Dr. Tommy Oliver told his class to do a project on mutations and the example was an extra finger or something deformed. Now looking down at Conner's assignment Dr. O knew this was a big mistake to assign this project.
"Conner can you come up here please?" Dr. O says
Conner gets up and walks to his teacher's desk with his hands in his pockets.
"What's up doc?" Conner asks
"Conner when I said mutations I gave you the example of an extra finger and we read what the mutations were, I didn't ask for you to combine two animals ….. What is this any way?" Dr. O says
The picture showed a deer with an eagle head with deer ears and wings attached to it.
"It is half deer, half bird, it is a dird." Conner says proudly
Dr. O shakes his head but he had to smile at his student's enthusiasm at his weird creation.
"I'm going to give you a C on this but Conner next time ask me or Ethan for some ideas ok?" Dr. O asks
"Sure thing Dr. O." Conner says
"You can go sit back down Conner." Dr. O says
Conner sits back down and started talking to Ethan about the assignment. Dr. O grabs the next project which was Kira's.
'Looks like Kira got the idea.' Dr. O thinks
Kira's examples of a mutation are a brachiosaurus with a deformed foot and a pterodactyl with a deformed wing.
"Kira come get your project." Dr. O says
Kira walks up to his desk and takes her project which Dr. O graded with an A.
"Good job Kira." Dr. O tells her with a smile
"Thanks Dr. O." Kira replies smiling back then she sat back down in her seat.
Dr. O grades Ethan's project next.
"Ethan come get your project." Dr. O says
Just like his partners in crime fighting Ethan walks up to his teacher's desk. Ethan's example of a mutation is a deformed horn of a triceratops; Dr. O him an A.
"Good job Ethan." Dr. O says
Ethan thanked him and went back to his seat. After class the dino rangers stopped by their teacher's desk were Conner showed his teammates his creation the dird.
"Conner what are we going to do with you?" Kira asks
Conner shrugs his shoulders.
"Well next time I'll give you some ideas." Ethan says
They went outside and Conner and Ethan got into Conner's car while Kira rode with Dr. O to Dr. O's house for some training. Tommy had Hayley run some tests on Conner to see if he was hit on the head too much but the results came up negative to brain damage.
