Author's Notes: This is the first idea, where Jazz is alive and kicking. I'm a sap for happy endings, so I'm trying to make a decent one. The second epilogue should be the case scenario where Jazz remained dead. So if you prefer the two to be separated (but they'll meet up eventually in the Matrix, will they not?), feel free to skip to the next one.

I do not own Transformers.

Epilogue 1

Despite the light shower in the morning, Prowl's message was still intact when Jazz found him. The trail of energon emerging from the forest had not been difficult to track. In fact, it was the first thing that had caught the saboteur's attention when he drove down the road past the forest.

He had frowned at the still body of the Decepticon, but when he saw the message carved into the ground, Ratchet had been contacted with a piercing keen and an urgent message to get his aft to his location.

The two mechs loaded the body of their fallen comrade gently onto Optimus's trailer and sped at full speed back to their base. Ratchet had miraculously managed to stabilise his fading spark and had called Prime to transport his patient to the medbay.

Before transforming and following, Jazz took one last look at the message in the ground, a small smile forming on his face plates. Optics shining with a faint glimmer of hope, he transformed and drove after them, the message clear in his processor and spark.

Prowl loves Jazz

Author's Notes 2: Alright, I hope that wasn't too trashy.
