Disclaimer: I don't own the HP Series; although the plot is less than original I own that too.
Previously: Draco was silent for a moment, before snatching open the curtain just enough for him to see her from the shoulders up. Her eyes were red and puffy. "Listen to me Hermione, and listen Close. You're beautiful. Gorgeous. Smart. Your devious and cunning, you're brave and daring." He whispered dangerously "Don't you ever compare yourself to a person like that, you will never be anything like her because you're better than she." He hissed. Hermione Blushed and looked away, "I'm beautiful Draco?" she teased waggling her eye brows playfully.
"Yes." He said seriously and let go of the curtain.

I left the Bathroom Herm- I mean Granger was in, silently fuming. Filthy Muggles, he couldn't wait till they went to Alaska to meet her cousin... This is why he hated Muggles. He pulled the black box out his pocket; he was going to stage it perfectly. The blinds were going to be open, so the paparazzi could get a picture and it shouldn't be too hard for Granger to Feign surprise. He walked over to the gigantic window, which had a perfect view. He liked heights, the farther away from the world he was, the happier.
He leaned back, against the white wall tossing the box from hand to hand. He knew how the paparazzi worked; they were probably in the apartment complex across the street watching Hermione's Apartment. Most likely one guy had staked out the scene and as soon as he opened the blinds, the guy had probably called everybody with a Wizarding Camera. He chewed on his bottom lip feigning nervousness; he had a bottle of some rather expensive Wine made by Fairies and two wine glasses on the table.
Hermione came out the bathroom; she walked down the hall a quizzical expression on her face. He let the façade fall for a moment. "Remember Granger When you agreed to marry me?" he drawled as he got on one knee and opened the black box. She watched him expressionless for a moment, but he could see all her emotions in her eyes, shock, annoyance, then she smiled and she put her mask on. She walked further down the hall, the fluffy towel wrapped tightly around her. Her curly hair, now wavy and damp was slicked back. She clasped a hand over her mouth and false tears began to fall.
He chewed his bottom lip again; he could practically hear the cameras clicking away. The ring itself was rose gold. The diamond a soft rose-pink, she nodded her head and gave a teary smile. She came close enough for him to place the ring on her finger and then he stood. Her arms were wrapped around his neck and she kissed him, a mind-blowing kiss. Colors exploded behind his eyes, and he smiled goofily into the kiss against his will.
She broke the kiss, her lips brushing up against his ear. "We'll be on the front page by tomorrow." she murmured. He simply grinned, a devilish grin, in response.
She stepped back, grabbed his hand and began pulling him towards her bedroom; he grabbed the wine and two glasses and followed her. His mother was going to have a seizure when she saw this on the front page tomorrow.
They had taken not even, three steps when there was banging on the door. "Hermione?!" Ron yelled from the other side. Hermione and Draco raced to the door, Technically Hermione won, but Slytherins never play fair. "Draco No!" she half yelled. He pulled her back by her waist, and opened the door; she slapped him on the back. "Gosh you're so abusive!" he mocked, his tone playful.
Ron's face was unreadable for a few seconds, until his face twisted into a look of utter rage, the red-head whipped out his wand, but Draco was faster, Draco Spelled Ronald's wand from his hands, sending it flying down the hall. Seconds later Ron's fist had connected with Draco's face. The Blonde was fazed for a moment, he reached up and touched the blood pooling at the corner of his mouth and in a Blind rage, tackled Ron, dropping his wand. Hermione picked up Draco's wand, not wanting to waste time, going to get hers. The two men were rolling on the floor, and Hermione secretly hoped that Draco was winning. She sent a petrifying Hex into the flurry of men. Draco stood while Ron lay frozen, his face still contorted in rage.
"Stay the Hell away from me!" Hermione hissed at Ronald jabbing the wand in his direction, that was all she was going to say but apparently Draco wasn't finished. "Come near my fiancé again and I'll beat your pathetic ass senseless." He snarled, blood dripping from the corner of his mouth, and Hermione could see a bruise forming around his eye. Draco removed the hex and slammed the door before Ron could even get up.
Hermione had went into her room to put on some clothing, Draco was in the Kitchen washing the blood off his knuckles and was trying to get a blood stain out his shirt when The fire placed roared to life, spitting out the Potter Gang. Draco gripped his wand immediately a sneer on his pale features. Ronald had a paper towel shoved halfway up his nose, the area bruised. Neville had his wand out and in his hand, hanging at his side, and Harry seemed to be the only level-headed one.
"Lovely." He sneered out and turned off the tap. Just as Ronald and Neville were about to explode in a fit of anger, Neville more protective then angry, Hermione exited from her bedroom. Wearing a pair of gray sweat pants that hung low on her hips, a navy blue tank top, and a pair of white ankle socks. Draco came to a sudden agreement with himself. Granger was absolutely delicious looking, pain in the ass, but still delectable.
Her Chocolate brown hair had dried some, her hair framed her face, the waves tumbling down her back and curling around her shoulders. "I can explain." Hermione said shakily, not looking Harry in the eye, Draco turned around and continued what he was doing; he turned on the tap with a dark scowl. Why did she have to be so ashamed? Ashamed of Him? Or of lying to her friends?
Either way it made him a bit angry. Why does she have to answer to them anyway?! He tried to block out their conversation, "Were together Draco and I, and we got engaged not even an hour ago." Hermione said quietly as if confessing to a crime, when Harry didn't say anything she sighed shakily. "I'm Sorry!" she cried out. Draco's scowl deepened, it bothered him a bit that Hermione was ashamed, after all weren't they supposed to be engaged?
So he decided to play his part even though Hermione wasn't. He turned off the tap and whipped around "Don't be sorry!" he yelled at Hermione, shocked crossed her features, "Why Apologize?! I Love you and if you love me you shouldn't give two flying hippogriff shits about what they think! Or is this all just pretend?!"
He should have been a Muggle actor. His voice cracked at all the right parts and he managed to look hurt and angry at the same time. He was even proud of his little pretend reference. She gave the briefest of scowls and opened her mouth. "Draco..." He sighed and rolled his eyes angrily. He snatched up his jacket walking towards the door, "Never mind forget I asked." He hissed and left in a loud pop, signaling he had disapparated.
Hermione's back was facing her friends, an exasperated scowl on her features. Leave it to Draco to make a scene. Ideally if they were actually together, what she had said to Harry would have come out differently. She was sorry for lying to her friends, and felt a bit bad about Draco. All was silent for a few seconds, and then Ron gave a loud whoop. "The Weasel faced bastard is gone!" Hermione whipped around, "Get out Ronald!" she yelled "Just get the Hell out!" she willed tears to fall. Ronald opened his mouth to say something back, but Harry spoke for the first time since the trio has flooed in. "Ron Leave." He said quietly, making Ronald look at Harry in shock. "What?!" Ron shrieked.
Neville decided to chime in. "He didn't say it in parseltounge! Leave!" Neville tucked his wand away; and Ronald angrily left muttering obscene things under his breath.
Harry walked over and hugged Hermione, "I'm Sorry." He said quietly squeezing his best friend, "I Love him I really do," she sniffed her voice muffled as she buried her face in his chest. Inside, the guilt was eating her alive. How could she do this?
"And we'll stick by you the entire time." Harry replied.
The Guilt intensified.
