horse just made me a little tired is all. I'm just going to calm myself down" Izaya said placing his hands on his knees.

The headless woman did as she was told not wanting to argue with Izaya. Celty knocked on the door when she got there. Shizuo answered the door expecting to see Izaya and he seemed a little confused when he saw Celty all alone.

"Celty? What's wrong? I thought Izaya was supposed to be with you"

(Yeah, he'll be here soon. He just wanted to get some air)

"Is he still feeling bad, well I guess it's a good thing Shinra's here"

(Shinra's here?)

"Yeah I saw him out here when I got home"

They made their way inside where Shinra was sitting on the couch.

"Celty! There you are!" Shinra exclaimed as he ran up to her and embraced her receiving a punch in the gut by Celty.

"You said he's outside right Celty, I'm going to go help him"

"Wait, you never told me what kind of sickness Izaya was having" Shinra said stopping Shizuo from leaving.

"He just seemed a little tired, nothing to weird"

Shinra looked at him in confusing "How's Kanra?" the spectacled doctor asked suspiciously.

"Fine, why?" Shizuo said looking at his friend with slight aggravation.

"No reason" Shinra slowly let go of his friend with a worried look on his face.

(He's not completely fine)

Shizuo read the screen with slight terror in his eyes. "What, did something happen?"

(Well he threw up in the store)

At that moment Shinra's face grew pale.

(Shinra what's going on?)

"Oh nothing…I think I'll just leave" before he could even make it to the door Shizuo caught him by the collar of his lab coat.

(Shinra?)

"What did you do?" Shizuo asked looking like he was about ready to punch Shinra in the face making the doctor very afraid.

"Um…well…did the migraine pills I gave Izaya work?"

"What does that have to do with anything?!" Shizuo said picking Shinra up slightly.

"Never mind, next question. Shizuo did you and Izaya have sex recently?" Shizuo and Celty were frozen when he said that "Well did you?"

"Yeah but what does that have do anything"

"Oh god I've knocked up Izaya!"

"Huh?"

Everyone turned around and noticed Izaya standing in the doorway, he dropped the grocery bags he was holding and stared at them in shock.

"I-Izaya….." before Shinra could finish he was ambushed by the raven male.

"Shinra I swear if you don't explain this second I will kill you! Did you touch me?! What did you do to me!?"

"Izaya I'm sorry!" Shinra began to shake in fear, he began to babble "Kanra said she wanted to get pregnant and she forced me to make pills for her b-but I think you took them instead and well" Shinra's words began to get softer "you and Shizuo had sex so it's safe to assume…"

Izaya dropped Shinra on the floor "I cannot believe you'd do something like that! I can't believe Kanra would force you-Actually I can believe that" Izaya took a second to calm himself down...and utterly failed "Shizuo!" Izaya embraced the blonde burying his head in his shoulders "I'm sorry Shizuo I didn't know this would happen"

"What are you taking about, this is just as much my doing as it is yours. Takes two to fu-"

"Umm…. I hate to interrupt but….can I go now"

"Oh no, you don't. This is kind of your fault so you're going to have to take care of me for the next nine months"

"Not to mention Kanra might be pregnant too seeing that I'm pretty sure they've been doing what we've been doing" Shizuo said still holding the now pregnant male.

"You're going to check on her too"

"Celty what do I do!?"

(It's you're fault for getting involved, I think this is the least you can do for him)

Shizuo went to pick up the clones and the second he saw them he went to ask Kanra how she was feeling.

"I feel fine actually, speaking off, how's Izaya?"

"Yeah well…he's…I'll tell you when we get home"

When they got home the two girls saw Izaya lying on the couch and ran up to him.

"So flea, how you doing? You're not dying are you?" Shizuka asked pulling on the raven's shirt.

"No, didn't Shizuo tell you" Izaya flashed the blonde a look, he really didn't want to be the one to break the news "Well if you must know, I'm pregnant"

The two girls looked at each other, then back at Izaya "That's not funny, what's really going on here?"

"He's serious" Shizuo said in a serious tone. Shizuka looked at him and knew he was telling the truth.

"They're not lying" Shizuka told her partner.

"That's not fair! How, I was the one that-"

"Oh yeah, you are in so much trouble young lady forcing Shinra into making you pills just so you could get knocked up" Kanra flinched at the loudness of Izaya's voice. "I really don't understand why you would want to get pregnant so early in life, yeah you guys love each other but shouldn't you let this happen naturally instead of forcing it. You can't have control of everything"

Shizuo placed his hand on Izaya's shoulder "Maybe she gets that from you"

"Whatever, anyway tomorrow Shinra checking on you just to make sure you aren't pregnant. And no more pregnant crap until you two look like you're twenty and out of my house". After that Izaya let out a long sigh and slumped in his seat.

"I think the hormones are kicking in rather early" Shizuka muttered under her breath.

Later that night as Shizuo and Izaya began to go to sleep Izaya began to pat his stomach "Well there's nothing else to do now, Shizuo would you prefer a boy or a girl?"

"I guess gender doesn't really matter"

"Yeah you're right. You know what I just realized, if Kanra end up getting pregnant, or who knows maybe she already is pregnant, then will her child be my child's clone?"

"I don't think genetics work that way"

"It would be weird though. Who knows, in a few years' time both of us could have a ton of children" Izaya fell down on the bed "This poor city, imagine if the child has your strength and my brain"

The blonde shuttered at the though and Izaya laughed "You're so mean to your unborn child" Izaya said pulling the blonde down on the bed "Love you Shizuo"

"Love you too"

As they went on to sleep their two clones laid together in the dark unable to sleep.

"He has a point" Shizuka said stroking Kanra's hair.

"Who does?"

"Izaya, I think we should wait until we're adults. I mean we're not really in a position for it; we still have a lot of things to deal with now before we can think of such things"

Kanra stayed silent for a moment before hugging her blonde tightly "Yeah maybe he is right…don't tell him I said that though"

Izaya still almost killed Shinra.
