Chapter 7
Sami sat down at the table the next morning, biting her finger nails nervously… How could this happen… her son in love with a Kiriakis… She sat opposite her husband and ate quietly, but EJ knew that something was wrong… ''Samantha.. what is going on? Is this about Adrienne?''
''As bothering as that is… no… I did something stupid last night…''
'' Sami what are you talking about? You were with me last night…''
Sami held her head in shame before she could speak.. ''Last night when you were asleep… I went to the Kiriakis mansion..''
''Oh my god! Samantha are you insane?! What the hell is wrong with you?!''
''I Know! I shouldn't of done it, and call me crazy, but that's not all…'' She went on to explain…
''Oh god…What did you do?''
Sami got up and walked into the living room… she sat down on the couch as EJ stood in the doorway… ''Her son… Jackson… he was there…'' She said as she looked over at EJ. He nodded for her to go on… ''But… apparently, people call him Sonny… and he met Will on vacation last week…. he's in love with Will… and Will loves him too….''
''Samantha are you saying that William is gay?'' He asked as he sat down next to her…
''Yes… that's what I'm saying… and Sonny doesn't know I'm his mom, I didn't tell him… because I can't risk it…''
EJ then knew what was going on, Sami didn't want Will to be with Sonny because he was a Kiriakis… ''Oh dear lord, this is messing with the boy's life here! We all know that William wasn't happy with Gabi, but you refuse to tell him that you know the love of his life, what is wrong with you?!''
''Oh c'mon EJ! You know that Adrienne certainly wouldn't want us near her precious son! And to be honest, I don't want him near Will, ok?! Is that, that bad?''
After hours of arguing, EJ gave into his wife and came up with the first thing he could… ''Ok you want Will away from Jackson? Fine. You know how much we loved our honeymoon in spain…. We can live there, for good… You, me the kids, and Will if he wants…''
''EJ you know we can't do that… Will has his daughter here…''
''But you know how much we loved that place… we could get a holiday home out there… you know… go there every now and then… and maybe Will would want to come with us to check out some places… maybe he'll forget about Jackson…''
Sami gave a smile but sighed slightly… ''He's pretty hung up EJ… I don't think a week away would make him forget… but… it is worth a shot, right?'' She smiled as she hugged her husband, holding him tightly…
Will sat with Chad in the Coffee house. He tried not to think about Sonny, but it was no good…. He couldn't stop thinking…
''Hey man as much as I love talking to you, I gotta go, mom just text me told me to meet her at the mansion…''
''I'll see you later buddy…'' Chad said as he patted Will and got back to work…
Just as Will left, Sonny came through the other door and looked over at Chad ''Uhm are you Chad?'' He asked as he walked up to the counter…
''Yeah I am, and you are?''
''I'm Jackson, I'm you're new business partner'' He said as he held his hand out to greet him.
Chad looked at the man confused.. ''Wait… aren't you Jackson Kiriakis?''
''Yeah… I am… Kiriakis probably sounds familiar huh, but don't worry, and you can call me Sonny by the way'' He smiled as he stuck his hand out for a handshake.
Chad wasn't fazed that he'd be working with a Kiriakis; He never really paid attention to these family feuds anyway… He didn't even remember that the guy that Will was talking about had the exact same name that this guy had… In fact, they were the same guy…
''Don't worry about it man, I'm sure we'll get on just fine.. here, there's some paperwork in the office you need to fill out, follow me…''
Will walked into the house greeted by his mom happily… too happy… ''Mom is something wrong?''
''No of course not… here come and sit down…'' She said as she took her son's had and sat him down at the table…
''Me and EJ have been talking, and we've decided to buy a home in Spain… you know where we went on our honeymoon…''
''What… mom?! You're moving?!'' Will said as he choked on his words… the thought of his mom leaving him scared him to death… she was one of the only people he could trust right now…
''No.. no honey of course not, we want to but a holiday home, you know, a place for you and the kids…''
Will sighed in relief… ''Oh mom, don't scare me like that… I thought you we're gonna leave me…''
''Sweetie I'd never leave without you… but I was wondering if you wanted to come and see a few places out there next week…. You, me, the kids and EJ… plus it would be great for you to take your mind off… Sonny, right?'' She asked, hoping he would agree with her… It took him a while to answer, but he finally did…
''Yea… yes that would be great…'' He smiled…
''Oh honey that's fantastic! I'm so glad you agree…'' She said as she hugged her son… maybe he'd forgot about Sonny already…. Maybe he'd already moved on…
