CHAPTER 4- THE INVASION: CHAOS STRIKES/ALLIANCE

I would just like to say that the wedding of Brittany and Brenatn was emotional for me. After finding out that Alteon finally lost his fight to chaos that his family was torn apart by his hands with the help of Drakath. I can literally feel Brentan's rage and need for revenge against Drakath. I do not play the game just for the game, but also because of the story, and right now I feel really sad that Alteon killed his own flesh and blood and he killed the daughter of his beloved wife. I can see he is dying inside and he hoped the players would kill him and end the destruction before it began, but already he summoned his chaos beast. I just wanted this of my chest so... here's the story.

Keep in note, I will NOT go on about the first 9 chaos lords except for Xing and Xang since I don't find them very important to the story. I am going to skip them. I will only care about Xing, Xang, Iadoa, Lionfang, and Alteon (who is the new one sadly).

SWORDHAVEN 1 WEEK LATER

It was finally here, the invasion on Swordhaven will begin. Sepulchure has unleashed his army to strike the walls that was protecting the proud city. The civilians were running away in panic. The knights were fighting off many of the undead forces, mages were blasting them with spells only for them to get blasted back by undead mages, and Artix was having the time of his life if it wasn't for the fact people were in danger. The town's people were running away from the battle as they were escorted quickly by scouts outside the walls. They were very well prepared at evacuating the general population as Alteon had foreseen this. He had a feeling that his old friend would plan an attack on the city that both of them had fought so hard to save all those years ago.

Alteon stood at the balcony of his castle. He watched the battle raged on as fires broke out and sound of steel clashing. Then the skies darkened as black clouds gathered to block the sun. Then out of the sky, a terrifying sight for anyone. The gigantic dracolich was flying to the castle. When it was near enough, two figures could be seen jumping off the castle in the back of the dragon. Upon a closer look, it turned out to be Sepulchure and Naruto jumping towards the other side of the castle. Alteon saw this. He knew that this fight was going to be personal. That was why he ordered Brentan to take his daughters away from here as far as possible.

flashback- a few hours ago

it was the first hour of the invasion. The knights were deployed to fend off against the undead army. Luckily Artix was there to take the brunt of the force. As the battle waged on, Alteon addressed Brentan. "Brentan, I have a mission for you. I want you to bring my daughters away from along with the evacuated citizens. Get them all as far away from here as possible" unfortunately his daughters heard this.

"No father, we will stay here with you!" Victoria shouted as she and her sisters all ran to their father. Brentan stopped all three of them, "No I agree with your father" he argued. Brittany tried to get pass him, but he would not let her. "My daughters listen to me" Alteon said making the three girls look at his back that he turned as he was looking outside. "Each of you holds a piece of your mother. Every time I look at each of you, I see her. That is why I ask of all you to leave here to safety, because you are all that remains of her" the three girls had tears in their eyes at what their father had said.

Brentan took this time to grab Brittany's hand and led all of them out the throne room, but not before looking at their father.

"Valen, what would Lynaria do here? We used to be the greatest of friends, but now I have but to end you if I can. Lynaria, forgive this old fool and Valen... sorry for not seeing this" he let one tear fall from his eye as sat in his throne and awaited his arrival

End of flashback

Sepulchure was now heading towards the throne room. By his side was Naruto and Chuckles who were knocking out some of the braver knights who dared got in their way. Naruto blasted two knights off as they tried to spear them. Sepulchure found them nothing more than an annoyance. He stabbed one soilder who was trying to get up and twisted the blade effectively killing him.

As they finally reached the throne room, Naruto prepared to knock the doors down but was stopped by his master. "No Naruto, I will be the one to give them fear" he grabbed his sword and prepared to strike down the doors.

On the other side, Alteon and his guards were waiting. It didn't took long before a slash hit the door then a second. After that, the door blasted down with two knights thrown by the shockwave. The guards were all tense, then fear crawled in to them. Sepulchure's full glory of doom appeared before the dust. His eyes were burning red, as if it was the fires of hell itself. Those eyes stared directly towards Alteon who did not even flinch, a very big feat.

Naruto took a couple of steps back. Amongst the ones guarding Alteon, he found James within the crowd. He saw him drawing his sword and quickly sprung to action. Naruto shadow stepped towards James and both were in a deadlock. "Sorry hero, I can't let you interfere. Now just stay there and watch the fun" he smiled as he continued to pressure the hero who was shocked at the strength of the the young man. Chuckles' laughter brought the attention back to Sepulchure. Two guards charged towards the doom knight.

To Sepulchure, they were nothing. He raised a column made of bone as one knight slammed on top of the skull. He might as well have a broken neck from the impact. Then Sepulchure pointed his blade to the second knight. Soon he was starting to quiver and floated in the air with dark energy coming out of his armour. Then he exploded in gore as only his bones were left with a few drops of blood staining the floor. Alteon stood from his throne and prepared his sword.

Both fighters then charge at each other as both blades clashed and sparks flew. Sepulchure then rained down strike after strike on Alteon who was was beginning to go down from the hits. Sepulchure then grabbed him by the neck and threw Alteon in the air. Sepulchure jumped to his prone form and slammed Alteon hard on the ground with his sword. Alteon however quickly came back to his feet and and pointed his sword to Sepulchure. The blade generated blue lightning and blasted Sepulcure all the way to the other side on a wall. Sepulchure retaliated with a wave of doom energy that was fast approaching.

Alteon created a bubble of mana around him to shield the attack. Both fighters then stared down at each other with Alteon letting out a huff of breath. Both Naruto and James were in awe of the power that the two were displaying. 'This is why he is the king' James thought as he still locked with Naruto. 'Milord, I have never seen you unleash so much power before' Naruto kept James at bay. "Sepulchure, your reign of terror ends with my next strike. I shall unleash the full power of the golden dragon sword and destroy you" Alteon declared with his sword now glowing. "YES! LET THE NEXT STRIKE BE OUR LAST! MY DOOM WEAPON IS SCREAMING TO UNLEASH ITS FULL POWER!" Sepulchure screamed as his sword let out a lot of dark energy.

WITH THE FLYING FORTRESS

Gravelyn stood at the balcony of the fortress looking down on the castle. Her father had ordered her to stay there. She was a little pissed that she couldn't get involved, and Naruto practically locked her in her room to keep her safe. Seriously, she wasn't a weak little girl. She really wanted to go there and fight with her father and see him win (if only she knew why Sepulchure didn't want her out). As she looked down on her view, a sudden shadow flew at great speeds upward, shocking Gravelyn as she followed where it went. Then the figure sprout out bat-like wings with some holes on the bottom. The figure was very big and he held a sword on his right hand. He was glowing purple as he then flew like a rocket towards the castle where he found the two duelling.

As it crashed through the wall, it shocked everybody, including Naruto and James. Everyone quickly stopped fighting and looked at the new guy who just came in. He was wearing a very big organic looking purple armour with an eye on his chest. His face was shadowed hiding it from view. Everybody was wondering who this person was. Then he showed his face to everyone, but only Alteon and Sepulchure knew who he was. "DRAKATH!" both of them shouted his name. Chuckles laughed at him only for Drakath to make him combust to pieces. Drakath then raised his sword and struck a purple wave towards Sepulchure. It blasted him off towards a wall with great force. Then Drakath struck Alteon with the same result as before. Naruto and James could only look in horror and shock as this guy just took out two of Lore's strongest as if they were nothing.

Sepulchure tried to stand. He used his sword as support, "FOOL! YOU CAN NOT KILL WHAT IS ALREADY UNDEAD!" he screamed in defiance but let out a tired breath. Drakath just stared at him without care. "My mistake" he then flew towards Sepulchure with his clawed hands out and stuck it through Sepulchure's chest. He then roughly took out his hands and he was now holding a glowing red orb. Sepulchure used all the strength he had left and raised his sword. "I AM DARKNESS! I AM DOOM! NO FORCE ON THIS WORLD CAN DESTROY WHAT I AM! LONG UNLIVE THE SHADOWSCYTHE!" he tried desperately for one strike, but before he can do it, Drakath crushed the orb with his clawed hands. Sepuclchure stopped and soon his body fell apart with an explosion of dark energy that can be seen outside. "Father/Master! NOOOOO!" Gravelyn and Naruto screamed as tears were in their eyes. Naruto took out his Legion sword and made his dragon sword float as he ran towards Drakath.

Drakath saw this and easily blocked all of Naruto's rage filled attacks. Drakath just smiled in amusement at Naruto's futile attempt at revenge. Naruto tried his hardest to get through him, but Drakath then grabbed him by the neck and slammed him to the floor with a descent sized crater for Naruto to lie in. Drakath then stepped outside to look at the fortress. He spotted Gravelyn who glared at him with all the hate she has. "Sepulchure has a daughter?" he mused at the new discovery then smiled "Amusing". He gathered purple fire in his hand and hurled it towards the dragon. It scored a direct hit in its head. The dragon began to fall from the sky towards the mountains. Naruto looked on from his crater. "No! Gravelyn!" he shouted as he glared scornfully at Drakath. "The battle between Good and Evil is over. Now, begins the AGE OF CHAOS!" he then looked back at Naruto and James who was helping Alteon up. "What is happening to me? Drakath what have you done?" demanded Alteon as he got up with the help of James. "Heh, not feeling like yourself king?" he mocked as Alteon tried to stand alone. Naruto got up but held his right side in pain.

"You and these pathetic heroes can't stop what I am about to do to your world. Watch as my 13 Lords of Chaos destroy everything that you love. I will save you two heroes last. Your king is not good enough. Enjoy the show HAHAHAHAHA" Drakath then flew off, leaving three broken people.

"Gravelyn..." Naruto looked at the spot the dragon crashed to. "Boy..." Alteon called out. Naruto looked at the king being helped by James. Alteon was now covered by some of those eyes with tentacles on them. He can feel those eyes glaring at him. "This new threat is something we both can not defeat alone... tell your leader I am willing to start an alliance with your forces to combat Drakath..." he wheezed weakly. Naruto could only nod. "I will tell Gravelyn that" he was about to jump down the castle and leave but Alteon called him again. "Wait child, please tell me... is she... is she Sepulchure's daughter?" the king inquired. "Yes she is. Is it important to you?" he asked. Alteon shook his head no but Naruto knew there was some hidden meanings behind it. Naruto then left and jumped from the roofs towards the crash site. 'That girl... she looked like her... like Lynaria... can it be... Valen what did you?' he asked in his mind as healers finally arrived and James reported as to what had happened and boy did everybody felt like drinking tonight.

Naruto ran like death was after him towards the crash site. Naruto began to worry if Gravelyn was alright. He would never forgive himself if anything happened to her and he was sure his master torment him for all eternity in the afterlife. Naruto reached the site. He was amazed that the fortress behind the dragon didn't look damaged. But he still had to enter. He went through the mouth of the dragon and quickly went to the castle. He then rushed towards Gravelyn's room. He kicked the door down and entered her room.

He saw her on the ground unconscious. He lifted her head and tried to shake her awake. "Wake up Gravelyn please! I can not have you die on me!" he yelled as a few stray tears on his eyes. One landed on her cheek. Naruto saw her eyelids twitch. And soon her eyes opened. He smiled seeing her awake now. She shook her head and groaned in pain. She looked at the young man holding her. "Naruto... was it a dream... please tell me it was a dream" she fought the tears that wanted to come out. His smile faded quickly and he couldn't look at her in the eyes. That was all the answers she needed. It wasn't a dream, her father was really... The tears were now glistening and soon she placed her head in his shoulders and shed unseen tears and wailed. Naruto also let his tears fall and held Gravelyn for dear life.

"I'm so sorry I couldn't save him. That guy was too powerful" he comforted her by rubbing her back. Gravelyn didn't care right now. SHe wanted to let all of her emotions out. Naruto just held her. He knew he had to help her through this. This new enemy... he has to fight, or lose everything.

OMAKE- A glimpse to the future

Konoha

It was a peaceful day in Konoha. Birds were chirping, kids were playing, Kunoichis were patrolling the place. Now with everything this author does, I always love destroying peace so that's what I'm going to do. A figure was standing atop the Hokage monument. Clearly it was male, and he looked dangerous. He looked down at the streets, and couldn't help but feel connected to the place.

He then leapt from his spot down towards the village at amazing speeds. He hid in an alley and was looking at the bustling village. He had to admit, it was a sweet place. Compared to the other hidden villages he's been to, this was the best he's been in. Then again all the others attacked him with extreme prejudice. Alright maybe he did started all of the attacks on his person by breaking some of their laws, but it was their fault to provoke him.

He just didn't understand women. And this world was ruled by them. He kept sneaking from alley to alley. Then his nose picked up something delicious. He followed it but remained invisible. He spotted a restaurant in which the smell came from. No he had to resist, he is strong, he is powerful, he is wise. He will not be beat by temptation.

5 Minutes Later

"Here's your order sir" the naive yet beautiful waitress gave him his order. He slurped it up like a vacuum and he did not have any table manners. Also he was putting attention on himself.

"Hold it right there Dark Edge!" one woman shouted. The man turned his back and found the Hokage along with a battalion of Kunoichis. He sighed and knew he was caught because of his stomach. But hey the food was good. "Alright you spotted me. But can you catch me"
