Herro. About time I introduced myself. C: I'm PoyoCat (I hate my username omg but I refuse to change it). I was heavily inspired by the Depravity Falls tumblr blog to write a Zobbie fanfic, as I really like the theory.
I've always felt bad for Robbie. He may be a jerk, but he was only trying to date the girl he likes. Until the Pines twins show up, and poor Robbie keeps getting his ass handed to him by Dipper. XD
I'll try not to make everyone OOC, but I can't promise anything. I wrote this small flashback for a supporting view on Robbie's undead transformation~ Updates should be relatively slow, but I dothink about this fic a lot,and everything is pretty much planned out! :3
ENJOY. (and reviewwwwwwww...*rolls away*)
"Hey, Robbie..."
Wendy laid her head gently on Robbie's lap, her hair reflecting the look of the campfire before them. The crew- Lee, Nate, Tambry, Thompson, Wendy, and Robbie- had gone out into the woods on a camping trip, in celebration of making it through their first year of high school. The rest of the teenagers, after a full night of eating campfire treats and singing badly to various Disney songs in the spirit of teenager immaturity, had retreated to their hastily-made tents. This left only Wendy and Robbie out to contemplate the rest of night before withdrawing to sleep.
Robbie shifted his gaze down to her, shifted slightly in surprise at her gesture, though not removing her position. "Yes?"
Wendy paused slightly, her mouth opened while she thought about how to word her thought. "Have you ever thought about...what it would be like to die?"
The ravenette looked down at her sharply. "'Something you're not telling us, Wendy?"
She shook her slightly, grinning a little. "No, of course not. It's just...I read today online about a boy who committed suicide a few days ago in the next town over." The ginger paused to clear her throat, before continuing. "I mean, I didn't know the guy. But nothing like that has happened in this area since I was born. I don't really know why, but it just made me think...what did it feel like to die?"
"Wendy, no offense, but you're acting a little dramatic." Robbie scowled, feeling slight concern for his friend.
Wendy laughed, and pushed herself up. "Hey, don't sweat it. I was just wondering, is all. I'm going to bed." She stood up, knees creaking in protest after hours of sitting. She idly walked towards the tent she and Tambry were sharing. Turning around, she muttered "G'night" to Robbie before kneeling and crawling in.
Robbie turned back to fire, which was beginning to weaken while the nightime grew. He flipped his dark bangs out of face, contemplating Wendy's sudden speech.
"What it's like to die...? Huh..."
